She is a great teacher. Her test r hard you must study. Her reviews r very helpful and she will work with you to help you understand. Give Extra credit on test and final grade Overall she is great.

This is the worst teacher I have had in my life. She only uses power point. If you tell her that you don't understand she tells you to read the book. Her study guide has nothing to do with her test. You will regret taking this class.

For starters this class is hard. Dr.Gupta knows her stuff. Gives extra credit, and bonus questions on test to increase your grade. Gives reviews before test, that are helpful but you have to understand the subject. The test have tricky questions, either you know it or you don't. To pass you must STUDY!!!

She's a good teacher, she gives you extra credit (that should be worth more from all you doing), study guides (that do not include all the info covered on the test), and she's only helpful to students who she knows biology. If you are having a hard time, she will only help you for a minute compared to ten minutes with the students she know.

Professor Gupta is a good choice for A&P. 50 pts extra credit available. Bonus questions at the end of exams and labs to help your grade. It really does help. A&P is a hard class but if you pay attention during class, take notes and do the review, you should be ok. Exams and Labs are worth 100 points with 110 points possible. I made an A.

This is a great teacher! The class itself is alot of information, but gives exsamples to help you remember the concept so you can picture it in your head! Everyone needs to take her if you are not good at bio A & P, she will explain anything you ask her until you understand.

Great professor, very helpful, clear and knowledgeable. She prepares you well for every exam and also gives tons of ext credit. There is no excuse for failing this class. I took the 6 week course and feel confident about A&P II thanks to Gupta. Practice exams are online and the BLC is right around the corner from class, so take advantage of it.

Professor Gupta is amazing! She can really get engaged with the student if you allow her to. She prepares you well for exams and what you need to study. She really prepares you for the lab which are crazy, but she makes sure you know the stuff! Lectures are a bit tough tho, so reading should be mandatory.

She is VERY clear when teaching - making sure the class is completely understanding. I'll stick with her through all of my A& P classes.

One thing to remember, NO ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY CLASS WILL BE EASY. It is just a matter of how much YOU studied for your tests and how much effort YOU put in. Took her for A&P 1. Was really helpful for both lab and lecture. Answered all my questions. Sometimes, she randomly acts cold but overall a very nice lady.

Took a hybrid course. One discussion per week. 14 in all. 4 lectures. 4 labs. One final that covers everything. She was pretty helpful. Lecture was online. For lab we met up on Fridays. She has a lot of documents on D2L to help you study, including study guides and powerpoints. Not mandatory to take the book to class.

loved the class and the subject. Do your work, record the lecture if you can, more than memorizing you need to understand the process in the Physiology portion. the teacher can only do so much and she follows her syllabus closely. use that to your advantage.

One of the hardest classes I've ever taken. Her lectures don't end up covering all the important materials before the exam bc she's usually too busy focusing on only few specific topics. my suggestion would be to take a recorder in her class when she lectures. to pass her lecture and lab test follow her guideline. get ready for lots of reading and writing to make sure you don't make mistakes in the lab test for vocabulary.

I took this class for summer sessions 1 and 2. There were 10 exams that had to be done in the LSC testing center. 5 lecture exams, 4 practicals, and a final to be exact. Through this class, my love for anatomy was rekindled and the weekly exams gave me a chance to prepare well enough for them. She also provides 50 points worth of extra credit.

I took this class sessions 1 & 2 (June-August) For an intro class I found it very heavy mainly because I felt like I did not have much time to study and fully understand the material. Keep in mind you have to go to the testing center (Not home on your computer) Not to make excuses, but I couldn't even do the extra credit ;(

I took her class last semester and it was by far the most difficult class I've ever took. She changed the schedule for her lecture and lab the first day of class because she didn't seem organized enough to follow through with the original schedule. I don't understand why she has a lot of good reviews. Probably because she gives that as extra credit. But she is horrible. She does not teach, she reads off her powerpoints. her exams are literally those exams that are like "A&B, Just B, None of the answers". they confuse you so bad. I would ask her something and she would get in such a bad mood.

Dr Gupta is so far the best Biology teacher Ive had. There is no dumb questions, she will always make sure you understand fully the class. A lot of studying on your own, a lot of memorizing for test, a lot reading, and class attendance is key to pass. Be on time because quizzes are in the beginning of lecture. I took Dr. Gupta in a hybrid class. This class requires your full attention. You need to be able to study many hours, learn the work, and be dedicated. There are only 4 practicals, 4 lecture exams, a few quizzes, and assignments. Studying is crucial & attendance is mandatory. If you don't understand then ask before you get left behind.

Her test is heavy so a lot of studying and reading needs to be taken place. Anupma Gupta is a tough teacher but also gives lots of feed back and lots of extra reading material for you to understand. You do have still study a lot the test can be tricky its not just memorization but actually understanding. Other than that like I said she gives you all the information or more materials if you are a visual learner.

I took BIOL 2401 once and got a C, I retook it with professor Gupta and I can assure you I am more prepared and had a better time taking it. I went hybrid with online lecture videos and in person labs and loved every single class. She is caring, and provided clear info, deadlines, extra credit, and a straight forward all around good college class.

One of the best professors I've had in a while. If you pay attention and study, you will pass. She provides a lot of study material that is very useful for the exams. She's also very helpful in answering any questions for the material. You can tell when a professor is passionate about what they teach.

She is genuinely an amazing professor, A&P is a dedicated class and she has a ton of resources and content she post to help for different study types. There were times that I was a bit confused/overwhelmed because there so much material but focus on her outlines as guides or ask directly she is easy to talk to, xtra credit is available.

Where do I even begin. She makes you buy her book that she wrote which you will use two times for extra credit. It doesnt matter how much you study, take the mock quiz, and do the study guide, you will never be prepared because not one question you studied for or read about in the text book will be on the test.

I took her for A&P 1 this fall and she was wonderful! She really wants you to understand the material. She is more than happy to help you outside of class. This class is mostly exams. Be ready to study A LOT if you want to do well. Teacher is nice but tests are long and tricky. Either plan to study A LOT or you won't do well. Not open book and webcam monitored during tests. Do the EC, and study your tail off or you won't pass. Recommend taking 16 wk class if possible to get better grade.

Anatomy is a pretty tough class, with that being said, be ready to read and study, study, study. I took an online course so it did make it a bit more difficult. The professor will respond to you in a timely manner and answer any questions you have. Do the extra credit, it could save you a letter grade. Exams are monitored by lockdown browser.

I took a 5 week summer class with this professor. She is very considerate and understanding of how much information needs to be learned for her classes. She is organized and does not overload you with work, but you still end the class with a very good understanding of the subject.

I took Professor G for a 6 week intro to A&P and it was one of the toughest classes I have ever taken just because A&P is a tough course there is really no way around that but Dr. G is super organized and provides you with all the information you need to succeed. Be ready to read and study if you work hard and do the extra credit an A is achievable

This is by far the best professor I have had yet! I would choose her again if I could for all my science classes. She does a great job with her detailed lectures and including additional videos to help support our learning. The test is pretty easy if you do your review and go over the lecture outlines.

I took the 8-week BIOL 2401 with Dr. Gupta. It was difficult because of the volume of content covered in 8 weeks. There are tests every week, but they are almost entirely based on the study guides provided or the labs provided. You will succeed if you read the textbook and put effort into the labs. Also, try to do all of the extra credit work.

A friend of mine was the one that told me about Dr. G. She takes you through all the learning curves for you to understand and explains with real life situation which makes understanding much easier and assimilative. Be ready to read though and just like every online class, be ready to do homework and assignments. I would definitely recommend her.

Had a better understanding this time because it looked more like a continuation from the previous class. Dr. is very accommodating and understanding. She follows through in explanation as needed after Lab Classes, she's always there to explain. The Video Lectures are awesome and straight to point. I'm hoping for an A- in the class, currently at a B+, that being said, the class is pretty cut and dry A&P, LOTS of memorization, so be prepared, but professor Gupta is very responsive and gives LOADS of extra credit. She literally lays everything out for success for her online class, amazing tools, worksheets, and videos, but be prepared to work!

Just finished the final- 'twas a breeze! Prof. Gupta seriously lays EVERYTHING out for the online students and incorporates a ton of supplemental stuff to help out. I took her for Microbiology for Non-Science majors online, quizzes every week on labs and everything is through lockdown browser. Tests are long. It was difficult and VERY time-consuming since you are teaching yourself. Barely any extra credit and study guides were not helpful. Make sure to have a lot of time for this class to get a good grade.

Professor Gupta is ver heavy at grading and too many complex questions on the exams. Instead of being motivating, the class was very stressful. Most students were without much hope and breathing deeply while taking exams. She even put you on lockdown camera even for little Quizzes.

The only thing about this class that I don't think the professor did well in was specifying what to study compared to what was actually on the exams. Given to much information for exams and majority of it that is on the reviews are not on the exams.

8 week course has tests every week but they're easy if you study her lectures and practice quizzes. Lab manual is mandatory because half of the tests and homeworks (not mandatory but for extra credit) are based on the manual. Overall great instructor as she provides you everything you need to be successful in the course.

This professor is so amazing, even though she is a little accelerated she is extremely accessible and understanding. I love this professor and she is always very timely, clear, and concise and she grades relatively quickly. She is also great with feedback. Definitely recommend her.

8 Week online A&P 1 Course- She is well educated and qualified for the role. She has good lectures, tons of links to helpful resources, ton of extra credit opportunities, and clear grading criteria. Took this at the same time as an 8 week bio and 12 week math so it wasn't the easiest, but would be reasonable and enjoyable in full semester length!

I took this course as an 8 week session. Between the fast pace, full time work, and a wife and three kids it made for some difficulties. If you are taking any other classes I would recommend the full length session. Overall, the class was straight forward and I would love to take AP2 from this professor.

I really liked this professor, as long as you study for her lectures and the extra resources, you should be fine. Make SURE you study, it is a lot of information! she offers extra credit !

Professor Gupta's BIOL2401 class is manageable with consistent effort. The lectures, practice quizzes, and lab manual provide a solid framework for success. unstuck study can also be a helpful study tool alongside the textbook. Overall, a good course if you stay engaged.

Professor Gupta really cares, she is concise and efficient while staying on track as well as clear on what is expected. She also provides a lot of helpful material on D2L. I strongly recommend you take her, I even plan to take her for microbiology.

I attended the online 8-week class, which sometimes felt a bit heavy cuz I work full time. The course's arrangement is very clear. The professor provided good lectures and lots of materials to help you to learn and understand. If you actually spend time on lectures and textbooks, you will be fine in the test. She offers extra credits as well.

This is my second time taking this course with Professor Gupta. I took her course 5 years ago and needed to retake this course due to with specific programs you have to be current. You really have to read the material given, take the practice quizzes and she responds to emails promptly.

I was able to excel in her class with out having to take intro to anatomy which just goes to show how well she's able to teach. Her labs and lecture exams are pretty simple if you just pay attention an actually and review i barely studied and passed exams easily. Reviews and explains content really well JUST STUDY and should be fine

This course is content heavy so you will need to study. She provides many resources for you to go over outside of the classroom. Despite the time constraints, I felt she was a very good professor.

Absolutely loved Professors Gupta! She was one of the first professors that I really grasped the material. She doesn't drop any grades, so what you put in reflects what you get out of the class. She does have many extra credit opportunities though. Most of the lectures are read from a PowerPoint BUT she gives a lot of information not on the slides

Professor Gupta does a good job at outlining the textbook references, lecture notes, ppt and video sources we can use to help study for the lecture exams and lab exams. I enjoyed watching the small videos on D2L since they were short, concise and entertaining and made learning fun. Tophat for the lab portion of the class was easy to use.

Don't cheat and actually do the work, learning in this class is very rewarding! I hope to take her again in the future! very organized as well, and everything is clear and labeled. study study study! took the 8 week course and there's stuff due every sunday at 9 try to do it throughout the week. i actually loved this course & professor!

I appreciate that the professor gave options for EC due to the course being pretty difficult for someone who works full time. Lots of reading, PowerPoints and videos to help. There were also practice quizzes but I didn't think they helped me prepare for the exams. I appreciate the options provided considering it was an online course/lab.

This was a fairly easy course if you study and put the work in. The only comment I have is the answers are not seen after taking quizzes and tests. I personally prefer for there to be answers after submission to know what I need to work on. If you want answers, you have to set up a zoom meeting with professor, which was inconvenient for me.

I took her microbiology online class and it was honestly a very interesting class! You will make a good grade as long as you make sure you know how to manage your time.

This was a good course especially for it being online. It's important to stay on top of your weekly quizzes for this class. Overall, would recommend this professor.

Ms.G is able to take one of the hardest subjects to exist and simplify it to you.The course is content heavy so you'll have about 5 lecture exams and 4 lab exams. As long as you study for them you'll be fine. She offers plenty of extra credit so i advice to take advance of it ! I would for sure take another bio class with her !

Currently taking Microbio online mini-mester with her she is test heavy but all exams are based off of her lecutures that are recorded which is nice. Make time to study especially if taking mini-mester !

A lot of work to do, but honestly just study seriously! this was a very short course, I believe 6 weeks. I enjoyed it honestly! I thought it was going to be nearly impossible bc everyone says it's so hard but she has all the resources there for you! 10/10. this is my second time taking one of her classes! I recommend.

I took Professor Gupta's microbiology course over the summer; it was a really good class. Study hard and pay attention to the lecture videos and material she gives you, and you will get a good grade. The tests are long but are multiple choice. She gives lots of extra credit that is helpful. This class was interesting, and I would take it again!

Be prepared to take exams online with a web cam and has everything by 9 pm.

Be prepared to take 100 questions every single test for an hour. Say hi to the webcam and expects us to put a mirror behind us.

I first want to say If I passed with an "A" everybody can do it. Take this class for 6 weeks was very hard for me, working full time, and dad of 3 kids. Be ready to read (PowerPoints, videos, book...), but if you are organized, you should be fine. I highly recommend Professor Gupta for this class. Good luck to everybody ready this.

The course is very content-heavy. Although it's a difficult class, Professor Gupta gives extra credit and many resources to help prepare for the lecture and lab exams. I would recommend her to others.

Online classes are hard but she made it harder. Study guides NEVER included what was actually on the test. She made the slides so long and i feel like she made it harder than it needed to be idk explaining wasn't good.Offers some extra credit. Don't pick this professor if you actually want to learn

I'm taking the 8 week online class. It has a lecture exam one week and the lab exam the next (lockdown browser). The professor includes helpful study guides for exams. She also has resources to help study and gives many extra credit opportunities. Keep in mind since it's online it's more of teach yourself through her lecture videos and resources.

awesome professor gives you plenty of time to complete your work and its not face paced as other courses that you have a ton of submissions due everyday.

Professor Gupta created a supportive and engaging online course. She consistently offered many opportunities for extra credit. Professor Gupta was always willing to meet to discuss my progress throughout the semester. Overall, this course exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely take another class with Professor Gupta in the future.
