He is a very good professor. He is not that easy. He gives you 7 chapters per test and 10 assignments. There are only two tests. You have to really study the material to do well on the test. just take notes and read the book and you will do fine.

I had him for 2 classes & he is fantastic. One of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Of course he is always swarmed by a bunch of girls, but he's a really great professor. The exams cover a lot of material, so stay with it. Take him! You'll love him & he's so charming and easy on the eyes.

He is the coolest lawyer around. Very funny guy. Tries really hard to make the class interesting, even though it is 2 hours long.

I don't really get the ppl who thought he was hot, but he is a really nice guy and great professor! If you're a guy you have to work a little harder to get him to like you. If you're a girl, just wear low-cut shirts. He tells great RE stories. And 85% of our test questions were the questions on the Target Pack. I recommend him!

Great professor. You have to do a little studying, but still an easy class. He was very helpful to both males and females, you just need to ask. Learned so much about R.E. and life in general. In all, a great guy that keeps his classes interesting and actually cares about his students.

great teacher!! well-educated and cares whether or not the students learn the material. easy class with the target packet - don't need a book. attendance isn't mandatory but i ended up going every day since it was so interesting.. it also helps since he'll randomly give hints as to which questions are going to be on the test, so go to class!

He's a great teacher. If I hadn't been so busy I could have made an A easily. I made a B+ and only was trying half of the time. Always go to class, read the chapters before the test(they're not long), and do the online quizzes and it will be a breeze. Very entertaining guy.

Im taking his Real Estate Course this summer as an elective and its the easiest class I've taken at FSU. All you need is the study guide and a good calculator and you'll be fine. It would be wise to goto class so you know the caculations. Really nice guy!

What an amazing teacher. Woodyard is coherent, kind, helpful, and always willing to just sit down and chat. The Target Copy packet is the bible of the class, and attendence mandatory. Definitely go to class; he'll give you answers to test questions that aren't in the book. He gives plenty of reviews and he'll answer any question you ask.

Great guy. Takes attendance once every 3 weeks - just enough to scare you into going. I enjoyed the lectures. Tests were verbatum out of study-guide. You'll be scared the first test that you need the book, but you REALLY don't. I'll be looking to take him in another class later for sure.

This teacher is a badass. He makes classes entertaining, knows his stuff, and has a relative easy outline for the Class. Answers to Homework Quizzes are given in class, and the 3 tests are all T/F and Multiple Choice,

By far the nicest and best teacher I've had at FSU!! He is really passionate about the subject matter and gives real world examples to help you truly LEARN! Target packet is your life in the class, text book not needed. If you got to class and do ALL of the review in the pack you will get an A!!

Awesome Teacher. Accounting Law is gonna be a little dry. He does his best to keep it interesting. Make sure you get as many points on the quizzes as possible. They make the difference in your grade. Unless you're a "Have to get an A" person, you won't ever stress about this class, and you'll probably even enjoy it a little. Don't sweat this class.

Woodyard is by far the best professor I've had had at FSU! While attendance wasn't mandatory, I never missed a day because I loved his class so much. Lectures are enjoyable and very clear. Gives reviews and provides a TON of study material! Be sure to speak up and visit during office hours if you have questions about a test taken, he may help you!

Great professor! Has real world knowledge and applies it to the topics you cover in class. Have to come to class to understand all the material, plus he does gives quizzes in class. Not an easy 'A' , but he is always willing to help students. Read the book and go to class and you will do good. I would recommend taking him!

Professor Woodyard is amazing! He really teaches you alot! Everything you learn in his class is applicable in the real world. He gives great investing advice. Attendance is not taken in the class but he makes sure those that go to class are ready for the tests. He is very helpful and available to talk to all his students. Take this class!!!

My favorite teacher at FSU, very interesting guy and knows almost everything. He relates his material to the real world, so it's easier to learn. He goes over the quizzes in class, and will listen to any questions you have about the test. You won't find another Professor like Woodyard, He will teach you far more than any book will.

I loved this class! Professor Woodyard is helpful and interested in what he teaches. I would recommend him to any students taking law or real estate.

I really enjoyed this class, and I felt that he gave you a great deal of very useful real-world advice. Business Law is not my best subject but I felt he made it very accessible to all the students.

His classes were all very interesting and did not mind at all waking up in the morning to attend class. Prof. Woodyard provided real-life advice and feel extremely prepared to enter the professional world. I would definitely recommend to other students.

The class itself its not easy but he does a good at presenting the concept in real world scenarios. He is probably one of the best professors in the COB and i would recommend taking any class he teaches. his test are not as easy as he says they are and your grade might not reflect your knowledge on the material but you will definitely learn a lot

Loved the class, super easy as long as you buy the target packet, he takes questions directly out of the chapter reviews WORD FOR WORD. 3 Tests, he took attendance sometimes but didnt use it for/against us.He also never kept us the whole class. This man knows what he is talking about. He has a lot of life experience and he is someone that you should really get to know. Class is great you just need to study the target packet. Get to know him and he will help you out with anything! He loves his students and is very involved!

Dr. Woodyard was a very interesting professor to have in class. He definitely knows what he is talking about and is very knowledgeable on the subject. He is very approachable and always open to helping students in any way he can. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone!

Dr. Woodyard is an asset to the College of Business. A great guy to know regardless of your major. As a knowledgeable and experienced lawyer, you'll learn about the real world that is not available in a textbook. Definitely cares and truly wants his students to succeed.

He is first and foremost a student advocate. Class time is spent actually learning the subject, which is refreshing. Come to class and study and you'll do well, but if all you get out of this class is a grade then you've cheated yourself.

There is a target packet, which is essential - if you go to class and take notes when needed and follow what Professor says will be on test during his thorough exam reviews, there's no reason you should not get atleast a B overall. Also, if you have any issues and need clarification, he is more than willing to meet with you.

I took him for REE3043. He is such a nice man and so flexible! The A scale is kind of high starting with a 94%, but that is because all three of the exams (the only grades in the class by the way) have questions that are verbatim from the target copy booklet. DO NOT buy the textbook, but you MUST buy the target copy booklet. class ends early too =)

Attendance in Dr. Woodyard's class is mandatory because he will teach you more about the subject of real estate than you could ever wish to learn from a textbook. He has absurd amounts of experience in the field, and seems to back up every claim he makes with personal experience. If you really do want to learn, take his class.

Woodyard knows his stuff. He will teach you real estate as it is supposed to be taught. He is really experienced. You need to get the target packet, and study it, you will do well. Not too difficult of a class.

Woodyard is my favorite FSU professor. I had his class year ago and I still go visit him at his office to say hello. If you attend class, he will help you understand the material you need to know for his tests. He is not out to get you, he is fair and cares about his students success inside and outside his class. I WOULD DEF DEF RECOMMEND HIM!

Great teacher, gives real life examples and keep classroom interest high. He basically reads off the test questions and tells you what to study for. My only regret is that his class was early in the morning so I slept in quite a lot, only class I felt guilty for missing.

Buy the textbook because you will need it for BUL 3350. Great teacher, soak up everything he sais like a sponge. Test can be tricky and attendance is extra credit.

Took Real Estate and Business Law with him and he's awesome. Super easy and one of the most valuable professors at the university. Has a ridiculous amount of real-world legal experience and only teaches for fun. Definitely take his courses if you can.

Bill is awesome. He is very outgoing and truly cares about his students! I can still go to him if I need him semesters after having taken his class. Not many professors will leave such a great impression on you! I'm glad he is at our university and hope he sticks around for awhile.

Really enjoyed this online MBA class. The homework quizzes and exams were all open book and this actually helped me learn more vs. having to memorize things that I'd forget after the test. Nice guy too!

Prof Woodyard managed to make this class fun, entertaining, and relevant to what all majors are going to need to know in the legal world. He is funny, understanding, and tries to relate to what us students are facing in his lectures to make us pay attention. Attendance was mandatory because he passed a roster around. GO TO CLASS AND YOU WILL PASS

Prof Woodyard is an amazing professor and cares so much about his students. He will work with you to make sure you have a fair chance at succeeding in the class. He uses mindtap for homework's/quizzes and understands that it can be incredibly glitchy and will help you if something goes wrong. Overall, a great professor and I highly recommend him!

Dr. Woodyard is by far the best professor at FSU. He presents the material in a way that is easy to understand by using funny examples. He often will go over the quizzes in class to make sure everyone understands the material and if you actually look over the quizzes then you shouldn't do poorly on the exams. He truly cares about his students.

Class was not too difficult, but lots of online homework. Woodyard gave great study guides and clearly outlined what he expected from homework, discussions, and exams. Due to COVID, lectures were online, and he did a very good job at explaining concepts and answering questions during. He cares about his students, would recommend to anyone.

Professor Woodyard is such an amazing professor. Attending the lectures wasnt mandatory, but he made an effort to get to know you if you attended. He does his best to teach you the information and if you pay attention he does everything he can to help you get an A. I am going to miss his weekly lectures now that the semester is over.

Professor Woodyard was such a great Professor to learn real estate from. His exams are very easy, as he gives you the test bank with answers ahead of time. I learned a lot. Attendance was optional but if you watch lecture you will get a ton out of the class.

Bill is one of the most knowledgeable professors I have had all of college. Attendance is not mandatory at all but there is plenty of things to learn about real world application of law from his lecture. The exams are all based on the quizzes, easy class. Would take any of his classes handsdown just due to how experienced he is and his intellect.

There are only 4 exams in this class. They are easy, completely pulled from the textbook- which you NEED. He is a great teacher, just sometimes gets on our nerves because he just would show up 20 minutes late or not even show up. He also started taking attendance about 2/3rds of the way through the semester so that was random. Overall great class.

Woodyard's lectures were filled with so many facts that he just randomly knows that the lectures were very engaging. The "textbook" was actually the textbook shortened to what he thought was important and had all the test questions and answers in it. Only graded on the 4 tests but can literally memorize the questions and make an A.

Class was easy - topics are mostly common sense and he does a good test review. However, Professor Woodyard has such great legal experience that he always shared with us. Hearing his stories was the most valuable part of the class, more than anything we learned from the textbook. I would take him again in a heartbeat.

Professor Woodyard is such a respectable professor. You can tell he is just doing this because he loves it and shows his mastery of the subject. Graded on just 4 exams, and if you have him in person ur exams will be in person. We took the first one on honorlock and then he switched it to inperson for the rest. He gives u all the questions before.

Dr. Woodyard has the best stories to tell; he's been involved in some of the most influential things that have happened in Tallahassee. He is not technologically savvy but recognizes it and often calls on students to help him and is very grateful for it. So sweet and expects the best of us.

Genuinely one of my top 3 professors in my 5 years at FSU. Incredibly good at breaking down concepts. Teaches you exactly what you need to know, no fluff, and includes anecdotes about his own experiences as a lawyer with each concept. Extremely funny and kind. Wish I could take a class with him every semester. Really wants to help students succeed
