Very good teacher, knows her stuff, gives very good notes with everything you need to know. Do not miss her review classes before tests, VERY helpful. Final was only 20 MC questions, easiest test Ive wrote in University! Easy class, but she does her best to make it easier for you.

Great prof. she made stats really easy for me. her assignments got me studying and working out what she had just taught.I failed her midterm by 2 percent, but cause of her assignments and her (really) easy final I pulled my mark up to a B. She's really helpful.

Was a very helpful professor. Exams are out of the notes and not the book, so make sure you take good notes and understand them. Exams are fair. You may need to take additional notes while she is talking on top of copying off the board.

Pretty cool instructor, always breezes into class with a big smile. She genuinely enjoys teaching and helping students, and it shows. Notes are the class, book not needed except for assignment questions. All notes are handwritten, so showing up for class is a good idea. Really helpful via e-mail or office hours. She started of the semester perfectly, great intro class really kept the class together. Then when we got to about chapter 10 she went insane. She would move people in class for 'talking' even though no one could hear them. She was very disruptive. Not the best definitely not the worst. Usually gives good notes. Excellent textbook. But not required

Not the best prof I've had but she's decent. She wants students to succeed though the lectures are kind of boring. She gives you a lot of examples so that you can understand the concepts step by step. Text book is useless, just buy the mathxl for the assignments. She does talk kinda quietly so get a front seat if you can. Recommended for beginners

She can tell that nobody REALLY wants to be taking stats, and makes class as painless as possible. Take her class if you need stats for some reason and want a decent grade.

Beda is AWESOME! If you attend classes, take notes and pay attention, you should do well. She sets her students up for success if they are AT ALL interested in achieving it.SO cute, I found my day brightened considerably after STATS class..which is pretty rare. Joke:My parents were going to call me alpha...but they went with their second choice!LOL

Her midterm/final's are very similar to her practice exams. Only the numbers are different. She is hilarious in class and makes stats interesting. MathXL is needed in the class. Very easy and is not tested on her exams

Definitely the best teacher I've had so far at U of A. Going to class is a must. She gives you clear notes with great examples. Doesn't post any notes online, so if you miss the class, you miss out on the notes. But, she makes going to class really fun. She is super cute and funny. Exams are exactly like practice exams.

She's a lecturer that provides intuitive explanations to statistics, explained with lots of examples explained thoroughly. Her oddball sense of humour is a plus. I dreaded having to take this class, but having it taught by Beda actually made change my opinion of the course. Overal, highly recommended.

Beda is the cutest thing ever! Her sense of humor is such a plus. The course is overall boring and hating every waking minute of it but Beda made it bearable.Her exams are VERY similar to her practice exams and overall its quite easy to do well. "My parents wanted to name me Alpha but they went with the second choice instead (Beta)" HAHA.

This class is extremely easy. Simply go to class, write down the notes and you'll be fine. The exams are almost exactly the same as the practice ones, so do those, go over the multiple examples she provides in the notes and there's no way you can fail. Don't bother buying the textbook either, I never bothered looking at it once.

Do all the examples and the practice exams a lot. Only issue is her messy tablet notes but she puts them online. Personally I would recommend attending class because of this. Great that she spends an entire class going over the practice exam, same for the solutions for the actual exams. Love her humor! Never used the text.

She is the best stats prof by far. Pay attention in class and review her notes and you''ll be fine. She goes fast and her writing is messy but shes a nice person and very willing to help you out. Her midterm is THE EXACT SAME as her practice midterm. Haven't written the final but it should be good.

She makes stats bearable with her occasional jokes. Do her practice exams inside out and you'll be fine!

I would highly recommend taking geometry with Beda. She is super helpful inside and outside of class, giving hints on every assignment and making sure you know what is expected of you on tests. She brings a sense of humor to class and makes class interesting!

One of my favourite teachers, she does examples in class and goes over very basic concepts. The final and midterm were perhaps the easiest I've written with repeat questions from previous exams. She's also really friendly and funny at times. Highly recommended! Great prof and easy course.

Beda's great. The kinda lady that reminds you of your grandma and you could never get mad at her. Is always cheerful and has great notes and practice exams that are very helpful on tests. No textbook required which is nice on the wallet. Most important she speaks clearly and is an all around great prof! Would recommend for any stats

I thought she was the cutest little thing on the planet. Her notes aren't bad, but since the course is now a consolidated course, she lacks the theory. She is amazing at examples and showing how to do the statistical analysis but lacks theory. Overall though, she is super nice and I thought she was great.

She's really likeable and funny! Exams were EXACTLY like practice exams and in class examples. Midterm is only out of 18 though and worth a lot so you don't want to mess that one up! She tends to take 50 minutes to do a problem that should take 25 max. If you're able to stay awake and focus with that, then I definitely recommend her!!

This is a consolidated course. Very boring and the labs took a long time to do. The exams were unnecessarily difficult, so the class averages were extremely low. As a teacher, she is pretty good, but her notes aren't the best.

Attendance is not mandatory. Since it's a consolidated course, the midterm and final were very hard!

Such a funny lady and explains concepts clearly. However, the Stat 151 midterm and final are not based on her class. This made the course extremely frustrating. I got a good grade but I still wished I'd taking her stat 141 course instead. Would've made things less frustrating since she writes her own exams for that course.
