He explains what you need to do in order to solve a math problem, and then shows you an example how to do it. If you do all your homework assignments, you will not have any trouble passing his tests. By the way, his homework is extra credit.

Good teacher, good notes, good examples. He gives extra credit for homework so do it, and his review packets for tests are very similiar to the actual test. Nice, guy, not looking to fail anyone. You cant 1/2 ass this class, but in the end youll learn alot. My first B in math.

Mr. Bianchi is awesome. He is a great teacher and has a way of breaking down math problems into simple operations. He awards bonus points on the tests for doing your homework. Therefore make sure that you help yourself by getting as many points as you can before the test.

She is a good teacher a little weird at times but she is very helpfull if you ask for it or you are open to it. Some of the assignments might not make that much sense but when all said and done you still learn. she is very easy going but dont take advantage of her generosity

AMAZING teacher! She's a sweetheart and looks like a student. I got A's on all my essays, the topics were easy to understand so writing them were very simple. DO ALL THE HOMEWORK! If you do you'll do fine. If the entire class doesn't participate she will give you a 5 question pop quiz (no biggie), but please participate, she likes it when you do.

Great teacher. Sometimes u talk about some weird stuff which makes the class pretty fun. She is very nice and just do the homework. Essays can be any length as long as they are good =]

If you hate ENC1101 and ENC1102 take her bc she was awesome!!! 3 essays, journal, quiz related on the story u read ...very simple 5 questions up to 10..basic stuff just to make sure that u read the material. If u do all the work EASY A!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Professor Bianchi is a super sweet person but her class in kind of BS. We've written about 10 essays and she NEVER reads them, only scans through them to make sure we used correct MLA format. You'll write between 5-8 essas, but their only one page long and their on topics regarding your opinion which makes it easier. Would definetly take her for ENC1102. She sits with you and helps you personally during class. *****

shes a great teacher, class is entertaining. some essays and a research paper. only complaint about mrs.bianchi is that she doesnt read the essays until the end of the term. make sure to do the reading because she gives quizes on it time to time but they're easy. overall good class

This class was fun. You barely read the textbook but you should read whatever she says cause she will do quizes. Never any tests just the quizes on the book. The writting assignments were really easy. TAKE HER SHE IS GREAT!

Wonderful teacher I absolutely love her this is my 3rd class with her. She is extremely nice and appreciated class feedback. Does not accept late work so hand in your work on time and come to class and you will not regret it. you will leave her class with a sense of accomplishment. SHES GREAT!!!!

She is a great teacher. It is not an easy class but not an hard class. You do about 6 writing assignments but she is clear on assignments. Gives you more than enough time to finish assignments. She is awsome but u have to do your work.

Took this course online. She has everything organized so you know what to do, but I found it difficult to do the work for literary essays without more help than the info that she gives us. She also takes forever to grade the work, so you don't know how you did before going onto the next assignment. She is a nice teacher though.

When I finally returned to school I was actually dreading taking this class, Professor Bianchi motivated me to push myself beyond where I was if that is the way that you feel this clas is for you I can't say that this is an easy A, B or C class but, I can say that if you take this class you will be glad that you did.

Took this class online. Relatively easy. 3 essays plus one proctored On-Campus. Most people dont get lower than a B on any of the essays. Relatively easy A as long as you do the work you have to do and put effort into the essays. She seemed really nice.

Professor B is an amazing, hands on teacher. It had been awhile since I took an English class, but she helped me to master the material in no time! She is also a great orator and keeps her students interested.

Professor Bianchi is a great professor, she does take a long time to grade your papers but she is willing to give you an idea of where your grade stands. If you are good at writing papers already, I recommend her class but if not maybe another professor would be better.

Prof. B opened my eyes. Her class is about more than just writing. The course really affected me on a personal level in a way that I will never forget. I learned so much about the world and I won't see things the same way again. Feminism and civil rights were a big part of the course. I want to take another class with her!!!

Don't buy the textbook, the syllabus states the stories u need and u can print them all online. She was out for a majority of the semester, but she's very well-spoken and articulate when it comes to what is needed for papers. She'll take a point or two off for small things, but I got a good grade (I know how to write.) 6 discussions 3 essays.

There is honestly no reason to fail this class! She explains everything so thoroughly and posts it all on D2L and will also give you hard copies of handouts. Just do the discussions asap to get them out the way, and there are only three papers. She gives you enough time to plan and prep, and gives you all the resources. Take her!

She changed her curriculum this semester to the theme of social justice so the first essay was a project on a movement you had to write about your outcomes with your group, the second was a research paper on the movement and the third was an in class essay which can be easily finesses by copying and pasting it on to a word document the day of exam

Bianchi was an AWESOME professor. I learned so much in her class and enjoyed every bit of what I learned. We did one group project, two essays, a few discussion boards and an in-class essay as our final. She has amazing lectures and ensures that everyone understands and has ample time to complete work. 10/10 recommend.

Professor Bianchi if very funny, caring and inspirational. The class is graded by one group presentation and 3 essays (one of them you write in class). That is basically it. She is very helpful and teaches very well.

I was terrified to take ENC1102 since I took 1101 over 5 years ago. She gave clear explanations of her expectations and if you follow her rubrics and instructions, you are sure to pass. I did not like the group presentation because it was difficult to coordinate with everyone's schedule. I took the blended class, so we only met 1.5hr/week.

I took this prof over a year ago, but I liked her and the class a lot. Everything was organized and clear. The readings and writings were themed around justice. Her writing lectures were very helpful.

She is a straightforward grader, gives great feedback. Assignments weren't necessarily hard, just make sure punctuations are correct. She allowed you to retake quizzes a few times to get the best possible grade. Be prepared to write essays but overall, I would definitely take her class again and recommend her.
