she is a great teacher, very clear on what she wants and what is expected of you in class. She is also great reviewing for test and shows that she is not there to trick or make the course any harder. definitely would take any class that she teaches.

Ayanna makes both bio 181 and 182 easy. She is very understanding, more than fair and she makes the lectures very interesting and funny. She is always offering help and making sure everyone understands everything and tries to answer every question that you may have. I strongly recommend!

She's a great professor whose intentions are to help her students. BIO 181 is no joke and a very difficult class. Her tests are only 50 multiple choice questions, but could be tricky. Just study and pay attention in her lecture, you'll do just fine.

Amazing teacher. A little tricky with her tests; meaning you have to read the questions closely. Reading is a MUST to pass this class. Her lectures are not boring she understands and conveys the material being taught extremely well.The nervous system is her "forte" which is great because it's the hardest part of 181.

I think Professor Alexander street gives her students a fair grade. She is approachable to talk to. The majority of the bonus questions will be on the Mastering A and P website or at the end of her exams. I do recommend going to the tutoring sessions with Victor Nnah. Students can ask about his hours at the old gym building in room 118.

She's a fair professor. She gives assignments based on the textbook and the powerpoint. The test are pretty tough but study the slides and read the textbook and you should be okay. She gives extra credit opportunity! her outfits are gorgeous!! Attendance isn't mandatory, but your responsible for knowing the info. She reads off the slides.

I absolutely love this class; however, just like many other science classes, it does get very tough. She has office hours, but always cancels on them because she's too busy. Only had a midterm and a final. She's very educated and nice.

I LOVE Prof A! This is a BIO class for health majors. You are expected to know your stuff! So for those who cheated on her final should be ashamed of themselves. Lets see what happens when future Rn's need to take the HESI! She is fair and although i know i am not getting an A and will be receiving a B, i love her style of teaching. tough subject!

The lecture is more focused on physiology, while the lab is focused on anatomy. Professor Street really knows her stuff and comes up with simple ways of explaining the material so that students will understand. Exams are not hard. You have to invest a lot of time studying and doing the homework, if you want to get a good grade.

Class turns out to be easier than I thought it would be. 3 tests, all multiple choices. Extra credit is given online and she sometimes curves the grades on the test. Her lectures just goes over the slides so attendance isn't required

I love this professor soooooo much. I took her for Bio 182 (was supposed to do 181 first but all sections were closed, so she allowed me to take 182 first which really helped). Super easy professor and gives lots of extra credit. You shouldn't get below a B if you try hard. I rarely went to class and still managed to get an A and A- (180 and 181) because of the slides she posted online.

IF one will STUDY all her slides, do the required H.W + extra credit(its a bit hard but can add 5 points to your regular test and 10 to final exam) you can get an A or A-.

Professor Alexander, is a great Bio Prof here at Lehman! Although, the lecture can be pretty heavy, you have to put in your part. You really don't have to attend lecture because she doesn't take attendance, but she will explain the material in a way you can understand it! I am most definitely taking her for A&P 2!

Ayanna is an amazing professor, her online lectures were definitely long and heavy, but she manages to explain everything well. The class is not impossible to pass, just read the textbook and study, you'll pass!

My class was asynchronous and while the notes are really heavy and you do spend ALOT of time on them. Dr. Street takes the time to explain what to do for the class. Her tone during the lecture videos is fantastic; she isn't dull or dry and makes sure that understand fully. She is also very reachable with emails and office hours.

But you have to do your part and study to score good Biology is a lot of info. Taking her again for spring. I honestly think she's the best bio lecture.

She provides a bunch of videos and help for exams, homework, etc. Weekly lectures average about 3-4 hours but very informative, engaging, and helpful. Had her for online(asynchronous). She provided recorded lecture of the chapters. I think that she is the best option you can get for A&P 181 and 182. No quiz. 3 exams 70 minutes/75 questions. Final 100 questions 1 1/2 hours it's cumulative, but NO new questions. All questions will be taken from exam 1-3. no curve. Hw on Pearson. Exams on BB.

Sigh... Ayanna is the NICEST professor you will ever encounter and she is extremely fair. Be aware tho this class if difficult and you NEED to dedicate time to study the slides, memorize them like the back of your hand. It is only two exams and personally I feel way too much information for a regular human to memorize.

Prof. Ayanna is an amazing professor! This was an online-asynch class but I can say that this professor is very dedicated to teaching and I wish I had the chance to take a class with her in person. She's not trying to trick/trap students. All you have to do is read the notes, do the homework, and you will be fine on the exams.
