Attendance is very important for the class and so is participation. Teacher is very caring of her students and always tries to make the class simpler. Nutrition class is difficult due to all the science you have to remember but as long as you read, review and understand, you will pass the class.

Excellent teacher!! Very patient person, knows a lot and how to share it, gives plenty of opportunities for students that need it. Professor Espinoza provides you with the notes, and whatever are in the notes, will be on the test. Text book is not recommended. Very knowledgeable in subject area. Explains the course material so that it would be understood. If you have a passing grade on all 3 exams, and 2 quizzes, you can be excluded from taking the final exam.

professor Aurora is not a hard teacher but for me is was really difficult because of her accent. You dont need a book at all at the end she send you notes, you only have to study the notes to take the test everything is on the notes. But i took her over summer and it was too fast so if this is not your major dont take her in summer.

Totally recommend this class. I took her class virtual on summer B. She does take attendance and will call on your name from time to time to answer questions. No HW only quizzes and tests straight from her power points. Super easy and not proctored. She knows her stuff and great professor.

Takes days to answer emails. 1 final project that you have to follow the rubric to the T or you miss lots of points otherwise. No homework.

I loved taking her class, maybe one of the classes I really enjoyed, she's great at explaining and she uploads the PPT for you if you're having trouble logging in to the book website, she only give test, quiz and a final project which is pretty easy really! The quiz is easy and you have PPT to study!

When I tell you this was the easiest class I've taken in my life, I'm not joking. The only assignments weekly is 1 test. The only semi-difficult thing about the class, (which wasn't even hard to be honest), was the final project, which has a clear grading criteria and as long as you follow instructions you'll get the full marks. I took this professor for a 6 week course, she was very nice and teaches well. We had 2 quizzes of 50 questions and 3 big exams of 60-70 questions each. If you study the material she provides, you won't fail the exams.
