Has high expectations, but the group work does not always apply to the chapter studies. Decent teacher.
Class attendance is required, especially on test review days. Final is comprehensive short answer questions. Not an easy class, because alot of information is expected to be retained. Knowledgeable teacher and grade reflects effort.
Terrible instructer! Thinks that because she was successful in the business world that she is a successful instructor as well. Not so! Got a C and I'm a 3.5 student generally. Absolute worst instructor that I've had in the WSU B-school.
Grades on activities in class, so you have to be there. Big semester project, but if you do well on it, the rest of the grade is easy. Only two tests (easy); no final.
The lady's a bit bi-polar. I got a B in her class due to one test, but in general she has favorites. Don't get on her bad side, or it won't be pretty. A LOT of in class points though.
not a hard class if you read the book tests are more over the book than lecture, but has class participation points for being in class the group project is graded very easily
One of the best teachers I have ever had!!!!!!!!!
This class isn't too difficult, however the teacher is stubborn. She seems nice at first, but don't get on her bad side. Consult her about the group project because if you don't have exactly what she wants, she is very hard on you.
Great teacher, says what you need to know in class so reading the textbook isn't always a must. Tests are reasonable, if you know the material getting an A isn't impossible. Watch the Final project, put extra time into it. She grades harder on it then you think intially.
that class is somewhat easy if you read the assigned readings. she makes class fun with her "jokes"
Didn't like her at all. Her test questions conflicted with the book, when our class brought it to her attention she said the book was wrong. However, the class is pretty easy.

She is very nice. Has fun in class and tries to joke with students. Be sure to read the book, the essays are based off that material. Tests are a bit difficult, b/c there's stuff on there that you didn't expect. Pretty good class
This was an extremely boring class.. she didn't seem very flexible.. the tests were kinda sucky but i think it was mostly the course material. Didn't express much of a sense of humor but I think she liked the subject
It's her way or no way at all. Tests are extremely tough. Review is worthless. Very rough on males. She doesn't give an inch. Alot of homework.
The review was useless and, therefore, the tests were a bit of a surprise. Read the book, ignore the lecture. Unfortunately, she offers 'participation points,' which is really annoying considering it's a college course, not high school. Topic was pretty dull as well
She's a okay instructor, but that's it. Her test always conflict with the book and sometimes even her notes. I made a B in the course, but her exams were extremely confusing because she didn't do a good job clarifying what she wanted.
DON't get on her bad side. If you do you'll regret it for the rest of the semester! Never question her grading style or ask her to clarify a test question. She is always "right", never wrong, and don't you forget it.
What a bunch of babies. This class is not that hard at all. She does participation points which can suck, but her tests are directly from the book and she tells you which sections to study. How much easier can it be? Whoever says that her tests are misleading is stupid or lazy or both. She is very organized and uses Blackboard extensively.
What a worthless class and even more worthless instructor. She's not even worthy of working at a juco. Sheesh, and to think that people actually major in this nonsense. Management, it's like business for dummies. Please people, if you can't add or subtract just do us all a favor and major in Sociology/Psychology, basically what Management is.
Bobbie is an okay teacher. She gives review sheets for the test, which don't really help, but if you read the chapters they are not hard. She does always think she is right, and has a way of making you feel stupid for commenting on things. Her grading scale is not real clear on projects, however, participation points do make getting an A easy.
This class is easy, just study your notes she gives you in class and any extra study material she gives you-you'll be fine. The class is as interesting as she can make it. You don't get the feeling she's trying to hang out with you but she's not trying to brush you off either. Make sure you attend class as much as possible.
She thinks she is always right. Do get on her bad side or she'll remember your name for ever and you will regret it. Best thing to do is never come in contact with her unless it is to kiss her a**.
She was a great instructor that showed and interest in each student and made class interesting. Her test review sheets were all I used to study and I got an A on every test. Go to class and participate and you will do fine.
The tests are not that hard. Some questions are burried deep in the text. She is a hard grader on assignments. You have to do every question completely and don't miss a small step or you'll get alot counted off. Points are earned or lost in "EVERY" class, so do show up! She has tons of experience and knows her stuff. DONT question her she IS RIGHT!
She covers material very fast in this class. You really have to read the book including captions on pictures.
She definitely possesses tons of knowledge on this subject! As long as you print out the blackboard notes and fill them out during class, you should do fine on the test, although reading the chapters helps as well.
She is the worst instructor I've ever encountered. Over 100 hours of college courses and this was the worst experience I've had. If you get her my advice is to DROP THE COURSE!!! It is an interesting subject made ridiculous because due to a poor instructor.
She was probably the worst instructor I have ever had at WSU. She has her opinions and does not care about anyone elses.
The class I thought was pretty easy going. Her approach is straight on and she brings a lot of experience to the class. HOWEVER, BEWARE on the tests! They are all multiple choice but wording can throw you for a loop and screw your grade. Also, big group presentation at the end of the semester.
I'll try to be positive first: Bobbie comes to class with lots of enthusiasm and is actually interesting. She assigns a few homework assignments and grades them appropriately. Then you take her test. Just start bending over now. She obviously comes up with her own questions and tries to trick the crap out of you on the tests. Good Luck!
First off those negative folks are the one's who look for an easy way out-Bobby is a very good prof./made every attempt to accomdate those slackers who didn't read the book-key to her exams is read the book...read the book...read the book-her notes are helpful;but they don't cover the unknown which is left in the book-final project she will evaluat
Lots of real world and experience and she knows her stuff. Very clear presentation of material. Tests can be difficult. Study the class notes pages she has for each chapter and browse the book at bit. Don't fill ou the chapter notes pages off what she goes over in class though, go straight from the book.
Good teacher. However the test can be hard. Just take good notes and you will do just fine on the test. You really don't need the book.
I really enjoyed taking the class from her. YOU MUST USE THE BOOK!!!!!! That is really all there is to getting an A in the class. Tests come straight from the book's test bank. You don't even have to pay attention in class - just USE THE BOOK! She is enthusiastic about the class and has real world experience.
I enjoyed this class and felt like I learned alot. Really read your book as her puts questions from the book (that you have to read indept to find) on the tests. She seems like a nice and friendly teacher, however, she kicked out 3 girls on unfounded and unreasonable cir****stances. Dont be disruptive or loud or you will get on her bad side.
Very good teacher. Her test questions come from the book, so read every page of every chapter. Grades tough on the presentation. Keep your eyes on your test, she thought a few were cheating on her tests and kicked them out.
She is a good teacher, that keeps things interesting! ALmost everyday she will have a short exercise which gives you 5 attendance pts. I struggled to get an A but the attendance and some extra credit really helped. Go to Class, Take Notes, Read the Book, you will get an A!
She is a really good professor with great real world experience. She only lectures over parts of the chapters that she feels necessary, but you are expected to know EVERYTHING from the chapter... Her tests are pretty difficult and she has a way of twisting the working to confuse you. But overall a great teacher.
She is one of the most helpful instructors I've ever had. She knows her stuff and she's happy to share with you, just ask. Her tests are hard but her classes are fun. Just read the book and you'll be good.
Very nice lady never sensed any harshness. The test are definetly tough but they come directly from the book and the final is optional.
she is a great teacher..i enjoyed her class..
Don't take this teacher. She prides herself on the fact that hardly anyone gets an A on her tests. She is boring, and rarely what she talks about in class is on the tests. Easy class material but on the tests she'll pick the most random sentence in the chapter and ask you about it, not to mention her notes on blackboard are useless
She is a great teacher. She really knows what she is talking about and gives lots of real world examples. Tests are really hard and notes help a little. Reread chapters night before and will help. Gives participation points every class so helps tremedously with grade.
She was a good teacher and knew the material well, but the info that would be on the test was occasionally vague. The test were 100% objective, but she graded fairly difficulty on other assignments.
She is one of the best professors I've had at WSU. But if you don't want to work hard and learn the material, don't take her class. She knows the material backwards and forwards and you won't do well if you don't do the work. She is extremely smart and will help students in any way she can. Go to class, do the work, and you'll do fine.
She is a great professor. You may not enjoy the class if you are not accustomed to putting forth an appropriate level of effort. You must read the book in order to do well in her class.
She is a great professor. Took her class as a presession and it wasn't too bad. She has a sense of humor which makes class interesting. She follows the book to a T and you have to read the book to do well. Tests make you think, just make sure you know material well and you will do well.
I heard Bobbie was hard, she's not. She simply expects you to work in your classes. I didn't really even study that much and when i did it was minimal. Got a B and really enjoyed the class. I siggest the pre-session with Bobbie.
Use the study sheet and read the book! You will regret it if you don't!
Great teacher- was interesting in class. Must study book inside and out tho. Her tests are HARD, but it is doable.
This was the WORST professors I've had at WSU! Do not take her classes! I studied the book inside and out and I still did bad in the class. She isn't flexible or willing to work with you, and that frustrated me when teachers are like that. The material is good and useful but I should've listened to everyone who told me not to take her classes.
I will make it simple ,do not take a class from this teacher you will regret it!
Teaching, is just that teaching the people that pay the money to learn her subject bobbie does not teach the subject matter she picks random junk to talk about in class and then pulls some junk that has not been discussed in class for you to know on the test A STRONG RECCOMENDATION TO AVOID Bobbies 360 mgmt class. FOR YOUR LEARNING AND YOUR GPA SHE
She requires an unrealistic amount of work from her students. Do not take class unless you have plenty of time to study all the content in every chapter. I got an A, but needed to work very hard for it.
Will not cut you a bit of slack. extremely high work-load. There are easier teachers to take 360 from.
Tests are crazy hard if you don't read the book! Got a B in the class. I read the book for atleast 3-4 hours before the test. Test comes mainly straight from the book, not too many questions from lecture.
Worst teacher I've ever had. Do not take her class. Her study guides and notes on bb are a joke. Class AVERAGE on the first test was a D, and she doesn't curve. If you care about your GPA at all take this class from a different instructor.
She isn't as bad as everyone says. She lets you out early because she pretty much gives you a brief overview of the chapter. You do have to read the book. I received an A in this class because I really read the book and took notes. She also gave extra credit. Take this class with her if you have the time to study.
Not as bad as evryone makes her out to be, but I would advise to take someone else if you can
Management is not a hard concept to grasp and, in fact, I felt that most everything in the book and what she lectured over was common sense. However, Bobby made the class so much more difficult than it needed to be. Tests were stupid hard and the questions she drew from the book were so irrelevant. So disappointed I took this class from her...
Makes this course more challenging than it needs to be. She is a useless professor.
Horrible class. She doesn't teach half of the information, it is all on you to learn anything. The test are impossible "what is more right" questions and a lot of unclear statements she expects you to know without her help. Go to class or don't, just memorize the book word for word or find another teacher.
Find another professor. she makes this class way harder than it needs to be. going to class is pointless and some test questions are purely her opnion and even when confronted with the correct answer and another professor she still refused to state she was wrong.
First time this website has failed me. I was expecting a really hard, terrible class but it was actually really easy. You have to go to class once every two weeks and do really easy online homework assignments. The tests are easy if you go over her notes and skim the book. I really don't get what all the fuss was about.
For as much time I spent studying for her tests, I felt I never got the grade I deserved. The questions are random and not to mention insufficient to the core topic. She is one of those teachers that will have a question over something extremely minimal written in the book in small print. It is impossible to be fully prepared for her tests.
As with any class, read the book and study. If that is not simple enough for anyone going to school, don't waste your money or my tax dollars! She is helpful, direct and obviously cares about her students or she wouldn't be there. What you get out of it is determined by the effort put forth, not because of an instructor's fault!
This Professor has had the single most biggest impact on my outlook at WSU. She is experienced, intelligent and very personable. You have to study to pass her class. Sorry slackers.
Excellent Prof.
Took as summer, hybrid course. 8 week course and only attended 5 times (4 test and 1 group presentation). I only studied flashcards of definitions and received between 81%-92% on my test. When I scored higher, I read portions of my textbook...but not much. I hate reading textbooks. In her class, 90% gets you an A (not A-). I ended up with a 92%.
This class was not online. However, she made it online. We had quizzes and homework due every week online. We only met in class like four times for a group project and guest lectures. Tests are in class. As long as you read the textbook and do the chapter notes, you’ll get an A.
You will spend quite a bit of time every week writing, but the writing is mostly just regurgitating stuff from the book. Overall a pretty easy online class and the assignments force you to learn from the book.
This professor is prompt and courteous. The online class was very clear, which was nice for my busy and random summer schedule. I always knew what I needed to do, how I needed to do it, and when it was due. Did well and learned a lot. Thanks!
I have had the opportunity to have Ms. Koblauch for a couple of Management courses as an undergrad at WSU. She took the time out of her busy schedule to write me a letter of recommendation to engage in a leadership symposium for a major firm in California. Her leadership ability enables her to make students want to struggle to succeed.
Simple enough. Took online, lots of assignments but clear and easy to keep track of.
Took online. Not a hard class, grading consists of vocab, chapter assignments, journal entries, and tests. Tests are essay format, and are time-consuming. None of the work is that difficult, but it can all take time. You don't need to read the chapters, except for those sections that pertain to the homework and tests. I spent 4-6 hrsweek.
I loved taking Principles of Management with Bobbie. Consistent format each week consisting of vocab assignments and short essay chapter assignments. Exams are lengthy, but not difficult if you've done the chapter assignments and prep. Learned a lot in this class and would love to take another with her. Very clear criteria and grading.
Mrs. Knoblauch is a challenging professor. Many times I did homework assignments in a way I thought closely followed her instructions yet only received 1-2 points out of 4-5 because she felt my answers weren't deep enough. She doesn't offer extra credit and receiving a high grade is challenging. Do not take this expecting an easy online course.
easy grader, assignments are very clear, ass long as you do the given assignments you will pass.
Bobbie is one the best professors I've had. She always gave amazing feedback on every single assignment, which I really appreciated! I had some difficulty with a link once and she responded within minutes to my email. She is very understanding and helpful when you ask. The material is interesting which makes reading the text easy and enjoyable.
She's wonderful! Would take 100 times over. Do your assignments very reasonable.
This class is a glaring example of the problem with modern feminism. The book, articles, and videos are all trying to force equality "because." Constant reference to multiple failed female CEOs and a video that has a ratio skew for females are just a taste of the absurd bias in this class. Bobbie needs a lesson in what equality actually means.
Would definitely recommend !
Super easy class if taken online, each week the homework consists of learnsmart assignments and an essay about every other week. She only requires the essays to be 300 words so they are super easy and there are no quizzes or tests. 100% recommend this professor!
Homework is easy and there are no tests. Instead of tests, there are seven essays throughout the course which she uses to determine if you have knowledge of the information. Book is online and you have to have it because your assignments are through it. I liked the online book/ assignment system!
Professor Knoblauch provides a lot of busy work that is almost impossible to fail unless u do not do the work. Grades very fair on the essays and the material is directly from the reading. Provides great feedback and responds very quickly. Also the material might seem like a lot but its easy points that
The work itself is pretty easy BUT extremely tedious. Every week you have learnsmart assignments to complete for at least 2 chapters, which can range from 100-250+ questions PER chapter. No quizzes or exams, just homework, learnsmart assignments, a few essays, and simulation exercises. Easy grader on essays though.
She was helpful and seemed to be enthusiastic about the content. There is homework every week and short essays often, but the content is pretty common sense and valuable in real life. There are also short SIMs to test your knowledge that are helpful for better understanding of how the content is used in real life.
Bobbie gives really helpful feedback on assignments. The work was a little tedious but easy enough to complete. It was easy to work ahead and finish the work a few weeks before the end of the semester so that I could have time to focus on more difficult classes. Very easy grader on essays.
