this is my second semester in her calss and im looking forward to another quick sucessful semester.

She is real nice and makes sure that you understand your work. I was actually happy to learn, she made it fun. She made it understandable and made it seem easy.

She was the first math teacher that i have ever, ever, ever enjoyed. She's acts crazy by throwing things and talking to the board and stuff but it's all good cause somehow i learned the stuff and passed. Not hard at all she reviews over and over all the time, which makes it easier.

She is a great teacher, this is my second semester with her, and i will take her again if i can. She is helpful and gives you good examples of math problems. If you have trouble in Math you need to take her class

If you were one of those kids who was bad in math because you could not stay awake because your teacher was so boring, then take ms branum. She is really lively and helps alot. She really helps you understand and will help you outside of class, and she is really funny.

I have always hated math. I don't care about pi (unless I'm eating it) parallelostuff, or hypothowhatevers. I have made it so far through life (41 yo) knowing how to balance my checkbook & leave a good tip at a restaurant. Dr. Branum deserves credit. She really helped me to understand math. Dare I say it? Math is my "favorite subject" Yikes!

Great lady! Will wake you up first thing in the morning, adn is crazy enough to make you laugh. Knows her math and more important how to TEACH it. You have to do the work but she will help alot. I keep taking her!

I took Branum for two computer math classes. Shes lots of fun and very helpful if you just ask for help. The nature of the course requires lots of work but she makes it enjoyable. She cares about her students and will do whatever she can to help as long as you are nice, polite, and respectful to her. I would recomend her to anyone.

She's so funny! You actually have to do work in her class, but she is always willing and ready to help you. She makes sure you do all of the homework before she lets you take the tests. She really likes you if you're responsible.

Very nice teacher! Makes her students laugh and she helps you learn with songs which really to me it really helped! She is the best! Does not bother to teach you the steps to solve a problem! I recommend to take her classes DMAT 0098 (lab) very helpful!

Okay I have taken B.B. for all the Dmaths 90-99 and she is freaking awesome. She totally prepared me for college algebra and any other mathmatic courses I may take in the future. BTW she doesn't waste time being goofy, her jokes relate to her what she is teaching! and help you remember formulas!!:)

She's a great teacher, gacve us a homework assignment the first day of class, then we do it and our my math lab and that's it. She is very helpfull, class is usually crowded, but she lets other students in the class help you. I'm taking her for all my DMAT classes

She is so helpful! I specifically arranged my work schedule so I could be in her class. She is always ready to answer my questions, no matter how elementary they are. She is very good about going over the important things to remember on a test. She explains things so clearly and uses a lot of tricks to remembering things. She is great!

Barbara is extremely helpful and fun when it comes to math. She makes these songs to help you remember equations with a lot if steps which is also very helpful. I hated math never got it and thought I never would she opened my eyes to learn a lot in Math. I so appreciate her. My advice TAKE HER!!!!!

Very easy. pay attention and you will get an A. Holds reviews before test, she gives the same type of questions just diff numbers all in order for the test etc.. Mathlab is easy also. if you get it wrong you can keep re-doing it to get a 100.

I took Statistics 1 last semester with Dr. Branum and am currently in Stat 2 with her. The semester ends next week and the only reason I am now passing is because Dr. B has been more than fair with me and the rest of the class. DON'T EXPECT SOMETHING FOR NOTHING! If you WORK HARD and SHOW UP, Dr. B will go out of her way for you.

This woman is hilarious. She is very helpful. I prefer the Lab class because it is self paced. Stay on top of your work though. Everything is online, including watching video lectures and she walks around and helps you with questions. You can work ahead in the class and finish early too. You do not need the book for this class at all!

I took Branum's class for Summer 1, and I was really worried about passing because of how condensed the class was. However, due to Mrs. Branum's support and advice, I got a pretty good grade. She really wants everyone to pass, and never caused me to feel dumb for asking questions. Textbook was online, so I didn't use the hard copy.

Branum was recommended by a friend. And was the greatest decision I made! Every lecture is explained and reviewed very well. She is fair and will work with you if your falling into some trouble. She can make the class laugh while teaching a concept which is always great. Truly a professor who wants to see you succeed. I recommend 10/10. You won't regret taking her course!

Although I took an online course and had minimal interactions with Dr. Branum, she was very willing to help if you'll ask for it and very supportive of your success in the class. She's a great professor and I highly recommend her classes.

Dr. Branum is a sweet teacher, she cares about her students, and she is willing to help. The homework part is a little challenging because she wants you to show the work on a spiral, which makes you take longer with the homework, but it helps you get it better.

Professor Barbara Branum is an excellent teacher and is very patient with students who are returning to college after several years out of high school. She explains basic mathematical concepts very well and goes above and beyond to guarantee each student's comprehension of the subject being taught in the classroom. Take her if you have the chance!!

Dr. B is great! If you call her "Ms." or Ma'am" she will return the favor by calling you "student". You're Welcome. She a little weird at first, but you will get used to it. Make sure you complete the homework and Online checkpoints, as those are major grades. Unless the curriculum changes, expect to have 7 Major Tests + Final. Study!

Dr. B was by far my favorite math teacher ever! She makes sure everyone understands the material before moving on to the next section. She is very strict about cell phones, but you should be paying attention because she teaches so much better than the book could ever try to. There is a class review session the day the exams open.

GREAT PROFESSOR! Took her online class it was pretty self-explanatory if you need anything she was always an email or a call away. She gives you a schedule that outlines what you should be doing every day until the final exam also, make sure you DONT GET BEHIND!!! Deadlines sneak up on you quickly. You must take 3 exams then a final ALL ON CAMPUS.

Dr.B is by far the best professor you could ever get. she has about 4 tests and she is always there when you need her. Homework before every class and you need to do them to pass. She's also very adorable with her little jokes during the lectures. She cares about you passing and being successful more than you know. Highly recommend taking her!!!!

Took Dr. B's online DMAT-0305 class, and I will say it was a grind for me because of how bad I am at math, and she took the time to help me. Worked around my work schedule for the online help sessions and if you go over your exam with her and you can explain what you did she will give you the points back if it was unclear to her. She was the best.

Highly Recommend for those who do classwork around their work schedule. 100% online. Responds to emails quickly to help me understand any material! Grades work, not answers. After an exam MEET with her,she gives points back if you explain your work. Dr. B IS THE BEST! 10/10, LOVE HER! I Can't believe I am saying this, but I'm more fond of math now.
