Best professor I have. His lecturers are thoroughly detailed so if you pay attention in class and read the book you should do fine. If you want to get the human growth & development credit take his class.

Took human sexuality as a hybrid so there was a good amount of outside reading and online assignments. Easy to get full credit on the assignments if you do them. Tests weren't bad either and he offers extra credit on them. Classroom time is more of a discussion then a lecture. My class was pretty small but it was still fun when people participated.

Very interesting class! I'm going into business and I didn't really see how this class would be relevant but Dr. Clark made it fun, interesting, and connected things we were learning about to real life stuff. Now I almost wish I was a psychology major. Highly recommend!

LOVED THIS CLASS! Dr. Clark is very caring, calm, educated, and will help you with whatever problem you may have. He made it easy yet challenging. He is very quick at responding to emails. We Had 3 exams, a couple of quizzes but mostly took notes in class. Dr. Clark was very into group work and hands on teaching. He used many live examples.

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better professor. He engages with the class and the work load is very light. If you pay attention andor take notes, then his tests should be a breeze. He offers extra credit. It is a VERY easygoing, chill class. He is a great professor! I HIGHLY recommend taking him!

Dr. Clark enjoys straying from curriculum slightly to give a full psychological background on concepts (my class was not psychology) more than likely because he is a psychologist. Brought in his family for live examples! Gives really heartfelt feedback and is very grounded and level-headed.

Would def take another class with Dr. Clark. Took this online, had a discussion and quiz every week. 8pg research paper due at the end but we were able to choose the topic so it was very interesting. Also offers extra credit if we did peer reviews on them. No final. He is very clear on his syllabus what he excepts. Wonderful class and professor!!!

Dr. Clark uses a mix of lecture and discussion. We also did a few small group discussions but there weren't major group projects. Go to his office hours if you are having a hard time. Very nice and so willing to help. Actually considering a minor in psychology now. Fun class, manageable work load, and great professor.

Super easy class. You do usually 1 or 2 reading assignments per week. Those are easy A's, as you can't get a wrong answer. One research paper, but he walks you through it. No final exam. Total of 5 tests, you can use notes and you do them at home. Shows a lot of videos in my opinion. Really young nice guy who loves psychology.

Great teacher! Took online and had great communication. I fell behind (with excuse) and was very willing to work with me. EVEN THOUGH I fell very much behind I managed to pass with a very good grade! I hope to take him again!!!

The only thing that matters in this class is your Research Paper. You can choose ANY topic you like, especially something that interests you and as long as you do it, you'll be able to pass. He gives you the entire semester to do the paper and there isn't really a final and his exams and homework are open book. The way he teaches is fascinating!

Top 2 of my favorite professors. Very helpful and good at keeping his class interesting. It can be a challenge, but he will guide you as much as you need it. Very nice, respectful man and really interesting class. Would search for him as a professor for other necessary classes.

Took online class. He's very passionate about psychology and I ended up learning a lot. All around good professor. Course is laid out in a very straightforward manner; easy to follow. The work itself is not too difficult, but boy is there a whole bunch of it. But if you're willing to put in the time you'll do just fine. Overall a good experience.

Great course and great professor. Lots of reflections posts, reading assignments, and one research paper. Overall, if you show initiative and read, it should be an easy grade. Willing to help during office hours, if you need it.

Hybrid class was the best! Met once per week for lecture/discussions. Reading assingments and exams are online. One term paper and gives you good instructions, rubric, example, and is willing to meet with you for help. Can use book and notes on exams but they are not exactly easy questions. Loved it so much I'm taking DEP2004 from him now.

If you don't take this professor, your doing it wrong! Dr. Clark is passionate about his job and is a genuinely nice guy. Entertaining lectures and encourages participation. Open book midterm and final and that are online. Wish more professors were like him!

He's very helpful. Drops lowest exam grade if you take the optional final. One paper and you have all semester to do it. Highly recommend!

All you need to do is READ and answer the questions in the online textbook. You will have at least 3 test and a research paper. You don't have to come to class BUT it will help if you fail the test. Oh he also has in class activities. So if you know you're on top of everything then don't show.

Love this professor! He's an amazing teacher who will make it impossible for you to get any lower than a B. He has a max of 100 questions on each test that takes quite a few hours but as long as you read the chapters, do the homework, and listen to his lectures -- you'll get an easy A. Also gives one essay which is easy. I would take him again.

Dr. Clark is a great professor! He is very nice and keeps the lectures interesting! He has three open book tests, which are simple if you actually take notes in class. The hybrid part of the class is extremely easy. He has one paper and gives you the whole semester to do it. Highly recommend!!

17 Reading Assignments online (hybrid) super easy, get a grade for attendance, take notes during his lectures to understand it better because he makes everything clear, super into interaction, videos, 1 five page literature review, three open book exams and also has a optional apprehension test for those that didn't do so well on the EASY exams.

Dr. Clark was by far my favorite professor of all time. His lectures were very fun and interesting. And he was always accessible and ready to help me with any questions that I had. I look forward to taking him again for more classes. Dr. Clark is an awesome professor, and I would highly recommend him.

This class is pretty simple. Do the work and you're set. Weekly reading assignments and "quizzes", 3 exams, 1 major paper, and 5 discussion posts/module. Nothing overwhelming and he's very responsive and interactive.

Lectures the entire class but makes it fun and very educational. Never any classwork, Reading assignments due every 3 weeks, WAY to easy to not complete. There is an exam after each time the reading assignments are due but they are online and you can use google or textbook. Take his class for easy A!! very understanding of personal lives.

Took him for General Psychology and I learned a lot, he is a great professor. He does not assign a lot of homework and he's that teacher that makes the lectures entertaining.

Great teacher, really shows his enthusiasm for the subject while teaching. Very respectful. Its a fair amount of online homework, and don't put the literature review off for too long. Don't be afraid to ask questions! Overall a great teacher but don't forget to do the homework, those points add up in the end!

He. is. fantastic. We had to type up a half a page assignment, and after he gave it back he had written a paragraph response on everyone's paper. Grades are posted almost immediately, if not the day after the due date. Just so nice and respectful! and Easy on the eyes.

Very good professor. He gives ample amount of time to complete assignments. Very easy grader. As long as you read the material you will do just fine. His quizzes are unlimited so there's no reason not to pass them. VERY EASY COURSE

I've taken Ben Clark twice now. His class is easy but you'll learn stuff. All exams are open book, one quiz a week, one discussion post if you're in an online class or one in-person class if you take a hybrid class, and one "artifact" per module which was just relating the module subject to something in life (movie, book, life situation, etc.).

This was a very easy class. Quizzes every chapter and 4 tests. Tests were very easy. Had a portfolio due for every module. Portfolio is finding an article online and relating it to the module. Only thing that sucked about his class that attendance did matter. Would of gotten an A without showing up to a single class. Very nice and great teacher.

This Guy Is amazing. He makes the subject good. He knows what he is doing and if you try you'll do good.

When you read the textbook remembering the definitions will make the quizzes easier. Reading the chapters, doing discussion posts, quizzes with multiple attempts, and portfolio for each chapter is what the class mainly consists of. I really liked his class.

Dr. Clark is an amazing professor. I took him for Psychology and I am taking him again next semester for another class. All tests and quizzes are online and all you have to do in class is listen. He makes it super easy to listen and respond and hes a funny guy. I would highly recommend this professor to anyone who needs to take Psych.

Very funny and sweet teacher, 100% would take again, but the material itself can be a little tricky so make sure you study, but he is available and super easy to contact after class, replies to all emails within 24 hours. If you dont understand something he makes himself someone you can depend on so you understand everything. great teacher!

prof had very good lectures, so listening to them was enjoyable; the material was easy to access but a little much to study esp for the exams(which were proctored); quizzes were online, some info needed to be studied in the book that weren't in his ppts; the journal was easy but I suggest doing it consistently so it won't be too much to do later on

One of the best professor I had, His syllabus is clear and he is a fast and easy grader. He will help you to get an A, 2 proctored exams and 1 journal submission and 12 quizzes with 2 attempts each, he responds fast to question. as long as you do the work you are in good hands!

Changed my life! Met with Dr. Clark about education and career options for becoming a therapist. Gave me tips I never would have thought of on my own. Took lots of time to explain and share his perspective. Class was interesting and challenged my thinking. Work was challenging but not too difficult. Wish I could take another class from him!

Professor Ben is one of my favorite professor in FSCJ. But when it come test, his test are very hard to pass. There are about 12 quiz and 2 proctor test, journal every week, and class participate point in his class. so be ready the 2 proctor test, other than that, he is amazing .

This class was very interesting! His syllabus is super clear and straight-forward. Just make sure you format correctly and meet all of the criteria in the journals.

Dr. Benjamin is very clear on how you can pass his class and if you have questions he is always available to clarify any assignment given. The text book was digital for my class which helped me save alot on book purchase. It's not an easy class however if you do all of the work it is an easy A.

Very straightforward class. Discussion topics weren't hard. Just participate and complete journal entries. Textbook was provided by him via PDF file. Gives multiple attempts at quizzes. Be prepared to read a lot of material though, but coursework wasn't too difficult. Overall I enjoyed his class a lot and he was super easy to work with.

Benjamin Clark is an amazing professor. He makes psychology incredibly interesting and gives very engaging lectures. Exams require some extra thought but the other assignments heavily outweigh the two exams. Hes also very helpful and understanding and always willing to help.

Easy online course. Watch video lectures that he provides, skim textbook, take quizzes with 3 attempts, discussion, repeat. Exams are tough if you didn't try the rest of there year. Last 3 modules quiz and discussion are extra credit. Journal is a HUGE grade booster.

Took this class online due to COVID-19 & was nervous, but it ended up being just fine. Criteria is straight and to the point, textbook is online so you save $$$. Short 8 question quizzes every week, lots of reading, and videos to watch but they are entertaining! Easy A/B if you turn in everything on time. Only 2 exams, homework is the main focus.

There was a discussion and a quiz due each week. There is also a journal that should be written every week but it's due at the end of the term. There were two exams and they are pretty tough. If you study you will most likely get the grade you want. If you are bad at testing he sets the class up so you won't fail. He communicated well every week.

Professor Clark was amazing! He was very organized and extremely helpful when I had asked questions. There are discussions and 8 question quizzes every week. The book is free and online so you don't have to pay for a textbook. There are 2 exams which were tough. I am not a good test taker but I studied and got an A on both of them. Take this class!

Cool guy. Very friendly and accessible outside of class, Gave us three exams with questions that are based off the textbook readings and had us do one research paper. Also gave an optional comprehensive final that replaces your lowest test grade (questions were just repeated questions from exams 1-3). Gave extra credit for attending all classes.

Great teacher, always gave great feedback and extra credit. Psychology wasn't my strong suit as It was my first non A in college but even still I liked the professor. Would recommend to anyone.

This professor was honestly the BEST! If your looking for a simple class to balance with other courses this is the one. You have lectures once a week and a EASY 6 question quiz do every Sunday. Two major exams which were also EASY! And one big journal project EASY! And he responds via canvas and email FAST! YOU WILL USE SMART PROCTOR FOR EXAMS!!!!!

This is a great professor to pick if you either want nice / interactive conversations with your professor about class or want an easy grade. He is not difficult or strict online. Personally, I did not tune in to his class but received an A. He has an extremely easy 7 question quiz every week and two exams but they are proctored online.

There is no midterm or final but there are 2 exams, 10 quizzes, and a journal. Overall, the class isn't hard, if you fail its really on you. The class is designed so you won't fail which is very helpful.

The professor was sweet he gives clear instructions on his expectations for passing. Take time to read/study for your 2 exams they ranged from 60-70 questions he provides study guides which are helpful. Theres small quizzes every week which was beneficial because they helped on the exams. Be prepared for participation in weekly discussion boards.

He is very insightful and passionate which made the class easier to manage. The big assignment is the journal but if you keep up with it every week it is a piece of cake. He gives you plenty of information and resources. During class you do need to interact some to get credit for attendance but he didn't require your camera to be on during class.

Love this prof. I took two of his classes, one with live lecture and one without. Definitely enjoyed the live lectures much more. He is really smart and genuinely caring about his students. Tests are pretty difficult and the journals are tedious, but overall excellent teacher. Take his classes!

What a refreshing class! It was laid back, easygoing, and genuinely interesting. This professor is wonderfully kind and passionate about the subject. He did make us talk to our peers often though, so introverts beware!

I took Dr Clark's clinical psych class and he was amazing. Clear and concise instructions for assignments that you're practically guaranteed an A in, so long as you follow those instructions. It seems almost always he just wants to know you understand the material and have given creative thought to it.

Fun class with interesting discussions. He lectures but asked questions to get people involved. Several writing assignments worth half the final grade, open book quizzes worth a quarter, and an exam worth another quarter. Exam seems intimidating, but it is only a fraction of the final grade leaving plenty of room for mistakes and to still pass.

Dr. Clark is amazing. Highly recommended. Make sure you reach out if you have any problems, he is always easy to reach and gives amazing explinations for things you don't understand.

I've taken Dr. Clark for two classes now and will be taking him for a third soon. He's really interested in what he does and clearly cares and enjoys teaching. You can ask him questions and he'll give detailed answers. He is super clear on his grading criteria and assigns few papers, usually 400-500 words in length. Quizzes are brief.

Great class and prof. Requires some work but not to difficult if you follow the instructions and ask for help if you need it. Met with him once to figure out how to improve my grade and he took time to show me how to find good research for my assignments and earn high scores. Nice, patient, and knowledgeable. Taking another class from him in fall.

Dr. Clark has been one of my, if not my most, favorite professors. Dr. Clark clearly has a passion for his teachings and thoroughly explains the material. Very easy grader and gives great feedback. Instead of tests, he gives very easy projects or papers to write along with an open note quiz. Only test is the final exam. Very good at giving directions for each assignment. Dont buy the textbook, he gives you the pages on canvas. Lots of notes but tells you what to write down. take his class! So easy

A caring and well spoken teacher and person who truly focuses on your success. His lectures are engaging and fun, and he breaks down very hard concepts into easilyn digestible material. He is also receptive to questions and gives excellent feedback. I wish I could take more classes with him, he is an amazing teacher.

CLP 1001 - Psychology of Adjustment Dr. Clark was very kind, helpful, and open to communication. The class consisted of a discussion and journal assignment for each module and a course project at the end. I created a PowerPoint with 6 or so slides, very easy to complete as you work through the course. There were no quizzes or tests.

Mr. Clark is definitely a great professor! Don't be afraid to ask questions, he is always happy to help. His lectures are very detail-oriented and engaging. The workload may seem like its a lot, but its really not. He also loves to hear peoples opinions on certain topics, so don't be afraid speak about it :)

AMAZING professor. Intelligent, forth-right, and challenging in the best way possible. Really easy to care about the quality of your work when you respect your professor and he respects you right back. Great conversation during lectures, and thought-provoking. Professor Clark's PSY1012 class is engaging and rewarding. He breaks down complex topics well, and is receptive to questions. The workload is manageable, and unstuckstudy proved a helpful study tool alongside the course materials.

Make sure you take notes with all his feedbacks, 2 exams proctored! Make sure you'll complete all the discussions and you'll be fine. Put all your efforts on every assignments it will help you for the exam. All in all, he is a very great teacher. Took his class for Spring C7, I did google forms to practice for the exams.

Professor Clark was an amazing professor and even inspired me to change my major. You can clearly tell he loves what do. All assignments were graded fairly with feedback. The midterm and final were straight forward and as long and you do your assignments throughout you'll pass the class no doubt. My only regret is I didn't pick the longer term.
