Great teaching! Interesting lectures and lots of extra credit available

She has been the best professor I have had at Broward college. Dr. Jiménez makes sure you know what's going to be on the exam and quizzes and prepares you for it. Extremely flexible and helpful. LOVE HER

This is the best Professor I seen at BC she tells you everything she wants you to do from the begin of class. If you take her and don't pass its because you are lazy and didn't study. she tells you what to study for and and what you need to know .and when you don't get it she don't make you feel bad like other professor . the best Professor at BC

All I can say is the best Professor I had I wish I can take her again .Do yourself a favor and take this class you will have a easy term trust me this is the only professor at this tired school that knows what she is doing . her power points you will pass if you study. the professor is great you will learn a lot she brings life to her class.

Excellent and understanding teacher. I had a story every week in regards to my personal life. Professor was always understanding. Whatever is on the PowerPoint is exactly on the test. You want to pass and not be stressed out, take professor Jimenez. Love her

Class is pretty straight forward, you have 8 quizzes and 4 exams and a group project, the quiz and test are mostly from the powerpoint, there are some opportunities for extra credit. Overall if you pay attention to the powerpoints and study, you should be fine.

By far the best bsc2085 prof. everything is straightforward. read the power points an study them and listen to what shes you to study its a walk in the park .

Shes an amazing professor I had her for BSC2085 and BSC2085 L. Very clear on whats supposed to be done in the classroom. As far as tests and quizzes. If you read and know your material. You will pass.

She flexible, helpful, tries to emphasizes the most important, so we students study the most relevant. She gives extra points for perfect att, and extra questions on the exams. All info comes from her power points and she also gives a review the day before. If you study what she tells you you will pass, if you dont you will fail. SIMPLE! STUDY!

Professor Jimenez is an awesome professor. She cares if you pass your class. She is knowledgeable and gives extra credit to help you out. Quizzes and tests are easy as long as you study. I recieved a 98% in my lecture and 100% in my lab class with her. She is a definite professor to take!! Highly recommend.

Great professor. When it comes to passing her class she provides you with all of the tools you'll need to pass. Gives great reviews , which most professors don't do. When it comes to passing her class studying is key! The people who left bad reviews probably failed due to their lack of studying. I had her for both BSC2085 & BSC2085L.

I went into this class thinking it was going to be difficult but i was wrong. Her power points are right on the money. she doesn't leave anything out . She tests you on exactly what material you learned in lecture and lab. she does provide extra credit for perfect attendance . as long as you listen and study the power points its an easy A .

In the summer class now, I'm not sure why everyone is giving this professor a bad review. I am maintaining an A . So she uses PowerPoint to teach instead of making us read a book that we can't understand. Summer classes are hard because they are shortened. No one should take it out on the professor if u can't handle the speed. Great teacher!!

Please guys take her I failed my anatomy 1 and I took her and I passed with an A+ because of all the reviews she gives before exams and even quizzes! Her PowerPoints come straight from the text book , and she puts on the board everything she is going to ask for exams .

Straightforward and laid back if you follow what she tells you. Get ready to study and memorize. That's what anatomy is about. She is serious in class but very polite, and talkative outside class. Young and very smart professor.

She is one of my favorite professors she is laid back charming smart, and understanding. She makes anatomy very easy to learn she will break down the material by using PowerPoints and all you have to do is read them AS SOON you get the material and print them off because she sends them to you first class and she gives reviews.

Taking lab and lecture with her. Information is straightforward from the power points that come from the book. Whats there and what she reviews is what will be in the quiz or exam. You dont pay attention, you wont pass. Extra points for perfect attendance and exemption from final if overall grade is 95% or above. I love her!

Great Anatomy Professor! I took her for Anatomy 1 ( lab and lecture) and I'm taking her again for both for Anatomy 2. All of her lessons are in Power points. She gives reviews before each quiz. She tells you what she will test you on!! Offer lots of extra credit ! She's an easy A. You just have to study because Anatomy requires memorization.

Professor Beatriz is a great teacher and gives extra credit so that way students have a chance to boost there grade. If you are lazy or don't like studying you will fail this class and you also have a group project. Other then that she is an awesome teacher and I would recommend taking her!

Taking lecture and lab with Dr. Jimenez. All I have to say is, if anyone is not passing her class is due their lack of effort because she gives you everything you need in order to pass with an A since day one. Clear, easy and accessible. I love her and Im taking her again for fall.

I have taken Professor Jimenez for BSC2085L, but I haven't taken her for BSC2085. I to take her again for BSC2086 and L, for the fall semester, I see on a few comments that she gives group projects, if so, can someone give me an idea what the group projects are/ like? I really want to take her again, but I hate group projects.

OMG I'm so happy with this professor! She's awesome, I bet there is no better BSC 2086 Lab Professor. She's not only nice but totally understands that we've never had this material before so she doesn't go crazy with a lot of in dept material nut you'll learn everything you'll need to know. She's really good.. Just learn her teaching style everything is mainly on what she writes and what we go over. Do all the prelabs i kinda started off bad but i ended up knowing how she taught and liked her. she helps out a lot. Seems strict but shes really not just do your part and study. AP isnt suppose to be easy so just study.

I love Professor Jimenez! Micro is a tough class and there's a lot to learn but Professor breaks it down as simply as it can get and makes it fun. Professor Jimenez is a GREAT Professor. I took her for Anatomy and Microbiology and got an A in both classes. Make sure to study her reviews and you will do great in her class.
