Atul Teckchandani is an amazing professor to work with, especially in a group consultation class setting. Very knowledgeable, resourceful, and he makes class fun. His assigned readings are extremely useful as well as interesting. I highly recommend this professor. Two thumbs way up!!
Atul is a great professor, his methods of teaching put the class responsible for what they want to learn. He teaches to look beyond the obvious and see all sides to business leadership. If you read the reading and do the assignments the class will be interesting and will also inspire you to be a better business minded individual.
If you want to get something from college that will last after you graduate, take this class. This is real world knowledge of how business and management are, learn what to avoid and how to be better. If you are just looking for an easy A, not this class, you actually have to particpate and earn your degree. It's a fun class if you participate.
Definitely one of the most committed and passionate professors at CSUF. He teaches through a combination of lectures and group exercises, that help students apply the lessons learned in the lectures. He breaks down the complex material well, and helps students that ask for it.
TAKE THIS INSTRUCTOR!! Atul was a great instructor! He is the only instructor that actually takes the students feedback to heart. He really does care what you have to say. The class is only as easy or hard as you make it. If you apply each lesson to your client project you will do well!
Good professor. Very helpful and I learned a lot. Take him.
It is evident to anyone who's taken his class that Dr. T is passionate about helping students learn. He often stayed long after class to help our group with our projects and I was so impressed with how seriously he took our education. It was apparent that he wanted us to get as much out of his class as possible.
Atul?s lectures and the case readings are intellectually stimulating. One of the best things is the activities! Its one thing to memorize a concept, but to see and experience it first hand is just awesome! Also, because it is so well structured, it is one of the better consultation classes. Strongly recommend! Two thumbs way up!!
Atul is a very knowledgeable teacher. He gives the students many resources to aid them in the case study project. Don't be lazy, this class can teach you a lot. Its clear who is a leader and who isn't: those who GET what this class is about take it seriously do well. Those who don't, well they will only be mediocre in life anyway.
Great teacher, genuinely interested in course content and value to the students. He seeks out student feedback and make adjustments as needed. Not an easy A... instead he challenges you. At the same time, he does not make his class hard just to prove he is smarter than you.
Atul is a great professor. He cares about his students and is willing to have open communication with students regarding grades and ideas on how to improve. The cases/discussions were always stimulating. It is important to be involved in class, because if you are not involved you won't get as much out of the class. Not too hard of a class either!
Dr. Teckchandani was a wonderful professor, his lectures are organized and clear, in addition to always being posted online. It was a great learning experience. Also, homework and projects are distributed though out the semester, so you never get overwhelmed with work.
He was by far one of my favorite professors.Class was fun & interesting. I learned alot from this class. The professor is beyond helpful. He always answered my questions. Go to Class, pay attention. Participate in class lectures. Assignments are doable, he'll help you just ask. I would take him again, matter of fact I am for Mgmt 465B. Take Him!!
Atul cares about his students and appreciates feedback. It is very easy to talk to him about issues or concerns regarding the course. There is no textbook, however, there are required readings. Make sure to read so you can participate during class discussions! He?ll give you an evaluation of your participation midway through the semester.
good structure of his lectures, appropriate and interesting articles to read. read this articles so that you can participate during class discussions! fair grading and honest feedback.
Professor Atul is one of the most helpful instructors at CSUF. Especially when it comes to the business plan project, visiting his office during office hours is highly recommended as you may want to make sure that your group is on the right track. In regard to individual papers, reviewing his power point slides can be very helpful.
If you are really willing to learn something, you should choose Atuls courses. You will need to study gard, but the models and basic principels of leadership will help you even more in life. I can only tell you my experience but I'm convinced that this has been the best class of my life yet and contributed a lot to my emotional intelligence!
Overall, very good professor. He is highly effective in communicating goals, tasks, and feedback in general. One of the best professors in the Business program in my personal opinion. One thing I thought he does especially well is help you focus and calm your nerves when your feel panicked or overwhelmed.
If you are a real entrepreneur you will enjoy this class. He is organized and very helpful only if you make an effort to reach out for help. Midterm was super hard. Book isn't used to often but it does help. Engages class in conversation about business plans being developed which is great. Class is not easy though, you will work super hard.
Atul is one of the best business professors at Fullerton in my opinion. He has great feedback on projects and will go out of his way to help you. You can tell he loves what he does and cares for his students.

Professor Teckchandani is one of the top 5 business professors in the Mihaylo College of Business at CSUF. His class was full of insightful discussions and fun social experiments. Great teacher! I had a difficult group and Atul took time out of his own schedule to help me with the project.
Prof. Atul is a fantastic teacher and remains one of the best teachers for the entrepreneurship classes. His classes are not your typical easy lecture/test taking classes. This is one of the few prof's I've had that understand what academics SHOULD be about. The conversations and class activities are valuable experiences that have taught me a new perspective on leadership and mgmt. It is evident that he cares a great deal for his students and is highly receptive to feedback throughout the semester. Highly Recommend!
Atul is an excellent professor who is always organized which shows in his lectures. He is honest and always seeking to improve himself as well as his class. He sure is passionate about the class and he desires to take the next class he teaches to the next level. Subject is hard but he's very helpful. He is already a good but will only become better
Great class. Great professor. Prof. Atul really goes out of his way to help his students. This, like all the other Ent classes, is no easy walk in the park however. There is a consulting report where you have to work with an actual small business. Great hands on experience. Being in a good group will make your semester a whole lot less stressful.
My favorite class that I have taken at CSUF. Felt engaged the entire semester and that can be accredited to Professor Atul's teaching style. He really wants to see the students succeed and is willing to go out of his way to help the students. Fun but challenging class. If you put in the work, you will get a lot out of it.

Prof Atul is hands down one of the best professors at CSUF. The class like all other entr. classes is difficult and a lot of work, but Atul really goes the extra mile to help his students do well. He is big on feedback - if you don't like something tell him, he'll be more than happy to discuss it with you. Overall, good class, great professor!
If u care about the quality of ur education, u are paying for ur school, and want to learn something then take this class. If u're just getting by don't waste the prof's time. He is an excellent and intelligent prof. He cares about his students and their education. Trust me u won't always get that. U will learn a lot. Project will be practical.
Plenty of required readings, and long ones to add. Good pace of workflow, although the congruence model took awhile to grasp especially when applying to consulting project. Atul is a great professor, very willing to help his students if in need of it. I was skeptical on the level of difficulty at first but looking back at it now it was great.
Loved this class! Professor T does an excellent job teaching this subject. He's more passionate about entrepreneurship and developing CSUF's program than anyone else i've met on or off campus. I look forward to having another class with him again. Highly recommended!
Teckchandani is the best at CSUF. He is very helpful and available for all students. His lectures pose philosophical questions about ethics, businesses, and the world. He brings experience into the classroom. Consulting projects allowing you to learn and gain experience with real world methodology. Great Resume builder!
I'm a B student. Atul is by far the best teacher in the business department. It is really refreshing to get a teacher that is passionate, organized, real, and an overall pleasure to be around. Class is mandatory due to participation points, but it's fun because the class engages in group exercises.
Dr. T. was by far one of the best professors that I have taken. It was refreshing to have another approach on teaching and have it be effective. By manifesting lessons into exercises, Prof. T. really knows how to drive a lesson home. He cares very much about his students. He has even helped me revise my business plan competition paper. 4th place :)
Atul is one of the best teachers I have ever had. He is always willing to help students out. If you don't understand something just ask him and he will help you out no matter how long it takes. Its refreshing to see a teacher use new ways. Throughout the semester you will do several different activities that help bring you into the topic.
Atul is arguably the best professor I have ever had. The guy is a genius, and he has a deep passion for the subject. He listens to his students every class for ways that he can improve upon the course, and he utilizes interactive classroom activities to keep you interested. Did I mention he's a genius?
Atul's class is one of the few classes where I can say it changes my life dramatically. He deeply cares about the students and puts in a great deal of effort to make sure the class is benifiting the students. One of the best professors I have ever had.
Atul is one of the best professors I had at Fullerton for sure. I took him for 465A and 464 and it has been an awesome experience. He truly cares about his students and is willing to help them at any time. If you have a chance to take him, I recommend you take him for any class. You won't be disappointed!
I have had the pleasure of having Atul for the past 2 semesters and he is an excellent professor. He truly values student input about the course and does his best to keep the content relevant to his students. If all classes at CSUF were like his, I would have enjoyed them more. I highly recommend Atul!
I didn't have much interest in the entrepreneurial classes before this but took the class on a friend's recommendation. Atul is definitely the most engaged professor I have ever had and he genuinely wants all of his students to succeed. CSUF would be a premier school if more profs were like him. I recommend taking him if you have the opportunity.
Atul is one of the best professors I have had in my college career. He actually wants you to -dare I say it....learn something. He will challenge you, but isn't that the point? He actually cares about his students and works really hard to increase the integrity of the school. Great professor; great human being!
One of the best professors in the Entrepreneurship program at CSUF. Always prepared for class and always there to help. Very fast in email responses and he genuinely cares about his students. If you pay attention and put in the effort, you will get a good grade. I got A's in all his classes.
Professor Atul is certainly one of the best professors I had at CSUF. He is a great person both inside and outside the classroom and truly wants to see his students succeed. Very quick, detailed email response. Class exercises were helpful to understand course content. Couldn't be more satisfied with the course. Great way to end my college career.
The best professor I have ever had! Very smart & challenges students with real knowledge, course material & makes you think outside the box. I wish I could have taken him for all my Entrepreneurial classes. It's not the easiest class & not the hardest. Put in the time & effort you will probably get a B, but walk out with so much more business sense
Professor Atul, is by far one of the best professors in the College of Business. He is passionate and extremely willing to help any student who needs it. His class is a bit challenging but he is always very receptive to the struggles or questions of the class. I would highly recommend anyone take this class, you will not regret it.
Take him if you can! Such a helpful and passionate professor. Very organized class. Interesting lectures and relevant course work. Tests are challenging, but if you study you can get an A. Very accommodating and understanding. Go to his office just to talk, he is a great guy!
He is one of the top 5 business professors at CSUF. It doesn't matter what class he's teaching (MGMT449/MGMT465b/etc), you should do yourself a favor and enroll. Unlike the majority of CSUF professors, he cares about his students' experience and is willing to go above and beyond to help you not only pass his course, but learn a lot along the way.
Like others have said, he is an outstanding professor. Always willing to help and work with students not only because he loves his job, but because he wants to see you succeed in both business and life. Coursework is relevant and class activities were stimulating and interesting. I would definitely recommend him to all business students.

Prof. Atul is dedicated to his students and their work.
Hands down the best professor I have ever had. It took 4 years for me to finally start learning my major and Atul crammed all that knowledge into one semester. The class is not overly complicated, just time consuming and thought provoking. The class also teaches you a lot about yourself and your leadership style. I would recommend to anyone.
This was my first class with Atul. Such a great professor! He was consistent with what he expected out of students and how he graded. Class participation and discussions are encouraged and required to earn a high grade. It helps with learning because knowing you have to interact encourages you to keep up with the readings. Great Prof! Take him!!!!
Took this class with Atul after having him for MGMT340 and talking with him about it. Switched my whole laid out schedule to line up with this course. No regrets either! Class was always interesting, & I was constantly learning something. Atul is the type of professor who reminds you why you are actually in school. Always helpful! Best professor!
Atul's leadership class provides knowledge not only about management and how companies handle leadership, but also about your own personal leadership style. Dr. T is a wonderful human being. He was so respectful of the students and so incredibly nice. Although this class was not my thing at all, it was a great class to polish your interview skills and prepare you for a career that you are hoping to land. The homework isn't bad and if you take good notes you will do well on tests. 10 pg group paper.
Great professor, listens to any feedback students have to improve his class. Assignments & lessons help students with personalprofessional improvement (self-assessments). Material wasn't too difficult, but lectures were entertaining (used activities to help connect material to everyday life). Willing to helpgive advice on cocurricular activities.
Atul is a very smart professor who is able to concisely teach different concepts about management in a informative way. He likes to incorporate class activities to keep all the students engaged, so it's important you show up to class. Reading the book will definitely help aid your success in his class, but class discussions take priority.
Attend class, take good notes, and participate and you will know the material pretty well. Homework assignments were very simple and brief took about 10-15 minutes. I read chapters main points and then did the assignment. Professor is VERY helpful and inspiring. He inspires you to find your passion and chase after it! Learned a lot in this class!
Atul is the best. Professionalengaging lectures. 4 OB asgmnts prepare you for career. Participation huge (share ideas!), 3 midterms require understanding of conceptsdefinitions(reading TB helpful). Dr. T takes an ordinary subject and makes it interesting and FUN. He cares about student success but doesn't give grades away. He is clear in what he expects and is more than willing to help you if you ask. If you want an easy A this isn't the class for you but take it if you want to learn!
Dr. T is the best professor I have had a CSUF. This class is really difficult. Yet, despite the huge workload, I learned a lot. He is extremely intelligent, presents the material very well, and he is amazing. Despite him being awesome, this class is super hard. Tons of work. But, I feel like in the end, I learned a lot, which is the point anyway

His study guides are excellent! You have 3 exams and no final! The final class is a potluck and the day to turn in team paper and a couple other things. Lectures are good and usually combined with an activity. There are journal entries to do and short writing assignments. I finished with a B- and wasn't trying too hard.
Dr. T is an awesome professor. His lectures are interesting, and he uses group in-class activities often. This class was challenging and of the harder Consulting classes I have taken but DR. T makes it easier and he makes it worth the while. He makes sure you have the easiest route for you to get the work done. The workload is heavy, but the learning experience is awesome. You get to apply what you learn through the workload which makes the course nice
Great professor and a great class! The 540 class does include a consulting project which is very time consuming, but it is a great learning experience. I would not recommend taking this class along with the Capstone or another consulting project class. This is a great way to prepare yourself for the Capstone, if you can take it before.
Atul is an outstanding professor. Hands down the best at CSUF. Cares about his students, goes out of his way to help. Understands and is very involved with the consulting projects. Course content is useful and interesting with a lot of fun reading. No busy work, everything is relevant. Just make sure you choose a good project group. Thanks Atul!
This class really depends on your group. However, Atul goes out of his way to help each project. He gives really good feedback and provides very helpful tips along the way. Class speakers will bring value to a student. Listening to a podcast throughout the semester helps us understand the reality of starting a business. Another great class, Atul!

Professor T is amazing! Really loved this class. The work load isn't heavy at all which allowed me really focus on my concentration classes, but at the same time learned a lot of valuable information about myself and OB. All I have to say is really prepare for the exams. They aren't easy and almost every question is a paragraph. Great class though!
Dr. T is amazing! I genuinely learned so much in this course. 464 is a though class but Dr. T really guides you to succeed. MUST TAKE! One of the best teachers at CSUF. Can't wait to take him again next semester.
Absolutely amazing teacher. Never have I ever had a more caring professor. He genuinely cares about his students and wants the best for them. In class activities are very helpful. Exams are tough.. however he does his best to help students succeed. Great guy, and very intelligent. Definitely recommend.
Dr. T is AMAZING and I highly recommend him for all of his courses! For 464: no textbook, but inexpensive digital corse packet; many small assignments and time-consuming group project THAT PROVIDE SIGNIFICANT VALUE FOR PERSONAL/PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. The class does take time and effort but is well worth it for how much you learn. Favorite class!
Prof. has insightful articles for class& EVERYTHING in the post before me is correct. Mgmt464 is difficult but MOST REWARDING. Class improves your personal&professional development. Prof's feedback is SOO important; it's the most constructive&helpful feedback I've ever had. Once applied, you'll only do better!& Warning: pick team members WISELY!!!
Dr. T was my favorite professor here at CSUF. He cares about students knowledge more than the grade itself. That being said he gives a lot of assignments that are credit no credit. This boosts your grade for a cushion. He will really help you understand who you are. I would recommend taking him! 2 midterms final project! Awesome professor!
What a semester! I am a General management major, and I regret not taking ETM or Entrepreneurship as my focus in the management concentration. He is very prepared for his lectures, and he expects you will be too. Literally the best professor I have ever taken. He changed my life, and he will prepare you for what comes next after college.
Dr. T is very susceptible to feedback. He values the way students learn and tries to make it better for us. Definitely read the book! Sometimes his lecture is not consistent with what is in the book, but textbook material is on the test. Interesting class! Lots of different media and outlets used for learning in his class.
MGMT 464 and 465B classes. Two of the best courses I took at CSUF, from the best professor I had at CSUF. Dr. T was the best educator I had, properly communicating subject material and answering student questions. He is always open to helping students in and outside of the classroom. 100% would recommend you take him for any class if available.
Dr. T. is a fantastic professor. His class will challenge you, reward you, and even entertain you. He is tough but fair. He reads your work, gives you the grade you deserve and the feedback you need. He is also one of the most organized professors you will have. One of my best college experiences. Obviously, I recommend his class.
Dr. T. is one of the best professors you will have. This class was excellent with a great curriculum. There is a mixture of in-class activities, case studies, essays, and a group project. All good material. There are high-level concepts as well practical lessons. This professor also uses text reminders to keep you on track. Great class!
Professor Atul is one of the humblest professors I know. He cares for his students and always takes an extra mile to help and make sure his students understand, and he gives detailed helpful feedback. He is very organized, and he always tries to make the class fun. He's fair with everyone. Also, he has a fantastic background. I Highly recommend him
Professor Teckchandani is the best professor I've ever had at CSUF. His feedback is clear and he is very understanding. His lessons are incredible and the class is structured beautifully. This man is a master.
You have 3 midterms (long questions-beware)-no final!, assignments, a group project. Sounds like a lot, but all are very manageable! Didn't open the book once. You don't have to attend class, but I would bc his test are based on his lectures. Potluck on the last day! He brought pizza! Caring professor, likes feedback and takes it into consideration
Professor Teckchandani is knowledgeable professor who takes the time interact with his students to ensure their success both inside and outside of the classroom. If you dont like group projects dont take this class. However this professor takes the time to support his students and really does care.
Professor Teckchandani is a wonderful professor. He is very approachable and helpful in group projects. Class consists of two written midterms, a paper and a group project. Homework assignments are based off purchased cases, which are really interesting. I highly recommend taking this class with Professor Teckchandani. You won't regret it!
Atul is a one of a kind professor. His lectures are well planned and keep the class engaged the entire time. He does an excellent job of doing class related actives to illustrate concepts we've discussed in real terms. He genuinely cares about your learning experience as a student. Lots of good projects, three tough midterms and a final pres
Hands down one of the greatest professor ever! Did several discussion boards, lots of in class activities, 1 group presentation, and 3 midterms. Classes were very hands on and engaging, listened to a lot of podcasts and tedtalks. Hes very open to student feedback and would alter the class according to how the class is doing. Do take him!!
Very organized & helpful teacher! He always answered my questions, and you can tell he really puts in lots of effort into his lectures. Lots of fun class activities. I highly recommend him! I read the textbook before class, did all the assignments, paid attention in class, studied, & got an A. There are 3 tests & 1 group presentation, plus easy hw.
Dr. T is an amazing professor. He was extremely prepared for every class and had exciting activities that really made the concepts clear. He is very understanding and will hear out any student with any questions or concerns about his class. The tests are situational based so you must know the concepts deeper than just the definition. Great Guy!
By far the best professor i've had at CSUF so far! Dr T is very engaging and genuinely cares if his students understand concepts in class and wants them to excel. His lectures are very involved and you will never find yourself falling asleep in class. He provides excellent sample questions and study guides for test preperation. HIGHLY recommend!
One of my favorite professors at CSUF. He really cares about his students and performing the absolute best as a professor. He takes feedback from students and implements changes in the course accordingly. The projects are awesome, and be sure to do your absolute best on them because they are worth a LOT of your grade.
Professor Atul is a challenging professor that will allow you to develop as a student as well as a professional. He will push you academically to achieve your highest potential and really engage your critical thinking. He is extremely helpful for consulting projects. MGMT 464 is one of best courses of my college career and Dr T made that happen.
Dr. T is a one-of-a-kind professor. Based on his teaching style, his compassion for students, and knowledge of effective management practices, you really wish some of your old bosses would use the lessons obtained in his course! He's really a nice guy and cares about your group project, so reach out and get to know him; you'll be happy you did!
Dr. T is awesome! He really allows you to engage your creativity in this course and also brings in CSUF alumni entrepreneurs to talk about the journey and obstacles related to their business success. He really cares for his students, is almost always available outside of class, and really wants you to succeed. Take his course; you won't regret it!
Dr. T is fantastic. This class is really based off of your contribution to your group project. He is always clear on what is expected. As long as you participate and communicate well, you will do well in the class. If you ever have questions, he is great about working with you. He genuinely cares about his students and wants you to succeed.
The 361B class is the most rewarding class I've ever taken. It was very challenging in the way it tested my assumptions and own biases. Dr. T really cares a lot for your success as an individual, a trait that you rarely see in teachers. If you want to learn something that you will use in real life, then this is the class to take!
Professor T, is one of the best professors I have ever had. He is willing to go above and beyond for his students. He takes great pride in his work and truly cares about students opinions. He will even change the class if the students thing something would be beneficial. Do yourself a favor and take his class, it was life changing for me.
Prof Atul is one of the best professors in CSUF. I truly cares for his students and asks for constant feedback on how he can improve on his lectures. I truly think that I does not need to improve further because he is already the best. He is the most organized professor as well. 3 exams with cheat sheet, two papers, 1 big group project(30min).
Professor Atul was one of the best professors I've had. He was full of insight, knowledge and made it a point to let you know he cared. His class was extremely well organized and he laid everything out so you knew exactly what to expect. He constantly gives students a chance to input their opinions during class and tries to keep everyone engaged.
A solid professor all around. Atul is more than willing to see you and your group succeed so pay close attention to his feedback and make sure that you ask for help if needed. The course was informative and the client project is challenging. The concepts will help define your leadership style and the project will expose you to real business exp.
Professor T's class is challenging and you must put in the work! Make sure you read all the directions carefully and follow them! His class is beneficial and you will actually use the material in the real world. He's there to help inside and outside of the classroom. Truly an amazing professor!
RECOMMEND(True Story.) Will be reading a lot to understand material. USE SLIDE INFO(exam what is talked about/learned in class)->Test(MC) will be based on applying those concepts(good to go to class(usually a sign-in sheet)Does more than just lecture, activities in class(loved), discussions, one group project, one essay). Go to Coffee chat!
Class is formatted similar to 464. Assignments consists of team write-ups (5), small group presentations (3), final presentation, 2 page paper, etc. No midterm or final. The workload isnt heavy; assignments are fairly easy. Readings are assigned but again not tested on. The business concept you choose will determine the difficulty of your project
He is one of the best professors that you can take at Cal State Fullerton. If you want someone who is actually caring and will teach you real life examples then take Atul. The work load for is class will challenge you but it isn't going to consume your life. I 100% recommend taking one of his classes. I have taken both MGMT 464 and MGMT 465B.
Professor Atul will teach you things that you will find useful in business. He will teach many things that you will find applicable and helpful in your career. He cares for his students, really wants everyone to succeed and pass the class. Overall great professor, but you will need to have a solid group in order to really get a good grade.
He is the best teacher I've had in my 4 years at Cal State Fullerton, and by far the best business teacher. He only tests on what he teaches which seems only logical but is a novel concept at Mihaylo. His lectures are amazing and as long as you want to learn, he will set you up to succeed in his class.
DO ALL ASSIGNMENTS (forum + surveys), I missed one of them and it brought my grade down. Very interesting class about behaviors in workforce, I took a lot of hacks for my personal leadership development. Lit in class activities. Final was a group project, but it didn't do anything to my grade. DO WELL ON EXAMS FOR AN A
I've learned more from Dr. T than any other professor at CSUF. If you have to opportunity -- TAKE HIM. His homework assignments include journals, OByou assignments, & two essays. Each assignment is evidently structured to benefit the student, not for busywork. His exams are challenging but ace-able. There's a big group project -- pick a good team.
Dr. T is awesome! He is clear about expectations for the class and there to assist you. He makes a great effort to try and get to know the students in his classes and is very personable. I would highly recommend Dr. T, he has a true passion for what he does and the way he teaches his material reflects that.
Professor Atul Teckchandami is the most incredible professor I ever met. He really cares about students and always willing to help. His lecture is amazing, and he always encourages students to convey the course knowledge to their personal life to help self-development. If you put a lot of effort to learn, you will benefit the most from his class.
There are some case studies at the beginning of the course that require some reading, but the big group client project is the meat of the course. Shows extreme care about his students and makes himself available for questions. Gives extensive, helpful feedback. Makes class fun, even when we had to move online due to COVID-19.
One of the best professors I've had at CSUF. This class is so great and I learned so much valuable information. TAKE HIM! You wont regret it.
Dr. T really cares for his students. Class is made up of 2 short papers, a group project, & a few short assignments. One of my favorite classes in CSUF. He was easily accessible & extremely helpful for all assignment. His passion for the course really translated through the students. Every assignment and activity has value & importance. Recommend!
Dr. T is a wonderful person and a great professor. He gives detailed feedback to help guide the group through the project. He cares about you and your performance in class. He fully uses his office hour to help any student that is confused or needed help. I will definitely recommend entrepreneurship major student take all his courses.
Professor T was absolutely amazing. We did a number of in class exercises that apply to real world working environments as well as the main group consulting project. Dr. T gave very insightful feedback and meaningful projects. I would recommend this class for all business majors. I had a great experience with this course and I hope you do as well!
One of the best courses I have taken at CSUF. Professor T was also probably my favorite professor. I highly recommend taking his class, it is not an "easy A" but he gives great feedback and genuinely wants you to succeed in his class. There is homework but not a crazy amount and the main assignment is the group project that you work on all semeter
Dr. T's 464 class was the most resourceful class at CSUF. He is specific with what he expects from his students & gives great direction/ outlines. He is the most caring professor I've had & is available 24/7 for questions or personal support. The consulting project is tons of work, but Dr. T makes the process easy. Uses fun interactive activities:)
I enjoyed taking Mgmt 340 with Dr. T, so I took his Mgmt 464 class this semester. I learned a lot of useful, real-world information in Dr. T's classes; I also made great friends in his classes. Mgmt 464 is a consulting class, so students work in groups of 5 or 6 throughout the semester. Each team works as a consulting group for a real company.
Dr. T is one of the best teachers I have ever had. He provides a lot of support and guidance throughout the semester. He gives a very detailed outline, and if you follow it you will succeed. The group project takes up most of the semester. It can be challenging, but he is always willing to help and provide detailed feedback.
Dr. Atul is one of the most respected Professors I took classes with at CSUF. I enjoyed every single lecture with him. He is extremely caring, and educated. He enjoys helping his students with everything. This is a consulting class so you will need to choose your group and mentor wisely. TAKE HIM YOU WILL LEARN SO MUCH!!!!!!
Class is heavy with a lot of assignments to turn in every week or two. Class grade is based on the group project and peer review. You need to be extremely responsive and responsible with your group in order to pass. The project is heavy and Professor Atul will not accept any poor work he will keep pushing you until you do your best!
Dr. T is amazing. He truly cares about the success of his students. Class is engaging and interactive. He offers great insight and is always available to help. There's not too much work, but he does grade fairly. He give clear instructions on how to succeed and will recognize a hard worker when he sees it. Dr. T will help you grow as a person!
Dr. T is an incredible professor! It was his first time teaching this class and it felt like he had been teaching it for semesters. There is a writing assignment every week (2 pages) so nothing too heavy, plus a group project at the end of the semester. Overall I loved this class, it was engaging and you learn ways to lead a better life!
Professor Teckchandani is an amazing professor! Each week we explore different tools to help improve our well-being and each has a write up that need to be submitted (2 pages max) which isn't heavy and one group project at the end of the semester. Overall he did an amazing job and very engaging considering it was his first time teaching the course!
Dr. Ts HONR304T course has definitely changed my life for the better. The workload is not meant to feel like a graded assignment, but rather an experiential to try to actually implement into your life. Though Ive taken his class at its beginnings (FALL 2020), I have no doubt the course will continue to get better, if it isnt great already!
Dr. T is an amazing professor! He is easily accessible and responsive outside of class, gives valuable feedback and insight, provides students with helpful resources, and is very detailed and specific on instructions (which is super helpful). Impossible to leave this class empty-handed. He strives to help his students grow. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
One of my best professors at Fullerton. Really cares about his material and actively asks students for feedback every class to improve his lessons. He makes content interesting, is always ready to help with projects, and makes you earn your grade with a higher caliber of quality than most professors. Definitely take him if you have a chance!
I personally feel so glad to have taken him for MGMT464! He's an amazing professor and really cares about the content of his course. He's always very responsive outside of class! The course has 5 experiential essays throughout the semester out of which you only have to do 2, so you can pick according to your feasibility. Group project is your final
Professor Teckchandani is a great professor, always going out of his way to support his students and help them as much as possible. This class also feels consistently relevant to situations you will encounter in the real world. He will also dedicate a lot of time to help guide students in need of assistance. One of the best prof. I have ever had.
He is a caring professor but grades the consulting project really tough. It is 30% of your grade and most get a C- average. Hard to get an A in. Good class, I would reccomend it just plan on getting a C.
Professor Atul is dedicated and cares for his students. You will actually learn in this class. Im a hands on learner so this class was great for me because of the the very in depth real life group project. Its time consuming and very important to choose a good group so choose wisely! Take this class, it will benefit you a lot.
I loved taking Dr. T's class. He warns you it is a lot of work at the beginning and it is, but he schedules everything well and clearly. Homework assignments are straightforward, midterms are pick 2 of 5 and spread out, and roles are assigned for everyone in the group so there is more accountability. He is super helpful. (book not really used)
One of the most AMAZING professors I've ever had in my academic schooling, EVER! He is caring, kind, considerate, helpful, patient, and highly intelligent. He provides resources and articles for those who want to it. He teaches the class with offering discussion of related course topics that offer engagement rather just lecturing. + so much more
Professor Atul was such a nice person and a very understanding professor. He really cared for his students and attending his class taught me how to be a better person and he really wants his students to grow as a person. He also understood that we are stressed and he wants to constantly help us and honestly take his class if you can it was amazing.
A very well respected professor, he really cares about his students. He will work with you in any situation. You have to work for your grade.
FANTASTIC prof. Really shows that he cares for his students and is easily accessible outside of class (via slack and zoom meetings). His midterms are very practical. Be aware that he is a harsh grader, but for your own good, no BS. Very project focused so I recc that if you get stuck, ask him and he will help. Very practical class, highly recc!
This professor is extremely caring and takes the time to get to know his students on a personal level. He always takes feedback and aims to educate us with an unstressful amount of work. Amazing person.
Such an amazing professor! TAKE HIM! Really cares about the students and always wants to find ways to improve his course and teaching. He is a fair grader and explains why things we docked down and ensures all students have the same opportunities to excel. He is always open and willing to help you if you ask.
This was a great class to take and I have learned so much with this course. This course has a semester group project where you work with a client to help them out. This course added value to my everyday life and has prepared me for my future career.
Professor Atul is great. He is a very organized and clear professor. As long as you care and put in the work for the class it is very easy to pass with a good grade. He is very kind & understanding and willing to help his students succeed. His 2 midterms are graded hard but he is very generous & practical about them. Overall an amazing professor.
Dr. T was one of the best professors I've had at csuf. He was kind, engaging, and very intelligent. The textbook that he assigned for the class was free, and homework was light. He was always wanting to connect with us personally, for example he hosted "coffee chats" where he would hangout with students and bring them coffee. Such a great teacher!
The material taught in class applies to real life. One of the most organized and clear canvas layouts I've seen in my 5 years of university. He communicates well, and you always know what he expects from you.
I LOVE DR. T! I took this class over the summer as his first study abroad program in France and it was such a fun experience. The class consisted of 3 midterms, one group presentation, and journal entries. Dr.T is always taking care of his students and asking for feedback, which made the class fun and manageable!
I love Dr. T! He is great @providing feedback on assignments and really values your opinions during class discussions. This is not a normal college course- it is so much better! It's not a memorization class, you're expected to come to class and discuss the material. It makes it so much better to digest and I actually enjoyed coming to class 4once.
Professor is a nice professor and does give good lectures but you can easily skip every lecture throughout the semester and still pass the class. No exams but two essays that are worth 35% of grade. Consulting group projecttakes the entire semester and is A LOT of work and is almost half your grade. He is very picky with this project.
Professor Atul was awesome to take his course. His classes were never mandatory unless it was for project presentation feedback. The consulting project is the majority of your grade. Two midterms that are take home essentially its all write ups. There are I believe 5 or 6 midterms to choose from the entire semester. He grades them very picky.
One of my favorite profs on campus! Very kind and helpful throughout the process of the consulting project. The exams were a little difficult, but not impossible to pass. Highly recommend taking his courses that are provided on campus and abroad!
Really good professor, very attentive and gave great feedback but the consulting project was a lot of work. Don't take this class unless you have to because it's just too time consuming. I mean yeah it's good practice for professional development and whatnot but if you just want a normal elective then take something else. 2 take home essay exams
Dr. T is the best professor I have ever had. He makes his lectures engaging, is very understanding, and is open to adapting to the student's needs. He is very personable and reasonable. I genuinely enjoyed the material and learned a lot
Dr. T was an amazing professor and genuinely cared about his students. I took this class as study abroad and he was very helpful whenever I had questions about at assignment. The only thing is that he is a tough grader, so make sure you are thorough with your answers. I would 100% take him again and he is my favorite by far.
Dr. T was an amazing professor to learn from. During the study abroad program, he was very caring towards his students and gave us a well-structured course. I would definitely take him for this class as he holds a lot of knowledge and made sure students would succeed in the class.
Professor Atul runs a great class, though the consulting project is quite intensive. Utilize resources like Unstuck ai alongside the free textbook to manage the workload. Overall, a rewarding course that prepares you well for the professional world.
pros: intelligent professor, interesting class discussions. cons: condescending attitude. grading is subjective and unclear. in-class lectures and/or activities are often pointless and a waste of time. has repeatedly given expired lattes (those who know). do not trust the 4.9 star reviews.
Dr. T is an amazing professor who is extremely caring about the program and his students, as well as very knowledgeable in the course material. He is very personable and makes the class and time abroad enjoyable. I highly encourage you to take his class for the France study abroad trip because it was an experience I will always cherish.
I did the study abroad in France for this class and had the best experience. The curriculum isn't too tough and the work load is moderate. All of the tests are taken in groups and there is a lot of groupwork activities. Overall he is passionate about the subject and cares about the student's success.
