The class by nature is difficult, but the prof. is very excited to teach it. If you read the powerpoints, talk in class, and study- you will be fine. He loves economics and knows a lot about it, he's very nice, too. Attend class and make an effort, you will do well.

AMP has a different teaching style, but its one that is suited to learning this. He makes you think, trying to get you to think through a problem and attempt to answer rather than just sitting and listening. Pay attention, read the ppts, and show up to class! He's super sweet and funny, and quite helpful if you ask.

Great professor! Very smart man with a lot to teach! Top 5 professors at DePaul! He is a sweet old man who has a lot to teach! The class is a lot easier if you do all of the readings assigned.

Great teacher! Just be sure to actually read and complete any assignments his gives. Participation is also a plus!

I wasn't participating much in the beginning. Professor Morales-Pita pulled me aside and told me he was going to call on me more. That scared me, obviously, but it actually made me prepare more thoroughly for class, which in turn got me a better grade in class. He cares and will do what he can to help you succeed.

He really means well, but his teaching style is old school. He will force you to learn the material or you will not pass. Expect to read at least 100 -150 pages a week. Expect quizzes in almost every class. Attendance is mandatory. Participation is necessary, but if you do not understand something he will take the time to explain it.

Tough grader and not much patience for students. He picks favorites. Definitely not an easy class. Repeat exactly what he says in class and you will pass the exams.

He's tough, but he's probably one of the best professors at DePaul. He pushes you and encourages you to participate in class, which actually helps in the long run. If he sees that you're struggling with the material he will take the time to explain it. Make sure you read because there are daily quizzes.

He really cares about whether his students understand the content. He really likes class participation and loves when his students ask questions. He is a little hard to understand because of his accent and also because his lessons are not very fluid. He wants you to understand though, so ASK questions when you are confused and you should do fine.

He is a very caring and sweet professor. He encourages everybody to participate and pay attention in class. If you do this you will not have a hard time doing well. Lectures are not always clear but if you ask questions he will try his best to help you understand.

One of the greatest professors I've had. While it is no where near an easy A, his teaching style really promotes a deep understanding of the material as oppose to memorizing it. Furthermore you can see the passion he has for the subject and his students on a daily basis. If a business major take him, if looking for an easy A I wouldn't.

The nicest and most earnest professor you can take at DePaul. He genuinely wants you to succeed. I've taken Marco once before but dropped it because it was just too hard. Professor Morales-Pita goes out of his way to make sure you understand the concept and is AMAZING at explaining things. Hardest exams I've ever taken, also don't be late or skip.

Antonio is a good guy, he is just getting old and cannot communicate with students as well as he probably once used to. His grading scale for the tests are ridiculous and is literally designed to NOT benefit the student in any way. Most students just barely passed the class and most failed the midterm.

Antonio has a lot of passion for the subject and for his students education (or at least he says he does) but his tests are designed to hurt students and he is not willing to admit he makes grading mistakes. He has gotten very old and some mental facility deterioration has obviously taken place. He forgets what hes talking about as he is talking.

He is such a kind and sweet man! His accent is heavy so you do have to work to understand him, but he is extremely knowledgeable and teaches his students real world things. Hes all about punctual attendance, so if you tend to come to class late then dont take him. Otherwise, hes a really great teacher! Solid choice
