Class grading was fair, definitely do able for a 8 week course. Do the extra credit hw, easy points and the same questions are on the midterm and final so dont wait until the last minute and have to answer the question without getting any points. Quiz are online/ 2 chances per quiz. Most questions are definition based but some can be tricky.

I took Econ 1 in ITV program. It was 8 weeks. He is a professor that cares for his students to pass the course. He you arent ready to read and attend classes you will not pass. I enjoyed his class and hope to take him again in Econ 2.

But this is a fast class and that means you can't miss any classes you have to study and read a lot. Took Professor Arora's econ class for 8 weeks. His grading criteria is pretty clear. If you need any help he is always accessible through email and in class. What he teaches on his power points is what is you will find on the test. Also, he allows you to us you text book to take exams just not for the written part of the test.

It's difficult to really see the real potential of a professor in a quick-paced environment such as ITV, but he still managed to grant some pretty good lectures. He makes it easy to understand and he does take interest in the student-professor relationship, making it difficult to do bad in his class because he actually tries to care.

Dr. Arora actually cares about his students and will make individualized efforts to ensure that you at least pass his class. His online accounting classes are well structured and follow a Cengage program which is required to access the homework. Be sure to attend all lectures in order to catch any extra credit opportunities he offers.

For Econ, a good class. He does lectures and the homework has to do with the textbook. It's pretty easy to understand. I also had him for accounting 1, and it's a lot more difficult with him in that class, because for accounting, we need more examples on how to fill out the different forms, and the lectures only helped partially.

Intermediate algebra is not required as a prerequisite to enroll in econ 1. You will rarely find an instructor that will consistently push you to better yourself. He puts his students before anyone else. 5 quiz's with 2 attempts each and plenty of extra credit opportunities. No midterm and 1 final. I dodged a bullet at LACC by choosing Balbir.

After 17 years of not attending college, the professor made it easier for me to transition into my learning challenges. This is my second semester of accounting with Dr. Balbir. First semester I took accounting (financial) and second is managerial. The one thing I would change is that our tests are always outside of class time and you have 24 hours to do it on usually Friday or Wednesday where this is a Tuesday/Thursday class.

I took Balbir Arora for accounting 1, he taught his class very well. so, I took Accounting 2 again with him. His lectures are very simple to understand since he uses real-world experience. Professor Balbir 's Managerial Accounting class was an overall informational class and I'm glad I took it with him. Overall great professor who's understanding and caring for his students.

You are thought data analytics, you learn spreadsheets, the real words in accounting. I understand what goes on behind the process of items. Great class if you want to learn a new world of accounting

While coursework was a bit difficult, the professor provided many opportunities for makeup work, tutoring, and additional resources.

I really recommend this class if you are ready to learn and work very hard for you grade. If you just want to pass and not learn anything then don't take this class, but if you want to learn about accounting then take this class. This professor is still one of the few that cares about his students and will give you many opportunities to succeed .

Hello everyone, I had a goof time in the Professor's class. He is very encouraging and does his best to make sure everyone i. the class understand the material. I would recommend to take his class if you are a business major. Make sure to do all the homework on time, its easy and the cengage videos help out ! He provides videos to watch at home.
