This is one of the best teachers you will have. You of course will have to study, but she is pretty straight-fpward and is ver pro-student!

Ms. Bogatsky is a fun teacher that really knows her stuff. She is always available to help her students. Her lectures are always interesting and she presents the material well. Your grade is based on 6 multiple choice exams (every 2 or 3 weeks) and 3 tests in lab. The lab tests are hard and involve a lot of visual memorization.

Ms. B rocks! Gives you a clear idea of what's going to be on the tests, how to study for them--I'm SO glad I took her class! A++

The key to getting a good grade in this class is to take excellent notes. All the material on the exams are presented in her lectures. The lab is a bit more difficult, but who ever said learning every muscle in the body would be easy. Use the tutor at the learning center and an Anatomy coloring book. Great teacher! Highly recommeded.

She is THE Best teacher in CCSF.. You got to take her if you are taking anatomy 25. Because of her i learned a lots in her class.

Mrs. B moves quickly in lecture and labs, so take good notes. Exam ques. are mostly lecture notes, so attendance is required, reading the book also supplements the lectures. There are no suprises, she is pretty straightforward, and anatomy is a lot of material, so you must read and re-read. I highly recommend Mrs. B, her class is fun & enjoyable!

Excellent prof. of anatomy! She loves the subject and makes the class exciting and fun. It is a lot of material, but it gets easier as time goes on. I liked that she didn't depend too much on the text. Her lectures were sufficient to do well in class. She's great!

i'm currently taking the class. i LOVE bogatsky. she is one funny lady. she makes the material easy to understand, she is oldschool meaning writing notes on the chalkboard. and that's great for me because i learn that way. i have yet to really open the book and read through a whole chapter. i study off my lecnotes. an A so far for midterm grade.

Take her! She is very organized and really knows how to leacture. Go to all the lectures and take good notes. All of her tests are scantrons, and she reviews everything before the test. Easy A!

I thought she was a very good professor; she gave everything in outline form, which followed along with our books. There is alot of studying involved, and the labs are challenging mostly due to time, but she is always there to help you out. I highly recommend her.

She allowed our class to use a note card for two exams, which was extremely helpful. She is very kind and considerate. Go to class, take notes and read the chapters. She really cares about the students and she goes to great length to explain sometime at the risk of beating a dead horse.Her lectures are clear and she write all that she wants you to know on the board so if you copy it and study it then you'll have 90% of the work done. Fairly easy tests if you study the notes.

A great teacher. If you attend class and study you will def get an A. The lecture tests get a lot easier the 2nd half of the class. The lab practicals are difficult and timed so be prepared. Stay after in lab and chat her up, she is a great person and really wants you to succeed. Enjoy!

she is a great teacher! yes it is difficult because there is alot of memorization but if you come to every class, stay the whole lab, and stay on top of reading you can get an A. i did. in lecture she writes most of it on the board and goes over the models many times in lab. need help, she will answer you Q's. overall very enjoyable class.

Dr. B is the sweetest women around. Her class is straightforward and very enjoyable. A lot of memorization though, so if you want to succeed, actually stick around for lab and make use of the study materials and ask her PLENTY of questions, because she is SO helpful. Not a difficult class, just requires ample study time.

One of the best teacher I had, she is very clear and goes over everything that's going to be on the test. Lecture test is matching and Lab is multiple choice. Lot of extra credit to be earn. Easy A if you attend class and take a good notes. Don't need to buy the book because the test is straight from lecture.

Best teacher I ever had. Extremely helpful, nice, funny and very good at making science easy to understand. Not a hard class, just make time to memorize. Labs are fun, 3 practials (MC) 5 exams and one final (mathing. Every practical/exam will have extra credit. I passed the class with an A and over 30 extra credit points.

I took her a year ago for Human Anatomy, she was great! She's enthusiastic and really nice. She writes all her notes on the board and uses slides for pictures. She gives you many opportunities to pass the class. For a few of the tests she gave notecards where we could put wahtever we wanted for the test. You do need to study hard though.

Literally my favorite professor in college so far. She provides lots of extra credit, explains the material very well, is always there to help you, and just wants her students to do well. 3 Lab practicals and quizzes in lab, 5 exams in lecture, one non-cumulative final at the end, and always has a review the class before. Highly recommend her!

I had her a year ago. Absolutely one of the best professors that I respect. Expect lots of memorizing in her lab. I struggled because i had MicroBio exams conflict w her lab exams, otherwise it'd be easy. Lecture's exams are pretty based on standard note-taking lectures. Exams are easy if you read the book take notes. She is very nice and helpful.

Excellent! Her lectures are organized and comprehensive and she's very clear about what she expects you to learn. The lab practicals are no joke, but with the right amount of studying they're honest and doable. Just make sure you pay attention in class! NOT a class you can skip and expect to do well in. Take her class if you have the chance.

Took the class back in Fall 2016! Best anatomy prof! Very approachable and friendly. I was actually able to LEARN anatomy given how difficult the subject is. Her class exams are based solely on lectures which is all hand-written notes, so attend class and take good notes! As long as you study and memorize, you'll do well on lab practicals. :)

She's a very good teacher with a lot of experience. Her lectures are interesting and clear. If you come to lab you'll get some extra credit from time to time. She wants students to succeeded. But be ready to study hard for test (18 hours a weeks average). You not going to get an easy A

Anatomy with any other teacher would be ridiculous. She is straight to the point about assignments, tests, and labs. Her lectures are compacted and fast but also super funny. She gives all the tips you need to pass. There's a lot of information but thats cause of the subject so you still need to study but she makes it easier to remember.

Grades are purely based on tests. Flashcards are your best friend. Take pics of the models and label them to study since it'll be the same model you'll be tested on. Extra credit is only 25 points. She gives out notes based on chapters and slides. This class is difficult but she's the best teacher to have

Bogatsky is one of the best profs in CCSF. Anat is challenging to learn but she makes the lectures fun! Exams were easy but lab pracs were a bit tough. She gives notes that have everything you need to know for the tests. Textbooks are recommended. She mostly dismisses class early but you can stay to ask her questions. She gives a few extra credits

Bogatsky is very special. She truly loves to teach and she's great at it. All her lectures are super helpful, given she adds a little humor as well. All her exams and lab practicals are multiple choice. As long as you study what she gives you, you'll be fine in class. Would definitely take her again.

Bogatsky is great! She really does everything possible to help you understand the material. Her lectures are never boring because she's really good at engaging everyone by relating lectures to real life events. 4 exams, all multiple choice, and she does take attendance. Labs were basically optional, but very helpful. I would definitely recommend!

Very lame that she refuses to write letters of rec. That aside, great lecturer. Her multiple choice test style makes this class easier than it should be. This is the prof to take if you want to ensure an A, but I feel like you may learn more thoroughly with another professor. Bogatsky is very knowledgeable but doesn't really make you work for it.

Professor Bogatsky might be the most caring professor you will have! She makes sure you have enough resources to study for the exams. Beware that the exams ARE YOUR GRADE. Study hard as anatomy is a lot of memorization so it isn't easy, recommend going to BRC and Star Center for practicals.

Best professor to teach anatomy. Very caring and felt very guided in her class. Lots of material to study but her tests questions are appropriate for the class level. 25 points extra credit total available to grab. If you study, you can get the A. If her class is full that semester, wait for her availability next semester. She's worth the wait!

She is awesome! Her lecture tests are online. Super easy to understand. I stopped going to her lectures and studied more on the slides. Her labs are a 10/10 you will learn A LOT. She is amazing but you have to put the work in yourself. Make anki cards from the lab slides. Lots of late nights and all nighters studying from anki but it paid off. Luv.

Great professor!! She is very clear on what she is looking for in the 3 lab exams, all models will be out and she will use the same models in her exam. It's all memorization, so prepare to study for a few weeks in advance. I suggest taking numerous photos, labeling them, and repeatedly reviewing them until you have memorized them.
