NO,no, no!! Do not stay in his class!! What a snoozer!! I think more than half the class would leave and the other half would sleep. SO BORING! His MC tests are confusing, but read the book and that's all you need.

I really don't know what to say for this teacher just that he is not good,he really does..doesn't know what he is doing..and when he does he starts talking about himself, about his company job experience and ..damn like who wants to know about that.

If you want to learn something, do not have him as a prof. I do very well with math but damn, I am lost like the rest of them, not knowing what the hell he is saying or writing! If you see his name RUN!! I had one of the best math profs on my schedule and then it changed to his! WHY?!?

If U are new to acc-prep to self educate yourself.read the book&p/point.easy marker.won't give more on tests then he tought. participate. do your homework, but if it's not clear, ask. he checks only completion of it. overall a good prof.
Although he doesn't smile very much, he still is a very nice teacher.He is very helpful and very patent explaining your question. He also a nice maker. I would recommand to have him as a teacher. He might not so clear in class but you can ask him at anytime.
I thick he is a guru.He knows what he is teaching and explains very clearly. Also, he does review before test which is very helpful.

He is a good teacher,I had for ACC120 and ACC220.If you have any questions,he will answer it very clearly.(Tip)go to class and do the homework,he alway give a reveiw for the tests and final Exam.You will get an A for sure. (Be warn,he never smile and talk at one level-monotone).

I had him last semester, the guy knows what he is talking about!!1 you will learn in his class and go to his class!!1 he isnt your regular teacher, he explains with examples and he shows you everything and you will know extra information as well which will help you in the future.
You must do your homework and go to his class.Then you get good mark. He seldom smile. His review class is helpful, because he would talked about something in the test.
He is a great professor, and fair marker. However, u should do the HW that he assigned to u, and understand everything he covered in the class. Do come to his review class, he will point out what will be on the exam.
Very stingy in giving marks. Keep on talking non-stop about a particular topic. Creates false participation and enthusiasm in class because he reserves 5% of the marks just for that.
He is a hard professor. Make sure you do all your homework, even then u'll have a problem on the exam. Monotone, talks about irrelavant stuff. Review wasnt' too bad, but the exam was a killer!!! Think twice before taking him. Does not answer questions directly, goes in circles
This teacher is ok. The best thing is that he will tell you how to prepare well for the test. However, to get a good score in his class you must do all the homework and read the textbook carefully.
One of the best, he will build the accounting foundation, so the higher level accounting will be easy for you. Take him, you will survice acc and acf.

This class is pretty easy if you took accounting in high school. If you have no previous knowledge, make sure you read the chapters ahead and do all homework. The teacher is pretty good, however jumps from topic to topic when explaining. Not a hard teacher to get an A with.
Was never helpful to me. He thinks he is right. Not very supportive when it comes to personal problems. Unable to communicate and therefore should not be teaching any communication courses.
He goes very fast but in detail with concepts and focuses mainly on the exercises and problems.

If you get this teacher for acc switch right away! Our whole class did not appreciate his teaching style even though we went to every class and did our best. We all had good marks heading into the end of the semester(from studying book.) When exam was coming he told us to study everything and cancelled the last class of the year. Worst Teacher Ever

He is very nice. He talks alot in attempt to elaborate and give examples. Which makes you think...A lot of people rely on reviews but you must go over the text and notes. His notes are clear and very helpful. So attend class and write down notes! even if you don't understand him!

the reason I like him is that what he teach on the class will be on the exam. He never use ppt, he was talking talking talking.Its kind of boring. But u need to listen what he teach on the class. Every review class before test or exam, MUST ATTEND. REALLY HELPFUL!! I know his kind of boring, but choose him if you what a better grade.
One of the best teachers I have had the honour of being taught by. Was very clear, easy to understand, and made accounting enjoyable. He knows what he's talking about and seems to want everyone in the class to understand as well.

This course is hard, however he did his best job. You should practise a lot if you want a high mark.
Teacher is very confusing, and he will often give wrong information. If you to clarify he will give a long explanation resulting in nothing being answered. Learn from your text and read it after class so that he does not confuse you. Take down tables in his class to review at home.
Very difficult to understand, taught all over the place and taught in different formats than the textbook which was very confusing, I only did well because the course was very similar to that of high school accounting.
I find his class interesting. He give full explanation to students' questions under real industrial background which you can not get merely from textbook. It's really helpful if you read your textbook first and come to lecture prepared, you'll get most out of him for your accounting study! most important he gives easy marks!

Fairly boring, he teaches straight from the textbook and while he does know his stuff should you ask a question in class he will ramble for a long time. His handwriting is also not the best and he has an accent although it is not to strong.
Horrible teacher. He talks too much and its all foolishness. Half the class is failing because he rambles on and on about nothing. Switch classes if you have him!

He's a great teacher, very clear, and takes the time to explain something if you don't understand.... and then RE-explain it again if you still don't. He is a very reasonable marker! Accounting is something you have to learn and do by the rules so there isn't much room for creativity assessments it's more like if you did it right, you get the mark.
Make sure to read the textbook do the questions at the end of each chapter. He does not assign these, but rushes through examples once in class. Also, did not cover some subjects in class that were on the exam (however it was on wiley plus). Covers topics quickly (ie. before 1st midterm was almost 2 chapters ahead).Easy & fair marker.
Professor Guha is a wonderful professor, but don't expect to get a good grade if you don't attend his classes. I took his accounting basics I class and I really enjoyed his teaching methods, he talks a bit fast sometimes but as long as you read the chapters before the class starts you will do great! I will continue to choose him for future classes.

Nice person but awful teaching method, possibly because the material is equally bad. Best advice, search for ACDC videos of micro on youtube, they will help a lot.
I recommend him to those who want to study the book on their own and learn it. You'd better go over the material before his classes so you'll get what he's teaching in the class. His tests are super easy if you practice and study the book. Attend the review class before the final as you'll get pretty much the same questions on your final exam.

He was a good teacher but generally i feel that with accounting you need to do your own work from home, he is good and not too helpful.. I used the learning centre a lot for my problems. good luck!
He is a staright forward teacher
Loads of weekly assignments that are supposed to take 2 hours, end up taking 3-4 hours. Most students don't attend the lectures because they are a waste of time. He always shows up late to class. Read the textbook on your own and do the online assignments and you will be fine. The mid term and finals are really long.
I didn't learn anything in class. The lecture is so confuse. He might be a good accountant but he is not a good teacher.
Pros: If you like reading the textbook on your own, his course is for you. Read the chapter before class, and he'll go over the important parts for tests within the chapter in class. Grading criteria are clear. Closely follows the course schedule. Con: His writings are small, somewhat scribbled and only readable from the front two rows.

It was mid team and put just one question for that we had to do adjusting entries, T Accounts, closing entries, Multi step Income statement, Statement of owner's equity and then balance sheet. Its basically if someone mess with first part he will surely get ZERO. I didn't see that kind of exam before.
The worst professor in Seneca. He speaks very softly and you can hardly hear him. He doesn't explain anything properly and he expects you to know everything. All his test are very hard. If you have an option to take another professor, then choose that.

Good professor, lecture heavy when you study because he went through almost everything in class. He explained very well and answer your questions in time both in class and after class. He may be a hard marker but the exam review helped students know what will be in the exam so you can study accordingly.
Helpful professor, well organized structure of class and notes. Adjusted explanation according to the class's need and tried to make students understand. He went through everything in the textbook. He sent a lot of homework to finish weekly. His final exam review is very specific with example practice question so you can get prepared well.
He teaches very well and solves important exercises so the exams are very easy. He scores very well. Kind - the professional - patient. He treats the students very friendly.
Harder course. Good teacher and easy grader. Clearly knows a lot, but tends to get distracted during lectures at times.
Lot of course work, mostly done on Wiley +. Teacher was good, but curriculum was dense & most assignments where graded entirely by Wiley. The Labs are easy because aslong as you fill in The proper account titles and leave the right boxes empty youll get 2/3rds right.+multiple attempts make it easy. You have to practice alot tho. Repetition is king

Good course. Labs, tests were quite easy, but the final exam was a bit challenging. I prefer to study on my own, so this course was suitable for me. He usually posted pre-recorded videos, so synchronized classes were infrequent.
He is old, so he lacks energy and enthusiasm. He becomes monotonous sometimes. honestly, I studied from the textbook.
He is a very decent professor, really knows what he is teaching; however, his classes are just he reading the powerpoint presentation, be prepare. All is done in WileyPlus.
Better prepare to study the whole course by yourself. The Professor lacks modern tools and techniques for online teaching.
Worst Professor for teaching. Don't get me wrong he knows his stuffs on accounting, but his teaching style is very outdated. It is very tough to follow along his lecture. Avoid him If you are bad in accounting like me and need clear and clean explaining.

Accounting is my favourite subject and I have been scoring A+, but this stupid professor, never explained anything I wonder how he graded me. I would not recommend this professor, delay the course but don't take this professor.
He does not answer emails, and doesn't follow accommodations that students are entitled to. He reads the slides only and it was a waste of time to attend in-person classes.

Really monotonous and does not solve problems step by step which makes it hard to do them yourself later. Entirely relies on Wiley Plus for content and grading. Basically a self-study course.
The class is quite demanding, but the professor knows the material well. Going to lectures helps, but you'll need to put in a lot of self-study too. Wiley Plus and the textbook are essential. unstuckstudy was a lifesaver for practice tests.

Although this professor is quite serious and not very friendly during class, he is extremely knowledgeable and well-prepared. One of the biggest advantages of his teaching style is that he solves many practice questions for each topic, which makes the exam much easier. In fact, many of the exam questions are similar to the ones he has already gone

The best part for me was that he solved a lot of examples for each chapter, which helped us have an easier exam.
This professor is the worst I've had—doesn't teach well, ignores student questions, and shows no respect for the class. Just reads slides word-for-word without explanation, seems unprepared, and lacks confidence. Learning feels impossible under this approach.
He likes to read from a PPT. He is the kind of person who can start teaching without referring to the PowerPoint. You can prepare to listen to him talking the whole class without knowing what he is teaching. He can open an exercise and talk for the whole class. You can still pass the course. However, you don't expect to learn anything from him.
