Its not an easy A but she is very organized and clear. go over your notes from time to time, not just before the test and you will be ok. 2 tests, 2 two page papers, and an easy 5min presentation. would recommend her to anyone. Even if you dont want to learn you will change your mind.

She was my favorite teacher, and doesn't require gorden rule, she even had the class get together at a greek resturant at the end of the semester, if you don't like group projects though she is not for you, if you miss a class it's not big deal she posts notes online. I got a 98 in her class. SUPER EASY

She is a great teacher. Super sweet and very clear. Only 2 tests (midterm & final) and 4 assignments. Take lecture notes or print them from WebCT. Highlight the topics she says will be on the test and ref the study guide for test questions. I would def recommend this teacher!

Take this class!! easy easy A. I took her for intro and for 20th century. her class is kinda boring...she only used powerpoints but its easy. the final exam only covers the last couple chapters, only 2 other tests besides the final. no homework, one of two group projects. take her!!!

Every student needs a professor like this one every once in a while. I took her Middle Eastern Humanities course, being offered for the first time. This class should be a Gordon Rule because of reading material. Zufari is awesome, but I have to admit, the class at times got a little off topic and boring. Easy A if you show up.

If you want to learn a lot of poetry and art take her! She does not give extra credit or give you many graded assignments. You must pass the midterm and Final to pass her class! easy teacher but beware!!

Took the online class. Very clear on what she wants. Lots of busy work though. Make sure you get involved with the discussions or she will deduct points for no class participation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Took her online. She's absolutely great. I don't think there's one bad thing I could say about her. She is very clear about what she wants and she is also very fun to speak to. I confess I never went to her office hours, but, you could just tell from her e-mails and the type of questions she would put on the test how cool she is. I recommend her.

Probably the best professor I have ever had! She is really funny and interesting. She is young so she really relates to her students. The class itself turned out to be interesting. I recommend taking her class to anyone. You don't really need the book, I didn't even open it once.

Great teacher. Easy work and class is well organized. Make sure you do your discussions weekly and the tests are not hard either if you know your material.

Took online class. Material was very interesting and she highly promoted interaction among the students. She allowed us to hold our own opinions without judgement which was great! I enjoyed this class and learned a lot about this era that I hadn't in previos more general humanities courses.

This was my first time taking an online class and it was AWESOME! Zufari promoted class participation and discussions online, which I thought was pretty cool. And when it came to subject matters, such as religion, most importantly, was unbiased! I highly recommend her! You just have to be disciplined to take any online class!

LOVE prof. Zufari, I've taken her for 2 classes & will be taking her again. She isnt super easy, but she is definitely fair, & you always know what to expect with her. She made the topics REALLY interesting and will straight up tell you whats on the test and whats not. There is homework packets(5), film review project, paper & 2 tests. TAKE HER! :)

She is a great professor! I took 2 of her courses and learned so much. I never thought I would be interested in Humanities, but she changed my outlook. Yes, you do have to do quality work, but it is enjoyable. You have like a week to complete discussions for online courses and during the summer you get out early and skip some chapters.

Areej Zufari is a wonderful teacher. She is highly educated in her humanities classes and teaches in fun ways. Just do the work and listen to her lectures and you'll make an A! Notes are extremely helpful because they cover everything on the tests. Areej is sexy too!

I had no interest in this subject matter prior to the course - but Professor Zufari's passion for the material helped to get me excited about learning about the subject. She makes discussions fun and the writing assignment is not hard, at all. Her exams are challenging, so stay on top of your studying. I'll be taking another of her online courses.

GREAT professor!! There's a lot of lecture but she always keeps the class interesting. She's pretty laid back and doesn't grade most of the papers too harshly. The term paper was tough but as long as you read the requirements you'll be fine. Tests and quizzes were easy and at the testing center. I would definitely recommend her!

I took Middle Eastern Humanities out of curiosity, since I'd already met my class needs. I'm glad I did, because this was one of the best classes ever. Prof. Zufari is well versed in the topic, and every bit of the work was interesting. The work isn't the easiest, and I liked it for that reason. Also, she's quite personable; A+ rating all the way.

She uses a lot of group discussions online and really tries to encourage students to talk the issues over for themselves. She has a laid-back teaching style and makes the information interesting to learn. She's a great teacher and I plan on taking her for more humanities classes.

She's a great teacher and really enjoys what she's teaching. Her class is more open discussion and a lot of online resources are used. Not writing, as in papers, intensive but she does do discussion questions online. I went into the class with an open mind and had a great experience.

Professor Zufari is amazing! Her class was interesting and engaging and she seemed to really care about students and how they were doing. The class opens your mind to a different culture and I'm thankful for my new persepective. She will change your quiz and test grades if you give a good argument for the answer you chose. Prof. Zufari was very clear when it came to assignments. She is a harsh grader when it comes to the 3 assigned response papers. Her test reviews are great, should attend regularly to class. SHOULD READ THE WEEK READING ALWAYS!!!! I ended up with an A. If you are willing to read, review for test with anticipation, and complete assignments.TAKE HER

I took her for twentieth century humanities and she was a great teacher! She is really good at making the material interesting and involving. When it comes to grading she can be a little harsh but it is definitely fair.

Interesting course for sure. Do not take if you want to know about the current Middle East. It is mostly about the beginning of Islam and the culture. For a teacher, she is not very good. You have to read the book always, and she goes over the book with not much insightful new information. Harsh paper grader. Easy exams.

Professor Zufari was honestly the best online professor I have ever had. Her syllabus seemed too strict and scary, but I think it's just cuz it eliminates slackers! The course is fairly easy if you read, and super interesting if you keep an open mind about other cultures and religion. She is super helpful and grades fairly. Definitely recommend.

Zufari is an example of how college professors should be. She allows students a fair chance of earning an A but requires a decent amount of effort. As long as you keep up with your readings, come to class and put some thought into your essays you will earn an A. I learned a lot and enjoyed the class. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!!

My favorite teacher of this semester and possibly of this whole college. She explained everything clearly, straight-up and entertainingly. I loved her real world no bs attitude. She shared her opinions but acknowledged they were just that. i love that. Tests are pretty easy, mostly the online quiz questions. She grades pretty fairly. no busy work.

This class is not for lazy people! The 2 papers are major parts of your grade and she doesn't tolerate plagiarism! She offers 3 extracredit options. I learned alot, more than i thought. Took her Middle Eastern class because it sounded intresting. Have to say NOT an easy class! 2 papers, about 10 homework assignments and only midterms and finals test, but I did enjoy it! Professor Areeje is pretty nice herself and very helpful. She is a little opinionated but she warns you ahead of time. Would recommend!

Once you get over how insanely beautiful she is, which I never did, lol you also realize she's very educated in her field. Extremely helpful and affectionately opinionated. Wonderful teacher. I'd definitely recommend taking this class and any other class she teaches. The textbook was super helpful and actually an interesting and informative read.

This professor is a true example of how true Humanities professors should be. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject, therefore explains every chapter thoroughly! Her online course had recorded lectures and presentations that helped greatly in the understanding. There are 2 essays and multiple discussions (not for slackers).

I had zero interest in the subject going in. She made the class interesting. Made me want to attend the MORNING class. That isn't an easy task.

Prof. Zufaree's online class was one of the best and most consistent that I've taken. Her lectures and course materials are just as comprehensive as if it were an onsite class. Read, do the assignments,don't slack and you'll get a good grade. I don't consider her grading harsh; she just expects college level work.

One of the best professor ever! She is awesome. She always has interest materials. She treats everyone with respect even sometimes some student across the line. Most importantly she talks without filters, not afraid to get into controversy. She opens my mind about the world. I am gonna miss professor Zufari and her class so much next semester. :'(

Great teacher, I already signed up for her class again for next semester. 3 papers and 3 test and a final, however she gives you options with your topics and interesting topics at that as well. Assignments are crucial I missed a few assignments and i got a B also if you miss an assignment she gives you TONS of extra credit so you can make it up.

As long as you do the work, you'll pass. She isn't a tough grader, and the textbook is a must have. Only three tests, and a bunch of short quizzes.

I took HUM1020 online. Very Easy class, impossible to get anything lower than a B unless you don't do the work. Her work consists of 1 Test and 1 short-essay question (3-6 sentences) per week. Almost every Test can be found on quizlet and very easy if not found. Essay question can be found in the book and only take a few mins to answer.

I highly recommend her. She is very helpful to students and provides great lectures for the students working online. I felt lost a couple times but gave it my best and still finished with a good grade. Make sure to read the textbook, it'll be your bestfriend when it comes to the quizzes. I appreciated her feedback very much, there's no way to fail.

this class was my very first college class ever. i heard about this amazing professor from everyone's comments here on this website and decided she was the one. If you are looking to get an easy A during the summer, i highly recommend taking her. I spent about 3 days during the week doing assignments that took very little time.

Must have textbook! 9 quizzes from the text book/lectures that are 10-15 questions, 6 discussions- 300 words, reply to 2 classmates, 3 unit exams- 50 questions, no midterm or final, plus 4 extra credit opportunities that REALLY help if you are struggling. I wish I could take her for every online class because of how organized everything is!

Best online class I've ever taken. I wish I could have her for every online class. Everything is listed in the syllabus and you have more than enough time to complete your work. There is NO final exam! She gives multiple extra credit assignments that will definitely help your grade. I finished with a 97 :-) Best class ever!!!!

I took this class a while ago and wanted to review it now since I didnt then. This professor made such a profound impact. She NEVER downed other religions or spoke against them. She simply shed light on the prejudices, history, culture, social issues and religion of the Middle East. Great class. It should be mandatory.

The class is easy and some of the discussion posts are creative and enjoyable. Overall, the only reason I didn't end this class with an A is because I missed an assignment and she excepts ZERO late work. Tests and quizzes come straight from book. Offers extra credit. Im taking another class with her next semester because I loved this class so much!

I had this professor for intro to humanities online and it was a breeze. Grading rubrics are very thorough which allows you to get the grade you worked for. One quiz every week and one discussion and test each unit. No final aside from the last unit test. Easy A if you complete the assignments.

I had her for Intro to Humanities online. It was a very easy class and I actually learned quite a bit. The material that she gives us is interesting. She gives lots of extra credit, but she DOES NOT TAKE LATE WORK. The discussions were a big chunk of our grade, but I enjoyed writing them and learning about the topics.

Professor Zufari was a good Humanities professor. She always had exercises that helped our understanding of the week's ideas and topics.

She has a very clear outline schedule for the semester. Due dates, instructions, and rubrics are always listed. She doesn't accept late work but she gives you enough time to complete everything. You can also find things on quizlet, you might not need to because the material is so easy.

Humanities was confusing to me but, Her instructions were clear throughout the course. She doesn't accept late work, but you have a whole week to finish assignments. There's a test every week and discussions every other week. Quizlet would be your best friend! Also, there are extra assignments that are very easy.

She is very on top of AI and if something is similar to somebody else's in the discussion post, and if you guys are talking about the same thing, you will get flagged down. She answers pretty fast and gives feedback on everything.
