Robert is very knowledgeable, and funny enough to keep you awake during class. Unfortunately, he's poor at explaining his knowledge, leading to wasted lectures because nothing was explained well. You may very well come out of the lecture hall more confused than before you went in. The textbook is terrible, but you'll need to decipher it to succeed

Too smart of a guy to teach the basics of economics - I think he gets carried away trying to make it more interesting for himself. Lectures are hard to follow, but the textbook and online assignments help. He doesn't like when anyone raises their hand and can be impatient if no ones willing to call out the answer in class.

Grumpy and moody, but not the worst. Just read the textbook on your own, work with your setmates or friends, go to peer tutoring if necessary and you'll be just fine. Lectures were mostly him reading off Pearson slides. Lectures on ch10 for monopolies were his own slides which helped for the final exam.

If you aren't able to teach yourself off your textbook then this class will be a total nightmare. Doesn't like being asked questions, my best advice is to pick a different instructor if you can..

WOW! This class definitely like the usual one. Most people aren't very fond of Bob and I can see why. But if you look past some issues Bob is a fantastic teacher. His teaching ability is unrivaled and although his lectures are a drag, a lot of wisdom is spread. Course is textbook heavy and if you read it the course should be a breeze.

Prepare to teach yourself in this class - the professor overcomplicates concepts and is often unhelpful. But unstuck AI can be a great study aid alongside the textbook.
