good teacher. explains everything clearly, but dones expect to get an A without reading the book. just going to lecture would probably get you a C.
Class is very challenging, but he is an excellent teacher. Very smart and knows what he is talking about
He relates real life examples to class. He makes clear how all the classes we take tie in together to help us become ethical, intelligent professionals. great teacher. got a B
excellent teacher, i learned the most from this class than any other class.. very applicable to real world situations.. extremely tough, almost impossible to get an A.. he is very helpful and responds fast to students..
He is awesome! Highly recommend! The outlines are boring, but once you get use to it, it can go by quick. Pay attention to notes and keep them organize for the quizzes!
Hard Class, but great teacher. Always ready to listen, and explain if you don't understand. Always looking out for the students best interest. Responds fast to emails and phone calls. Very flexible, and understanding. He is soft spoken but can get his p
Nice teacher. Straight forward material and outline of class schedule, except for pop quizzes, but open notes. 2 tests, 3 pop quizzes, 2 group presentations, and 2 individual presentation. All very easy!!! Recomended professor.
Extremely challenging class.Lots of work, but if you put in the time you can get at least a B. Very nice and helpful. Keep the notes for the pop quizzes. Pay attention to the outlines, really helps your final grade. I got a B.
Talk about an Anal Retentive teacher. Every little thing, to Heading Format, Page #, and all point-less areas, he takes points away. Prepared for a lot of work and outline's to his perfection. He'll give u a list of common errors students make. NO Tests, just pop-quizzes, group presentations, and case outlines. Plus, portfolio with 3 exec summ
An ENORMOUS amount of work! You won't have any free time. The class is very informative and you will learn more than you expect. A couple of group presentations, a few pop quizzes (w/notes), and one heck of a marketing plan. Pray that your assigned group members aren't slackers. Should be an easy B if you put in the effort.
For a summer class...whoa! I tell you, you might as well be a hermit because all the work you are assigned prevents any life outside of class. Although, being in his class isn't all that bad. No tests!!! Easy B if you show up and do your assignments.
PROF. LEBARD IS THE MOST INFORMATIVE PROF. AT CSUF. HE KNOWS HIS STUFF SO LISTEN VERY CAREFULLY. WORK LOAD IS ON THE HEAVY SIDE AND MARKETING PLAN IS VERY LONG SO GET STARTED EARLY. BEST CLASS I'VE TAKEN AT CSUF, ESPECIALLY IN THE BUSINESS SCHOOL. IF YOU DON'T MIND A CHALLENGE TAKE THIS TEACHER, HE WILL SHOW YOU A GREAT PERSPECTIVE OF MARKETING
Lots of memorization for tests so take good notes. He's very serious, but thats cause he knows hes the**** when it comes to marketing cause he is
Agreed...he's very serious but maybe calm describes him more. Will help you if you need help so ask questions. Be very careful on written assignments, formatting, spelling, grammar...stick to everything said on the syllabus. Write down everything...EvErYtHiNg...in class. Memorization skills helpful for very specific Q's on exams.
This teacher knows everything about marketing. One of the best teachers at fullerton. Only a final and he prints out the notes for class. The work load is on the heavy side and there is a lot of group work. I highly recommend this class!
I hated this class. It was boring and all examples are about motorcycles. He thinks that when he says "You need to be OK with this" and "Reality is....." and then reads his notes that you get the impression he actually knows something.....Soooo annoying!
This professor is extremely calm and easy going. Class sessions are not extremely boring because group work is all one does. Attendance is mandatory because of pop quizzes. Team member evaluations also make it mandatory to show up to recieve a good grade.
Simply the worst. He sits down and reads in a monotone from a single-spaced sheet. Selling and marketing require enthusiasm and people-skills ... he lacks them both!
Professor LeBard is a cool guy. He is a very knowledgeable guy in the world of Marketing. Class went by extremely quick. Would take him again if I was a marketing major.
Excellent professor. Extremely helpful in every aspect. He is challenging at times but it helps you understand mktg concepts. Concise outlines are due every week. No midterm or final random pop quizzes. Pray you get a good group because there is tons of group work. Three oral presentations and a marketing plan. Defiantly recommend him.
do not take him! he is horrible! mumbles, can barely hear him, passes out outlines that are extremely difficult to understand. he wastes class time talking about useless information we didnt need to know. tests are extremely difficult. i have good grades in my other classes except this one =( it felt like an honors class
You've got to be joking me. I cannot believe that this guy teaches a master level course. He does not promote critical thinking and makes you analyze cases without even running you through how you should think as a MBA student. Every lecture is a regurgitation of his outlines of basic marketing principles.
This professor is incapable of teaching a master level marketing class. He is lack of knowledge and experience in strategic marketing, which should be the topic of this class. He was only focus on formating. He didn't put grades in blackboard so you have no idea about how you get the final one. So frustrated and terrible experience!

This teacher is not good. Class is very boring and consists of long and monotone lectures. Assigned a horrendous 25 page group paper. Our group had 8 people in it. What a joke. Tests are kinda easy. I;d probably avoid it.
Open notes pop-quizzes are randomly given.Exams are extremely difficult. Two POINTLESS group projects - one is a 25-30pg paper. There are 2 research sessions (no make ups). Lectures are BORING. He does not speak clearly. Don't take his class even if its the last one left and you have no choice. Wait for the next sem and take it with someone else.
This guy is neither academic nor real-world. I can't believe I paid for this class. Maybe I can start my own Honda store and tell people I know about Marketing too. This guy has is MBA from USC and it definitely shows. He's not a bad guy, just someone who isn't that great of a teacher let alone professor.
Random open-notes pop quizzes(can't get any easier than this). If you simply MEMORIZE the lecture notes you will get an A on Exams. There is a lot of outside volunteering work for your group project though. Overall, I enjoyed the class and I'm not even a marketing major and still managed to get an A!!
I thought this was going to be my easiest class.. you know marketing how hard can it be? But there is alot of NOTES that go with him. Overall nice guy, genuine. His class is nothing but handout notes, and he goes over it. Pop quizes, tests have writtin answers. After lecture you go to groups, even on first day! Group project very long. By last name
Le Bard?s class is kind of boring which is unexpected for being a marketing class. The information load is too much and this is what makes the exams so difficult. The teacher?s notes are very good. Good Luck.
Boring, but very nice and clear. You cant miss a day of class cause of his notes and quizes werent too difficult. tests get harder in time. Group project was lame and was okay. He gives you a sample of the group project but theres not much you can do with it. Just literally copy it. Drink some coffee so you dont fall asleep. He has a monotone voice
He is a good teacher. Provides pre-printed notes for the entire class. Open note/book quizzes. Tests require a lot of memorization, multiple choice, true false and short answers. Study the notes and you'll be fine. Group project, but not presentation. I'd recommend him.
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Open note quizzes, no exams, but final project is intense! Extremely hard grader for proper grammar. You need to be perfect or you get a zero on grammar. Be sure start the final project as soon as possible. It takes A LOT of time! Aim to finish project 1 week early, then ALL MEMBERS proof read.
Required book was only used for the cases. If one of your group members has the book, get a copy of the case or use the book in the library. The recommended book was not used at all for the class. The recommendeded book will be good for future use if you write a business plan for your business, but not used for class. Not needed.
Teacher is very knowledgeable and incorporates humorous real life experiences into his lectures. Open notes for quizzes but not for exams. Exams are MC, T/F, and short writing and require a lot of memorization. Group project is time consuming and challenging so start working on it as early as possible. Overall, highly recommend this professor.
I took the online course. Tests are on Saturdays. one midterm one cumulative final. SO much information. weekly assigments and/or quizzes. Group project is tedious but is okay when work is split up. Presentation is by recording yourself. Curves on exams. Gives a little extra credit. You can call him at his business office if you have questions.
You will be disappointed for ever taking this class. So boring and so out of the real world of marketing. If you think that your job will be to format business papers, then take this class, because that is all that you will be able to take out of it. If you will study marketing, take this class only if you have no other choice.
Overall easy class if you put in the work. A lot of straight memorization, group project isn't bad when the work is split up. Open note quizzes, most if not all questions come straight from the pre-printed notes he hands out. Gives good real life examples during lecture. Overall good professor to take to get through your mktg class requirement
1 midterm, 1 final, few assignments & group project. Exams have so much information. He was very unclear about the group project. I took this online so his lectures were all podcasts-very boring & outdated. He gives you the notes to go along with the lecture but I suggest you add to them while listening to the podcast. Ended up with an A-.
Professor Lebard is an awesome individual. Shares a lot of his experience with the class. You will learn a lot. You must do the case studies as they will help enforce what you learn. He gives you the template for perfect formatting-- it doesn't take a genius to get it right. Summer class: 2 projects, 9 case studies, and pop quizzes.
Professor LeBard is a brilliant man! LeBard brings a wealth of real-world experience! Must set milestones for your Group Projects. Case studies require concentration. Quizzes are very doable. He gives the students all the necessary tools and help to succeed. LeBard has wisdom that is beyond most professors. You will gain a lifetime of knowledge.
LeBard is by far the most helpful professor I’ve had in the MBA program. He is very knowledgeable and brings real world examples to the class discussion. Case studies make you use what you've learned in the program and are helpful to keep your ideas focused; Invaluable skill to have at the workplace. Plus, he is ALWAYS available to help students.
Very helpful professor. He will help you with any questions you have. The book is needed for the cases. Make sure your formatting is correct because he will dock points. 6 pop quizzes but you get to use your notes. No tests or final.
His favorite phrase is, "You've got to be ok with that." - trust me, you'll hear it 456,000 times. It's not an easy class but totally doable. He's not tough but the content will challenge you. He's pretty monotonous but take notes and use them during open book quizzes. Don't buy textbook. Get a good group for the group project.
Class is not very easy and his lectures are brutal online. I got a B in the course, not really sure how. His tests aren't easy but he grades on a curve. Tons of information and the quizzes come straight from the lectures so have those printed & ready when you do quizzes. He's cool & you will learn a lot but online + monotone is rough.
Midterm is pure memorization. Group project - start on it early, because there is a lot of work and your group might not be very supportive and you might end up having to do everything last minute He is not clear, podcasts are outdated, instructions are outdated, everything is outdated and his study guides are inaccurate. HELP ME.
2 hour long online lectures each week (can be easily divided). Watch out for the team project... if your team procrastinates, you might have to stay up all night revising the entire paper (which is long and tedious) and not get any studying done for the final... but this is a purely hypothetical case. Just memorize his notes and you'll be fine.
Avoid avoid avoid. If you are taking MKTG 351 online go to other professor. Unclear instruction. Unclear emails. Doesn't upload the proper document. Just never take this online class. Drop after the 1st week of class.
Best advice: find another professor. Lectures and quizzes don't align with presented material. He's terrible at responding to emails. When he does, responses are short, vague, and meaningless. Tests cover way too much material (eleven chapters). Book is great but waste of money. He uses his notes. Prepare to memorize them all. You've been warned!
assignments due every week, five quizzes, discussion boards, one midterm, one final, & a group project. lots of memorization, tests cover a lot of information.
Emails are vague and meaningless. It's like he doesn't understand them or reads them too fast. Syllabus is outdated. That means, due dates are conflicting with past due dates. Requires podcast viewinglistening and 75-80% of quizzes are from them. Avoid this professor or be as confused as everyone in this past semester (SP15). I can reference this.
Very tough online class Weekly assignments Weekly discussion board assignments Large group project Midterm exams are very difficult and include free response answers but everything comes from his pod casts and notes He ends up curving the class so if you tough it out and stick with it you might do better than anticipated
First week was the most confusing. Podcasts (lecture videos) were difficult to navigate through and seemed to be outdated. The assignments, notes, quizzes, and tests were based on the podcasts. In my opinion, the book didn't clearly coincide with the podcasts and chapter notes. All said and done, Professor Lebard seemed like a nice guy.
the teacher may not be the best because he just provides outdated podcasts, but the class is easy! people are making the class seem hard but its not at all.. easy weekly assignments, group project, midterm, final, and five quizzes. EVERYTHING comes from his notes. DON'T buy the book.
Took his class over the summer. 99% of the quizzesmidtermfinal are from his podcasts and notes and not the book so save money on the book or share a book with someone. Podcasts are LONG but essential to tests. Group project is a lot of research and interviewing so start immediately in case you run into problems. Grades on a curve, overall not bad
Although this class is doable, try not to take this class if you can. His videos are extremely BORING and the quizzes and tests are based off them . The group project is also a pain. I asked him a question regarding the email he sent and he literally replied what was written in the email. I regret taking this class and have never been so pissed.
Lectures are really dry! There are a few group projects. Ask him for help from the start! He's an extremely picky grader!
Tests are based on his painfully boring podcast lectures. Material is dated. He justifies the ridiculous nature of his class by curving it, but if the highest grades on midterm/final are around 80%, it isn't fair. Studying is miserable because reviewing the podcasts is your only option. Took almost a month after the final to give grade. AVOID.
Prof. Lebard's class really wasn't too bad, it was just a ton of doable work. Weekly discussion board posts/assignments, 5 quizzes, two VERY tough and long tests, and one group project. Curves pretty generously on the tests. I got 75% on both tests and ended up with a B in the course. Podcasts are long and dry, but the class is okay. Decent overall
In person midterm and final that is very tough. Class avg was C on tests. He curves at least. The podcasts get boring real quick. Part of the grade is based of your group's review of you based on a ranking system that can't be repeated so some will get more points than others. He takes forever to grade and most assign. are not updated in gradebook
DO NOT take him for your marketing capstone. Lectures are boring and hard to follow and all notes are on long Word documents he writes himself. Grading is not clear and grades are never posted.
I will not recommend this professor to anyone. Lectures are unattractive and lack of interaction. I almost learn nothing. His peer-evaluation is exclusive, meaning if one person got 100% the next one must have 90, then 80. SO even when your team work hard and everybody contribute equally, somebody have to get under 50. Don't take him.
Professor Lebard is an extremely smart guy and if you are a marketing student who wants to tie all of the theories of marketing together, with real world examples, then you should take him. His lectures are boring if you're not interested in the material, in which case you might want to consider changing your major.
Worst class I have taken online. Material is outdated, notes don't match the chapters in the book they say they do, rude and ambiguous in email responses. He assigns your group for the project, don't wait until the last minute. Tests are super hard, gives a study guide that basically has all the chapter titles and subheadings. He does curve tests.
Hands down one of the worst marketing professors at CSUF. He doesn't prepare you well for anything. If you are planning on taking marketing as your concentration, this class sets up your marketing foundation so I'd advise you to not take him! Video lectures are long and boring and repeats same material in class.
Without a doubt, the worst professor I've had at CSUF. Expects you to memorize everything from his dry podcasts and the book is no help either. Midterm and Final Exam (21 chapters) are unreasonably difficult. He has deadlines that contradict themselves and procedures that are tricky. I've never left a prof review until now. Avoid if you can guys.
Lebard is not very organized professor. If you can focus on his dry, 280P or worse podcasts and take notes during it, you should be able to get a B, so long as you take 3+ hours studying for the midterm/final. 20 page, 5 member paper. BUY THE CSUF BOOK EDITION he gives a 5% boost at the end of the semester for using it. 5% boost got me an A+.
Being an online class, you have to listen to his taped lectures because he mentions things on the lectures that can't be found in the notes or textbook. The group paper doesn't make sense for an online class and barely any of the grades are inputed into titanium, leaving you wondering if you have an A or on the brink not passing at all.
VERY LECTURE HEAVY. must be avid notetaker. tested on material from lectures that can not be found in notes. listen and relisten to every single lecture. group project is time intensive so dont wait until last minute. hes responsive to emails
No exams! pop-quizzes so attendance is required even though quizzes are open notes. Group project provides a hands on approach to marketing. A lot of information is provided during lectures so taking notes is a plus. Print outlines provided online for note taking. Responds to emails fast and provides a lot of useful resources and ideas.
I Would not recommend this professor for online 351. He does not let you review your quizzes and tests and only gives vague responses on questions about them. 25 page group paper which was pretty easy. Typical fast pace summer class.
I'm taking him online so we listen to podcasts. They are long & dry. However, you will see what topics are more important once you get the study guide &you can tell what he will test on from the discussion+homework. If you really take into consideration of ur bus., lots of things he covered is super helpful & he gives real life examples. Very smart
1 group project, 1 midterm (10 chapters), and a final (20 chapters). His exams are specific so make sure to watch his podcast and take good notes. He curved both exams. Weekly discussions and quizzes once every month. A lot of work for this class but wasn't hard at all.
Took his online class, if you do homework and participate you will get nice grade. Quizzes are based on podcasts and notes so make sure you listen to them. Exams are hard but he curves. Overall good
Let's just say, organization is not his strong suit. Watch due dates carefully. He will have different due dates on syllabus, paperwork, and titanium. I took his online 351 class. His podcasts are interesting although they are a bit outdated. His quizzes and exams have questions in which you have to describe and explain, so read and take notes.
This is a podcast based class, the lecture is dry, but he provides good examples. The quizzes, assignment, and the discussion boards are easy if you pay attention to the podcasts fill in the blanks and write examples given! quick grader. Provides study guide. There is an assigned group project(not bad). Would recommend!
Took Lebard online. His instructions are unclear and content filled with typos/conflicting deadlines. Class consists of podcasts & team weekly assignments. Podcasts were lengthy, boring, and poor quality. TAKE GOOD NOTES ON IT. Midterm consists of T/F, Mult. Choice & Free response. Free responses are similar to the review he gave us.
Took online - midterm (11 chapters), final (20 chapters). Poor quality podcasts, unclear/conflicting dates, vague response, 25 page group project. TAKE LOTS OF NOTES, VERBATIM. Don't need textbook. 3 submissions/week. Weekly Qs. Dates are sporadic. DO MIDTERM REVIEWS -THEY HELP! HUGE CURVE. NOT TOO BAD BUT MORE DEMANDING THAN EXPECTED. GOOD LUCK!
Midterm, comp final. No textbook needed. Forum discussions, 5 quizzes. Take good notes! Exams are long, detailed questions (75-100 questions), some written questions. No cheatsheets. Replies to emails but not very informative. Not organized at all. Group project 20pg essay. He does allow a BIG curve. Had C avg, ended with B. Not bad, but not great.
Very unorganized. Dates posted on the worksheets, conflict with what it says on Titanium. Textbook not needed for exams, just listen to his lectures. But they can be dry and boring.
He can be EXTREMELY boring. He isn't as bad as they say he is on here. He is unorganized. His first exam wasn't that difficult (11 Chps) but his final was insane (22 Chps). Four quizzes (opened notes) & two exams. If you can put forth effort then you shall do fine. He does a massive curve. 20-25 page group paper. If you aren't lazy u will pass.
Pretty unorganized with due dates matching on titanium & syllabus. His tests are hard and consist of a lot of chapters. There is a group paper that will take you all semester to work on which isnt too hard but is a lot. Overall, hes pretty boring and his lectures are dry and outdated.
Course consists of weekly long and dry podcasts (take good notes for quizzes), discussion boards, few quizzes, individual/ group assignments, group project, Midterm: MC T/F and short answer (11 chapters) & final: all MC (20 chapters). Provides study guides for exams. A lot of work but doable. Pay attention to conflicting deadlines. Replys quickly.
Puts you into groups by alphabetical order. Main content is very dry online podcasts and a mix of individual/group assignments/class disc. + chapter quiz twice a week. Fast responses to questions, but very disorganized; lots of conflict due dates, quizzes hard, and final paper prompt is very vague. Do not take this class unless you have no option.
Course consists of dry podcasts and no textbook. Take notes on the podcasts and you will do fine. One group paper and 3 exams with quizzes and discussion posts and worksheets in between. Uses heavy curve.
I took this class online during summer session. He posts dry lectures, so the textbook is not needed. About 25% of his study guide terms on the exam were lectured based(examples from lecture) and the rest are more conceptual/definition based. The exams are difficult, but he gives a fat curve. I'm running out of characters to type but rate 7/10
Professor Lebard is great! He is very helpful with giving feedback when you ask him. NO EXAMS, group projects and one mandatory presentation with all the team members. You will have 4 quizzes but not that difficult and a case for each week. TAKE HIM!
Took online class, podcasts were recorded in 2009, material is outdated and hard to understand. His communication skills are minimal, you email him and his answer is, yes or no. He grades heavily the Team Projects, does not apply curving at the end of the class. Do videobook for extra credit and 40points for being team leader, not mentioned.
His class is not as bad as people say. Facts: Disorganized or conflicting due dates (sometimes), lectures may sound a bit dry. BUT Prof. Lebard KNOWS his stuff. I'm positive if you applied his teachings to your own start-up, you have a high chance of being successful. Huge curves on midterm and final. Got low D's on both and curved to a C. Take him
He has an extra credit that I didn't know about. Buy it and do it! Will probably help your grade because you will not do that well in this online class. 2 exams and 1 team paper. Although as long as you listen to his podcast, you will pass. Don't cram those podcast, just literally focus on it and you will do okay on his exams.
A great group project. Pay attention to the lectures and you will find them interesting and enjoyable. Lectures' sound may be low but managable. The professor provides interesting examples. You will learn a lot from the lectures. No need for a text book. Final exam is hard.
He is so AWESOME! I love him! The class is a bit confusing to understand at first but ask him and he will tell you what is required. I asked and finally started doing good on his outlines. During covid, we switched right away to online, but he did a good transition. No group member can be given the same grade so do well or you may not do well.
I was a little hesitant to take this Professor based off the reviews, but he's really great! This class is very group based, so good luck if you have a shitty group. He lectures most of the class period followed by a group assignment afterwards. There are no exams. Most of his grades are based off of case studies, presentations, papers and quizzes.
Hands down one of my favorite professors at CSUF. Instructions can be unclear at times but he provides great feedback on assignments and is very approachable! If you have the chance definitely take him for your MKTG capstone!
This is your last option professor. Homework due every week, mostly outlines. 2 big presentations. Very lecture heavy, and boring classes. Does not take attendance (but in class assignments exist). Harsh grader especially on quizzes. I have learned nothing in this class, which is a shame. Take another professor if you want to learn something useful
Took him online during the summer. 2-3 outlines due every week (graded difficultly), group assignments during lectures, lectures extremely long and boring, quizzes based off of lectures (pretty difficult!), very pedantic with his assignments, one big 30 min presentation that you can record. Not the hardest professor but not the easiest.
Classmates and I agree he is the toughest/worst grader ever! His tests make no sense and are worded terribly! No need to try to break students and minimize our hard work, especially in a marketing class! Do not take him unless you want a surprise grade drop the day it is required to be submitted into portal transcripts.
Disorganized, questionable grader, doesn't provide feedback or answer emails. Students can't review graded quizzes why? He forgot to send exam codes leaving less exam time. Got A's in community college Marketing class, but a C in his class. Something is wrong with his curriculum & grading. Neglects online students; we're just numbers and paychecks.
The class is a bit confusing to understand at first but ask him and he will tell you what is required. Any issues I had with grades he quickly helped me get resolved.
He employs subjective metrics to evaluate assignments, including the final project and intra-team assessments. If the underlying principle is the unattainability of perfection, then a curved grading system would be appropriate. The lessons deviate from formal structure, as evidenced by his tendency to loosely adhere to formal curriculum guidelines.
His lectures are stolen from another professor from 10 years ago, and you have to watch them to get crucial information presented on quizzes and exams. The assignments are easy, and the group project isn't hard as long as you plan it well. The final is 100 questions in 2 hours, and it's multiple-choice but insane.
The class is a bit disorganized, with dry lectures and tricky exams. However, the professor is helpful when reached out to. Using Unstuckstudy and the textbook can make this course manageable despite the challenges.
Way too old to be teaching marketing. Lectures are from covid, outdated, and glitch. Every student realized quickly that the most random stuff would be on the quiz/test so you had to write down every word he said and because he drones on its hours worth of notes. Said if we buy this book we get extra credit so he must make money off it.
Prof Lebard is the sweetest old man!! Class is made up of around 10 assignments, 2 group projects, and a couple quizzes. The quizzes are so easy because theyre online and open note, get your answers directly from the notes NOT CHATGPT. Assignments are easy and group projects are easy just be organized. Would recommend!
Lebard is one of the best professors I've had during my time at CSUF. The class was a bit unclear at first, but just ask him and he's willing to help! If you're really into marketing and want to learn, take him. He is very knowledgable and brings in years of experience. Attendance is mandatory and you primarily work in a team.
Terrible professor. Yes he will help if you reach out but he has very unclear directions and so far everything he has said in class has been different on canvas and his syllabus. It takes him multiple emails to understand and answer singular questions. He's helpful, but wouldn't need to be if he just organized his class correctly.
Boring and outdated. Multiple long lectures each week, each typically over hour. You have to take detailed notes on EVERYTHING he says for studying, because he asks the most specific questions on exams and quizzes. Note layouts are vague but the actual lectures go on and on about random stuff that he will for sure asks on exam. Don't take lol.
