He is a very passionate new Professor...only problem is this is his life. He has a background in Sociology/Psychology/History. If you work hard and show up you have a chance of passing. However for the easy class thing, this is not one. He covers way more than just intro for this class. Be ready to work his quizzes and test are very hard.

Professor Sardone is a guy's guy type of professor. He caters to the student to create the perfect learning enviornment. There is always something interesting to be said and heard. Class participation ties in with the lecture so dont be shy share your stories. This class has never been a dull moment. Class notes posted makes class easy to follow.

Great professor. Very outgoing personality. Makes everything very understandable to the student. Things in life arent made to be easy but if you try your hardest he will be the one that understands. Stay up with the lecture you will always be an "A" student.

Sardone's class is great fun. He is very clear of what material will be on the tests and also does an easy music project. The class issues got a bit heavy at times so if you have a weak stomach then this class may not be for you. Important,if you sit in front and/or participate he will likely pick on you incessantly, also there is no homework!

What a wonderful class! I looked forward to coming to this class twice a week. His notes are crystal clear. His lectures are interesting, involved and entertaining. He reviews for all quizzes and tests so there are no surprises. This was one of my favorite classes so far. I'm bummed out that it is over! Wish all teachers were this great!!!

By far the best professor I've had. I honestly thought a 6 week course class would just drag on until its time to go but but its the complete opposite and its so much fun that there were times he told us to leave because everyone stayed after still wanting to learn and have fun. He even taught us on his BDay which makes our summer class, Legendary.

Really enjoyed his class and learned a lot of information from a class that I thought would be boring or redundant. Strongly recommend this prof to any student that is actually in school to learn and have a good time.

Honestly, take this class! Nothing is on the tests that he doesn't go over and he gives great reviews. He lectures from powerpoints that he made so it's not necessary to have the book (but it does help). He has a great sense of humor and cares about your success. If you don't get an A in this class, consider dropping out of college.

by far the BEST professor I have ever had. I failed this course twice. I am making A's in his class and actually learning a lot of new things. He makes teaching fun, and makes the class worth the while. He gives three free abscences, two projects super easy and fun and deatailed quiz reviews. Cares about his students, smart. Honestly, take him!

I must admit that I was worried about taking a summer class because the professors usually worry more about getting through the material rather than the student understanding the material. Awesome professor, took this as an 8 week course, and the time just flew by. It was really fun, mostly all group projects/work. Even at 8am the class was great, and rarely did anyone miss it, even being so early.

Pay attention while in class. It pays to be participatory in the conversation and not just expect a lecture. The material is clearly given, the grade you get depends on your level of participation. If you think the class is a fluff class think again but know Sardone is fair and has a sense of humor.

Just took this class (8 weeks) and it was amazing. He is a very lively teacher. He has the best PowerPoints which goes hand in hand with the test. You actually learn the concepts that he is teaching because he asks your opinion on them and has catchy ways to remember. Along with Professor Macking this has been my favorite semester of all-time. Sardone is by far the best lecturer and someone I hope to take for more classes. Sadly, Professor Macking only taught one but it was also amazing!

Was a good professor! Very clear lecture. Notes were very helpful for tests. I finished all my homework assignments the first week of class. (but i'm kind of a nerd) grading is fair. You do have to study, and do the projects, but it doesn't take long and it was well worth it. I learned a lot. I would recommend him to anyone.

Sardone is a joy. He gets the class very involved in his lectures, so everyone grasps the concepts easier. The tests can be tough, but make sure to study your notes pretty thoroughly. So far we only really use the text book for homework, so I would recommend at least knowing someone who has the book. Take him, you'll love his class.

While attendance is not mandatory, it is recommended- besides the lectures being interesting and all, you don't have to really study if you show up! Sardone did a great job of making this class fun as well as informative. While there are quite a few tests and also 3 projects to do, none of this really feels overwhelming as the projects are simple and even fun, and the tests are fairly simple to study for. This was my most fun A to date.

Prof. Sardone's sociology class is a fine choice if you need 3 social science credits. The online course consisted of discussions, "What Do You Think?" bookwork questions, module tests (answers are straight from lecture videos), and a TV Culture Project. Only thing is he's a bit tepid to connect with all, but it's okay. Easy A+ if self-disciplined.

I never though that I would enjoy a Sociology class but Professor Sardone made his class worth taking. I am takin his IDS Connections course this Fall and look forward to his lectures. Highly recommend!

He pretty much maps out what will be on his test without giving you the answers. He is very nice and cares about his students, I enjoyed going to his class every day.

There is a handful of homework but it's pretty easy. He makes class enjoyable. Environment is super laid back. He explains what will be on the test and maps everything out for you.

I was nervous taking this class because Ive never taken a sociology class a day in my life, but this professor made it so easy! He tells you whats exactly gonna be on the tests and he gives you a calendar to every project/homework/and when youre gonna be taking tests . He made the class fun and I enjoyed going to class! Will take again:)

I took Professor Sardone for Sociology and enjoyed his lectures so much that I returned for my Connections course. I learned more in this five-week course than I ever did in Intro to Music (Humanities course). Writing the final paper was my favorite because I got to speak from my experience. Great Professor with amazing lectures.

Really awesome professor, took his MW 2 pm this fall semester and he was super funny, never a dull moment and we either were out perfectly on time or 10-15 early! Testing wasnt super difficult and lectures/participation always fun! Projects/HW super minimal.

Took the online class, great teacher lectures were very easy to understand not much to the test and quizzes just study the power points.

Sardone was fantastic! He makes each lecture easy to understand and is funny. All 6 tests come straight from your notes and the projects are easy to pass. You only need the textbook for bookwork, use the one at the library and save the money.

This is the best teacher I've ever had. He literally teaches what's on the tests. I actually enjoyed going to his classes. He's a really laid-back guy. 100% recommend his class!

Professor Sardone is amazing. his lectures are very interesting and everything you need to know are in his powerpoints so take good notes. tests are very easy but you do have to study because it can be content heavy. would recommend for everyone to take.

The online class was everything it should be! He has lectures on Canvas that you take notes on and every week theres 3 assignments including, a quiz, discussion board, and an assignment from the book (what do you think?). SO EASY to pass as long as you watch the videos! Take him!

Professor Sardone is awesome! Took his Intro to Sociology class online and he made it easy. He has required lecture videos about the subjects, and he is very funny. Quizzes are easy and come word for word from the video lectures. Super understanding and easy to talk to, he will help you if youre in need. TAKE PROFESSOR SARDONE!

Very glad I got this teacher for Sociology. Great teacher and not a class that's going to make you pull your hair out. Took him over summer and Wednesday Thursday and Friday were the only days of the week that we had small assignments due.

GREAT PROFESSOR!! I took his 8am Sociology class and he was the BEST suited professor for that time! I always looked forward to go to his class and enjoyed myself during class. He keeps the class very engaged and is hilarious, so the way he is, makes you want to participate in class. As long as you hand in your work and participate, you'll be fine.

This class online was great. Three simple assignments each week (8 week course). He has a print out of the lecture notes online that helps 100% on the quizzes. Grades essay and powerpoint based on completion. He also responds quickly if you message him.

He has an upbeat cheerful personality which makes the delivery of his lectures that much more fun! You will be learning about music, culture and history relevance all rolled into a good time!

Prof Sardone was the best professor I took at HCC. His tests were based exactly off of the powerpoints I promise. He's funny and so chill. I actually looked forward to his class. And the material is actually interesting. BELIEVE ME when I tell you he's the best. If I could, I'd take him again.

Sardone makes you do one quiz, one discussion, and one writing assignment per week. There are also two projects: a 1000-1250 word paper and a Power Point presentation. The projects are a pain, but he is a very easy grader. He gave me full credit on every assignment that he graded. Only thing about him is that he's not the most organized person.

Professor Sardone is a natural born teacher. He makes engagement in the class a breeze and makes clear the material that should be studied. Hes one of those teachers that is so passionate about his students that you are excited for class days. Would HIGHLY recommend him!

Professor Sardones class was fairly easy. He explains what he expects from you very clearly. Get ready for discussion boards, funny video lectures, and straightforward quizzes. No final exam! I would recommend if you are not a fan of online classes.

Took online and he kept lectures engaging and very thought-provoking. Very funny and down to earth professor. The most challenging part of the semester was the two projects due in lieu of a final exam. Do NOT wait until the week of to do these, they can be time-consuming. Other assignments easy. Lenient grader, do all the work, you will get an A.

Definitely recommend this professor! Text book is free, provides lectures explaining all the material, as well as notes which can be used on the tests. There are weekly homework assignments and discussion boards. Basically, as long as you watch the lectures and do the hw/discussion, you'll pass with flying colors.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PROFESSOR!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I am currently taking him online and his class is pretty easy. Im glad hes not one of those teachers who hand you a whole bunch of work. His lecture videos are pretty funny, he provides an outline to take notes on which will be on test! Hes specific in his instructions. Has 2 projects too.

Professor Sardone created amazing video lectures. The weekly quizzes are an easy A if you watch the lectures first. All the answers to the quizzes are in the lectures. He is an easy grader, and all you have to do is complete a What Do You Think assignment, a quiz, and a discussion post weekly.

I love professor sardone! He is one of the best professors I have had, he is truly a gem. His pre-recorded lectures are short and are very concise. Watch them and follow his note guide and you'll pass. He is a light grader and gave me full marks on the final paper and project. Take him and you wont regret it.

Prof Sardone has been the best teacher I've had. He genuinely cares about his students & he sets everyone up for success. His class is interesting and easy to follow along with. He works with you when you have issues and lets you submit late work up until about 3 days late with a few points knocked off. I will definitely be taking his IDS course.

I took this class for the 6 week summer semester and I am so glad I did. Professor Sardone was amazing. His lecture videos great and he lets you know exactly what will be on the tests. I liked Professor Sardone! His assignments were fun and intriguing. If you're a poor test taker however, watch out. There were 5 50 question tests throughout the semester, and these are what lowered my grade. You really need to understand the material and take your time on these. Otherwise, I'd definitely recommend him!

Professor Sardone gives so much to his lectures for his students to be successful. He continually reminds you to pause, to note and be prepared for specific material. I cannot say enough good things about this professor. Show up, participate, listen and take every opportunity to take notes and enjoy his humor! Great instructor!

Very easy and straightforward class. As long as you pay attention you will pass the class. 6 modules 6 tests, and the class is very fast paced. Teacher is very funny and makes the lectures entertaining.

Good professor. Quizzes are 1 attempt 75 mins for 45-50 questions. WATCH HIS LECTURES AND TAKE GOOD NOTES!! All his quizzes are based on his lectures. If you take good notes and do the work you'll get an A. Also make sure you are doing 100 words per question, not per article on the "what do you think" assignments.

Single handily the best professor I've had in HCC and the only professor that made me want to come to school. If you're able to take one of his classes better do so because he's amazing

Overall an easy class, My sibling went through the same class with him a few years back and they agree that he is great. The course was mainly listening to music videos and reading about the eras in musical history, and then answering a short answer question and posting a discussion post, he is very reasonable with grading and easy to work with.

Professor Sardone's class was a breeze - with engaging lectures, straightforward assignments, and quizzes that tested our understanding. I found Unstuckstudy and ChatGPT super helpful for study prep. Definitely recommend this course!

Prof. Sardone was an excellent teacher. Most of the information came from a free textbook and lecture videos he made himself. Watch the videos and you will be fine. Additionally, his quizzes were easy and discussion boards were interesting.

Mr Sardone is the greatest teacher I have ever taken, his classes are simple and straightforward and they respect your time outside of the classroom. Take as much of them as you can.

Make sure you read through the syllabus and start the assigned projects early. Professor Sardone is a great instructor; this course was probably one of the best online courses I've taken. You get out of it as much as you put into it. I work full time and have a second job, but I still passed with an A+, so it's a no-brainer if you do the work.
