Nice guy, funny, and very personable. His quizzes can be a pain, since he gives one practically every friday. He also gives the quizzes after learning completely new material, so that can be difficult. Definitely don't mind going to his class though.

Interesting man, you can tell he truelly cares about each student and wants the best for them. Study for the quizzes because they are worth MORE than the tests, kind of a headache.

Very easy class made by Teti. Everyone loves him and he's such a nice guy who really wants everyone to do well and comes around 1 by 1 before class to ask how we are doing. Doesn't matter when HW is in as long as it's not ridiculously late. Study and quizes should be A's. Would take him again in a second.

Great teacher! Basically all lecture through powerpoint, but if you pay attention you're fine. He knew everyone's name by the second or third class and always asks how you're doing. Tests and quizzes are fine, and HW is accepted late.

Great teacher. A lot of fun and very helpful. Keep up with the work and download the powerpoints he provides and you'll do fine. Quizzes and tests can be tricky, but gives plenty of review and there was also a study group everyweek, GO TO IT.

Teti is the best professor in the accounting department. If you can take him, he is a must.

By far my favoritie Professor at St.Joes. Willing to help his students in anyway, and is a very fair grader. Uses powerpoints to teach, but there isn't really any easier way to teach taxes. Take him if you can...

He was so nice, knew my name instantly, asked everyday how each person was feeling, and made sure his class average was the highest of all the acc classes (and it was). Strongly advise to take his class! P.S. he loves when you answer in class..you'll be his favorite!

Very good professor. If you are going to take accounting, take Teti. A little creepy with the girls, but it all is healthy fun. Engages students and makes a tough subject easier

Nice guy, cares about his students, but it is a tough class. He moves very fast. Everything is hard. Does his best to make it easier for students, but accounting is accounting, and not everyone always gets it...so no matter who you take, chances are it will be a tough course. But he makes it seem less hard than it really is.

Best teacher I have ever had. I have professor Teti for a 6 week summer course and got an A+. He explains everything extremely well and the textbook is very helpful. He is nice and interacts with the students. If you are a business major you should definatly take him!!

Teti made class so enjoyable and I took him for 2 semesters. Attendance is leniant as long as you attend one of the 2-3 classes he teaches during the day. Quiz almost every Friday but drops the 2 lowest grades and has study sessions for every quiz and test. I failed 3 quizzes and got a 80 on the Final and still got a B+ in the class. Best teacher

Tettiiiiiii is the f'in man. He is hilarious and you just have to understand his sarcasm. Introduce yourself to him in the beginning of the semester... tell him what your goals are and be outgoing. Plenty of opportunities to do really well. The annual report is worth like 40% of your grade and if you just hand in each part on time your set!

Teti is hilarious. His attendance policy is the greatest thing ever, but the 10-question quizzes can bring your grade down fast if you're not careful. Exams are pretty difficult, going to S.I is a must but that's mainly because Accounting in general is pretty difficult. Take him if you can, it's entertaining if nothing else.

I want to marry this man!! haha! He is the best accounting teacher alive and cares soo much about you learning it. Try and get 100's on your quizzes/tests bc nothing is more satisfying than getting that handshake from him when you get an A!! Highly reccomend taking him even if you're not an accountin major. He made account seems fun!

Teti is a nice guy but his class was pretty hard. His ten question quizes were pretty hard and his tests even harder. I basically got all D's this year but got a C in the course. Just gotta study alot!

He is a good teacher-- go over the slides on your own and take notes, then follow along in class and you'll be fine. do the exercises and make sure you study for the quizzes (one every week on every chapter). i recommend him

The quizzes are annoying but i can honestly say they helped me learn and understand the material better for the final. i really enjoyed prof. teti's class. since acc. is a hard subject, you cannot coast through this class and you must put a lot of hard work into it but teti prepares you wonderfully for the final. A+ teacher!

Prof Teti does his best to make acct fun. I took him Summ Sess I & it was the hardest class I've ever taken. He is one of the best acct teachers at St Joe's, he helps u to understand & does what he can to make it easy but acct is a hard class. I would def recommend him to all non acct majors. HE DEF GETS A PASS!! Take him and you won't regret it.

Dr. Teti was extrememly helpful. I am terrible with numbers and only took it for my business minor, but now I am actually interested in accounting! If have a chance to take him-- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Teti is the man! He's by far the best accounting professor at Saint Joes. Gives weekly 10 question multiple choice quizzes, but honestly if you study for them and get 8/10 or above you're GOLDEN for the exams. Hes clear, to the point, and is extremely fair. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

he is really great. i struggled a lot with the class, but he's there to help no matter what. i didn't end up doing so hot in the class, but i went to him a year later and he wrote me a great recommendation for my study abroad program. he'll know your name and face on the first day of class. great man! take him!

Prof Teti is excellent. Covers each chapter in detail using powerpoint slides. Homework due every night, credit if it is turned in regardless of answers, and quizzes every week - multiple choice, as is the final. read the book, do the homework, and you are golden. Always available via Email or during office hours to go over the material.

Teti is a boss. If you are an accounting major, you should definitely take him for something. He forces you to keep up on your work with quizzes every Friday which I liked. He is one of the best professors I have had at SJU. Also, getting a handshake from him after getting a 100 on one of his quizzes is extremely satisfying. I would recommend.

Teti was a cool guy who knows his stuff. He gives weekly quizzes and usually gives a 10%-20% curve. Study your material, do Connect, and attend SI's once a week and you pretty much guaranteed at least a 'B'.

Here is the scope on Teti: great teacher for the intro classes. However, after that he doesn't care. MAIS I and Tax with Teti were pretty brutal. Lower your expectations after 101 or 102.

Teti is the accounting 101 professor you want. He doesn't give that much homework, and its not that hard. His tests and quizzes can be hard, but they're always curved. He's a pretty funny guy too.

Did not realize how lucky I was to have Teti until the final. Can be annoying at times but truly is a good teacher and I wish I could take him again.

He is THE BEST!!! None of my professor in high school taught accounting as GOOD as he does. He explains every topic so well Im taking him again. He brakes topics down and explains them little by little in a short period of time. He does give quizzes but they are aceable. Oh and its good that he uses the board for notes. He is just TERRIFIC.

i really liked him as a teacher & the class was really easy. I went to every SI because she basically gave us everything we needed for the quiz so they were all easy As. The notes he writes on the board will be your study guide. You only need the textbook for the excel problems

Teti is a great professor. I had never taken an accounting class before this and I was still able to do well. He takes attendance every morning. He gives quizzes every week and the homework doesn't really prepare you for them but as long as you study his reviews you'll do fine. SI sessions are also really helpful, especially for quizzes and exams.

He is a very good teacher, very enthusiastic which helps grasp the material. He picks on people but it isn't horrible, he used to call on me all the time and I loved it. Tests are not easy but not hard, they're fair. quizzes and exams are curved, so you'll pass. The only part that i didn't like is his excel HW i thought connect was enough.

Overall, Teti is a wonderful professor & person! You MUST attend class, he has quizzes on every chapter, &will tell you exactly what to study, so make a study guide off this. You must put in the effort to do well. He likes to call on students it class - but its a huge help. Participate !!!! Have taken many of his classes. Highly recommend

Teti is my fav professor at SJU. His class is not the easiest but if you put forth effort, you'll do well. He makes it very clear on what you have to study in order to do well on his quizzes and exams. He drops your lowest quiz grades and curves often (depending on class average). This class was the 1st business class I ever took in college, & it was a huge wake-up call. Teti is a great guy & helps you if you need it but it was by far the hardest class I've every taken in my life. His grading scale is very cut & dry but as long as you haveHW done on time and go to the SI sessions you'll be good. If you take Teti, work hard!!

Teti is for sure one of the best professors I've ever had in my life. He pushes you to do your best, and is always pretty straight up with you. His quizzes and tests can be difficult to some, but easy for others. It's all about the work you put in. That being said, if you really want to learn Accounting, this is the guy for you.

Mr. Teti is such a wonderful professor. He tells you exactly what will be on the weekly quizzes which really helps you with the exams. Both semesters he has been awesome and gives you two drop quizzes. If you don't take Teti you're doing it wrong.

Very straightforward class. Quizzes are easy, but tests can be challenging. Usually curves the tests if the averages are not very good. Class can be boring sometimes, but its more the material rather than the professor. Very reasonable professor and not too difficult if you study.

Accounting is hard regardless of what teacher you have but Teti is a solid choice. He only does problems in class so you need the book to teach you the definitions and logistical stuff that will be on the test. If you pay attention in class and work, you'll be fine. Stay engaged!

Teti is an absolute gem. I should have gotten a letter grade below what I got but he saw how hard I worked and gave me the grade I deserved!! Just do the work, study the reviews he gives you, and even go to his office hours to show that you care and you'll be set!!! Accounting is painful but Teti has a way of making it fun and enjoyable.

No matter who you take for accounting it's going to be difficult. His exams are very difficult and gives out the slightest curve. Quizzes are straightforward for the most part as long as you study. Going to SI really helps, that's what saved my grade in the class. Tbh you learn more in SI than in Teti's class, but I'd still recommend him.

Professor Teti is a fantastic teacher. He is a certified public accountant and runs his own firm, so you know he is legit. Class can be boring at times, however he does not care if you are on your laptop or your phone. Quizzes are simple and tests are usually the same way. Definitely the best option for accounting 101.
