She is pretty easy as long as you pay attention in class and keep up with your homework. Don't expect to get an easy "A." She is very organized and knows her material so if you are willing to learn and do your hw then you should be fine. She is also very helpful!

Excellent teacher. I took math several times before taking her for 0300 and 1300 and passing with her. She is excellent proffesor and has a lot of patience. I recomend her to anyone.

I took her for Math 0300 and she was very helpful and clear with her teaching. Her tests were slightly hard. A lot passed, a lot failed. You just have to pay attention and do your homework because she checks them from time to time. But overall, great teacher.

I am not a math person, but I really enjoyed her class, about as much as a math class can be enjoyable. Plenty of extra credit opportunities... and you get to drop a test grade. She's not easy, but not too hard either. Just keep up! I would definitely reccomend her... her students usually try to get her for all their math courses.

I have always struggled with math but got a B in her class. She lets you do test corrections which are +10 on your tests, there's online hw assignments, and lots of Xtra credit opportunities. She is a very helpful teacher. I finally understood math. I definitely recommend taking Ms. Blumberg to anyone who struggles with math.

she is cool... and very outgoing.. she is very helpful..her test are easy if you study..remember to do her "corrections" because it will bring your grade up alot.

This teacher was the best math teacher ever! I hated math, could not grasp it whatsoever and could not even make a B. Now I have made all A's! She takes the time to help out and makes sure everyone knows what is going on before moving on. Her tests are easy. If you do your homework and put forth effort then you can easliy pass this class.

Ms. Blumberg is great! I always HATED math and was never good at it until I took her 0300 class. She is very helpful and you never have to be afraid to ask a question if you don't understand, she's always patient and kind. and gives plenty of opportunities for extra credit. If you do the mathlab homework and practice the skills you'll get an A!

Prof. Blumberg is amazing. I took her this semester fall 2014 and i received an "A" in this class. She's straight forward. Do all the homework and quizzes at 90% and better and receive an extra 10 bonus points on your exam!!!

Ms. Blumberg is one of those professor that will give you all the tools you need for success and it's up to you if you want to utilize those tools and not slack off. She drops 1 lowest test grade and gives you everything you need to know. I am taking her for College Algebra next semester at an earlier time just so I can get the best experience. :)

One of the sweetest professors on campus! Ms. Blumbergs lectures are great, book is not required. Only requirement is MyMathLab (all the homeworks and quizzes are online). She updates her grades almost everyday and she gives extra credit on the test if you complete your homework and quizzes! Would totally recommend her to anyone!

Professor Blumberg gives really good lectures, Literally, if you attend to every class and pay attention, you will pass. She doesn't give extra credit but you don't really need it if you do "My math lab" and show up to class. If you miss class you will be a little bit behind but she does put the class video on blackboard , so you should be good!!!!

I love her. She can get a bit annoying- treat some of us as her kids. Overall, you have to be lazy not to pass this class. Extra credit like crazy!! Her SI is amazing too! I would take her again. You have to work hard especially homework but its all double!

She gives LOTS of extra credit, so do it because from there it is an easy A. She also explains math very well, so even if you arent the best at it, youll be fine.

She is an amazing professor!! You must be willing to do all the homework and quizzes that are online. You have in class notes everyday and a few worksheets but not many. You have to be willing to do the work and pay attention and study but shes very helpful and engaging and is fun at times!

Professor Blumberg was great! She is really engaging and actually helps without getting upset if you don't understand something. It's good to go to class everyday because she is a great teacher and some things you won't understand if you don't learn it from her exactly. She is the best prof I've had at UHD so far. I took her hybrid class online; there's online homework and supplemental videos. Met on zoom 1x a week for 45 mins, plus office hours for additional help. Offers extra credit on every test. You can tell that she cares about her students' success. She has a lovely energy that she brings to every meeting.

Amazing teacher. You get a grade for attending class so do it even though it doesnt matter because you have to watch a lecture she posts online anyway. Super easy class if you just do the mymathlab HW (she gives 10 extra credit on tests if you do). She also drops your lowest test grade. Literally do your HW and you are set

Take her! If you are looking for a amazing professor take her. Homework due ONCE a month, basically before your exam days. HW is super easy and you get as many tries on MyMathLab usually 6 hw assignments and 3 quizzes, you get 10 tries on the quizzes!! 4 exams and she drops the lowest and 10 points extra credit if you get 100 on those chapters HW

I took math 1301 last semester with a different professor and failed, math has never been my forte, but Mrs. Blumberg has been great at explaining, I've been getting better and actually understand what is on the tests. Make sure to take notes, pay attention, she goes over everything!

Mymathlab is a MUST but the professor is understanding and caring. Don't be afraid and it's not that scary! Attendance is mandatory but it is worth sticking around in class. Her class is very informative and she will be there if you need extra help. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH ASKING FOR HELP OR QUESTIONS.

you can ask plenty of questions in and outside of class and she'll answer them. the workflow is constant, you will use MyMathLab. every 2 weeks you will have a quiz. come to every class, do all your homework with a 70 and above, and you should pass. get 90+ on the MyMathLab assignments you will get 5 points of extra credit for the quiz they go with

Professor Blumberg is the professor you need when you are not confident in taking your Math class. She will make you understand Algebra easily, take her time to explain if you cannot understand, and responds to emails, very efficient and dependable.

Really great professor, just attend the classes and take notes. She does all the problems with you for each section, then you take the homework assignments on mymathlab for each section. There is one quiz per chapter. She makes everything as simple as possible, just show up and be sure to ask questions if you don't understand. Stay on top of mml.

Professor Blumberg is AMAZING! Trust me, TAKE THIS CLASS! As an older returning college student, I struggled with math until I took this class. MATH 1300 and 1324. Apply yourself and do the work!! She offers extra credit for it. Attended class, if you miss, you can fall behind quickly. You truly don't need the textbook, but you will need the MML.

Professor Blumbergs class was fairly hard for me, but over all a good professor. She gives enough time from exam to exam to complete all homework, which counts as extra credit towards the exam. I hated the mandatory zoom and the lockdown browser but it's understandable. You definitely have to keep up and pay attention.

I loved professor Blumberg! She definitely is a great professor and is very clear since the beginning on what you are supposed to do she tries to give the most examples on the in-person class day. You need a mymathlab account in order to pass but if you as she says you will have no problem :)

Hands down the best professor I've ever had. She's simple and straight to the point. She makes it easy to understand math and takes time to make sure that each student has an understanding before moving on. She also has a crazy amount of extra credit available for you so it's literally impossible to fail if you do the work.
