Prof. Anthony Decristofaro is an amazing professor. He teaches students tough material but yet it feels so easy. He is so smart and easy going that students want to do well. I was actually excited to take all his exams. Just go to class and don't miss a class.

I took A&P I Summer lab & actually enjoyed it. Anthony is clear & concise in explaining the material. He's also hands-on in lab, making sure that each student has grasped the material in class. He's funny & tries to make concepts understandablerelatable to students. It was a blast going to this class everyday!

Anthony is awesome!! Lab is difficult and you HAVE to study for your lab quizzes but I took him both for A&P I and A&P II and he is super helpful!! He knows what he is talking about and can help you with anything. He is also super friendly and makes lab interesting. I definitely felt like I was prepared for the practicals we took and I did well.

Anthony id the best professor at Sacred Heart. he makes learning the material easy and interesting. If I had him for lecture and lab last year I wouldn't be taking it now over the summer. But I am sure glad I have this awesome guy now. Take Anthony if you want to do well and actually learn something.

Anthony is the best lab prof for AP. He really makes us work in class to learn the material. Quizzes are a bit tough, but the only reason why I got an A in lab was because I had to study for the quizzes. I really liked the group work that we did because it helped us learn faster and better. Definitely take Anthony if you want to pass with an A!

AMAZING! I loved going to lab. I learned so much fun information and it made learning AP relatively easy. I can honestly say I cannot wait until spring with this guy. If you want to pass AP here, TAKE ANTHONY!

I love Anatomy, lab and Anthony! Great guy, super smart professor and makes lab interesting. Forces us to learn in lab which really helps to study for quizzes and lab exams. I was lucky enough to get him again for spring. My suggestion is to take Anthony if you want to do well.

Anthony is an awesome lab professor. I had him in the fall and am taking him again in the spring. If you go see him before and after classes he is extremely helpful. He clarified any confusion I had, which helped me get an A. I wouldn't take anyone else. Quizzes are tough, but they got me ready for the lab exams. I did better thanks to this.

Great professor. Knows what he is talking about. The lab lectures are a bit long, but they really help me for lecture and lecture tests. He is very enthusiastic and makes learning fun and interesting. Put in the work and it is not hard to get an A! Highly recommend!!

Anthony is the best lab teacher ever! He comes off as slightly intimidating at first but he is very fun and makes the content interesting. His quizzes are hard but doable and he prepares you for them.

The BEST anatomy lab professor you can take! He is relatable, funny, and super nice guy! Anthony makes a 3 hour lab fly by. He is always there for help no matter what time it is. Available through every kind of communication you can think of. Quizzes are easy and he truly cares about each student.

Anthony came to teach our class one week in. He came right in and k ew what he was doing. I was nervous at first having a new professor, but Anthony made me feel comfortable and really understood the material and helped to answer questions. I liked him so much I am signing up for his AP 2 summer class. Great professor and knowledgeable.

GREAT PROF! Even though the class is online, his meetings are fun, helpful and clear. I'm doing so much better this class than I did in June for AP1. Lectures are clear and I love that he records them. I listen before I go to bed, which really helps me learn. Highly recommended. A+

Great professor. Constantly sent us messages during the weekend letting us know what was due and what was coming up. Helped to keep us informed. We suffered loss of power and Anthony was real understanding and constantly changed dates to help us during this time. Was really kind and always asked us how we were doing. Love this guy!

I think I am going to end up with a B+ in this class. Much better than I did last semester with another instructor. Anthony has helped me learn the right way to study and my grades went up by 20+ points this semester. He really cares and spend a lot of his time making sure I was succeeding. He really cares about his students!! Must take Anthony!!

I have Anthony for lecture & lab. I highly recommend taking the same prof for both. It helps to understand the material and matches. His lectures are great. he always is understanding & really knows this material. Ask questions as he likes when people talk and get engaged in his class. I sit in the front row which he likes to talk to before class

Amazing lab instructor. Makes you work very hard but it pays off in the end. Always made lab fun and entertaining with all his funny stories. I highly recommend taking Anthony because he actually teaches the lab unlike a lot of the other lab instructors.

TAKE HIM!!! I had him for lecture for A&P and he is the best. His lectures are very heavy but that is no matter who you have since A&P is all lecture based. He talks fast so be ready to type fast to keep up but he gives good hints to remember things and his lectures are enjoyable. He also has a YouTube channel which is really helpful for some chs.

Anthony was always available for help outside of class. I met with him regularly during his office hours, which helped me greatly to learn to how organize and study. Lectures were clear and he explained things simply and clearly. Best professor at SHU. I wouldnt take anyone else!

I switched into Anthony's lecture from another prof. Lectures were clear and precisely delivered to give us the information to succeed on exams. I got an A in his lecture compared to a C+ in the Fall. Review sheets are extremely helpful as they narrow the information for the exam. Lectures were interesting & his love for teaching is always evident.

I just completed a whole year with Anthony. I cried leaving the final exam tonight. I will miss this class & instructor so much. Best AP professor at Sacred Heart. I don't think I would've passed w/out Anthony's help through out the year. Between weekly office hour visits, to the saturday and sunday face times. he is always available to help!!

BEST A&P PROF EVER! At first it was hard to get used to how fast he wet through the powerpoints but he always focused on the important info and explained things really well. He will always stay after class if you have any questions. The class before an exam would be a review which was super helpful. TAKE HIM!!

Oh my gosh. I love this man. Anthony really made me feel so comfortable going into nursing at SHU. I love how he teaches and the tests are much like his lectures. Probably one of the best professors I have ever had at SHU. He is always available to meet before and after class to answer questions. Why can't Anthony teach other classes at SHU? He is the best professor ever. This is the one class I actually like going to. I have never missed a class yet this semester. Last semester I had another professor that was horrible and I didn't learn anything. Because of Anthony, my grade went from a 68 first semester to a 91 second semester with him

Where do I begin? He is the best professor I've ever had. He is so so good at explaining anatomy and is the reason why I would show up for class. You can get by if you just read the slideshows but it is definitely worth going in to hear his explanations. The man is a god.... a genius. My grade went from 77.5 last semester to A. TAKE HIM. Makes anatomy so much less painful. Tough class of course bc of how much content there is, but he cares about his students and explains things in such a perfect way. His classes consistently had the highest average exam scores

Anthony is an amazing prof, especially for lab. He gives you little tricks to make things stick in your head. He is so funny and unserious at times but manages to get stuff done every lab. He's split between SHU and Fairfield but its still so easy to reach him when you need help. 110% would take him again. Owe my success in this class to him.

10000% take him. Had him for both lab and lecture this semester, and in both classes he very hands-on and brings positive energy to each class. His acronyms and cheat codes are always hilarious, and they stick in your head for texts and exams. Powerpoints for lecture are better than any other professors' slides that I have seen.

Anthony is a great prof and very helpful! I had him for A&P 2 Lab and he really made sure we understood the anatomy and is very funny. Though he does come to every table and quiz everyone and won't move onto dissection to microscopes until everyone has a basic understanding of where everything is, which was annoying, but helpful! 10/10

I struggled so much taking A&P 1 so I took Anthony's class for A&P 2 lecture and lab and that was the best decision I could have made. A&P is a difficult course but his teaching style makes it easy to follow along and understand what you need to know. He is clear about what to expect on exams and actually cares about his students.

He is the best! I took him over the summer for both lecture and lab and it was the best. Lectures were long but he made them go quickly then started lab immediately after lecture ended so we got out in half the time. He made references to his clinical experience. He will always joke around with you. Really good at helping you learn the lab content.

I had him for anatomy I lecture and he was SO great!! The class isn't mandatory, and if you miss it, it's not hard to catch up as long as you look over the lecture you missed. He is super accessible for extra help and questions, and he makes the class entertaining.

AMAZING!! So enjoyable to take for AP 1 lab. He made lab so enjoyable/fun well learning difficult material. He is very accessible outside of class and will answer almost immediately. For practicals he prepares you to his best ability, he wants you to succeed. He grades them within almost 20 minutes after to hand in your paper to not make you wait.

Anthony is such a good professor and really cares about all of his students! His lectures were very engaging and he often told funny stories which made time go by fast. Before each exam, his review session were very helpful and clearly outlined everything that would be on the exam! I would defiantly take him again!

Great lab teacher and really funny. He did a great job explaining everything and went around and quizzed us. He graded quizzes and practicals within 20 minutes of taking them.

He made lecture interesting but he teaches you ALOT of extra material that is unnecessary so when it comes to studying for the exam you might feel overwhelmed with how much you need to know.

A&P lab is a teach yourself class but he makes sure to go above and beyond to make sure you remember everything before you leave class. Such an amazing professor and person. Every lab was a comedy show with a side of anatomy models because he's so funny. I hate mornings and gladly woke up at 8am to go to lab.

The best professor I have had. Anatomy is a hard class, and he makes it understandable. Makes his lectures fun, seem quick, and tries to bring in modern-day concepts. Professor Decristofaro was a fabulous teacher! I had him this past spring for A&P II. I found him to be an extremely fair teacher with an excellent teaching style. He made this class extremely engaging and materials were very organized. He is also very enjoyable during class. I high recommend him!

Amazing AP professor. I took Anthony during this summer session. He truly made class time fly by. lectures were clear and straightforward. Exams were not tricky and were on the material he covered. Had to spend a lot of time for this class, but I sacrificed my summer a bit and got the A I wanted.

Great professor. A&P is going to be very hard no matter who you have, but that being said he was kind and made lectures more interesting. He would go to lengths to make sure the class understands the material, cares about his students grades, and trys to add humor to his lectures where he can. Very nice guy.

He is so funny and nice but the class is super hard. There's no room for error in this class like its either your right or wrong and thats it. I did really like him though.

I really liked him, and his lectures were good and engaging. He is also funny and super helpful outside of class. A&P itself is challenging, but he's a good teacher and makes it easier. If you study using the practice tests and homework, you should be good.

I had him for lecture before he was removed from the school, but I thought he was great and had a great way of teaching. If you do the APLL sessions you can get extra points to which helps. All of the exams were multiple choice and pretty straight forward.
