This class was a breeze. I am a very shy person and she made me comfortable. This was actually my 2nd time around taking public speaking, i drop it my first time because i was too nervous to do my speech. Her grading style is very simple. SHE ROCKS!!!!

Stark makes this class very exciting & comfortable for her students! She understands our hesitance for public speaking & guides us through on how to be a successful public speaker with such ease. Speech nights are fun, for both the presenters & classmates. Follow her clear/easy outlines for each speech & you will most definitely pass this course!

Great teacher, Great class! I'm taking dual enrollment and this was my first real college class and I could not have been happier! It was easy to follow and the instructions for the speeches and she always taught fun and straightforward. We have PLENTY of time to write the speeches and as long as you follow her outline, you can get the full points!

She's the best professor I've come across. You only do 3 speeches and 1 toast. She gives you the outlines and you fill in your own info. She is super kind, caring and I love her! Her class was the highlight of my Tuesday nights. I hIIIIGHLY recommend taking this course with her, super easy. Show up and do your work A. She's the best!!!

3 speeches, 3 outlines, 3 evaluation forms (each speech has an outline and evaluation form.) Two speeches are 3-4 mins and one speech is 5-6 mins. She gives you sample outlines to use for your speeches (literally just replace the info with your own.) She's very lenient (doesn't dock points if you stutter/pause.) Attendance mandatory. EASY A!

Professor Stark is amazing. If public spacing isnt your thing, take her course. She makes you feel at ease when presenting. The course consists of 3 speeches and 3 peer evaluations. There isnt a textbook however there is a guidebook you will need but she posts that to D2L.

Professor Stark made my first semester of college enjoyable. She's caring and respected among her students. Super fun and easy. This class is genuinely a great class and helps you become a better speaker. This is the best professor I had so far. She is so good at teaching she could teach any other class the same way. She's a great professor and I enjoyed being in her class. She gives good feedback on your outlines and helps you improve on your speeches. She did have a tendency to prolong the class time, but besides that she is really sweet and it's a really easy class. I would highly recommend her. I took her online.

Took her over zoom and definitely a great decision. 3 speeches, 2 3-minute 1 5-minute. Im very shy and hate public speaking but she made it very bearable and provided outlines which made the process much easier.

Professor Stark was one of the best professors I took so far this semester. Loved her class. It was very easy only 3 speeches with outlines for each. I was very shy for my first 2 speeches but when it came to the last speech I came out of my shell. My favorite speech was the last speech which was a demonstration speech.

I can tell she was passionate about educating the class about speech and effective communication. She definitely was one of the best professors I have ever had.
