DROP! He doesn't teach but rather just talks to himself. You have no idea what you're supposed to be learning and his tests have no relevance to the material. He is unclear about what he is even testing you on and provides no feedback.

Really boring and bad teacher. Will not help you at all. If you ask him to explain the work he himself has no idea. i think he forgets what he talks about. Tests are nothing to do with wut you learn...jus drop cuz you may become dumber by attending

He is without a shadow of a doubt the worst professor/teacher that I have ever had in my life. He is unfair, disgraceful, and uncaring. There are no positives for this man, only negatives.

Very boring professor, and is very unreasonable. He knows his stuff, but he can't seem to explain it in a way that the class can understand. His tests are never directly related to the material. Well, at least he's a nice guy.

What I want to know is who the F...k hired him? Pappas place is at the bottor of the Empire State Building. His exams are the most difficult I've ever taken and What is with the the voice and hands. I think he wears a permanent smile.

Your whole grade depends on your tests that you take in the semester. The tests are hard since they each cover like 8 chapters from the book. And the questions he asks on the exams are unimportant and stupid things that you would not know and remember.

The only reason that St. John's has kept him is because he graduated from Ivy League schools. I don't know about his publications, but he is one of the worst teachers that have ever existed in the history of mankind!!!

Have to buy 3 bks for the class and you go through all 3. Does like 2 chpts a class. Tests are on 10 chpts. Have to cheat to get a good grade. Switch professors if you can, trust me I had him twice. By the end of the semester only 10 ppl are left.

He's horrible. I realized this after 20 minutes in his first class. His lectures have no real structure & the way he explains concepts, confuse students unnecessarily. I've taken Economics for 5years & he is by far the worst professor.SAVE YOURSELF&GETOUT

Worst professor ever. Run away if you care about your grade and learning. I don't know why he's still teaching. Seems knowledgeable but doesn't teach anything.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take this professor. Not only do you not learn anything, but the class is impossible. The tests are on 7 chapters and they are impossible. VERY BORING, didn't learn anything. Take someone else if you can.

Nice, pleaseant, friendly, always smiling. Very intelligent, MIT graduate, knows a lot about many subjects. Very difficult grader, unfair grader. Exams are gernerally in essay & long answer format; pick 2 essays out of 4, or define 6 out of 10 terms, compare & contrast. Criticized & disagreed w/ most theories in the required text, rambles. I read all of the bad comments about this guy before the first class and I thought that he couldn't be that bad.Worst mistake of my life. The first test was on 11 chapters,each chapter was about 50 pgs,he doesnt give a review,and the notes he gives are very brief. Dont make the mistake that I made, get the f*ck out of this class if you get him.

I'm a freshmen and this professor is officially the worst teacher I've ever had. He just rambles on and on about meaningless crap and he waves his hands like he's dancing. very dry and boring class...hard to stay awake..2 tests are given a midterm and a final...the curve is ridiculous but the test is 40 questions and its on 15 chapters...there is no class participation...its good for nap time, catching up on homework or whatever else you may want to do

Heres how his class goes for me... He begins talking at 6:50, I start doing homework for other classes immediately, by 7:50 my computer has died, I then nap until 8:30, finally, I read or do more homework until class is over, usually 9:30. His curve is insane (60-100 = A!!!). Take him and use it as a "study hall".

When i say this prof is horrible i mean it. he sucks beyond belief. jus taken his mid-term...it was on 21 chapters and his multiple choice question were rock solid. for god sake jus take a dif prof.

worst professor!!! He is useless. First off, he never gave out a syllabus so you don't know how he based his midterm and finals on, whether it's cumulative or not. He talks about things that are not related to the lesson and then tells you that the midterm is from chapters 1-10 of the textbook and 11-20 in the final. DO NOT TAKE HIM!!!

Probably the worst professor ive ever had, just mumbles in his own world about nothing doesnt give homework and doesnt tell you whats on the test so you basically go in blind on a 6 chapter test. Barley gives any notes.. Just dont take him he sucks, every time i go to class i question myself why i even bothered.

Please do all of yourselves a favor and do not take this horrible teacher, he is a nice guy but thats it you wont learn anything in class and you have to learn everything on your own which is annoying when you have 10 chapter tests

The worst class ever.STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!

We just got our midterms back. Most people failed. Even with the 40 point curve. Please don't take him if you value your gpa. He is very confusing very soft spoken, essentially he speaks to himself for an hour and twenty five minutes. There is a Midterm and Final. He does NOT help when you try to ask him questions. No extra credits. Just stay away

This professor is the reason St John's University has lost it's prestige for so many years. You cannot possibly have a professor like this and expect to be considered a top university. He rambles to himself, fails most of his students without giving a reason, and might just be senile. As long as he remains on staff, St John's will remain 2nd rate.

Don't take this professor who rattles on for 1 hr and 25 min. Nobody listens, nobody knows the answers to his irrelevant questions. He knows a lot but nothing new or interesting. Gpa fail and knowledge fail. Suddenly write 2 papers about untaught stuff and study 2 books for final~~

He is terribly unclear , and is extremely boring. He is so poor at his job that on our first test the curve was so bad that a 73 was an A+. I had to apply pass fail so it wouldn't ruin my GPA. Avoid him at all costs!
