Nice Lady...baby steps you through the whole class.

great professor, easy grader, provides an outline for the essay, easy A. don't have to work very hard. Explains everything clearly. Sometimes let u go early, but take lateness and absence into account. Overall a nice and easy professor. Will surely recommend her, especially to ESL students.

excellent prof! a special woman who cares about hey students. patient w/ students who are not strong in english. willing to help- take advantage of it. attendence and lateness count, but she's understanding. don't be turned off by the weird assignments- your writing will improve. also, class partiticaption and a good attitude are very important.

A really hot teacher. Most of her assignments are easy. All you have to do is to come to class and do your work. It will be an easy A.

Be careful. She allows only one absence a semester. If you miss more than one class, she significantly lowers your grade no matter how hard you worked and how well you did over the semester. I don't think I learned a lot in this class. It is rather boring. She makes you write about your life and makes you read in front of the class.

Pretty strict with absences. If you are absent more than the times allowed you MUST speak with her. She gives homework each class but allows make ups. Her final is a research paper due the last day of class. Participate, attend class, try not to be late, do your homeworks and you'll be fine.

Great professor. Kind, patient, and helpful (good candidate for ESL students). Writing assignments were about interesting/fun topics and then we would read them in groups in class. Class was fun and much more like a discussion than a lecture, but it still taught a lot. Attendance is vital to keep your grade up, but I liked attending anyway.

Attendance is mandatory! she's very strict about this. The papers she assigns are easy and she lets you out early sometimes. Overall, its she's not that bad

She's so easy!!!! She tells you the format for each essay and how it should be written. I took her during the summer course. Easy Easy grader but you need to keep up with poems. She likes those who participates too. She gives cookies and snacks too. Highly recommended.

This is the right class! She really helps you to prepare for college writings. 4-5 easy 2 page essays and one research paper and you are all set. She's very helpful and will give you feedbacks for your work. I am grand i took this class. She is the best!

One of the sweetest professors you could have! Very helpful and insightful in critiquing writing assignments and will answer any questions you have. Assignments aren't difficult even if you don't have a good imagination and aren't creative because she helps you with that too! Overall, short assignments and just one 4-5 pg essay at the end.

Professor Fenig is great. She has a great sense of humor and is always ready to help her students. She takes attendance, so make sure to come to class! She doesn't give too many writing assignments. She's the best 110 teacher!

Took this writing intensive course over the 4 week summer session. 6 papers, 1 group assignment and an in class writing final. You have to participate. Cant be absent over the maximum allowed or it will affect your grade. Tells you what she is looking for. Allows for resubmission for better grade. Fair grader. Takes effort into consideration.

amazing!! She knows how to interact with her classes to make it more enjoyable. She requires a txtbook but it wont effect you if you dont get it. She is a hard critic but helps you get better. The homework is short writing pieces and you'll go over them in class. There is one final research paper due at the end of the course 7-9pgs. deff recommend

I took her during a winter session so the work was really condensed. The semester was about 3 1/2 weeks long so each lecture covered a lot of material but it was somehow still manageable. She gives time in class to outline each section of the papers so there's not a lot to be done at home.

prof fenig is super sweet and an amazing teacher. she cares a lot about her students and genuinely wants them to take away something from her class. she always keeps you updated on how you're doing throughout the semester and states what she expects from you clearly. she grades based off individual effort so it is impossible to do poorly

For anyone that is religious and cares about their religion don't take this class. Most of the poems she did spoke about different gods and different religions and could put bad thoughts into a person. Also, she gives unclear guidance for essays and homework but is an easy grader, and use big words in your papers, it'll boost your grade.

I took this as a summer class. She is really amazing. So nice and helpful. Gave 3 easy essays with clear instructions on how to write them. Her lectures are very long and a little boring but her class is so worth it. Take her, trust me!!!!

For eng 130 you will have about 10 reading responses about 150-200 words each (20 percent of your grade), and 3 essays to do throughout the semester. First essay is 3-4 pages, second is 5-6 pages and the final is 7-9 pages. This class does get into gender discrimination/womens rights a lot so if your sensitive dont take. But she is very caring.
