He is a great professor. Always helpful and nice. Only teaches what you need to know. I would recommend taking his class for Biology 226. Wished he taught 227.

Great Professor very easy on the eyes plus he uses current events to understand the material he is lecturing on. A+ Professor no complains from my side on his teaching methods. Hope I can get him for Biology 227 as well.

Imparts knowledge so that you can count on it for later. Great patience and perseverance with students. Even your dumbest question will not go unanswered. Excellent time manager and wonderful exam stratergies. Professors like him keeps students wanting to go to MXC; I continued my assoc. thinking the rest of the teachers are like him, not everyone.

I wish there were more professors as dedicated to students' learning. Applies seemingly abstract comments in a way that is clear and applicable to my career goals (RN). Engages students and makes learning fun. And a side point, very attractive which makes his class more enjoyable.

Awesome professor. He is very attentive and uses real medical problems to draw the class in. Homework, quizzes, and tests are relatively easy. I wish he taught 227. Overall, great professor and would recommend him 100%.

The quizzes and exams are not easy, you have to actually study and review the material. I really like professor thaci, he was so caring and nice but i sometimes felt like he rushed over things too fast because it was a summer course. Overall i would recommend him...he's a cool guy - PLUS HE GIVES EXTRA CREDIT PTS ON EACH EXAM!

He is such a caring sweet professor! He made class enjoyable with connecting the material with clinical cases. Also gave study guides for his exams and made it very clear on what you would be tested on. Plus he gives extra credit on all exams and quizzes!

Class is really easy as long as you study enough. Compared to other places this is high school level. I got an A!

Professor was an excellent teacher and tries every possible way for you to understand the concepts. although he moved fast through the summer he had to but he always required each student to go home and study because how short class time was. he gives extra credit on quizzes and tests and you have to do your part and study to receive a good grade.

I took him for bio 226, and then 227. He is a great professor. You have to do your part, but if you do everything you will pass. Attendance is not 100% mandatory, but you need to do your work, and let him know. he is very flexible. you wont regret taking him.

In the beginning I was ready to drop his class because of his rich accent. But I was encouraged to stick with him because he was interesting. You really need to read the chapter before each class and study what he stresses. If he repeats it twice then learn it, because it will be on the test!

I took professor Thaci for both 226 & 227 & I'm very happy I did. His lectures are long, but he is clear with his expectations and is lenient. Definitely CAN pass his class with an A, given this is science reading to gain proper understanding is essential. Gives chances to build grade must come to class to do labs. Great professor TAKE HIM!!!

Dr. Thaci is such pleasant prof. to have he's very helpful. His lectures, labs, and homework directly correlates with the tests and quizzes. There's a lot to learn in 226 and he makes it so much easier!

He is a GREAT teacher. took him for a 12wk class. He gives easy A's as long as you study, do all hwk and basically gives out the test. He's also very nice and sweet and such a great teacher. Made 226 understandable. Wish he taught every class i needed

Professor Thaci is a wonderful and pleasant professor. He's very detailed in all of the resources for you to pass this class. I love that he reviews over every quiz and exams with questionnaire games. He's very helpful, informative and flexible. I wish he would teach 227 for the Fall , but he's not. Do the work , tests & labs, and you'll pass.

Dr. Thaci was amazing. Prioritizes in students learning, not on testing you. You will learn a lot but in a way that is not too overbearing. Study hard and you will get a guarantee A.

The EASIEST A if you show up & study, even if its a few hours of study. Offers 10-20pts xtra credit every exam. Labs are EASY A's, just show up. His lectures aren't as detailed as I would've liked but I referred to the book. The assignments are so EASY to get an A. If you fail this class its cuz you missed classed. Def take him & he's flexible.

I took him for the Honor's section, and he was the best bio professor I have taken so far! Exams are not that hard, he lets you know what they are going to be about, and he offers an online extra credit exam for the exam, and some of the questions are the same as on the exam! Labs are an easy A just show up to participate.

He is the nicest professor and offers plenty of extra credit. Tips: verify with him to find out exactly what will be on quizzes/exams by speaking to him after class or going to his office(pitfall: bb study guides). To prepare for mc quizzes/exams, your studying should include easynotecards. Try to attend every class, or you could miss easy lab pts.

Dr. Thaci is truly passionate about what he teaches. He really knows what he is talking about and genuinely wants to share that knowledge with his students. He is willing to work with you if you're absent for a quiz or assignment. My only concern with this class was that sometimes it felt like he was being too easy on us.

Class is relatively easy - gives a ton of extra credit opportunities. Only downfall is his tests are different than the materials he goes over in lecture so I recommend reading the book to supplement his lectures. He is a really nice guy and will work with you to make sure you do well in the class. Definitely take Dr Thaci.

He is one of the nicest professor i have ever had. He is an old fashion, easy going teacher. Definitely not tough or hard grader. A lot of extra credit. He will tell you what to expect in the exams and quizzes. Just pay attention to everything he said, it will be on your quiz. You have to study what he tell you and you are good to go.

Dr. Thaci is a wonderful professor! His lectures are informative, and he gives examples from real life. Many say his class is easy, but I had to study hard to maintain an A. He will work with you and help you if you are willing to put in the work. Make sure to study the materials he posts on BB - they are VERY helpful. I wish I could take 227 w/him

Very nice guy and really cares about you learning the material. I took the TEAS before anatomy and got a 42 (LOL) and got a 73 the second time by only being in his class for 2 months :) Recommend.

MAKE SURE TO READ OUTSIDE OF CLASS! The powerpoints used in class aren't helpful and the book is pretty much what helped me pass the class. Don't get me wrong, professor Thaci is really kind, but since the start, he assumes you've taken a terminology class which makes it difficult to keep up at times. ASK QUESTIONS IF YOU'RE LOST!!

Took Bio226 and got a A on this class.I truly learned a lot during Profosser Thaci's class.I not only acquired the knowledge, but also built up my self-confidence in studying. As a Nursing student, I found myself struggling with science classes that I took in the past. However, I really enjoyed in this class. Thank you Professor Thaci!

Professor is very caring and easy to approach with any concern or doubt you might have. Going to class was essential because although study guides are given professor does emphasize the topics that will be on quizzes or exams. Professor also gives lots of opportunities for extra credit.

Good teacher, gives plenty of extra credit. The only thing I disliked was that he rushes through lectures, skips a lot of slides. But he's a great teacher!! I found it helpful reading the book because some material that he didn't cover in lecture will be in the exam, so its beneficial to read the chapters!

Do your home work, study moderately, show up for Labs, quizzes and utilize all the extra credit that applies to Exams and you will get an A. True his lectures skip around a lot and he can go pretty fast. I feel like there was a bit of self teaching during the semester, but all in all he is very easy going and kind and wants to see you do well!

Wonderful professor and youll learn a lot. Be prepared to read and definitely work on the chapter questions. His goal is that you understand and think critically about each topic and how it applies in real settings. Straight memorization is not enough to get an A. Cares About each student and keeps class motivated to succeed.

I really like Dr. Thaci because he is also patient in class whatever question you have. He also responds to you through email very quick. I like he engages the PPT very well and he also points out the most important things for you. I studied whatever he said in class I always get an A during the exam. AP class isn't easy and get ready to study.

I could have easily gotten an A, but i did slack my first couple weeks due to personal stuff. Professor Thaci is so Caring and wonderful. He replies to emails promptly. Just listen, Read over the material and ask questions if you have any ! He knows his stuff and by far so happy I took him. Definitely recommend.

Professor Thacis class was lecture heavy, so make sure to read beforehand to understand the material. His exams were a bit difficult but he gives you so many chances for extra credit, do it to help boost your grade.

Such a sweet prof. He always tries his hardest. Has an accent, but super easy to understand still. His lectures are a bit boring bc its bio lol, he does try his best to engage students. Test/quiz heavy. Group labs. Class isn't hard as long as you keep up with the class. Textbook is optional if you want it. A lot of students never used it though.

He is extremely knowledgeable & approachable, therefore you wont be afraid to ask questions. HW assignments are based on real life scenarios, which you learned a lot from there. Also, use dynamic study modules form mastering to study.

Amazing Professor! He is super nice to students and really cares about his students. He is also super understanding and will work with us. Exams are easy to pass if you read the book and pay attention to lecture! Reading the book is essential to passing the class! I would definitely take Dr. Thaci again!

PLEASE DONT HESITATE HES THE BEST goes over practice quizzes with yous , gives a lot of visual images and videos, not much homework but study for exams, will back up assignments if needed to

Loved having Dr. Thaci! He is very kind and genuinely cares about his students. The workload is average but he is an easy grader. If u get the assignments turned in, u will get the points. Also, his lectures were a bit disorganized which got me confused. Only had to write 1 essay no more than 2 pages with a PowerPoint presentation. Overall, yes!

He is by far one of the best professors I've ever had. I learned the material really well and his lectures were really interesting and informative. You can tell he really cares about his students. I wish I could take more classes with him. Definitely recommend if you want to learn something from a fantastic teacher.

The best professors I had since I started college! He is very smart and caring. He gives study guides, quizzes are 10 questions only and easy if you study and put attention in class. We had 3 exams with 50 questions each through all the semester.He understands when you can't do HW by due date and gives time to finish. AMAZING! I'm gonna miss him

He is very professional, caring and loving. He is really committed to his Job as a teacher. He encourages students to learn hard and be a better versions of themselves. I will recommend his class to students who wants to acquire great knowledge in bio 226 and get better grades as well.

Taking him for summer class and he's been super caring and helpful. Has trouble wording some things but because he does have an accent but Is still understandable! I would take him if I had the chance.

He will often ask students questions during lecture, if youre not sure of answers he always clarifies answers and material so that your prepared. Offers exams study guides, tons of reviews before exams or quizzes, your given a week to complete an assignment. Will sometimes end class early if he covered what he wanted. hes nice overall, take him :)

Wonderful professor! You do not need to attend class, but quizzes are paper, labs & dissections are not repeatable.

He is super nice and polite. He gives a lot of extensions if you need them. He said we needed to purchase the book but I didn't and I have not needed it once. My one critique is that he is very passive so sometimes the class takes much longer than it needs to. He also speaks super slow. Overall I would love to take him again.

Anatomy can be hard with the wrong professor but he made this class understandable! Very funny & caring and only wants his students to learn. He is very passionate on his lectures & sometimes go over 5-10 minutes after class is done.

Professor Thaci is extremely helpful if you don't understand something, there are labs and assignments weekly, but they are easy to complete if you come to class and participate. You can work in groups during labs, quizzes are roughly 8 questions in 10 minutes. Exams are easy to comprehend and pass. Professor is very nice & makes class interesting

BUY PEARSON!! On Pearson there are videos, questions and short quizzes that summarize every chapter. If I would've known about it in the beginning of the semester I 100% would've passed with an A. Go to every class, I would pre- write notes before class so I can easily follow along and ask questions! Amazing professor and gives extra credit.

I took him in 2018 and am still waiting for him to teach 227. I loved him for 226 so much. He respects his class as adults which is always unbelievably valuable. He is a nice man and cares about your success, both in his class and for the rest of your career in medicine. Thaci commands the room with lectures and is a fair grader with extra credit.

Mr. Thaci is super kind. This class consisted of him reading the book out to us and then doing activities from the book. We only had one project that we were given weeks to complete. Super understanding and allowed us to take quizzes more than once or throughout the week if we asked.

Very nice guy, which may not seem a lot until you meet some uncaring jerks. Not everyone is willing to listen and respect students' opinions. Lectures felt unorganized but part of it is from the density of the subject imo. His tests always felt challenging and required educated guess and deduction. Studyguides didn't feel particularly helpful.

Tough class. Dr. Thaci is a physician, and treats his students like we are already medical professionals. Lecture heavy, group work heavy, participation heat and test heavy. I was stressed all summer term but I can confidently say I learned so much. Lean into the Pearson study materials. He is a kind guy and really cares about his students!!

I took Professor Thaci over the summer and he is amazing! Participation matters, he isn't a tough grader as long as you complete the assignments you will pass. Great lectures, I highly recommend him I would take him again. Wasn't heavy on home work neither.

Professor Thaci is my absolute favorite! He presents material so clearly, and he will let you know which topics you need to study for the test. For someone who struggles with ADHD, prioritizing and organizing can be exceptionally channelging, and this class was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!!!
