Professor Aryee is very khowledgeable of his matter. His classes kept me interested in just learning the matter to understanded. For those who care about an accent! It is noticeable but he speaks very good english and clear, so not to worry. It helps if you have taken other math courses like Algegra, trig and Calc. And yes do the HOME WORK!

Professor Aryee was helpful once I let him know that there wasn't anyone in the math lab that didn't know how to do Stats. He tutored me himself. He is very serious about you learning his material. good teacher!!!!

This man is a sweetheart. If you ask for help, he will help you. He takes the hard material and teaches it to you in the form of 1+1=2. Tells you exactly what to study for the test. NO SURPRISES! Some say he is boring, which I agree because he repeats himself often, but it helps you remember exactly what he lectured for the tests. Loved the class!

I just rated him, but forgot to add this: ***DO THE HOMEWORK!!! TESTS ARE JUST LIKE THE PROBLEMS YOU DID ON THE HOMEWORK!!! Also, he will assign you a series of "review homework problems" before the test. These types of problems WILL be on the test. NO SURPRISES!

Tests and quizzes are not difficult. Do the homework until you understand it and tests will be a breeze. He explains what you need to know and briefly goes over it, but always asks if there are any questions. Just study the examples and use the math lab and you'll pass.

I adore this prof.He teaches right from the book and you can follow along with examples if you aren't clear.He still was willing to help even when other students were rude/ inconsiderate and even gave them a make-up test b/c they were failing. He's very kind and wants to see you do well! Take him but listen hard. EASY tests, he takes them from H/W

One of the best Professors I've ever had. He wants to see us suceed, but we have to be willing. He encourages study groups and is willing to attend your group session if you tell him in advance. One of the sweetest teachers I ever met.!

He is a great teacher. His teaching style is one of the best that I have experienced. He makes sure you understand, he always asks if you have questions. and if you do, he explains it thoroughly. He explains all the work step by step and thoroughly. DO THE HOME WORK. If you do it, you'll do great on the tests.

Thoses who say they dont like his Creole accent, gimme a break, thats the lamest exuse. If anything he talks more slowly to make sure we understand what he is saying. Great professor because he will brake every step down. Test are easy (my lowest i think was a 96 and up). Plenty of people don't study and end up failing his class, oh well... don't wait till the last minute and find yourself with a bad grade. I took her for MAT 0024c she prepared me well for 1033. Which I have her for now. She's awesome I wish she taught College Algebra and Stat's because she does and awesome job teaching. Math is her passion and if your lazy and don't want to learn and do homework don't take her.

this class is a joke. if you can't pass it then there is something wrong with you. he reviews before each test and telss you exactly what will be on the test. he just changes a few #'s in the problems. this class is too easy, and i am an average math student

Good teacher. Straight up just do the HW he assigns and you'll do fine. It is a bit much, but you need it if you want to learn it anyway. Really nice and extremely helpful. Prof Aryee is a blessing. You have to listen closely to what he's saying, but he will not move on until he knows you're ready. He goes over the homework if you ask for certain examples and postpones tests if the class isn't ready. He also tutors before class and is always willing to help. Looks out for students' best interest. Wants you to succeed!

After a whole semester in his class I still do not know how to pronounce his name. lol He has a very heavy accent. He is a really nice person and very much willing to give extra help if you need it. Gave mandatory hw most days. A couple of tests and a final. It was pretty easy if you are good at math other wise you might struggle a little.

he is a very good teacher he is very dedicated to his students an ways willing to help before or after class. he does have a thick accent but eworks out the problems very good on the board until you understand it. he also tells you what will be on the tests so you know what kinof problems to expect highly recommend!!!

He's kind but can come across harsh, especially if you're not privvy to math like I am. I believe it's cultural, not him being mean-spirited, but it's still frustrating at times. Good teacher, will go extra lengths to make sure you know the concepts. His accent is tough to understand but you'll get used to it. He's fairly lenient with tests.

It is a hard subject, but he is a good professor. Attendance is mandatory, and there is a lot of homework. It did not come easy, but I did get an A in the class. He gives extra credit and offered tutoring to anyone who wanted it. He is as dedicated to your learning as you are - if you work, you will learn a lot.

Profesor Aryee is a very good Professor. He teaches his class with passion, compassion,respect, and as a father; he make the materal so easyin otder all students can pass his class with an A. I did not like before but I took professor Aryeefor 1033,1105, and 2023I got A for all of them. Some students don't want study. I recommnd him.

I am pretty good in math already. So i found the class pretty easy. Must get the book. The math lab does not fallow the class. He sometimes gets to into the lessons and slightly gets ahead of the class. Just stop and ask questions if you need to.

The class is well paced, not too much information, but DO pay attention. Questions are encouraged. Weekly homework- do it yourself, it will take 1 to 2 hr a week at most, but crucial. I never got the book- you can check it in math lab, same with calculator. Copy the tables. Overall easy class, do homework, don't skip the lecture. Prof has accent.

Professor is funny as long as you're doing the work and showing up. He takes attendance EVERY class and learns names. You'll pass if you do the homework! Take good notes, anything he covers in class can be on the tests. He is passionate about the subject, good at breaking down the material and applying it to real life situations. Would take again.

I took statistic with professor Aryee. Awesome professor! 4 tests, based on material that he had teach. He gives a study guides, exactly the same as the test. He allows to use formulas sheets. He explains the material very well. I don't know how is it possible to fail the class with this professor. Easy A if you do the homework, which is not much.

Professor has an old school style of teaching. The goal is for the student applying themselves to know how to practice &execute the work on their own. I always suggest to TAKE NOTES. He is very knowledgeable! The work itself is easy if you apply yourself and if you keep focus, attend to class, and practice, the class will be enjoyable & productive.

Professor Aryee is great. He cares about his students and try to teach you no matter what. You can ask as many questions as you want until you learn. Its just 4 exams including the final, and he ends up dropping the lowest grade. Statistics can be really hard, but he makes it easy. All the test problem are on the homework he gives, so do it well.
