Dr. Robert's is an awesome teacher. He takes his time to make sure the concepts of A&P are understood and comprehended. He doesn't want you to just memorize the information, he wants to make sure you understand it. Dr. Robert's takes his time teaching, you can ask or go over anything as many times as wanted. He genuinely cares about his students.

Dr. ROberts is the BEST anatomy professor, he was so helpful witty and fun. He made it easy to understand the material and he cares about making sure his student know why things work the way they do. Would definitely take him in AP2!

Dr. Roberts is easily my favorite professor in the science department! The class I took was a 3 hour long course at night, and very seldom did it ever feel like the time spent in class was not productive. He will drill the information in your head and help you until you finally get it. You need to study A LOT, but he will definitely help you.

Hard class but an excellent professor. very fair and really cares about students. Allows make up exams but if you miss class it's extremely hard to catch up. Lots and lots of studying

Dr. Roberts is awesome! I had him for lecture and lab and I would definitely recommend him for both if you can grab a spot before they fill up. He's hilarious and provides all the materials you will need for lecture you just have to print them out and bring them to class. Book is unnecessary and he tests only on what he goes over in class.

Dr. Roberts is literally the best professor for AP 1 & 2! He's hilarious and cares a lot about his students. I really wish there was an AP 3 or another science he taught. Even though labs are 3hrs it goes by fast, he makes learning fun!

If you REALLY want to learn take him! It's not an easy class, but he explains everything & you go over tests. If you can give him a valid reason why a question should be tossed he'll give you the points. He's REALLY funny & makes class interesting. I suggest recording lectures to fill in notes. He provides amazing notes and lectures which never felt like 3 hours. No textbook was needed. Make sure you record his lectures and PRINT out EVERY handout or you'll be stuck writing everything down. Test (6 total) are based off notes and what he went over in class, so study. AP2 isn't an easy A but, please take him if you really want to learn.

Dr Roberts is genuinely a funny, caring guy, who wants his students to do well. He will work with you for a good grade. One neg. thing is that he is a bit unorganized, and his material is all over the place. I suggest recording his lectures and take notes. no book required-he makes you print his handouts from power points. Do not take in summer!

He is one of the best teacher that I ever had, Hilarious, respected and give a lot of extra credit. I will definitely take him again. But he gives too much notes before the quizzes and you really have to listen to what he's saying in class to pass the exams.

He has real world experience, which is great because it helps you understand the material more. Take his class, you wont regret it!

Record his lectures, book is not required but buying the books helped me a lot, print his handouts to bring to every class which are pre written notes from Dr roberts, study, study, and study. The test is based on his lectures and handouts. Easy A if you put the time into AP2 and study,

Obviously have to study to do well, but print the notes he gives, take notes ontop of his notes. Test questions come from what he says in class, & print outs of notes. Extra credit is offered. Classes are long, but he gives ample amount of time for breaks. He is very knowledgeable, and organized. Also, hilarious!

Dr. Roberts is hilarious and makes the class more exciting to learn. There are a few thinking questions on tests but you would be fine if you study the materials. The only con about this class is his notes are sometimes disorganized. Overal, I would recommend this class to everyone who wants to STUDY and pass the class.

very knowledgeable and personable professor, provides tons of examples and analogies. very experienced in his field, offers lots of clinical applications. doesn't like the textbook, tests only from notes he provides, which are great but can be hard to follow without added lecture notes (don't miss class!). offers extra credit, no homework.

Attention future nursing students!! Dr. Robert s is the best for preparing you for HESI! His philosophy is study his notes everyday, form study groups or get a study partner from class, and get his material into your long term memory! I took him for AP I and API and labs. You do have to study and put the work in. Just like nursing!

Took him for AP1 lab & for AP2 lecture. Same professor, 2 totally diff. teaching styles. In lab lecs. are organized & we reviewed test material. In lec, we never reviewed test material & papers were hard to read & unorganized & he teaches like we're already in the nursing program, but he gives great examples to help things stick. I would take again

Dr Roberts is good at what he does & cares about his students. Gives 10 pts extra credit for perfect attendance 5 pts if you miss 1 class. Allows us to record lectures so that we could review later. It is a very tough class & realized this is not the field for me personally but he cared about me passing the class and learning as much as I could.

Very good teacher wants you to learn, funny guy, and flirts with the females a lot lol. But he shows you exactly what to study for his test so there is no surprises , but in my opinion the mid term Pratical exam is way harder than the final exam.

You will have 2 quizzes and 2 practicals. The quizzes are simple and he will go over the exact material for it the class prior. The practicals are clear cut and all the information you need is given to you and he will let you take videos of him going over the material. Flirts with the cute girls in class a bit, but overall friendly and knowledgable

Dr. Roberts is an amazing A&P 1 lab and lecture prof! I took him for both and would take him again for A&P 2. In Lab he goes over ALL the material that will be on the 2 quizzes and the 2 practical exams. You must study, this information isn't something that you can just remember right off the bat! Repetition is key! He lets you records him.

Dr. Roberts is an amazing prof! He truly cares about you understanding the whole concept of things and not memorizing. He will go over something again and again if you don't understand. He does NOT use the book, but gives you his personal notes/handouts to study from PRINT them! you will want to use them to study! 5 test total Final Not cumulative.

I took Dr. Roberts for A&P 1 and 2 and he is hands down the best professor I have ever had. He is HILARIOUS and he makes the long lectures totally bearable. We never used to book. Love this guy, he makes lectures hilarious and easily understandable, hes very charismatic. Textbook is a plus for reference, but not required. His handouts are all you need to pass the class, although some of them are slightly botched, but still manageable. Simply study and understand it ,and you will pass. Would take him for any class.

Dr. Roberts is a great professor. He is funny and really knows his information. He helps you remember the information from lab by little movements that seem funny at the time but on the test you catch yourself doing them to help you. You will DEFINITELY need to study for this because it's a lot to remember. don't wait until the last minute!

So I took Dr. Roberts for both lab and lecture and he is great don't get me wrong but man was this a lecture heavy class. I had a hard time staying awake at times. I'd record his lecture then go back and study because he went pretty fast so note taking was tough. STUDY STUDY STUDY and attend class! It'll be super hard to pass without doing those.

Switching to Dr. Roberts for LAB was the best thing I could have done. HE TEACHES THE MATERIAL!! IMAGINE THAT. I learned a lot from him and thought he was super hilarious. I would definitely take A+P 2 with him. Literally just use common sense in his class and listen, take notes and you'll be fine! Really enjoyed this class.

Overall the professor is great! He is the best professor I had all semester. The course with any professor is tough to take, but he makes the course so much easier and fun. The professor is very charismatic. He always jokes that he gives extra credit for an hot caramel macchiato with 2 sugars, ps. he does! I would recommend this professor!

I took Professor Roberts for A&P 1 and 2 Lab and Lecture. He is amazing at lecturing and is very knowledgeable. He makes you print out A LOT of handouts, but trust me they'll help you pass. The tests are pretty straight forward, but you definitely have to study. Dr. Roberts always keeps the class interesting and I would 100% take him again!

I had the luxury of taking this professor for anatomy lab 1. If you have the option, take him! He taught me so much, was easy to follow and truly cares. I took him online due to Covid, this made the class a bit harder in my opinion. Show up to the classes and take his suggestions on how to study. I love this professor!!

First, he is hilarious and makes class enjoyable. His handouts are so helpful. He provides reviews, answers questions, and tests what is taught. He likes participation. Attendance required for credit. He was so wonderful that I am taking him again for BSC2086.

Absolute legend. Eccentric, entertaining, & easy-going. Listen closely when he teaches. If he doesn't tell you outright, you can tell exactly what's going to show up on the next test by how much emphasis he uses. Take advantage of review time by going through the models naming everything you can in front of him. Caramel macchiato hot with 2 sugars.

This Professor is amazing, he truly cares about his students in making sure they understand everything he is teaching them. If you need help, he will always take the time to help you. Dr. Roberts is amazing at teaching A&P. I dropped a professor prior to his class when my midterms were a flop. Under the teachings of Dr. Roberts I excelled in A&P. His memorization tips and explanations help a lot. He's very positive, zen and caring. Participation is a must, those lectures are heavy with information. Anatomy football was sooo fun!

I am not a science person, I got my first degree in the arts, so I was incredibly nervous, but Dr. Roberts was genuinely the greatest teacher ever! He skips the bulls*it and teaches what u really need to know. He gives great techniques to remember hard topics, incredibly hands on work in class. 2 Quizzes, midterm and final. Wish he was doing AP2 :(

He made learning fun and I was never bored in his class. I actually enjoyed his class and was excited for when i'd have him again. He's good at what he does. I'd definitely take him again if he taught other courses.

His test is based off what he teachers you in class and he doesnt give you any resources to go back on to get anything you miss so it can mess you up. I wont take him because I like teacher with study guides and who provided material to study on.

Dr. Roberts is such a great teacher. He is funny and made A&P easy to learn. This course is naturally difficult, but he simplifies things. He is probably the best teacher I've ever had. He was able to keep my attention the whole time which is rare lol. I learned a lot, and all of my class really loved him. Take him, you won't regret it!

Great class! He really tried to make it so that you walked away knowing what was being taught! He made the class interesting and presented the material in different ways to ensure that we understood each lesson. Very hands on, mostly using models instead of pictures from the book. Take him if you can!

I wish all the professors were like him. Straight to the point, tells you exactly what you need to know for tests and quizzes. no homework (bsc1085 L) he is very understanding if you can't make it for class. Loved every minute of his classes because he's not there to waste your time. He tells you his extra credit in class so be attentive to that.

I learn sm. He gives great examples. But he inflicts his political views and it was very off-putting. If you're a woman, he's gonna call you a good girl. He gives bonuses on the midterms, we play review games, and I have fun then. So I'm very conflicted with this review. Wish I could give him 5 stars, but I lose respect for people that are pro-life

The best professor I have ever had. It's like learning from your uncle over a cup of coffee- lectures are fun and NEVER boring. He tells us not to stress & it helps. He genuinely wants you to pass and do well in this course and in life. If you take notes, print the handouts, and study you can't NOT get an A, or you simply did not try.

Easy class. Tests are fairly easy if you take good notes and study. He's a little creepy sometimes like someone else mentioned he inflicts his political views and he WILL call you good girl and sometimes comments in a way that's a little uncomfortable. But I mean overall he's an easy A and its almost impossible to fail so I'd recommend.

Prof. Roberts was THE BEST for your first AP1L class!!! I was so nervous to start, and he made it so easy to understand it!! He takes the time to help each student at every table, lets you record and take a ton of pictures from your phone to have you succeed. TAKE HIM!!! I had so much fun in his class, it was only of my favs this semester!!!!

If his class is available TAKE IT ! He explains things in a way for you to understand. anatomy is hard but he makes it easy BUT STUDY STUDY STUDY !

He tells you exactly what you need to know. 2 exams, 2 quizzes, that's it. If you study what he tells you to it's an easy A. His lectures are interesting, and he makes things easy to understand. I was disappointed he didn't have any AP2 classes listed when I was registering for next semester. 100% would take any class he teaches.

Highly recommend! Prof Roberts make every class very enjoyable by making jokes and relates the material to real-life scenarios. He tells you exactly what is going to be on the quiz and practicals, even what types of questions. You do have to take the time and practice and memorize the material to do well. No homework, 2 quizzes & 2 practicals.

Amazing professor! He ensures you understand the material, is very funny, and understands if anything is happening personally. He does two quizzes, two practicals, and no homework. Everything he makes you write down is on the tests, and you have to make sure you study or else your grade will be bad. If his class is available, TAKE IT!

Professor Roberts is amazing!! He made lectures interesting and also ensuring we understand the material well. There's only 2 practical exams and 2 quizzes (No homework). You really have to take the time and study the material he gives you. Other than that he's a great professor and I'm glad I'm taking him again for AP2 in the fall for lecture!!

It's an anatomy lab, there's going to be tons of work, but he tried to make it easy for us. I liked him, he was nice to everyone, you could 100% tell he had favorites though. He could be a lil creepy at times but not to where I wanted to drop the class, after all I did get an amazing grade based on his teaching.

Absolutely loved Dr. Roberts, I took him for AP1 lab and will be taking him for AP2 lecture. He is engaging and teaches in a way that is easy to understand and keeps you interested. Not condescending, answers questions well. Would recommend if you're a little scared to not pass, he prepares you well for tests, all you have to do is study.

Professor Roberts is an amazing teacher. I had him for the A&P 1 lab, and it was great. I never had any problems with him. He teaches very well but is a bit fast, so you have to keep up with him. Sometimes, he calls you out of nowhere and tells you to participate, but overall, he is very great.

I love love this man. It was always a fun class to be at. His lectures were amazing. Don't be shy to speak up when you need him to say something again or tell you what his notes say! This man talks fast so be prepared to raise your hand and say “can you repeat that again” if not your gonna be lost. He lets us take breaks in between lectures.

He's lenient with attendance, if you miss a class he'll let you sit in another one of his lectures to make it up. Overall, a really good teacher, highly recommend for an easy A.

I took him for A&P 1&2 & it was one of the best decisions ever. His notes are concise and what you need, he's funny, engaging, caring, NOT MONOTONE, and just overall an amazing professor. He does make some pretty wild claims but other than that, this class is in an insanely easy A, if you actually study. And by study I mean read your notes.

Be prepared to study, but he sets you up for success—before each midterm and final, he holds review sessions where he goes over all the material that will be on the exam. I would absolutely take him again.

His class consists of 2 quizzes and two tests (midterm and final). The Quizzes come up quick and I didn't do as good on them as on the tests. It's a very easy class if you put in the studying, as it's all on you. He's really funny guy from NY and he knows his stuff. '20 minutes off and on every few hours and you will pass'

I love the way he teaches, you just have to study all his quizzes and exams will be easy if you study.
