The class was somewhat hard, but, she is an awesome teacher. If you do the homework, you will do well on the quizzes and tests. She only gave 1 pop-quiz the whole semester and rarely checks the homework for a grade.

I've had my share of awful math teachers! But, Mrs. Drucker is by far the best I've had! She really wants you to succeed! PreCal is a difficult subject but if you pay attention and do homework, you'll do fine! Highly recommend her! No pop quizzes and tells you what you need to know!

This was one of the best professors i have had. Drucker knew how to teach her students so that EVERYONE understands. Taking Applied Calculus was a difficult course but she helped me get through it. I definitely recommend her, she is the best.

The class is great though there may be some rough parts, just ask for help and she'll be there. I had her last semester, she's awsome.

She is the best Math teacher. She explains everything like it is in a foreign language and goes step by step so that everyone understands. She never assumes everyone knows whats going on. Do your homework everynight and tests will be easy!

She is the best math teacher I've ever had. The material is hard, and math is not my strong point, but she made me able to understand it, and was always willing to help one-on-one after class. If you're not successful in her class, it's your own fault.

I had her for 163 and had to have her for 271. I tried to pass 163 for 2 years and Aced both with her. She is the most excellent teacher. I know, I've tried all the others. Just do the homework!

Math is not my strong point, but in her class I made all A's and B's. If you listen and show up for class, you should be fine. She is extremely helpful. Great teacher! Best math teacher I have ever had...by far.

Good teacher clear and fair. She went out of her way to answer questions and he you understand the material.

She was great.....She only cares as much as you do----Shes the best for extra help, if you are drowning she will teach you how to swim, but no gimmies.

Mrs. Drucker is a great teacher. She makes math easy and you actually gain knowledge from her class. If you find problem in your homework, she is always happy to discuss it in the class or out of class if you need extra time from her. She will help you best she can so that you can pass or even ace the class. I definitely recommend her class.

Great teacher. Always willing to help. Not going to just give you the grade, you do need to earn it. If you try you will succeed in her class. She is very understanding and cares about her students. If you don't do good you have no one to blame but yourself.

She wuz really gud...knows how to explain and teach math...made mth seem like a piece of cake (eventhough she warned in the beg of da year dat it will be hard---yes it wuz but thanx to her it was not dat bad!)...jus' pay attention in class...she teaches in detail...diz classz worth taking wid her...

Very good, patient, teacher. If didn't know anything during the present class, by time I left the next period, I had it down, she gives extra credit and drops lowest two scores. She teaches in Woodbridge now.

She is the best math teacher I've ever had. She is soo patient, I'm really dumb in math. She gives lotsa extra credit. If you have any questions, she'll sit there and answer every last one of them. I redid my whole schedule next semester so that I could take her applied calculus

She's the best teacher I've ever had. She is not very easy, but she is excellent at explaining math, makes it as enjoyable as it can be, and goes over homework EVERY class, if you have questions. She also tells you exactly what chapters will cover a quiz/test, which makes it much less stresful to study for a class. She's the best!

I really loved this teacher I took her for both Pre-Calc and Calc. The material in the class is not easy, but she does a great job of explaining it. She really knows this subject and is very helpful. She wants her students to acctually learn the material and she's always willing to help.

GREAT teacher. Answers every question, she makes sure you understand, she'll go over time if you need more time, and I have NO idea her teaching technique, but it WORKS and the information sticks to yuour brain. Only thing I did not care for were the quizzes/tests. They are only a few problems so if you got a couple wrong you failed.

Great teacher. She is very helpful and considerate to her students. She makes sure you understand the material before moving on to the next chapter. Collects random homework assignments that count as quizzes, but allows you to make it up.Her notes are organized and takes the extra effort to give hand-outs.

She is a really good prof. Very helpful, and gives a lot of extra credit opportunities! Every week! So take advantage of it. The exams are hard at times, but math is a hard subject anyways. If you take notes, do the homework, you should do fine in the class.

She's fantastic!! She makes it very easy to understand what she is talking about, even in a difficult subject. She goes over any questions on the homework every week and is very approachable. Her quizzes are challenging, but she drops the two lowest, and the tests are a little easier.

Took her for both MTh 163 and 271. Excellent teacher. She can do math with her eyes closed! Fair, does not have a problem with explaining problems over and over as long as everyone in the class understand the material..very flexible office hours and very approachable. Simply the Best at NOVA...

very nice lady,her lectures are straight fwd and she makes sure she covers everything well. do ur homework and you will pass this class. her quizzes and tests are similar problems from the homework.if u do the assignments you will pass B

Really great teacher. She will go out of her way to help you.The class is hard. Attendence is MANDATORY, book is used a lot..also a "My math lab" where you do the math online and submit. Anyhow, if u want to learn TAKE her, if you arent gonna study, it'll be ur grade really down

Love her. Copy down everything she writes and you'll understand. Will do as much as she can to help you, doesn't collect much homework, provides many opportunities to boost your grade. Hated math before I took her, love it now. Tests are a little hard, but quizzes are easy.

If you don't like math or are afraid of the challenge take her class. She has infinite patience, so much it bugged me at times. She will make sure most of the class understood her and won't look down to ppl with dumb questions. Collects hmwork and gives extra credit. I passed the class with a 102 average.

I really didn't think I was any good at calculus before I took her class. When she teaches, it makes total sense. She's super helpful and will stay all day if you ask her for help. Now because of the confidence I gained in this class I have considered Mathematics as a major.

Self-pace for students who don't do well in a lecture class setting. Mrs Drucker/ Jessica Barnett(tutor) where amazing with helping me learn, who knew math could be fun. Mrs Drucker is truly a great professor.

She teaches the subject in a way that's easy to understand. To get a good grade, just do the homework. It's all online, and it helps SO MUCH for the tests and quizzes.

Awesome teacher! The subject matter was not so easy, but she is able to point out and give descriptive walkthroughs so that you can understand the topic. I highly recommend this teacher because she will be accomodating to all needs, even if you have never taken math before

Fantastic teacher. I understood almost everything she said, and what I didn't understand she was willing to explain. She actually wants you to learn. I finished with an A. If I have to take another math class, I will try to get her as a teacher again. :D

She is seriously one of the best Math teachers that I have ever had!! I took her for all my math classes. She takes time to explain, she gives plenty examples, notes are clear, and you get enough homework to understand. If you don's she'll make time outside to help you. Test have hard material but you'll be well prepared SHES AMAZING!!

She knows what she's teaching. But her helpfulness wasn't all that great. I've been able to get by getting atleast A's in B's in math even if the class was hard. But her class is not that easy. I believe the way she grades is unfair. I honestly regret taking her for calculus. I'm retaking this course if I don't get atleast a C.

She is a wonderful teacher. Helpful and wants her students to succeed.The only reason I got a D was because I got lost towards the end of the class and was too proud to ask for help. She explains things VERY clearly, gives you review sheets, and doesn't do any surprising problems on exams.Calculators are allowed on tests!

Great person and is helpful. However the homework is sometimes long, and the quizes and tests are NOT in the same format as the homework. Im weak in math and she makes the class difficult!!!

REALLY good math teacher, super clear about everything, very patient. Moves at a good pace. No textbook work except exam reviews that aren't graded. About 4-5 exams, none accumulative. A quiz before each exam to see where you're at. Homework every night.

Also took her for 152. The concepts are difficult ad confusing at times but she's a pretty good professor. Lots of quizzes and tests but she drops the lowest and gives you extra credit opportunities with 1 page journals. Be sure to do them! They accumulate over the semester and help your grade average.

Simple the best. Make time for students. Go above and beyond for us to get the information. Only test what she teaches. Very professional and yet easy to talk to. Take her, but do your part. Lilly

She is a really good professor. Pretty much an easy class. As long as you do the homework, pay attention and study for exams it's an easy class. You can get an A, just do what's expected. She is really nice, always there to help. I'm really glad I took her.

Mrs.Drucker is a great teacher! I am just a horrible student which is why I am riding a 69.9 average. Shes VERY helpful and is the best Math teacher I have ever had!! She makes it very clear and understandable. Her quizzes and tests are NOT spoon fed to you. You have to put effort into it but math is not easy. I would and have recommended her!

she is a great professor. She uses traditional style of teaching which includes too much use of paper and board and this gives her the edge over other math teachers. Her exams are difficult but tries her to help everyone as much as possible. She keeps herself focus on topics although gives a lot of H.W. Great professor but lot of work.

Calculus is not an easy class. She tries very hard to help. The mymathlabs are not easy if you do them properly. You could just use the "help me solve this" button, but then you are hurting yourself for the tests. They are not easy. You have to absolutely KNOW exactly what you are doing or you will get lost easily. Ask for help when you need it.

She's a great professor. All the homework is online and she goes over and works out the problems students have trouble with before she starts the next lesson. She is willing to answer questions about a particular concept during the lesson. The class isn't easy, but you'll get a good grade if you do all the homework and study. I highly recommend her

Her tests are easy enough to score an A, but she is a very tough grader and takes off a lot of points for minute mistakes. I just missed a "x" in a sum and she took off 10 points for that!!! Missing classes is a big thing as if you miss one class, the next day you don' know anything that' going on in the class.

I finished this class with a 100%. She gives extra credit and is available A LOT if you need extra help. She is also very encouraging as long as she sees you trying.

She is a great professor. All the homework is online and you do not need a textbook. Her lectures are very clear and she will go over things as many times as you need so ASK QUESTIONS! Lessons are clear. Taking notes is essential. She does NOT like people texting in her class. She might go into too much detail at times but its still interesting. She gives enough practice questions to get a good idea as to how to apply the lesson of that day. Homework is all on MyMathLab.

If your goal is to learn, Professor Beverlee Drucker is the instructor for you. Tests are not multiple choice but partial credit is given if she sees you understand the concept. She reviewed homework assignments in class to explain concepts and answer questions. This order is unconventional but helped me zero in on concepts I did not understand.

I am the worst at math but i needed this course to pass. My advisor told me to take drucker and so i gave her a chance. Since i was a kid i never liked math, but she gave me the confidence to keep on pushing. I see these bad ratings and idk why. But overall i would recommend her. If you cont put your phone down then trust me you wont pass.

She's a great teacher that cares about her students and does want to help. She is nice and very willing to help if you come to her office or think there may have been a grading mistake. Other reviews say that shed doesn't want to help in class but thats not true, she does go over hw but there is so much material she can't go over everything

Simply pay attention and honestly do your homework and you'll do very well. Makes it clear and as easy as PreCalc can be - doesn't overcomplicate the course. You will not pass if you don't do anything - as with any PreCalc course. Very helpful and only wants the best for you but makes you earn your grade. A fine and knowledgable professor.

I truly enjoyed taking her class! I never understood math and have had terrible teachers who's teaching made the topic worse, but Mrs. Drucker is truly a great math professor, especially for taking a college level math class for the first time. Her teaching is very well organized and is very helpful outside of class.

Professor Drucker was truly a phenomenal teacher. She was very detailed and well organized teacher. She was stern but her heart was always in the right place, keeping students on track. Her lectures she hand-writes all of her notes on the white board, gives weekly extra credit and drops the 2 lowest quizzes. I would take her again, and again.

weekly 1 pt 1 pg reflection writing EC and a 10 pt 1 pg final EC paper added on final. always review what she instructed and repeat hw till you got it down like second nature. l didnt start studying hard till i was at D to a B and math is not my rock. helps out after hours like no other. allows a 1 pg sorta-cheat sheet for final which helped me

Super straight forward, gives all the notes as she goes through it in class. All questions are answered in class about homework and she gives you answer keys to all post test and quizzes. Precalc is still difficult though, but shes does not do anything majorly bad.

I am finishing up my MBA program and I can tell you this has been The Best math professor I ever took. To this date I still remember her lectures and how clear she made the concepts seen. Math is a challenging subject and if you are not willing to practice on your own time, acknowledge it but do not blame the teacher. She is Excellent!

Carefully reviewed every homework and any questions you have. Sometimes it would get in the way of the class time to do the notes so we usually left five minutes later than when class was supposed to end. Very nice lady though and very thorough in her teaching.

study for all quizzes and tests, do all homework on time, be prepared prior to class and it will be a breeze

Ms. Drucker is the best teacher I've had ever. I have been out of school for 8 years and was able to get a B in her class. Make sure you go to every class. If you can't make it then there are other days where she teaches the same class that you are able to attend. Do all of the homework so you don't get left behind because recovering is hard.

Professor Drucker is great! I am really bad at math but she makes it easy to understand. I had her for pre calc and now for calculus. She gives homework every class but is really no that bad. She also gives review packets before tests and goes over them. TAKE HER CLASS!

I took pre-calc and Applied Calculus from Mrs. Drucker. Her lectures are straight forward. She is so willing to help and starts class by asking if anyone has questions about the homework. She doesn't give too much homework at all! Doing the homework problems is how you learn any math! Then you won't fall behind and the tests won't be difficult.

Mrs. Drucker was really an awesome teacher. She genuinley cared and gave us all the tools to do well. She really knows her stuff and has lots of teaching experience. She was always more than happy to answer questions or meet with me during her office hours. The class is difficult, but if you have initiative and put in the time, you can do well.

I took calculus with Professor Drucker and loved it. I can see how this class may be difficult to someone who is not the best at math but since math is my favorite subject I loved the speed the professor taught at. It was challenging and exciting and she is always willing to help students. Love her and definitely recommend!

Shes an amazing professor she really care about her students she goes over homework and ask her students if they had any questions and her weekly hw are my math lab they are pretty easy and she gives out activities and projects but give you a good amount of days to complete her test and quizzes arnt too hard if you pay attention and take notes

to be honest this semester was tough for me and if i could do this class over again and tried harder i 100% would. She is tough but fair. For someone who is terrible at math she made it seem like it was a breeze. You have to really pay attention and ask questions. There are no stupid questions. She will go over it until you understand it 100%
