GREAT TEACHER! Is very understanding and is not the typical mean stuck up Philosophy Prof. He s fun and everyone should take him.
Not your typical philosophy prof. He is a lot of fun! Cuts thru the crap and teaches what is useful for grad school and life in general. If you have to take this class, take it with this guy...you won't be sorry!
Just make sure you ask him exactly what you need to get an A. I thought I was getting an A all semester and ended up with a B with no explaination from him. Otherwise, he is a great teacher who is alot of fun.
Very understanding and able to help student in need.
One of the best teachers I have ever had! He is very helpful and is willing to assist you. He has a good attitude and cares about his students. He is also extremely smart. He goes by the text quite a bit, but that isn't a bad thing. He's great. I highly recommend him.
Brad is crazy and very entertaining!!! I would suggest this class to anyone who doesn't want a boring typical Philosophy class.
read you book! and go to class! his tests are really hard but does curve the class at the end. you also have a very long term paper due at the end of the semester. hes a fun teacher but expects a lot out of you and wants you to actually learn something.
great teacher and if your willing to work hard you will take A LOT out of this class!!! very fair and homework about once a week. you dont have to come to class but its A LOT better if you do!!
Challenges you intellecutally which is great becuase he sets his standards and goals for students high! Not to intimidate anyone just because he believes in his students! He is a VERY FAIR grader and if you at least put forth some effot you'll do well in the class! He's helpful, funny, and gives philosophy a whole new perspective! Recommended.
1) It is a great class. 2) The teacher is awsome. 3) If you take the class, you will learn a lot. Therefor, 4) You should take this calss.
Quite possibly the most informative and stimulating class I've taken in my 3 years at UNLV. If you take this course, take it with Brad. He has a genuine interest in his students actually taking something from the class besides a grade. If you make an effort, you will leave with an A.
This is a really great professor. He does a lot to help you understand the material, even going so far as to provide different methods of acheiving the same result. You should really try to take this professor if you can. Huge term paper, which sucked. but you have the entire semester to work on it. good luck!
He gives you 15 pages paper to do. If you copy and paste too much you gives you F on it. The papers worth 2 grades so if you know you would copy and paste alot don't take him. The HW don't worth that much of point. the only grades you would have are 2 tests and the term paper.
This class was not easy. Homework does make a difference he gives you a 15-30 page essay that is due when you take your final. You do a final and a paper. He answers emails and is extremely helpful. He has high expectations. Lectures were interesting. Take him if you want to learn and be challenged. Not an easy A
he was wonderful, challenging, and I recommend everyone to take his class. Never before have I had a professor that inspired me to do so much.
He is a great teacher, like everyone has said, the only thing is that around finals, he demands a LOT of work, like a fierce, 15 page paper, if you write a medium paper, or last minute it wont be accepted, and there is a huge test to go with it.If your taking other hard classes, not recommended unless you want a mean headache around finals
the best teacher i have ever had the final essay isnt much fun. but he really was an amazing person and was very funny.
Man oh man was this class hard. DONT procrastinate on the final paper and you'll be way ahead of me. The teacher is great though, down to earth, helpful, and absolutely hillarious. I enjoyed his class a lot even though I struggled to pull a C. STUDY for the exams (even though you can use the book and notes) and work on the paper little by littl
TESTS ARE HARD.. HUGE RESEARCH PAPER
Avoid like the plague!!! Very long complicated exams...don't waste time on the vocab. Go straight to the short/long answer. He also assigns a 20 pg term paper, which is ridiculous for an introductory class. I highly recommend not taking him.
The tests aren't difficult if you have kept up on the reading. They're open book, open notes. Final was a take-home test. There's a huge paper worth 1/3 your grade, so be sure to start it early and make it perfect. He checks for plagerism (no cutting and pasting, duh) and he's a stickler for grammar. Nice guy, willing to help and explain.
avoid him at all cost. he is good for buddy not for teacher. very though on grades.
Very good teacher. Extremely intelligent person.
Extremely egotistical professor.Very unapproachable and unfair.Assigns a 15 page research paper. Hard midterm and final. I WOULD NOT ADVISE TAKING THIS PROFESSOR!!
Great, Hilarious guy. Opens almost every class with a comical video from YouTube. Don't be deceived, however. Pay attention and read when he says to. He's a bit tough on tests (but if you know what you're doing, they are okay). Overall, made philosphy easy to comprehend. By far one of my favorite professors.
I thought this teacher was great. He really knew his stuff, and the small class size made it so that people could ask as many questions as they wanted. He's really funny, especially if you've watched South Park. He didn't even give us a term paper this semester, and our final was an at home test. This is the only class he teaches.I recommend him.
Great teacher, interesting material. He is flippin hilarious and not going to class is not advised. Its like a free stand up comedy show in there. Plus you actually learn stuff you never thought you could. A must take class! Lord-Leutwyler for President 2008!
Brad's libelous personality and remarks is what drives a student to learn from him and exchange different viewpoints. He is honest and seeks to poke your cerebellum and frontal lobe to think between the lines in an argument. This class is extremely useful in my future endeavors. Wherever you go, there's always a "BS-er".
Was really looking forward to this class, and then ended up hating it. I hate this teachers methods of testing and grading. Very offensive and arrogant. Some people really liked his sense of humor. However I dreaded coming to this class and was very sad I could not drop it.
he can be funny. but he's a ****. don't ever forget your clicker.
Only take this class if you actually intrested in doing the work and learning, if your looking for an easy A reconsider he was a really funny teacher and we always watched you tube but you you must read to pass the exams.
well I liked this class at first becuase of all the fun YouTube videos but all in all he's not a good professor. He expects u to know so much when really this Is a lower class and your first class ull take u don't no a thing. So it's frustrating, especially since he doesn't post ur grades and u need a clicker?!? It's BS all in all. Don't do it!
I guess it depends on your sense of humor but he was absolutely hilarious! Brad definitely knows what hes talking about and taking this class opened up my eyes. You have to work really hard definitely, but its worth it. I've really taken an interest in philosophy after this class and there really needs to be more teachers at unlv like him.
If you read the textbook and study it, you'll understand his lectures more. Made me more interested in philosophy. Must bring iclicker. Never know when it's needed. Gives outrageous examples and shows funny youtube vids. ORGANIZE YOUR NOTES. It will help you on tests.
B-rad is one of the most intelligent and fun professors I ever had. For some reason, he made the final almost unbearable, time wise. You have to score well on the tests to get a good grade b/c he doesnt do projects, papers, or any other graded assignments.
I wonder if Dr. B-Lord himself is leaving all these rosy comments. I studied hard, wrote the paper ahead of time and pulled of a C+. I'm an honors student with a 3.7 GPA which Brad bought down. The 15 pg paper over summer was ridiculous, as were the exams. If you care about your dignity, don't do it! I did not find him inspiring as others claim
Probably the best teacher I've ever had. He doesn't put up with BS, the material is really challenging, but the way he teaches it makes it fun. He has stupid comments in his power points and hows youtube vids at the beginning of class. He posts everything up after each class. But you have to go to class and study your ntoes or else you'll be lost.
He teaches for a reason to be able to apply studies to everyday. Will help as much as much as needed. There is much hummor.
Teaches people how and why to think, urges students to use what they learn everyday for their own benfit. Very comfortable class.
in my opinion, this is the worst teacher ive ever had in the history of education. avoid like SARS, but id rather have SARS than listen to another word come out of brad's mouth. run.
Take this class if you want to WORK and LEARN! B.L. teaches like professors back in the 80's- so that his students will actually learn something. Unfortunately, it seems most college students at UNLV have trouble putting together the kind of term papers I used to write in my H.S. AP CLASSES! As a result, he no longer requires term papers.
Brad ranks at the number one or number two spot of best professors I've ever had. He doesn't put up with **** in the classroom nor in society. He is an actively engaged citizen and his ideologies relating to people and policy tend to show through in his lectures, which is a VERY good thing. He teaches so that one earns his or her grade.
Teacher is fun, down-to-earth, and helpful. The class goes by quick and rarely any homework. Easily the best Professor I've had at this godforsaken school. He makes you think, and makes argument easy. Yet, if you dont read the textbook or attend reviews, you're out of luck. This is a class for people he want to LEARN and BENEFIT.
FUnnest class ever! Teacher teaches with a great deal of humour and makes sure that you understand the subject. Be sure to read the textbook, it will help out a lot in the long run. Take this teacher for sure.
Take this class if you want to learn and have fun while doing it! Makes going to class enjoyable with jokes and funny videos but also grades tests very hard. This is not a class to skate through, you really have to make an effort.
I took this class a year ago... I absolutely loved it! Class was always entertaining, and he always kept students engaged, something that a lot of other professors should learn to do. Among the best professors I've ever had.
i laugh at the idea that anyone would rate this as a good professor. worst. teacher. ever. he manages to be both condescending and woefully unaware of his inadequacies
This professor was one of the bestI'll ever have! His style is very strange at first, so you have to get used to it. If you actually make a significant effort in learning, you will earn an awesome grade. He might seem whacky and against the grain, but that's why he's awesome! If you want a teacher who teaches by the rulebook, take some one else
Class has no structure, no clear understanding of grading criteria. Teaches, hard, end of the semester material at the begining of the semester??? Complicated essay style exams with questions like: Disco sucks - tell me everything! It's about a page long answer??? Funny guy but if I want to watch a comedian I can always turn on Comedy Central.
I actually think this professor is writing these good comments about himself and the reason I think that is bacause this is exact wording he uses in his class to explain students the class structure??? I wonder! Correct me if I'm wrong and I will delete this comment.
really cool. i had taken phil 102 with robert shanab and eventually dropped it because i didn't learn a thing. i took brad's 102 class over summer and it was a breeze. i would recommend this professor to anyone!
This professor is a TOOL. His grading style is beyond comprehensible with students getting points from 15 - 170 on the same assignment. Does not care about his students and often references his "multi-million dollar" law career. Worst teacher so far at UNLV, although Marcozzi is coming up quickly.
This is a great teacher! Philosophy itself can be a boring and confusing subject, but he actually makes the class fun and explains everything in an easy and entertaining way. If you need to take philosophy 102, make sure you get this teacher!!!
I LOVE HIM SO YOU DOWN THERE WHO SAID HES THE WORST TEACHER EVER YOUR CRAZY, HES STRAIGHT UP, HES FUNNY, HES HONEST, HIS CLASS ISNT HARD, HE CARES ABOUT HIS STUDENTS AND HE LOVES MAKING FUN OF PEOPLE. WHY WOULDNT ANYONE WANT A TEACHER LIKE THAT? TAKE HIS CLASS! JUST ENJOY IT AND YOU WONT REGRET IT. =] haha a tool..ya righttttt
Brad is AWESOME! You have to take this class!
FUNNY ASS DUDE! Makes the stuff easy to learn and actually cares if you get it.
Best professor I've had so far. He's engaging and interesting and actually knows what he's talking about. I find myself using what he taught in daily life. If you can, take the summer course. He doesn't require a textbook and only gives out 4 tests and a few, small assignments.
This class was amazing, but you have to really want to learn and gain something. He's fun, smart, and it's easy to get intimidated, but he's a cool guy. take this class. TAKE IT!!!!!
Brad is *awesome*. He really cares about his students and whether they are learning the material. He's super helpful and keeps class fun. Don't think he's an easy "A" though, you do have to study the material to get a good grade in his class. Definitely recommend his Phil 102 class if you get distracted easily.
Brad is one of the most dedicated instructors at UNLV. He's funny, engaging and very witty. He'll bend your mind and logic process all while rocking out to YouTube videos. Buy the book & the clicker ASAP. If you have an issue, just talk to him. He used to be a lawyer, so you can't BS a BSer but he's available if you need. Get over your misconceptions on what a professor should be, because Brad is it.
Best teacher ever! I just had to make an account on ratemyprofessor just to say this! He is definitely the funniest and coolest teacher I ever had! He makes class interesting. I actually look forward to class when Brad is teaching!
Brad is awesome! Intimidating? Yes. But he does his best to break down that barrier and get you to ask questions and think for yourself. It is a challenging class, but SO worth it when you take it from Brad. Attendance is a MUST, but you will not regret taking this class.
Brad's very funny and the material is interesting. He doesn't require a book, which is great. He is very condescending, and doesn't like to feel like he's being questioned. He has a superiority complex. If you take the class you should keep a low profile and you should do fine.:)
Brad is one of the best professors I have taken. He really cares about his students and loves teaching the material. Attendance isn't mandatory but he does use clickers sometimes. He's hillarious and the class is fun.
Brad is pretty awesome! He is funny and deff keeps the class interesting! Dont miss though because its hard to catch up!
Class is a lot to take in, but it will challenge the way you think if you do the work and show up to class. Not hard if you apply yourself and ask for help if you need it.
Brad is HILARIOUS. Pay attention, don't slack on studying...or you will do poorly. Also, show up on time or he will call you out in an embarrassing way. Don't be afraid to ask him for help. He seems intimidating on the first week of school, but I promise he really isn't that bad.
I say take this course if you want to get something out of your tuition money.
Brad's class is the best and most useful class I have taken. He is funny, brilliant, and truly cares about helping you to become a smarter person. You will learn how to spot bad reasoning and deceptive arguments in your everyday life, so that nobody can take advantage of you. I highly recommend this class.
Brad is very engaging and knows what he is talking about. He might seem condescending and unapproachable at first, but once you get to know him and his personality, you'll realize that he truly cares about his students and that he is actually super approachable and wants you to ask him questions. No textbook required, grade consists of four tests.
Brad is extremely intelligent. Really knows the material and makes it very easy for students to understand, but you have to show up to every class. He is a funny guy so he keeps you interested throughout the entire class.
The material is difficult but Brad is a great professor who cares about his students. Loved this class!
Brad's class has real world application which is refreshing. This class is not easy but if you try you will do fine! 4 cumulative tests, each worth more than the last. (10, 20, 40, 80). Hard but worth your time trust me.
By far the BEST professor I've had. I never wanted to miss this class and never did. I think this is the only class out of 3 years in college that I never missed. Extremely challenging, but you will use this the rest of your life. He really cares about his students- but only if you can about the class & succeeding. By far the best class I've had!
So far it's my favorite classes of all time. It was really fun and I learned A LOT. Don't expect it to be easy but as long as you go to class, pay attention,do the practices, and put in effort you will do fine. The 3rd & final exam were rough but I learned a lot about the videos. Take him and you won't regret it. I promise. No textbook or clicker.
He smells like bacon! Best teacher I have ever had. Hard but very inspiring and madly hilarious. As long as he sees you are doing your best you will do fine.
So far, I hate this class! All of these comments about Brad "caring" bla bla are false! Yes-he's super funny, but funny alone doesn't help one understand this stuff! He's over-the-top condescending, blows through pp's (that he will not post) and makes people feel stupid if they ask questions. So, nobody does and people are struggling
Brad is wildly hilarious & intelligent, but so much so that it becomes a distraction from learning this difficult subject. He provides the readings via email but then teaches completely differently than the reading. One best be a speed writer, not miss a single class, & be able to comprehend him at warp speed or you WILL fail his class!
Hallo. You should spend time and money on Mr. Leutwyler's class if you want to save time and money. The grading system is ideal; you are both completely in charge and completely non-in charge of your grade. Learn to harmonize 'fun' with 'professionalism'. Expect occasional mercurial behavior.
The comment just below me sounds like Mr. Leutwyler himself. I think he just made this comment so students take his class. Don't listen to that comment, listen to actual students and take their advice, don't choose this class. Pleas choose something else because this class is impossible to pass.
Brad is a really cool guy. He's super cool. He's changed the way I process things. He's really intelligent too. He's a super genius! Don't slack off, or wait till the last minute like I did. It's a horrible idea. I'd definitely take his class again. Just pay attention. Some of his lectures screwed with me at first, but it's all practice. Good luck
Quite an inspiring teacher. The lectures given can be quite difficult to go along with, but as long as you pay attention and read the book, you'll be fine. Simultaneously, he's always there to help out. Everything he teaches is applicable to the real world, so you're not being educated on useless information. Definitely an amazing teacher
What I see from a lot of these people commenting are people that really don't want to try it seems like. Brad knows his stuff and may seem a little unapproachable but once you talk to him after class, it's a completely different persona. I highly encourage all incoming freshmen to take his class. You won't regret it.
This was by dar the most inspiring class I have ever taken. He focuses primarily on making an impact on his students. He can be pushy and seen harsh but, only does this so you learn. It was 100% AMAZING!! TAKE HIM!
im not sure who is writing these positive reviews. one can speculate that it might be mr 'i am totally going to get a phd in astrophysics, let me remind you, as i hide my equations in my weird combover.' he also runs for congress and loses every time. this was the worst class ever.if you need phi 102, make sure never to take this horrible guy ever
Brad is the greatest professor I've EVER had. This class will make you think and WILL change the way you think about things IF you put in the work. He has a sarcastic sense of humor which comes off rude to some people but I personally find him hilarious. The material is very interesting. 4 exams and some homework to help you grasp the material.
He is so easy and he makes the material easy to understand but we have to do our part and show up even though attendance isn't mandatory. He teaches logic and I thought I was going to fail this class because I'm not a logical person but the class, surprisingly, wasn't that hard
Teacher was great, easy to understand and very fair.
Mr. Leutwyler is an extremely knowledgeable professor who cares about his students succeeding not only in the classroom, but in life. UNLV is lucky to have him. Take this course if you want to succeed in life, as it changes your whole perspective on issues, in a positive way. Great sense of humor as well.
no clicker required. no textbook required, he emails the readings. very good class. show up, pay attention, don't be late, study your notes, and you'll get an A. it's actually pretty easy material. he tells you how the real world will treat you which is very educational in a genuine, helpful way. also, his humor is quite crude but entertaining.
Brad is the most interesting professor I have had at UNLV. His jokes sometimes made me feel uncomfortable, but he is pretty funny. He does a lot of impressions and keeps the class in a good mood. You may question him at first but you really learn a huge amount in the class. No text purchase required which was amazing. I would highly recommend.
Ok, ok. So, this class is HARD. I had a headache over this class the entire semester. The entire class even failed the 3 exam. I'm not even sure if I liked him as a person, but he is brilliant. You will learn some useful real-life stuff and come out a better person for it. He helps make a dry subject funny. Don't take class if you are a slacker.
Brad is a very, very great professor. He may seem a little bit rough as a person, but he wants his students to succeed and understand the material and use it in the real world. The class was hard at times, but honestly the only way you can get a bad grade is by slacking off and not trying/thinking hard enough.
One of the best classes I've ever taken! It was difficult at first, but once I understood what was expected on the exams, it was easy. Yes, the entire class did fail exam 3, but the Final is most heavily weighted. If you get an A on the Final, that is what your semester grade will be.Brad is a very helpful, intelligent professor.Highly recommended!
Best professor ever. He teaches you the subject matter so seamlessly. There is little amounts of homework, and it is all easy. He wants you to pass. Do not bother buying the textbook before the class (you will find out why). He's super easy going unless you have an electric device out or you're late. Overall, best class I've taken in a long time.
The material is not easy. You learn it backwards from toughest to easiest If you don't show its not easy He really wants you to partake it class it will benefit you in the semester DO NOT show up late or use your cell phone he will call you our and make you look pretty stupid some of my classes lasted the whole class to only lasting 15 minutes.
He is one of the best teachers I EVER had. He is very clear and his lectures are actually fun. He is strict grader and only has one test that matters at the end of the year, but if you pay attention and work hard you will get an A. Definitely recommend this class.
He teaches Philosophy from hardest to easiest, using silly examples that make it easier to grasp the concepts. You HAVE to show up to class, though, because the textbook makes zero sense without his explanations (and he admits it). There's no quizzes, and all the tests are given once the class is ready instead of a schedule.
He's a pretty chill guy. There's only one test that counts and if you put in effort, like going to him if you need help, participating, office hours, etc he WILL help you and most likely will be lenient on grading. I'd take him again.
Overall his class was great, you have to show up to class to understand the concepts. If you have questions he is always willing to help. He uses easy examples to explain the concepts. He doesn't use web campus as long as you try your best and tell him everything you know about the concepts on the test you should do well. Some test are take home.
This guy is one of the worst teachers UNLV has to offer. He stands in front of the class talking badly about the rest of the philosophy department and UNLV while fishing for answers to his questions but when the students don't know because they haven't learned anything he gets mad. He gives 4 tests where the expectations are very unclear.
Brad is entertaining when he lectures. Don't mistake his joking nature for being an instructor. He's funny, but expects you to ace the tests he gives you. It's not a laughing matter when you go cry to him that you didn't do good on his test. Take good notes, don't skip class and don't come late. No participation points, only four tests!
Brad is such an amazing professor and person. He is super funny and smart. His lectures are very entertaining . I actually look forward to going to his classes. He also doesn't burden you with too much homework and all tests are taken home. It was the best class I have taken in 3 years.
Brad, as he prefers to be called, is an amazing teacher. I know that gets thrown around a lot these days, but it is true. Take his class, show up, participate. Listen and follow his examples. You will be a better student and human coming out of his class. Ask questions, go to office hours. You will get out of this class what you put into it
Brad is a great teacher. He knows what he is talking about. But he is right. Some people are more idiotic than others. The material isn't easy so you have to go to class, do the homework, and always ASK QUESTIONS. He will walk you through it. By the end, its gonna be easy as 123. Don't be afraid to get that A.
Brad's class is a bit much for a lower division course. I learned in his class, but it honestly isn't worth it. Also, he thinks he's hilarious, but: no. Immature humor for sure. I took his class because of his good reviews, but the reviews lied, honestly. Long story short, you'll kind of learn, but its not worth it.
Brad deserves an award. Wish I took him sooner! It's rare at UNLV for a teacher to actually CARE about his students well-being, well beyond the last day of class. You leave as a better person. He challenges you intellectually and gives awesome advice. Listen to him if you want to improve your life. Remember, you get what you put into the class.
Overall Brad is an amazing instructor! At first you will think that you will never pass the class due to the confusing content of the course but you will understand it! You will want to read the book and show up to class everyday! Don't be afraid to ask questions because he is more than happy to help you. He is one of the best professors at UNLV.
Brad is down to earth and wants the best for his students. In this class he gives you the tools to learn how to read through every day material like contracts, loans, and teaches you how to make logical arguments. He makes you work for your grade but don't give up. I only regret not talking to him more after class to clarify things. Awesome class.
Brad is simply amazing. Do not buy the book, he gives all the notes you need during the class. Your grade for the class is what you get on Final. As long as you show up to class Final won't be a problem for you. Material is very hard but Brad does everything for you to understand it. I would take more classes if I could. Highly Recommended!
Brad is a great professor. This is a hard class don't get me wrong. You have to work for your grade but he makes the content easy to understand and you can ask lots of questions. There are tests but they are long . As long as you put the time in to get the work done and really understand then you will. IF YOU ARE LAZY DON'T TAKE HIS CLASS !
Brad is rather crude personality-wise, so he's definitely not for everyone. I found him to be off-putting. Your grade on the final is basically the grade you'll receive in the class, so attendance is really crucial in this course. The overall content of the class is hard, & Brad does aid some in explaining the material. He's a mediocre instructor.
My only expectation for professors is that they are clear themselves about what is expected. The most frustrating academic experience is receiving a grade you could not have anticipated. In this regard, Brad's class is a nightmare. One final assignment with ridiculously vague instructions that determines your entire grade in the course. Beware!
Without a doubt my favorite teacher ever. Yes he is a bit strict, he just doesn't like slackers. But he is an incredible professor. He believes in every single person in his class and their potential, he is the rare professor that simply wants everyone to succeed. He wants to send you off being able to think better, he wants to better society.
Brad is a phenomenal instructor who honestly treats each and every student with respect. This class is by no means easy, but Brad teaches this course in a way that makes everything clear and he is always happy to answer questions. If you truly want to learn about Logic, Brad is your guy. If you want an easy lazy grade, take someone else.
Brad is hilarious, crazy smart, and one of my favorite professors. Only really graded for the final, so pay attention. Useful life skills as well.
Great Professor, definitely take if you are willing to learn, if you just want an easy A don't take.
Brad is a great professor. Not for the faint of heart, however. Final grade is your class grade. If you know how to think attendance is optional though helpful. If you're still learning critical thinking, attendance is mandatory.
Brad was recommended to me by a previous student and I am so glad I listened to her advice. After the first class I thought I had it in the bag but over time I found out it wasn't, you have to force yourself to learn the material. He bases your grade off of very few things and if you don't put in the effort well then your grade will suffer.
From a personality standpoint he is great, but not the best teacher. Hes too lackadaisical for my liking and doesnt provide a lot of guidance to students. Unclear instructions on assignments frustrated me constantly. The final exam determines your entire grade in the course, which I found to be very stressful. Attendance is a must for success!
The work may be confusing at times but he explains the content well. 1 final paper that determines your grade for the course, pay attention, take notes, and show up to class more often than not and you will be fine.
Awesome guy. Day 1 tells you to call him Brad & not to buy the textbook. Only grade is the final but he more than prepares you for it. Don't have to show up to class but you should bc he's awesome. Wish he taught more classes so I could have him again. Like 10/10 best teacher at UNLV. He cares about his students and their success.
Run away from the professor that I personally did not enjoy who talked about running for president all the time.
