She is very intelligent and know very well the material she is teaching. Her grading is extrmely fair...some commitment and participation and it's an instant A. she's very worried about her student's progress. Sge's definitely the one to pick. history is fun with her and she's good looking though !!

I RECOMEND THIS PROFESSOR TO EVERYONE! SHE IS ALMOST IMPOSIBLE TO FAIL. UNLIKE THE OTHER CORE PROFESSORS, SHE ACTUALLY CONNECTS WITH THE STUDENTS. SHE ALSO GIVES STUDY SHEETS FOR THE TEST WITH THE EXACT MATERIAL OF WHATS GONNA BE ON THE TEST SO ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO FAIL AN EXAM. :)

Really sweet. She is one of the best professors i had so far (not because she is only easy) but most of all she teaches the subject with passion, which made me like many of topics in history i hated in high school. My only regret is she doesnt teach upper-level classes. If you dont get at least a B in her class, you dont belong in college.

She's smart and knows her stuff well, but lots of reading is involved. She'll make you analyze those documents as you were an historian, and that's why I find it hard. 3 exams to take, no multiple choice questions all writing which sucks. She's very nice though, if you need help she'll make herself available at anytime. Hope this helps.

She is a great professor. Be warned that she does give a lot of work, but it ultimatley helps in the long run. Professor Tesho is a great instructor. She does give a lot of homework and the class is demanding (since it is a GenEd requirement). However, she is concerned and always have time for you. Her style of teaching is pretty laid back as she allows discussions to flow...no right or wrong answers.

Great professor to have. I will warn you that she does give a lot of work but eventually it pays off towards your grades and it gives you a better understanding of what is going on in class. She is very relaxed and laid back and class is mainly a discussion on last nights reading. I took her for the summer and I thought it was fun and interesting.

She is an excellent Prof. the only thing I do not like about her was that she handed out a decent amount of homework, but besides that her class was very interesting and she's also a extremely easy grader. Before a test she gives you a list of words and on the test all you have to do is define them and one very short essay. Highly recommend her.

She is awesome. If you need to take general requirement class take it with her. In the summer there is homework every night but its easy. One take home essay, one presentation based on a book, and one research paper you hand in and thats it. VERY EASY A,I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

Really nice professor. I loved how she acted like a normal person instead of a professor and treated the students like her friends. She is a bit intimidating at first, and she focused way too much on Ancient Greece instead of U.S. history, but I would still recommend her to EVERYONE, you do not need to be a history lover for this professor.

Tesho is a great Professor! She really gets the class engaged in conversation and is always interested in hearing everyone's opinion. I like the fact that she assigned actual literary books and not a text book. We had no tests and four essays total, the final being a research paper. I Highly recommend Tesho for anyone taking a women's history class

Awesome professor,both midterm and final were essay format and easy only if you read assigned sections and pay attention in class.I liked when she scolded a few student who spoke or laughed while she was teaching (many professors act deaf).She assigns plenty of reading and tries her best to motivate students. Very easy to talk too and blunt.

Took class to get a broader understanding of women's issues. Readings were very interesting and relevant to topic. She engaged the students in discussion and you had to be prepared to contribute. This class isn't for lazy students! If you appreciate a challenge and care to gain insight, Prof Tesho will deliver. She also shares diverse experiences.

Professor Tesho is one of those professors that every student should take at least once. I had the pleasure of having her as my professor 3 different times through my time @ CSI and every class I had with her was amazing. She is very funny and engaging. Usually no test, just small homeworks, a paper, and a presentation (sometimes with a group.)

Her lectures are well organized, and she's very helpful. Yes, she reads and annotates your written work which i appreciated. I learned a lot in her class.

It was an overall easy online course. Prof Tesho gave good feedback on the discussion posts and there weren't many assignments which was helpful since I was taking 5 classes at once while working full-time. Was a cross-listed course for hst239.

Would highly recommend -- I Took as SLS 241. Each week there is 1 quiz and 1 discussion post that you have to write and reply to 2, just follow the rubric. Quizzes are MC and you get to see wrong answers and take again. The final week there is one assignment where you answer 4 questions and also the final which is all MC. Definitely take Prof Tesho

Great class to take to get your general education credit. The professor is very nice and caring. The assignments were discussion boards and quizzes, super easy. Definitely recommend.
