Great Professor and he is soooo HOT!

loved the way he taught. the material is a little hard, but he is a good teacher. and he isn't bad looking so the guys don't like him as much as the girls

This guy has a cool sense of humor. The class itself is easy and he makes it interesting considering it's just memorization. So if you can memorize then this class should be an easy A. Brad Chandler is funny.

OMG, this guy is awesome! His lectures are easy to understand AND (if you pay attention to them) his clicker quizes are pretty simple---not to mention funny. The lab can be difficult if you don't show up or bother to study. Also, trips with this guy are great. *Note: if he tells you to eat before his class, he has a reason for it!*

This is the guy to take for Biology. He's hilarious and helpful, love the clothes and the "mother in-law" stuff. Very cute! I wish he taught math.

It's an interesting class. He makes it fun to learn. The exams are not easy but not entirely difficult, you do have to study for the exams to make a good grade and keep up with the on-line quizes. He's very linient and easy to get along with.

This teacher is pretty cool and easy.All you have to do is study your notes and keep up with the online quizzes. If you do all that I guarantee you will pass.

Very fun class. Mr. Chandler is CRAZY in a good way. You dont need to buy the books because he gives everything you need to know in his notes. He hands out notes in the beging of class an even post them online along with power points. You will love this class.

Mr. Chandler is an amazing teacher. I reccomend him to anyone. It's easy as long as you show up for class and study the notes. He is comical and makes learning interesting through is PowerPoint presentations and lecture. Quizzes are online. He never tests or quizzes you what he has not taught you. Always on time and available for help. Take his Environmental Biology class. It's badass! The lab classes are fun too. He's a amazing educator who I believe needs more recognition from the board.

Mr. Chandler was a great teacher, always available to answer any questions, used analogies to make sense of complicated topics. For a non-science major he made things fun and interesting for me. He provided all the tools you need to pass, apply yourself and you'll get an A.

Wow, this professor was very good. I always fall asleep during lectures and there is no way you will fall asleep in his class. He is just very upbeat and funny until the last day. I just took my final for the class and he still made us laugh to break the tension. You can really enjoy his class while learning alot.

Great teaching

I am not a science major, but this professor has been my favorite by far at PAC. I've taken 2 classes with him and I've loved them both. He is funny, laid-back, understanding, right to the point, and there is absolutely no reason someone cannot pass this class. He makes things interesting and as long as you make the effort, he will work with you.

Mr. Chandler is a prefessional that knows how to teach; he is crystal clear of what he expects and lets you know from the start; the homework handouts give you 95% of your quiz answers. I recommend you read the chapter before each class so you can fully understand what he is talking about during his lab lectures.

Mr. Chandler is so fun to be around. YOu must go to class for lectures or you really miss out. Quizzes are posted online and you can study them for test. He does a review after every chapter so you have some what of an idea of whats going to be on the test. You do have one essay question that can be over anything.

This instructor is all by the book. He constantly stresses you not to cheat when taking tests as if he can really see you taking an online quiz. Instead of sounding nice and welcoming, he pretty much makes you want to drop the course. I paid for this class so I have to deal with him. His techniques rub me the wrong way. I am not pleased.

I would recommend this course to any non science major. You must study! But as long as you interact, and keep him updated he will help. Test and quizzes are right out of his notes and power points. 5 lecture exams if u average an A on all 5 ur exempt from final. 3 quizzes will be dropped,1 lecture exam dropped. This was an online course and had assignments due every week. Using the book was a must and taking it with the lecture helped alot. He dropped 3 quizzes, 3 assignments and 1 exam. All quiz and exam questions exactly form the book. If your need help he is always there to help no matter if it is the weekend.

Took this course online flex. If you're a slacker, this course is not for you. You need to put forth effort. Good students, you will do amazing. Course is very organized & clear. You need to read or at least thoroughly skim every chapter and read his power points. All tests & quizzes are straight from your readingspp. Team Assignment is EASY.

Super nice guy! There are 5 lecture exams and 5 lab practicals. Tons of quiz and homework grades to help your final grade. He drops your lowest score from each category. He wrote a book containing all of the notes and homeworklabs. Buy the recommended books, show up, do the extra credit, and NEVER leave a blank on anything. Effort credit.

Professor Chandler is simply the best instructor I have had at this school. He does expect you to read, there are quizzes, tests, and homework but he gives you every chance to succeed that you will need. His humor is infectious and he grades fairly. I didn't like science until I took this course. I would definitely take him again.

Easy class. Read the chapter so you're prepared for quizzes. Check in often so you don't miss the quizzes. But if you do, he occasionally offers extra credit, but I wouldn't expect it for sure.

Awesome Professor! Would totally recommend him. You have to do the work and study though. He's there to help as long as you ask for it. Willing to let you skip if you just tell him you are going to be out he wont count you absent as long as you tell him. but you still are responsible for the material. GREAT TEACHER.

Provides everything you need to pass. I like the fact that he is strict and treats everyone the same. Do everything in the modules, especially the videos, and you will pass. He also provides power points for each chapter. You have to work in this class. I like the internet course, work independently. He is available but not in your face.

He is very easy to take. Gives you a free link so the text book is free too. The most difficult thing is the lecture exams but that's if you don't study.

Super cool teacher, really enjoyed his class. Don't really need the book, a free PDF file is provided. But honestly, if you print out the notes he provides and study for the exams you'll pass. He does give plenty of online homework and quizes but they are spread out well and are fairly easy to pass.

Took him for Modern Bio and will be taking him for Bio 2. Not an easy A but if you put in the right amount of time it definitely won't be hard. Chandler keeps you updated constantly and provides good feedback.

He is a super funny teacher! He made biology for none biology majors as interesting as he could. His grading criteria is very clear, his canvas website is also very clear and organized. There are no shockers, he follows the syllabus word for word. I would take again no doubt!

Really good, attendance isnt much of a big deal as long as you do your quizzes and course modules youll do great. Print out the chapter summary and annotates and take notes. Chandler is a great instructor. I passed with an A! Taking his class again for Bio II.

Took his environmental biology course through the Alamo Colleges study abroad program in Ireland. He did a phenomenal job planning this trip. If you can delay taking this course until the summer study abroad program, I totally would. One of the most unforgettable courses of my life.

I loved taking zoology and botany with professor chandler, the way he lectures was different than most Proffesor at pac. Study for his exams and youll be sure to pass his class.

He does every thing to help you pass from giving you outlined noted from his lectures to droping your lowest exam, quiz, and homework grades. he also gives you pre flimed lectures that he gives to the online students. just make an effot and you'll pass.

Told jokes in class and encouraged students to answer questions. LOADS of info in lectures--pay attention! Very clear grading, gives some extra credit, and allows students who earned A to be excused from final exam! Only reason he wasn't 5 stars for me was because he would often make fun of my beliefs in class. :/ I emailed him and he stopped. :)

Took Bio1301 as a Summer class with Professor Chandler. While his quizzes can be a little tricky with the wording, the answers are there if you read the material and think about what the questions are asking. I enjoyed this class, it was not an easy A for a 5 1/2 week class, but it was def doable. He sends out weekly reminders to his students too.

Mr. Chandler is such a great teacher. I took an asynchronous online course and it was super easy because of the weekly messages he would send the class. He lets us know what is expected of us each week to make sure we are on track. If you do everything correctly, you'll pass with an A.

Weekly assignments include a couple of 10 questions quizzes (untimed, 3 attempts), discussions, 1 quiz with 10 questions (timed and 1 attempt) and then 1 exam (45 questions 1 hour). Theres one group project but its super easy! Manage your time when taking timed test and you'll be fine. He sent out weekly emails to remind us what was due that week.

I love my BIO class. I'm not a bio major so I was kind of dreading taking this class but he made it so fun and interesting. He sent weekly video lectures which are where all the questions from the quiz and tests come from, so pay attention! I didn't really use the book once I figured out he is telling me all I need to know through the lecture.

I have a hard time learning online but this class was very easy to me. All test/exam questions are in the study guide module and I literally would binge study the guide for about 20 minutes and then get an 80-90 grade. Hes also very nice! Accepts late work and appreciates communication. Would definitely take again.

Took this class online and finished with a 97. He gives you everything you need to pass the exams. The homework is easy and his lectures are short and to the point. I recommend this class to anyone trying to squeeze an online class in their schedules. He's fair.

If you're not that good at Science this is the professor for you because he teaches in a way you u can learn. is fair as far are giving you plenty of opportunities to make a good grade. You won't have any papers to write. He does time the quizzes and exams, for me it was an adjustment but with proper studying it should be no problem

Professor Chandler was amazing. Believe me I dread any science course and was intimidated at the beginning of the semester. However, the professor was great at teaching the material and allowing students multiple tries on assignments. The discussion posts in my opinion are the only semi difficult part of this course.
