Her class is a point system.She gives a quiz for each lab(which is very easy you can study for it like 10 mins b4 class) and she gives point just for comming to each lab. You can fail the pratical but if you had A's on all of your quizzes you will get a B in the class.Very helpful and super easy!!!

Don't take anyone else for anatomy!NO need to buy book because she provies notes straight from it she's awesome. Her tests are hard but if you study the notes there are no suprises. Stay for review. I have taken a lot of anatomy teachers not only did i pass with her but i got an A.

If you take her in the summer you won't regret it. That goes to say for all the other terms beacuse they say the summer term is the hardest. All you have to do is make A's on the quizes and get the extra credit and you will not have to take the final. If you do she teach so will that you will remember everything for the final. No one failed!!!

she is the best teacher for both A&P i and II. Had her for both class and got A. You will regreat if you can not have her. I Highly reccomend her to anybody. Just go for her.........

Wealth of knowledge, pleasant manner, ability to explain concepts well and really knows her way around a fetal pig (he he)! Gives many opportunities for extra credit and points to get an A! Negatives=hard to contact via email, always late. However, the pluses outweigh the negatives by far; I highly recommend Prof. Garcia!!!

This is the easiest lab you could ever have!!! Easyyyyyy A no need to study much. You will not feel this class at all. Prof. Barbara will tell you exactly what you are going to be tested on for each quiz.

I took her in the summer for A&P I lab and lecture and then took her for A&P II for lab in summer B. I LOVED her class and learned alot!! A&P is not easy, but she made it very possible to pass. She knows her stuff and did an awesome job

Very nice and super willing to help. She's very disorganized and forgetful. Other than that, she wants everyone to do well. Do and study her study guides, she pulls test questions stright from the study guides.

Barbara garcia is one of the best teachers. She really likes what she does. She is very clear and very helpful when clarifications are needed. Anatomy I is a very extense class, and much of your success depends on the effort studying it. If you want an A you can get it only if you commit yourself to invest time reading. I recommend this teacher!!

I took the Biology lab with her she is extrmely easy!!!!! I got an A in the class and all you do is the labs and the quizzes which are given every time attended to class, but the best thing is that she gives a review before a quiz! Awesome Take her trust me!!!!!

GREAT PERSON! TESTS ARE VERY HARD AND TRICKY! IF YOU DO NOT MEMORIZE EVERYTHING, THE TEST WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT. SHE DOES GIVE A LOT OF XTRA CREDIT THAT WILL HELP YOU PASS. PROBABLY BC SHE KNOWS THAT HER TEST ARE VERY DIFFICULT. NOT AN EASY A! TOO MUCH WORK! STUDY STUDY STUDY!

I HAD HER FOR THE LAB AND LECTURE AND THE LAB WAS A LOT EASIER THAN THE LECTURE. THERE IS A LOT OF HOMEWORK TO DO FOR THE LAB, BUT THAT WAS THE HARDEST PART OF IT. TAKE HER FOR LAB BUT TAKE HER LECTURE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

She's one of the best professors i've had. I had her for lab and lecture. I agree w/ previous rating her lab has too much homework but its an easy A. Her lecture has so much extra credit that if you want an A its really easy. You gain as much as 30 points extra credit per test. Hint: memorize anythng that deals with a FLOW do her onlline exam

This class was very difficult but she gives alot of extra credit. She does want you to pass and will help if needed. Don't get to discourged in the beginning...last half of the semester is easier than the first.

Mrs.Garcia is an amazing professor. I just finished her class with and A. Anatomy is difficult but she provides extra credit and multiple choice tests. Her class is as easy as anatomy will be, if you can't pass her class then maybe you should reconsider the desire for health care field.I will be taking her again for microbiology,biology,and bsc1086

She's a great professor, and is there for her students. She tries to make it as fun as she can. Yes, you have to study, but you will pass. Use the text-book's website to get practice chapter exams and study them before each exam. (she doesn't mention this but it was HUGE help for me).

She is a great teacher. she will make you understand everything that is on her powerpoint specially(how to make ATP). she gives lots of extra credits. drop the lowest grade.she is a model teacher. you can not fail if you study. take her class!! you will enjoy it. I am going to take her for MICROBIOLOGY. Study and do the old exam. you will get an A

She was really sweet and understanding, made lab fun and she had a really good sense of humor. You will learn alot in her class and whatever it is you dont understand she will go over it with you. I recommend her for lab is you want to pass, and she has alot of patience.

Very cool teacher, professional and very nice and flexible, inside the rules, but not crazy about if you need to show your hw later. Very reasonable in points if show up and show interest. Do you part and sure she will compansate. I recommend. Excellent.

Mrs Garcia is probably the best teacher i've had since attending BCC shes a cool down to earth person and makes you feel totally comfortable shes also very helpful and her grading is totally fair. Shes an excellent teacher i reccommend people take her whenever they can!!

I took her for lab. So easy to get a B if you just study the lab from the week before and study what she writes on the board. If you do well on the weekly tests, you don't need many points on the final to get a B. She's so nice and very approachable.

she is great. assignments are given to you at the begining and due dates too. you are responsible to get everything done in a timely fashion for your self. test come from assignments. lots of extra credit. the test are hard but fair. she reads off the power points but you can do your homework while in class. need explanations just ask. love her!

I took herfor lab during the first half of the summer.She is extremely nice, she tries to help you out if you ask.She also gives extra credit to help your grade. From the beginning, study, study, study. Do not miss a class, you may fall behind, she gives one point for free for every lab, don't miss out. She's great, I'm glad I had her.

I took prof.G for 6 week summer period and I passed with an A she gives tones of homework for every lab but i definatly helps your grade you get points for coming to every class and she also gives XC i would recommend her to anyone that is taking thid class for summer.she is extremly helpful and layed back.good luck n dont miss class.

Took this class in 6 weeks, it's as easy as you make it. Studying and staying on top of your work pays off. Lots of HW a LOTS of opportunity for extra credit on tests. Plus an EC assignment that helps at out too. DO THE EC,it really helps!You must study to pass. Easy A if you do what you're supposed to do. Nice and friendly professor. Good luck.

Professor Garcia is a lot of fun. Taking the class in 6 weeks you better have your running shoes on. STUDY from day one and really put forth the effort and you will learn a lot.

she is good teacher.ask her questions if you don't understand and she will help you. read the book because most of her lectures and powerpoint pres. come from the book. walk with a tape recorder. she probably talks fast because she's behind on the chapters. prepare to work.

Im not sure she liked teaching Microbiology for the one semester she did but she is a great professor. I definitely recommend her as long as you do the assignments and study hard you'll do just fine.

Professor Garcia is a very kind and knowledgeable person. She work's hard to organize her lectures and tries very hard to make students undestand Anatomy. Quizze's can be tricky but are worth it, the extra credit is a life saver, so make sure to do it. Study the quizzes well as they make up most of the midterm and final.

SECTwesome for AP lab! Her mid/lecture exams are just like the LRC mock lab. Got an A. Lecture is a bit difficulty. PowerPoint is information overload. Use your resources and do extra credit. Got a B.

goes over everything on each chapter usually what you will find on the tests. She uses up the whole class period which I thought was what u pay 4. She goes through everything pretty quickly so sometimes hard to take notes. Only I did not receive a grade for a paper I worked very hard on & I have 3 children which made it super hard to do. :(

Professor Garcia is wonderful! Im in my last nursing class so she must have done something right. It is essential to understand anatomy of the body for any Health science program u enter so get focus and learn as much as u can.

shes great! all quizzes are online, and only one project which is an easy power point for bsc2085.she also let us re-do the final at home and averaged the grades. great professor. easy going, understanding, funny, and laid back

She is really, really smart. I loved her class. It was really interesting, and even though I had trouble completing the labs, all her lectures were very thorough and helpful. I would definitely recommend her. She goes off on tangents, but those who are annoyed by that probably would not like her.

One of my top two professors at Broward College. She is very helpful, down to earth, and funny. She is quick to help and really knows her stuff, and if she doesn't know something she'll be quick to search it on Google. Definitely recommend her. If I wasn't graduating, I would definitely take another class of hers. Excellent quality teacher!!!

She wants you to excel. She gives you reviews for the exam, which are extremely helpful. She offers a number of extra credit opportunities to boost your grade. She does go off topic a lot, but she is extremely nice and just wants everyone to succeed.

Professor Garcia is awesome! I took her for Epidemiology at West Coast University. Our class was at 7 in the morning (serious suicide lol) but she found a way to not let it feel like that. She made the course interesting and she grades fairly. She doesn't play with attendance though. Attend all classes, if you miss it email her. She replies quick.

She is always late, she does go off topic, but her knowledge and care for her students makes up for it all. She is honestly insanely intelligent. Her midterm was very hard, but she gives extra credit to make up for it. Quizzes are online! I love her :)

She was the best professor. We had about 17 quizzes online and a midterm and final in class. She reopened all the quizzes at the end for those who didn't get a chance to take them. She is extremely funny and tells a ton of personal stories relating to anatomy. She gave a review for the midterm and the final and it was the same thing word for word.

AMAZING! She is so passion about what she teaches that we learn a lot with her. Lecture book not used,but lab manual must have. Enjoyable class. She is funny, very smart, great test reviews, she gives lots of chances and extra points, wants u to pass. The videos made in class helped a lot with the studies. They are on Youtube!
