I took her class she is a very good teacher she tells you what to study and her test reflex that..her grading system is very good she gives you alot of opportunity to pass i recommend her highly

Great Prof. cares about her students not only prepare you for her class but also for the nursing program. 1 quiz every week lots of studying but it is for our own goo and was useful for the lecture class. She is very verse on her subject area. Take her you won't regret it.

Asia is one of the best professors BC has to offer. Caring, helpful, kind-hearted, compassionate, understanding, very fair in her grading and goes out of her way to ensure understanding. Knows her subject area inside out

She has an accent but you adapt to it quickly. She is very helpful and moves around the lab making sure everyone understands. She gives a quiz weekly but 1 system at a time. She is also available at the LRC and is very very helpful! I wish she taught other sciences.

Great Teacher! Very fair. Gives bonus points on midterm and finals. Very helpful in class. Goes around and helps everybody during lab procedures and dissections. Seriously, if you want an A take her.

You will learn something in her class. However, if you know you cannot study, DO NOT take her class. You have to study all the time in order to pass her class. DO NOT STUDY= FAIL! STUDY= EASY! Take her class!

Easy A as long as you study. Prof gives reviews for mid-term and final and extra credit for perfect attendance, following lab rules, etc. Strong accent, but you get used to it. Ask for help and show you're trying. Think everyone passed. Taking her again for BSC2086L!

Awesome professor! she is very helpful in the lab, if you cannot understand simply ask, and she is on her way. gave a test once a week based on the chapter worked on, very easy if you do your part and read.

The nicest professor ever, has a strong accent but willing to repeat herself. In lab if something is not clear she is very quick to come and clarify. 1 test on 1 chapter per week. Gave chances for extra credit, and even gave the entire class end of the semester ice cream. she is the sweetest, no other professor like her.

I did a lot of studying and got a B in the class, would have had an A if I came and participated in every class. very fair teacher and gave extra credit chances.

I thought she was a bad teacher. She was really hard to understand, very unclear with directions and explaining things. I suggest that you don't take her.

This class and professor was awesome, yes the professor has an accent but does not mind repeating herself and was always quick to come and help. I enjoyed the class, yes attendance and studying is a must, but no more than any other college course taken... she was the best.

The professor was great, has a very strong accent so kind of hard to understand but always repeated herself when asked. very, very helpful, stayed after class to help. lot's of extra credit, the reason I went from a B to an A. all that was needed is to go over 1 chap per week, and 1 quiz on the material, no midterm or final. Easy A! Just show up! YEs, she is hard to understand, but labs are mostly independent regardless. She will tell you exactly what will be on the Midterm and Final Practical. She curves and is a sweetie!

By far the easiest, I've taken this class previously and came out w/ a D,and to think I did a whole turn around w/ an A. No book is required, she teaches from handouts in which the quizzes and exams pertain to, it is your job to study because she can be difficult to understand...the BESSSTTT!!!!

She is a helpful teacher. If you have questions ask her and show interest, she will work with you. The midterm and final are not multiple choice. Take pictures of any class work and labels and you will do just fine. Got an A on both BSC2085L and BSC2086L. I would recomend her anytime.

Quiz and lab every class. Show interest and attend every class. Also study notes from lab before. Then you will get an a or b grade.

Summer II: She is a real sweetheart and will help you with anything for the class. To do well in her class,study her study guide. She gives you a detailed study guide that covers everything you need to know for the lab practicals. Attendance is very important, so do not miss a class. HW is extra credit. I recommend her .

She is the sweetest lady ever. I took her for session four so a lab each class and a 5-10 question quiz each class based on the last lab. She gives a 5 min lecture at beginning of class covering the next quiz. Basically as long as you show up wearing closed-toed shoes and with your lab coat, you'll get an A.

I had her for the summer session and she was amazing! Attendance is mandatory, don't be late. Wear your lab coat and closed toe shoes. She lectures from slides. The practical is a huge portion of her grade and the only thing you really have to study for. She gives her students a huge powerpoint with all you need to know, just study! Very kind!!

Dr. K is the sweetest and also super funny! She wants everyone to pass but you'll still have to put in a lot of work. She is the only A&P professor that gives an AMAZING study guide for the midterm and final. It's A LOT of information but it's all you need to pass the exams. Everything else is pretty straight forward. Just show up on time!!

Extraordinary human being! People complain about accent, LOOK PAST IT! She is very understanding, flexible and wants you to learn. I wish I had her for ALL my classes!! She is very organized and ON TIME. Students should VALUE HER MORE! PLEASE take class with her, you will NOT regret it. PowerPoints and quiz help for tests.

show up to class with your lab coat and youll get an easy A. seriously. that easy. the labs are super easy, she doesnt even check your answers she just signs the top page after class ends. she gives extra credit for never missing a class. if you miss more than 2 classes, your grade drops by a whole letter. dont be late, shell take 5 points off.

I really enjoyed taking this class! The professor is a sweetheart, she cares about participation so do come to class, the quizzes are the easiest and we need the Bio lab textbook! At the end of the semester she threw us a Party and gave us a gift! Shes the best

One of the best professor I've ever came across at BC. Take her you will not regret it. You will learn a lot and you will not want to miss any of the labs. Attend class, do your assignments and you're all set.

Took her for the summer session and shes just amazing you have two take home quizzes and a labeling packet you have to turn in at the end of the semester. The final is based on that packet so as long as you know it youll do great but it's a lot to read so don't start reading it last minute. No midterm just final and it's almost half of your grade:)

I took this class as a high school student and I enjoyed it. To be honest I was confused the whole time in class and sometimes her accent makes it hard to understand what shes saying. But if you read your lab manual and study the powerpoints you should be fine. I found that the labs were pretty fun and shes always willing to help you out.

Really great professor. I had her for lab, very caring & was understanding with the whole COVID19. She wants everyone to learn & pass. She offers extra credit & participation really matters. Make sure you show up on time because takes attendance seriously. Lab manual hw. Beware of the final & midterm worth more (she counts spelling). She's strict

I absolutely LOVED taking Dr. K's lecture! If you can look past her accent, you will do amazing in this class. She goes over the answers to the test questions during her lectures, so you have absolutely NO REASON TO FAIL. She is awesome! Taking her again for 2086!

This class was stressful because anatomy is not easy but she really tries to help you and your grade. She has many powerpoints to study from. She is very nice, notices if you work hard, and is open to help you. You have to do your work and study.

4 exams only. Exams are taken on D2L on lockdown browser. There’s one research paper for extra credit. Attendance isn’t mandatory but its extra credit. She reads thru her lectures but that’s like all professors. Her accent isn’t hard to understand.This class is an easy A. if you want to learn don’t take it.

Dr. K is amazing! She really knows her stuff. Most of her lecture is reviewing slides word for word but if you ask questions, she does a great job at elaborating. She has a pretty thick accent but it's really not bad if you actually pay attention. AND she pronounces scientific terms correctly. I wish I could take her again and again!

Taking her class again for BSC2086 this summer semester. Her lectures are heavy but all the material you need is on D2L. She's easy just make sure to do every assignment listed in the grade book.

I'm so glad I took anatomy with professor K. She provides extra credit so try not to miss any labs so you can build points that will help your final grade. There were practicals that were hard but all my extra credit points from attending lab helped me! Her online quizzes are not too bad and there is also connect assignments due at the end of term.

Dr. K is one of the best! I took her for BSC2085L and 86L. Her labs are very straight forward and she goes over the chapter concepts before every practical. Once you get to know her, you'll realize what a sweet and understanding professor she is! I would definitely take Dr. K for A&P lab again!

She's an easy A. In the lecture attendance is not mandatory but you get extra points for it and there's a research paper as well for extra credit if u need it. For her class you only have 5 tests, all at home and NO HOMEWORK. You can't fail the 5 tests because they're all you're graded on, but they're very easy with the right tools :)

You're only graded on 1 thing, the Tests. U have 5 tests, all of them are at home on D2L. She's a very nice and kind professor. She'll give u extensions on the test if u ask nicely. Attendance is EXTRA CREDIT but it's 0.5 points which is literally nothing. I barely showed up, since all the powerpoint are online. Trust the ratings, she's an easy A.

I Took Professor Kalashnikova for both lecture and lab and though she runs these two classes very differently I will say that her lecture class is super easy! She wants to help you pass but you have to help yourself first. Tests are online(with honorlock)

Took Dr. K for A&P II Lecture and Lab. Lecture was cut and dry, attendance was only mandatory for the first two weeks. Connect assignments take to but are open all semester. Lab attendance was mandatory every week and be on time. Her study guides have everything you need to know on the midterm/final. She's super sweet and responds to emails fast.

If you're looking for an A, take her. Tests arent recorded and she offers extra credit (you wont need it). Reads off the ppt so most people dont go to class, attendance is optional. She truly cares about her students and gives you all the resources to do well in her class. Everything is due at the end of semester, pace yourself and youll do great

Her lab is amazing and interactive. 1 quiz/week online,1 midterm,1 final. She helps you w/ whatever you need and shes patient and caring. Her labs help you learn hands-on and being on time gets you extra credit. Tests are straightforward, as long as you study. Shes such a chill prof, wants you to succeed and doesnt drown you in hw. 100% recommend

I took her for both lecture and lab. Very clear on how she grades and is very helpful when explaining what you did wrong. Lecture had plenty of opportunities for extra credit. Quizzes/exams were timed and locked down. Really, it is impossible to fail this class I feel.

Take her class, you will pass. she makes sure her students understand what she teaches. I had her for BSC2085, BSC2086 and BSC2086L. I got A on all three courses, she knows the materials, and I love her method of teaching, she also gives extra credits. She cares for her students and want them to succeed, she is an excellent professor.

If you are looking for a Professor that will have 1 due date for everything this is her. Gives you multiple chances to get extra credit. She wants you to pass her class and is willing to help you.
