prof pinnola is incredible. shes extremely dedicated to her work and shes amazingly friendly and sweet. shes extremely helpful, understanding, and soft spoken, probably one of the nicest professors at st johns by far. her work is simple and straight forward and her exams are directly from a review sheet provided prior to the test. amazing teacher!

Professor Pinnola is a very kind person and a great professor. As long as you do your work you should be fine in this class. It was not very challenging, just make sure you read over the handouts. All the tests contained information from the handouts. Great Professor, Take Her!!!

Before taking this course, I thought Theology would be another hassle for me, especially since it was my first class in the morning (8 AM!). After taking Prof. Pinnola's course, I can't express how much I appreciate it. Class work is very easy, as long as you do your readings. I extremely recommend her class. She's very sweet. Prof. Pinnola is a great teacher, her love for the matterial carries through to her teaching. I took 1000c with prof. Pinnola and i enjoyed it. it is easy to get an A if you do your work. she gives a lot of stuff to do for a grade so even if you don t do well on a test you can get an A ... the tests are really easy. there are two essays for the class and a final cummualative but fairly easy

One of the nicest teachers at St. John's. She is soo genuine and has a passion for her work. I took her for Christian Marriage and you learn a lot of different aspects on marriage through the eyes of the church and what not. She gives quizzes, takes attendance, but you will def get an A if you pay attention. She's very caring and sweet

She seems interested in the subject, but she is not assertive enough to tell people to stop goofing off in class and pay attention. Discussions in class are in group and are way too easy make people pay attention (ie Find Bethlehem on this map)

EASY A! If you fail her class then you should just drop out of college and save your money. Mostly online tests and quizzes. A few papers. No laptops in class though. She can go on a bit and get a little boring but overall a very sweet and caring teacher.

EASY A. if you do all the work assigned you shouldnt get anything lower. she gives 2 papers, 3 or 4 tests which are usually done at home online, 4 150 word reflection comments posted on blackboard. its a joke. you dont even have to listen to anything she says she gives a review sheet before the exam and that the only thing on the test tke her!

Easy A. If you can't get an A in her class you will prob not get one in STJ. Gives review sheet b4 exams and questions in the xams are even in the same order. I only studied 2 hours for this final. I love this woman!! She's SOO sweet and deserves respect. Her crazy is extremely easy but it's only because she's such a sweetheart. You don't have to do any work at all, just memorize the review sheet before the test. TAKE HER CLASS! (and be nice to her)

Very good professor, one of the best at St. Johns! She gives review sheets before each quiz and the final. However, she reads straight from the notes which can get really boring. Nevertheless, there are many group presentations and all you have to do is show up and study the review sheets to get an A. 3-4 quizzes, 2 essays and the final.

Perspectives on Christianity not the most interesting subject made worse by the fact that she reads DIRECTLY out of the textbook. No need to do prior reading. Often fell asleep in class and missed nothing. One group project. Small presentations throughout. On tests she would give us all the answers ahead of time. I'll take her again for the A

This teacher has to be the easiest teacher i have ever had. She tells you to read for homework, but you don't have to because she goes over it in class anyways. She is the most easiest professor you can ever take in your life. Seriously. She is such a sweet lady. The class itself isnt that interesting because she reads of the textbook for the entire class, but she trys to make it fun with little cute easy assignments. DONT BUY THE TEXTBOOK, waste of money. This class is not critical. We passed and got very good grade. However, if you dont do the homework and study the review materials it could be hard. The thing I should mention is she always give you chance to fix ur grade. A very kind and helpful professor, must take her!!!

Professor Pinnola was a very nice professor in the time that I had her. She was helpful, and lenient with work that was late. She also seemed like she was very nervous when teaching the class. Very strange for a college professor. The class was also very boring. Hard to stay up during class. But if you do your work, you can easily get an A.

This class was an easy A. All of the assignments were very easy, all you have to do is DO THEM. Class itself was boring as hell, I usually surfed the internet the entire time counting the minutes before it ended. She just reads straight from the textbook. She gives the quiz/test material word for word with the right answers. Take her if you can.

I don't think I've taken a class quite this easy since middle school. She basically just reads any assigned readings from the class prior and will occasionally have students do individual or group responses to the lesson(takes 5 minutes tops). Any quiz or test will be multiple choice and she gives you the answers the class before. Show up and pass.

This class was hands down the easiest class I had taken since middle school possibly. She is the sweetest lady however she is extremely boring. Professor Barbara is one of the best professors at SJU. She is kind and compassionate and truly cares about her students. Her lectures are significantly lengthy, but she helps and prepares you well for all exams, quizzes and group project. Funny thing is, if u can't get an A in her class, you're wasting time!

Very easy class. She gives tests questions before hand at the class before the test. Required texts weren't necessary. She covers the same material in lecture as your supposed to read in class so if you don't show up you could just read... or you could do neither and just show up for quizzes, tests, and project presentations and you'd be fine.

She reads what you're assigned to read for the whole class so no one does the reading assignment. She is sweet. You won't really learn anything but if you're looking for an A, TAKE HER.

This class is honestly an easy A. Her tests and exams are all multiple choice and she gives a study guide before the exam that have all the questions on it. The biggest assignment you'll get in that class is a two page response paper. The lectures are a bit boring and long, but considering how easy it is to get an A, you might as well take this.

Professor Barbara is such a caring and sweet lady. Her classes are easy and she gives out study guides for the quizzes and the final exam. There are several quizzes (study guides provided), a group presentation (easy to receive points), and a final exam. Sometimes we have to watch movie clips and write responses on Blackboard, but those are easy.

This is the easiest class you will ever take in your entire life. She assigns readings but reads them verbatim in class, and nobody pays attention anyway. You have to show up for class participation and write a paper, have a few quizzes, a midterm and a final. She gives reviews for all exams that are explicit and extremely simple.

Professor Pinnola is the sweetest person ever! Her class is so easy and she makes theology enjoyable. Attendance is mandatory especially because she gives really easy participation assignments during class and if you miss class you won't get the credit. The quizzes and the final are so easy. She gives a really detailed study guide before each one.

Pinnola's THE1000C class is one of the easiest A's you can ever get. You do need to show up to class in order to do the class participation activities that affect your grade, but it is extremely easy. Don't even worry about taking notes during class because you will get a study guide for every test and quiz, that is identical to the test itself.

Very light class, all you have to do is show up. You're graded based upon participation, which is a quick assignment each class submitted on BlackBoard usually and is super easy. Show up and you get all the credit. Every quiz is reviewed in class and she gives a clear study guide with every answer. Easy A if you do the do the basic work.

Prof. Pinnola's class is an easy A. She can be a little heavy with lectures however, her quizzes/midterm/final are literally the study guide. There is one easy 2 page paper and lots of group work. She is also a very nice lady and i appreciated her sincerity. Absolutely take this class.

You will literally get an A for showing up. She gives you all the time in the world to turn things in and gives you study guides that are verbatim what is on the tests. Prof. Pinnolas class is an easy A. Shell assign a bunch of tests but shell always give out a study guide beforehand thatll be identical to the test. Her midterm and final and super easy and shell also give you study guides for those. Shes caring and willing to overlook missed deadlines and accept late work.

She is the sweetest professor ever. She gives review sheets that are very similar to the tests. She truly loves her subject and cares about everyone doing their best in this class. You need the textbook for homework assignments.

Despite being fresh out of high school, I had never had a class that was as easy as hers since elementary school. If you are looking for an easy A, take her. The only reason I said I would not take her again was because she was a little too easy that it makes even the laziest student want to be challenged.

She really is so sweet. Her asynchronous class consists of discussion boards which are questions that are easily answered with the book. The study guides are exact replicas of the quizzes and exams. It's an easy A; 100% would take again.

This is the easiest class you will ever take!!!! Easy A. All you have to do is show up!!! She gives you all the answers to the test!!! Textbook is not required even though she says it is. You will need it for class discussions but you can find the answers online anyways regardless of the textbook. Do yourself a favor and take this class!

Loved Professor Pinnola so much! She made in-person class during COVID-19 so much better! I had her class at 7:30 am, but she made it bearable. Barely any homework, a few tests, one writing assignment, and a presentation. She gives study guides before all quizzes, and they're exactly the same as what's on the test.

No point in skipping her class either, it's basically a free period.

I loved this profesor!! The class is really easy, one group project/presentation. The rest are discussion boards you do in class. The exams are multiple choice and online in class, but she gives you a study guide. You dont really need the book, she usually uploads the pages you read on Canva. Other than that, loved her and I would take her again!

Most students write like a 14 year old in highschool for discussion posts & projects, and still manage to get an A. I find this a bit embarrassing because you have to present your work to the class for one of the projects but I mean that's how much of an easy A this class is. You can be super stupid and still pass! so if you're stupid, take her!

Easiest class of all time, wish she could teach all theology classes. She does take attendance every class. Every class she would give a lecture which was pretty boring but you can just daydream. I got up at 7 am to take this Professor.... DO IT. One of the easiest classes of my life. All tests were multiple choice, word for word off the study guide. Easiest religion class especially if you have no interest and taking it because it's required. One short paper, 4, quizzes, midterm, and final easy A. Professor is so sweet and understanding!

She makes your life easy. If you just want the theology credits like 95% of the class please take her. You have to try to not get an A. Can daydream during her lectures. Never need to know anything besides the review sheets which are word for word on the tests. Just have to show up because she does class discussions. But are so very simple.
