Professor Banawa responds to emails quickly and was always willing to help her students when they needed help. She takes care of her students by providing live tutorials to go over content in each long test. Her lectures are well organized and clearly explained. I would recommend this teacher for anybody who needs a great learning environment.

solid class. Each week you have 2units you have to finish, with it you have 2 homework assignments and 2 quizzes. Its normally pretty easy to finish because its all on MystatLab. However some of the stuff in the homework & tests aren't included in the lecture so you'll have to result to youtube. But she gives opportunities to improve your grades.

Professor Dulam-Banawa is awesome! She will help you with any problem that you have. Her tests are easy to pass if you study the practice tests. She also use the average of all the practice tests to replace your lowest test score. I would definitely recommend taking her for your math classes!

Mrs. Dulam-Banawa is an amazing professor. I enjoyed taking an online math class with her. She provides us videos on all the lessons and when you reach out to her, she is always nice and helpful. All homework and quizzes are done on MyMathLab. There are four tests that all come with identical pratice tests, put in the effort and you WILL pass.

Professor Banawa is very passionate in what she does. I really love her class. Each section has homework that prepares you for a quiz. She gives practice tests that is similar to the actual test. If you want to get an A on her tests just do the practice tests multiple times!

I enrolled in Dr. Dulam Banawa's Calculus I class since III had a pleasant experience with her in my Calculus I class earlier in the semester. She is one of the best Calculus instructors I have ever had. She clearly explains every lesson and is quite patient when it comes to repeating topics that are difficult for students to understand.

I took Professor Banawa's class in person as a dual credit student in high school. She knows a lot about statistics and is good at teaching. I had a morning lecture so it could get boring but that's more the material rather than her fault. The textbook was MyStatLab and it was used for studying, homework, and test, so the textbook is essential.

I'm not excellent at math, yet her lectures helped me get through Calculus III. Her lectures are easy to understand. There are homework and quizzes that help you for the Long Tests. She gives extra credit when you submit your assignments early, which is very motivating.

Professor Banawa was a good teacher. The class was hard but I managed to push through it by paying attention and going to the math learning center. The extra credit she gives you on her tests will help you tremendously. Show your work on the tests or try your best she will give you partial credit and then return the paper with what you did wrong.

Exceptional! She makes Calculus look easy. I was not an easy subject, but the lectures were clear and gave us shortcuts to make it easy to remember the formulas. Class was fun.

Took it in Spring 2022, she is very knowledgeable. Clear Lecture, Extra credit, Drops one of the lowest grades. Just practice what she wants you to practice, you will get above 90 on every test. That's why I got A+ even though my first exam was only 68. I highly recommend this professor for Calculus, one of my best professor in college life....

Every topic has homework and quizzes. Too much if you only do it when it is due. The trick is to get started on the homework early. Overall, a great teacher. She gives detailed lectures and also gives short cuts. Very helpful and kind to students.

She teaches non-stop during classes, and constantly asks if anyone does not understand so she could go back. We barely get out of class early since she will try teach every seconds of the class. It is true that the course was in a fast pace and the homeworks are hard which took me a long time to fully understand them. Don't expect the homework be the same with the assignments in lectures, a lot of things are not in lectures. But she is a helpful and kind teacher; she care for her student.Tried hard and you will do well in this course.

For a calculus class it doesnt get much better than this. Unlimited tries on all the homework, posts a lot of example problems in canvas, two tries on the quizzes. Her tests are the hardest part and she will put questions you didnt really go over. She lets you have a formula sheet on the final too

Not an easy class if you do not like to study. You will learn a lot if you attend her lectures because she really teaches. She gives extra credit if you submit homework early. She gives generous partial credit. No time limit on tests. Drops lowest test score and 3 lowest quizzes. She is approachable and kind.

Her class is very organized. She do really well in her videos. All steps are shown so students can easily follow. She posts annotated notes which is very helpful when you are stuck in your homework. She drops the lowest test grade but the final exam cannot be dropped. You will do well in class if you study and practice.

Professor and class was fast paced. TAKE NOTES AND PRACTICE. Homework and quiz after every lecture. LEARN the calculator that she assigns for the tests. PREPARE and STUDY for each test. It's easy to fall back because of the workload and studying. ONLY allows formula sheet and calculator of your choice in the final.

Professor Betty was a phenomenal professor, I would gladly take her again .I took the online Cal2 with her and it was a difficult class, but if you paid attention to the videos and her notes you would be fine. It is only difficult if you didn't watch the videos and do the homework. The homework and videos were designed to help you do well in exams.

Doctor Banawa is such an incredible teacher, she makes sure that we get the lesson before moving on. She is also very king and patient with her students.

Class was a bit challenging but Prof. Banawa's lectures and resources helped me keep pace with the lessons. She was responsive to questions in class, or via email or during office hours. Take her class only if you want to learn and ready to put in the work. If you just to get by, not attend class or do homeworks, think twice.

This professor set clear grading expectations and guidelines. If you have any prior knowledge and have taken Calc AB/BC in High School you'll be fine. Just make sure you keep up with homework and do the practice tests before your actual test (it is formatted similarly). There will be 4 Tests and 1 Final all done through Honorlock.
