Even though I took her class on-line, she was very helpful and responded to all e-mails. Her assignments weren't hard and the quizzes were open book. The only problem I encountered was that she was marking me down for missed assignments, even after checking that I sent them through. Maybe an internet problem, but nonetheless I liked this course.

Took her online class as long as you keep up with the assignments and quizzes it's pretty easy. Most of the assignments are pretty useful to learn how to do.

This professor really knows the computer and knows how to help students. The course is not a breeze. You have to come to class and keep up with the work. She wants college work from you. Treats you as a mature adult. All assignments are explained and listed on the Internet in case you forget. There is no guessing about what you need to do.

I took the hybrid course which was great. It was fast paced. You came one day a week to class instead of 2 and the rest of the work was online. The work was explained by the professor and what we had to do was listed online. We could do the work when we wanted as long as it was completed by the day we came to class. I recommend this course.

First online course I took. Teacher was great. Course was filled with things to learn about computers. I recommend this course with this teacher-very responsive to emails and very helpful to students.

I have had Prof Carlin for 4 classes and would take her again. She is one of the best teachers on campus. She knows the computer, she helps anyone who needs it, and she really wants everyone to learn as much as they can in her class.

This professor is one of the best online teachers I had. Her sessions, lessons and assignments are clear. She responds to emails within 24 hours. You know what you got in a quiz as soon as you take it. She marks everything you submit. She likes students and wants all to succeed but you got to do your part. You have to work to earn your mark.

Prof Bernadette is a great teacher. She definitely cares about her students. She doesn't give out free grades, but if you pay attention and do your work you will pass.

Best online teacher I have had so far. Grades quickly, responses with help fast, will help outside of her office hours, and gives good feedback. Very understanding - when my daughter was rushed to the hospital - she gave me an extension of 3 weeks to complete my assignments. I will never forget her kindness during this stressful situation.

Professor Carlin was a really nice Professor. She assigned a lot of work, but it was easy if you read the chapters and followed directions. She had a very large online class and she posted grades fast. For being an online teacher she responded very fast and was always willing to help if you needed it. Highly recommend her.

This lady is great. Well defined grade policy, marks work quickly, you earn the grade but she helps you when in need. Good teacher and respectful to students. I wished more instructors were like her at CCC.

Class is very clear what is expected. As long as you follow the plan and do the work you won't have a problem. Gives concise feedback on assignments. Only downside is that she is a very slow grader.

When I found out this course was online due to COVID I was nervous because computer courses can be hard. Prof Carlin is one of the best professors at CCC. Her course layout was excellent with videos that explained the lessons. She is very kind. She responds quickly to emails . Marks work fairly. She is awesome!!! Highly recommend !!

Probably the best online class that I have ever taken. Prof was easy to contact & very personable. The course work was very straight forward & there was never any confusion on due dates or what assignments needed to be done when. There was A LOT of work but there was always ample time to get it in & it was never suffocating. 10/10 Highly recommend

This professor is amazing, always answer emails, even in the weekends. She always try to help her students with anything that they need. For example, I had a problem with my name on canvas and my email (it was totally different from my legal name) and admission didn't do anything about it after I told them. Later, the professor solved the matter.
