In person I think he is a good guy but what I don't understand is that when he ask a question you don't really know what he wants. He wants you to put more information in his exams. There is a lot of reading to do.

i have him for biol 1611 lecture and lab he is great professor, gives lot's of detail notes and detail lecture, funny, always on time, easy test, he gives questions before the test to prepare it, and in lab he is just great and excellent taking his lecture i recommand to take his lab and take a offe

I'm in his Saturday class and all you have to do is go along in your book, read it and do lab reports. He's very funny and not boring. I highly recommended him (even though he gave us the skinny cat)!!!!

he is a great teacher. if you go by what he writes on the board, you will do great. he gives you the questions for the exam 4 days prior and you will do well if you practice the answers. highly recommend taking his class.

Great teacher. Teaches now BIO 1612 as well. He basically tells you the essay questions and all you do is study them. On the lab midterm and final he gives you very helpful hints if you get stuck on a question!!! He helps those who help themselves!!! Highly recommended!

I took both of his mini-mester classes. You do need to study everything in the book but he is probably the best professor that I have had since starting at GPC 2 yrs ago. He is funny and calls everyone "his best friend". Believe me, be his friend, get in good and you will pass!!!

If you have a problem with this professor then you have a serious personal problem. Never miss his test reviews, and be prepared to laugh in class.

Too bad. Maybe Obazee changed. When I had Obazee his tests were mostly essay, and majority of class was passing. For A & P I and II, one semester I had Obazee, and another semester, Hosseini. Grade: A, both semesters. My study habits were the same for both teachers-I averaged 4+ study hours/day. I read slow and I take notes-good for exam review.

I really don't understand what everyone is complaining about. His tests were VERY straight forward. To study for his tests, all you need to do is log onto the website given in the book and complete the activities. He gives you on avg. 15 points EXTRA on each exam. The people who are complaining obviously didn't study the way he asked!

One of the easiest teachers in the school. You have to be really dumm to get a grade lower than "c". Everyone I know got A's in his class.

Took this class as a half semester class, which is a lot of work in a short time period. Work hard and study hard and you will do well. He gives lots of assistance and is available during office hours. He loves the subject and this comes across in his teaching. Good in lab explaining things and always asking questions to make sure u understand.

Very good teacher. Loves his subject. It is a difficult class, no matter who the teacher. You must work hard to do well. He always lets you know just what will be on the test, which makes it easier to study for the test. Work hard and you will do well.

Very wonderful teacher, infact he is the best teacher in an A & P class.Easy in explaning things and very organized. Take him you will learn a lot.

One of the best teachers. If you don't grab the material maybe you should change direction. If you read and prepare you'll get A. Of course all those whinnies do not even have a book. He is a fair and excellent instructor.

HE IS OK BUT IF YOU SHOW INTEREST IN THE LECTURE HE WILL GIVE YOU A GOOD GRADE AND COME TO CLASS IT COUNTS. IN THE LAB YOU GET WHAT YOU DESERVE DOES NOT CURVE. HIS LAB IS COMPLETE MEMORIZATION NO HELP WITH TEST. READ AND YOU WILL PASS. I GOT AN A IN LAB AND B IN LECTURE.

What can I say, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL TEACHER. Participate, Come to Class, Read, Do your Lab Reports, Study what he gives you for test and it will be the easiest "A" you ever earned. Dr. Obazee is a great teacher, but I would not advise anyone to take him unless you REALLY REALLY have time to read, not skim, the book. His test formaton is rediculous, all of which require for your answers to be hand written. Much detail also. Lastly, his grading???? thats all I can say about that. But the good thing is, he curves tremendously!

Dr. Obazee is the best! He is such a great teacher and is so funny! he will continuously make you laugh. He describes things so that any person can understand it. But you should definately read the chapters before class. he will tell you something will be on the test that really is not so make sure you read. the test answers are easy to bs on!!

the people that say that this teacher is hard are all stupid! obazee is awesome! I took him in a half semester class and got an easy A! He's a good teacher and give a good explenation about A & P. what y've to do, at least is read the book or summary prior the class or after the class than u'll understand what he's talking about. He's also very helpfull about your grade but not just give like it free, u have to study.

Dr. Obazee is a very interesting professor. U MUST read your text book if U won't to pass this class. Show him interest and he will work with U. His lab is much better than the lecture. I both lecture & lab. If want to take it in half semester U need 2 focus & read a lot if you want to get an A or B. A&P requires time a lot of READING.

Very good professor! You must try to learn and read the material, this is an upper-level important science class necessary for health science fields. So if you want to be good at your profession, learn the material! Anyways, hes a good professor, a bit unclear at times, but as long as you read the textbook (chapters) you'll be fine..

I had D. Obazee for summer 08....needless to say, reading very thoroughly is MANDATORY for his class. He's a good guy, I just found it rather difficult trying to follow his pattern of teaching. All in all...I learned ALOT about myself as well as A&P II.

I am currently a nursing student at GPC.I had Dr.Obazee for my AP 1&2,that was one of the best things that ever happened to me.He's a great teacher,and will forever be greatful to him.I learned a lot in both classes.

I took Dr. Obazee for both AP classes in half terms. All nursing student take him. He forces you to read your text which will be helpful in the Nursing Program. The best thing Dr. Obazee did was make his students READ, READ and READ. I appreciate him for that being in the Nursing Program now. He doesn't like shortcuts to learning but does curve

Dr. Obazee is a wonderful teacher I have him for 1611-1612. If you are interested in learning biology take him. I've learned alot in his class he pushes you to learn because he wants you to be the best. He gets an "A" and remember your not in high school, high school is across the street;)(class joke).

Dr. Obazee a wonderful teacher. He would give you study review questions, he was not hard at all. For a short term class, you can not expect him to go in depth on all information taught.

Dr. Obazee is pretty cool. He is entertaining and makes A&P fun. He is very passionate about anatomy and wants his students to love anatomy as well. He wants his students to succeed. Yes, it is a bit hard to understand him with his accent but he does not mind repeating himself. I got an A in his accelerated class..just make sure you study hard!
