If you apply yourself and listen to his feedback there is no way you can fail. He brings out your creativity and best of all, makes you believe in yourself and your writing. TAKE HIM. His lectures were great and he is very funny, i feel like i really improved on my writing taking his class and i will surely take him for ENC1102. I strongly suggest you take him before any other class. Great instructor--clear and concise. If you can't write, he'll teach you the rules of grammar and if you're a good writer, he'll definitely make you better. He'll teach you how to manipulate your search bar and keep you up-to-date on the latest media to make speeches far more exciting.

Best enc1101 professor at Broward college. It was a joy attending his class every week. He genuinely cares about you learning and making sure you do well in his class. He is extremely encouraging and always keeps the class interesting.

DR. Jones is hands down THE BEST PROFESSOR AT BROWARD. He's really fun and exciting he makes you want to get up and come to class. Usually, it's so hard for me to stay awake in English but Dr. Jones keeps me awake and paying attention. His grading scale is spectacular. He is really funny and has an alter ego named "Tyrone".

Grading is clearly explained & while there are many assignments, they aren't hard. Class discussions are fun & you get to play games too! Proj Jones was great. He really cared about each of his students. He will go out of his way to make sure you succeed in his class and in life. Take him!! he will help shape your college life. You have a fair amount of papers, but he is very clear with his guidelines as far as what to expect.

EASY A. As long as you do your work by the time its due you will pass. Textbook required to complete assignments. You have to write just a few essays but not a lot. He is very caring and funny.

Professor Jones is quite possibly the best Professor I have ever had. I took his class at Nova, and I enjoyed every minute. Comp isn't exactly a fun class, however he somehow found a way to make it enjoyable. I feel that he really cares about his students, and if you participate in his class you will learn some meaningful things from him.

Dr. Jones is a phenomenal experience!!! He made wanting to wake up early worth it. Class was capstone based (took him during the summer so keep up and you should be fine) If you took him during ENC1101, the big assignment is very similar so it should be easy. Entertaining discussion posts and hilarious! Cares so much! Love him so much

Dr. Billy Jones is GREAT at what he does. He is a stickler for what he wants, however; he provides the blue print all you have to do is apply it. Dr. Jones will assist you with all assignments and teach you different ways to learn. I enjoyed my short time with him. I recommend everyone to take him for ENC1101 and ENC1102.

He is a really good professor. He is there when you need him, and he is real. He won't sugarcoat anything, and you have to show up; attendance matters, but he is cool.

I highly recommend taking this class with him, the workload isn't super heavy. For the assignments he explains them well with you, and gives you several tools that can help you with the assignment, and he is always available if you need help. He genuinely teaches, and you'll learn how to write much better but you must put in effort for this class.

Professor Jones is a great professor with high expectations for his students. He will challenge you and also has many unique ways of stimulating the intellectual conversation and teaching with games such as grammar jeopardy. Be prepared to write essays in his class, which will cumulate into a final paper. I would recommend him as a professor.

I enjoyed this course a lot. As long as you work ahead and complete your papers and discussion you will pass. There is a lot of essays , but they are fairly graded. Clear instructions on how to be a better writer and what needs to be done to better future assignment. If you apply yourself , it's and easy A/B.

He is a good teacher. He gave us only three essays and he read everything word for word, which made it easy to understand. I would like to have him again for the second phase. Thank you.

Prof. Jones is a wonderful educator; he is strict about late work acceptance, but if you do a good job, he might give you a chance to recover late work. His class is fun, and he is caring. I recommend taking him, but remember it is you who has to show interest in learning. Zoom class participation/attendance is as important as on campus.

Literally the best prof ever. I made all my friends take him and they all get A's. His class is so easy He does a research capstone (it sounds like a lot, but he helps so much its easy) He has discussion post but they are also super easy. He does group poetry but its individual grades so as long as you do your part well you'll get an A.

Professor Jones is a really good professor. I'm not saying this just because I got an A, I'm going to get an A no matter what but he made it all the more nice. He values respect and will respect and help you if you show you try. He has fun things occasionally that bring class together. Some essays but they are easy and he will make you feel valued.
