Brad has a lot of experience in the business world. He is very energetic and always looking to help his students. Great Guest Speakers, and exams and assignments are fair. Easy A if you complete all assignments and study is power points! Great class, would take another class with him for sure!
Professor Poulos loves to share real world examples to make his points. You have to attend his class or he makes you feel bad, but otherwise he's good. Very compassionate and "real".
A very energetic and compassionate professor who is extremely helpful with all of his students. His teaching style at first is a little confusing but you will get used to it. Guest speakers are good and he usually shows a endless amount of video's throughout class. Very much into class discussions so try to participate, he remembers you if you do.
He is a very helpful prof and really helps you learn. very clear and loves what he does.
I think that he's a really great teacher! Easy to talk to, makes the lessons interesting and really wants us to learn something!
He's such a good teacher. I am upset he won't be teaching BSM 200. I wish all my professors were like Brad. He is not monotone and is always excited about he teaches us.
amazing prof! hes really interested in what he teaches and hes funny. i had no interest in this course but hes easy to follow, the textbook is a pretty easy read and he marks fairly.
He is fun, knows what he is talking about, but occasionally goes off topic. The class could be more streamlined and thus shorter as it is hard to sit through a 3 hour lecture.
Engaging professor, with comprehensive slides that compliment the reading material. Marks very fairly and gets interesting speakers. Read the readings, attend lectures, and participate and there's no reason why you shouldn't succeed in a class with Brad.
Amazing prof! made things very interesting for the class, and even when topics were dull, he made them interesting!
Highly recommended course for people who want a taste of business
Amazing professor, knows all about business. This course will definitely help you if you want to start a small business. Interesting and informative lectures with real life examples. For an entrepreneur this course is a key to knowing the fundamentals of small business. Brad has experience, knowledge and ways to make BSM100 a must take course.
Excellent prof! Really passionate and engaging. Knows exactly what he is talking about all the time and has really great real world examples, and real world experience. Really fun, made me actually want to take business again..thats a first!
Brad is cool. I like how chill he is and how expressive his talks are. Also, his TED talk videos and guest presenters are always interesting. Sometimes it was hard to love every minute of the 3 hour lectures because the discussions would get very off topic but overall a fun class.
I love Brad ! , I thought that taking a business class would have been boring But he made it so much fun, he's funny, he's clear ,fair and interesting. I was really hoping to also have him as a Prof for next semester. If you want to have a good time while learning a lot about the business world, choose him as a Prof !! I recommend him 100% !
i love this teacher! he is great, super helpful and makes the class so interesting . Brad related common popular culture topics into the class and keeps me awake the whole time! i highly recommend taking classes that he teaches!
Best prof of my first year, was incredibly passionate about the topic and approaches the subject in a very unique way.
Great prof! For someone who has had no prior knowledge of business, he made it very interesting and easy to learn!
Loved him!! Hated business in high school, his enthusiasm and helpfulness is what got me through it. Always has great things to say in a way that you naturally learn to understand the concepts he talks about. STAY IN HIS CLASS
Brad was by far my favourite prof of first year. He was so enthusiastic and really made me want to learn and made the learning feel really effortless.
Has a good sense of humour. Always started the classes off with interesting topics.
Very concise and energetic prof. The tests are very fair, his lectures don't put me to sleep and he plays the best YouTube videos at the beginning of class.
Great prof! Fair, clear, engaging and knows his material. Class is pretty easy if you look over the powerpoints and review the material from them. There were 2 tests, one assignment and one take home exam. An A in the class is very manageable. Probably one of the best profs I've had this semester.
Good prof, enthusiastic and engaging. Good person too, enjoyed his class!
Very very nice guy, who made the class much more enjoyable than I expected. He made business interesting by using multiple examples, videos etc. Generally a surprisingly engaging class mostly due to his charisma.. good energy and humour - one you actually pay attention to because you want to. Very down to earth sort of prof! :)
Amazing prof! I really enjoyed this class. Brad is really passionate about the subject and engages a really good conversation among the entire class. Plus guest speakers were really interesting as well. Put your effort into this class and you'll do great!
He is a great teacher, incredibly enthusiastic and teaches for a variety of learning types. He's is fair, funny, and fabulous.
Brad is awesome! Would encourage anyone to take a class with him.
People don't realize all the new ratings. That's why it's called ryehigh.
His class is soooo boring. He is funny but that is about it. I had to do an assignment for his class and when I got it back, in one of the employees I stated said 10 but he read 1. I do not understand how he could have possibly read that wrong but I got a lower mark for it.
Funny how out of all my professors, Brad was the best and he's not technically a prof! I love how no matter how much I dreaded going to BSM, Brad always turned it around! Super engaging, interesting and even pretty funny! A Bit unclear on some things but that's minuscule, great guy!
Regardless of almost failing this class, Brad was still a good prof and is very understanding. This was the first business class I have ever taken I really appreciate his attack to teaching and he really is an overall nice guy.
He is a very good prof. His midterms are more difficult, so just make sure you give yourself PLENTY of time to review. Overall, amazing prof, he brings in guest speakers and relates his teachings to everyday life.
Great prof! Respectful and enthusiastic, Brad comes to class with a great attitude every week. His lectures were very engaging and he encourages students to ask questions if they don't understand something. Pay attention to the lectures and readings and you'll do fine
all around good guy. Doesnt mark real easy. Likes to keep class avgs at low 70s. Randomly picks on students, not to be mean but just to get everyone involved, enjoyable lectures
Brad is an amazing Prof, super nice and laidback guy who makes this course engaging and interesting. There are participation marks but I think it helps encourage you to be active in class and actually pay attention. Really recommend you take a class with Brad, hes the best!!!
Great prof, very helpful. had 3 hour classes for BSM 100, never got bored. He is great at engaging the class and also learned some helpful material.
Thoroughly enjoyed my time in this class. Brad keeps you VERY engaged and provides many interesting stories from his experiences. This is one of the very few classes in which I can actually apply what I learned in class to real life. He is not an easy marker but if you put in the time and effort, he will recognize it.
Honestly, one of the best profs I've had at Ryerson. He explains the concepts very clearly, very interactive with students and incorporates real world examples which makes the lectures very interesting. Evaluates assignments quicker than most profs, provides clear guidelines and is there to provide further assistance whenever needed. Great prof.

Brad is a great guy if you have a class with him consider yourself lucky and your tuition well spent! I've sat at the front of every class , and never missed one class of the semester ( I wish I could say that of my other classes) but the three hours just flys by.
Brad is a great guy, i felt he marked a little hard, but that is also since im not very business savvy. As a whole, his classes are quite enjoyable and he really is one of the best profs I've had so far. If you have the chance to take his class. Do it.
Brad is clear, and easy to listen to, he explains thoroughly if you do not understand. However, if you are not a business major, you might find this course a little tricky because 15% is for participation marks and if you don't understand well enough to answer every time, he will probably fail you in that aspect.
The guy is great, great feedback. Loves interaction makes the class more interactive and gives it a better learning experience. He has great experience to teach from too, and back up the course teachings! Definitely take him.
Brad is probably the best prof I have had at Ryerson. He makes the class really interesting; he is also really knowledgeable in the business field. His marking is a bit hard but it is fair. I especially liked the way he taught ethics (compared to other profs) as he really made it impactful and interesting
Great dude. Very funny, very energetic, passionate, and overall down-to-earth. Loves teaching and will make you love his lectures.
Brad teaches the capstone BUS 800 class like an MBA course, inciting discussion instead of traditional lecturing. He is engaging, uses multimedia, and saves an otherwise very dry course. He is very approachable and helpful as well. He is not an easy marker, but is extremely fair and will give A's to those who deserve it.
Brad was a great teacher for the class BSM 100. I would look forward going to class every week as it was one of the most interesting classes that I've ever come across. This class has inspired me in many different ways
Brad is very clear and wants all of his students to do well! You have to go to all his classes not only because there is an attendance mark, but because the classes really help with the case assignments. He is a little bit particular about what he wants on the assignments, but he is definitely very reasonable. Overall GREAT professor.
Somewhat vague on the guidelines for the assignments; you tend to lose marks early in the semester due to not understanding what he wants. Lecture is great compared to other BUS800 classes since he gives real-life examples rather than going through the text. Overall marking scheme is much more lenient and fair compared to other profs. Recommended!
Great professor. Brad Poulos is entertaining, clear, informative and gives useful feedback. Would definitely recommend to any students taking BUS800.
BUS 800 is not an easy class and you have to do the exact same assignmentsexam, no matter who's your teacher. Brad is a very good guy! You get 15% for participation and it's easy to do good bc Brad is always asking for your opinion. He made the class fun and interesting.
Brad's an all-around great prof that managed to teach me a lot of business essentials in 36 total hours of classtime. His lectures are very well paced and filled with info but is always willing to stop to clear up any questions. He's really funny too.
Awesome prof. Sounds like David Spade.
Great prof! Always enthusiastic about lectures and made them fun and relatable for students. As long as you do the work and participate in class you'll be fine.
Brad is a great prof - super interesting, funny lectures even if the subject matter at hand is a little dry. He's great at including the class in discussion in a fun way, and encourages questions. If you do the readings and participate in class, you'll do well. His tests and assignments are fair and well-explained.
This guy is great. He makes the lectures fun with activities and guest speakers
Brad is very knowledgeable about the information with past experience. He makes lectures enjoyable by also making them entertaining with jokes, and amusing stories.
Brad keeps the class very engaged and clearly knows what he's talking about (has tons of experience in business fields). Would definitely recommend classes with him.
Brad is amazing! Honestly have no experience whatsoever in business, but he made the class easy for me. He was able to discuss things clearly. He's super engaging with his students and is always there to help! Honestly, the best prof i've had for first year! Would seriously take a class with him again
Great teacher, makes the lectures more fun and draws on his own business experience which is a nice learning tool. Understanding and provides clear communication.
Super nice guy, great teacher. Would recommend.
He was a good professor BUT the class usually comes with a handful of slackers
Lectures were very interesting and inspirational, my major is in a different discipline, however I beleive that this course is useful for anyone entering the corporate life, as it teaches you how companies are created and how they make profit. Prof has the ability to make convey the subject in an easy way and provides excellent real life examples
Brad is an awesome professor. He is very passionate about the material and brings real life experiences to class which really helps make the material more practical. He also provides great feedback and guidance for the projects. Would highly recommend him for this course.
Brad is a phenomenal instructor. His lectures are very clear and on point. He ties in real-life examples from his past experiences which helps make the material clear. He is full of enthusiasm which helps lectures enjoyable. Brad is also very helpful when needed and clear with instructions. I would definitely recommend Brad. Glad I was his student.
Go to his classes, not just to pass because he is a prof who actually cares if you learn. He is one of the best profs I've had at Ryerson. Very understanding and willing to help. Wants to watch you suceed, not only at school, but after you graduate.
One of my favourite profs, I took this class because I liked him last time. Funny, cool and helpful. Often just stops teaching to tell crazy stories (and then takes that material off the tests). The tests are pretty fair, but the cases which are graded by a TA are harder. Beware of the MASSIVE group project you have to do, find a good group or else
One of the best teachers i've had. Funny, great lectures, exciting, helpful, and really looked out for his students. The tests were understandable and the assignments were able to handle.
Brad is one of my favourite profs! his lectures are really fun and he's just a cool guy. Brings a lot of his own experiences to the class which makes the material easier to visualize.
Brad is an amazing prof. His teaching is clear and on point. The best part is that he ties in real-life examples from his past experiences which not only helps make the material clear but also make it more interesting. In addition, Brad is very enthusiastic and helpful. Definitely recommended. P.S. not an easy marker, but a fair one if you work
ENT555 is required and Brad is the only one teaching it but don't despair. He is absolutely the best for this course. He has loads of real world stories and often goes off on a "tangerine" but you will love the class.
This Family business course is not really exciting material but Brad tries to make it interesting and enjoyable. Beware. He's the kind of prof who likes lots of participating but the good thing is he actually asks you what mark you think you should get.
Good prof. Huge year end group project. Make sure you get a good group. Lectures enjoyable and great real world experience.
Learn from a real entrepreneur. Gives you real life examples. Highly recommend !
Second time I took Brad for an ENT course. This one was just as good as 555. Brad is a good guy who really cares about his students. His lectures are good and he's got lots of real world experience. Beware a hard group project.
Brad is a great prof! Very understanding and always there if you need help. Do the readings, listen in class and you'll do well.
He is an amazing and knowledgeable prof! Everyone in my class loved him. Lectures were engaging and he is a fair marker!
The prof is amazing!! very helpful and willing to do anything before, during, and after class to help students excel and comprehend the course!! Office hours saved me, I got a lot of great info on my mistakes and also where I excelled. I would highly highly recommend Brad as an amazing professor!!
Lot's of Fun. Only 5 weeks and I'm already recommending!
Brad's Rad.
Easily one of the greatest educators I have ever encountered. He teaches in a way that doesn't talk down to his students, and his lessons translate to practical skills which is a rarity in most cases. His personal experience and education have led to the creation of some of the most compelling lectures ever. If you do poorly it's on you.
My favorite professor so far. His ability to add real-world insight from his experience within the entrepreneurial space is top notch. Skips the meaningless parts of the course that all courses have and replaces it with great hands on advice. I don't pity the one-half of the class that does not show up because 9AM is "too early". Your loss.
Best prof I have ever had, couldn't recommend more.
Hes funny. He seems to care. Lots of real life stories. Can be a bit hard on people though.
Lots of talking. A little disorganized, it's understandable. Next to zero feedback. I would have like to know what I did well on and what I didn't but it was just a grade. Slow graded work. Everything is regular. If you show up and participate you should be fine. Tests weren't super hard. regular class.
Brad is a great prof! He is very knowledgeable and his attitude towards his students is uplifting. I really enjoyed most of his lectures. As a person and prof he is wonderful, but this doesnt mean its an easy A course. As his student you will still need to work hard and put in the necessary amount of work!
Brad is easily the best Professor Ive ever had. I wish more human beings were like him - hes just awesome!
Good and nice professor, he has lots of experiences and it is valuable to take his courses if you are ent major.
Unclear about what he wants in the work he gives to students. He goes on so many tangents and does not engage the class or explain anything well. Will talk about personl matters more than he talks about the material. He will say one thing, and then give you a bad mark for it when you do it. VERY condecending, and not helpful or approachable. DONT.
Leads great discussions, open to discuss topics even if not fully relevant. Caring prof, very personable and willing to take an interest in your personal affairs. Favourite prof of the semester and possibly even my time at Ryerson.
You will do well if you attend class, participate once a week, and do the textbook readings (usually less than 5 pages). He makes it easy if you put in a small amount of effort weekly. Would not recommend if you miss a lot of class or don't buy the book. Overall good prof, could work on making assignment outlines more detailed.
Amazing Prof!
I've taken a couple classes with Brad & would highly recommend. He's a great lecturer & keeps the classes interesting & really involves the class. Uses in class case studies to help you understand the content but doesn't grade them so you can just focus on understanding them. Overall, I find him to be a great prof & he cares about his students
Brad leads great class discussion. Overall, he is a very good professor. Brad cares about his students, appreciates a students time and effort, and wants to ensure that every student is set up to succeed. He is very honest and treats every student fairly. 1000% would take again!
Really inspirational! I am a science student but his course made me want to start my own business. Really different from regular science courses because there's a lot of in class participation (15% of grade). Lectures were very engaging and I actually learned a lot. However, his instructions/grading criteria for assignments were too vague.
Brad was an awesome prof! He truly cares about his students and is a REAL business prof. He is practical and understanding. Only negative thing I can think about was that his TA marked our whole class' group projects really really hard which resulted in Brad bell curving everyones mark.
Took this online in the summer and it was all good up until the final which was brutal. Final is all written, HAVE TO know concepts and make sure you have gone beyond the textbook and watched videos prof refers to
Great professor! Very little lectures, and heavily graded on group projects. If you have a great team, you will excel in this course. Constructive criticism given along the way for your project. Be sure to use that to improve upon work. Take advantage of his time as well as you are progressing in building your project.
Brad is a really great guy. He gives great advice, and tells good stories. Class is straight forward and I had fun in it. Thank you Brad you're great!
Hes one of the best professors I had. He cares a lot about his students and goes above and beyond to in explaining to them. He is so passionate about the topic and have tons of experience. Hes a fair marker and would tries to give you credit if you were able to explain well. Make sure to participate as he give you marks For it.
I never met him. The class was all online. He didnt post any lecture slides or any weekly zoom lectures. We were all completely on our own and had to teach ourselves the course. Hes not a hard grader if you follow his guidelines. Theres a creative group projects and 2 written reports. Easy A, but be comfortable with self-study.
Brad is a super engaging professor, I loved his class this semester. He is not a hard marker and you'll succeed if you pay attention. He is passionate about what he teaches and super hilarious too. One of my favourite classes.
Great prof! He is one of those professors who you could listen for hours, he knows how to make boring content actually fun to learn. Very knowledgeable.
Brad is very knowledgable about his field and provides good feedback to help us complete the group assignment. My biggest issue was the lack of clarity in the grading criteria. Assignment outlines were vague, which allowed for flexibility. However, it also created a lot of uncertainty around whether or not submissions met expectations.
Great Prof! Made class enjoyable. Mini-group assignments every week in breakout groups- assignments were straight forward and not difficult. Textbook reading and quizzes every week as well- not graded just for participation. There was a Mid-term and Final Exam. Overall very nice professor, interesting, fun, and sweet guy.
Great Prof! Very engaging and makes content enjoyable to learn. There were week group projects that were straight forward and easy, as well as textbook readings and quizzes that were not graded but used to track participation. There was also a midterm and final. The overall material is not difficult and Brad's lectures were great
I've had Brad in many classes, hes just an all around great human being and professor. What I like about Brad is his emphasis on real world application and his ability to connect our class material to scenarios that us as students may encounter in the future. Brad always keeps it real with the class and is constantly dropping gems in his lectures.
Easiest elective ever. No textbook required but you do pay for a program designed by his friend (like $80). Its all group work but you can split up the steps amongst yourselves to get a good grade. Easy going prof and easy marker.
Great prof, I highly recommend taking his class. The majority of your coursework is done in groups of his choosing. The exam was not difficult at all.
Brad is a super nice guy, he is very passionate about what he does and I would definitely recommend taking a class with him if you can.
Such a great and genuine guy! Funny, understanding and patient. It was the first time I had him teaching a class of mine, hopefully it wont be the last. More teachers like this pls, GO BRAD!
I've had Brad for many classes, easily one of the best profs at Ryerson. Brad responds to emails fast and genuinely cares about the success of his students. Highly reccomend Brad.
Overall pretty poor professor this sem. Brad is a nice guy on the inside, but the way he taught ENT 570 this sem was not so good. Class was not inspiring, and he often talked to us in this really bad tone of voice and could be quite unpleasant to be around. The marking is unnecessarily hard and overall just a bad experience taking this class.
Great prof who cares about his students. Definitely a challenging course but you learn a lot and Brad tries to include content and bring in speakers that are relevant and applicable. Very accessible outside of class and there if you need any help.
I have had Professor Poulos for two classes now, ENT500 and BSM100. He is a great prof. One of the best at Ryerson. His lectures are great, funny and often he goes on tangents but they're always interesting stories about things that happened in his business career. I would DEFINITELY recommend him.
Brad is one of the most accessible, caring profs I've had at Ryerson. He is a tough grader but he is also reasonable. You can talk to him about anything from what I could tell. There aren't really lectures in this class. Only a few but he's really interesting, and he's interested in his students which is refreshing.
Super Great Guy. I would take again in heartbeat. Not a super tough course, IF you do the readings and go to class.
Great Prof! One of the best I've had at Ryerson. Seems to care. Not a lot of lectures in this class. You need to do a lot of work outside class time, and he makes up the groups which in my case was fine but others got really crappy groups. Genuinely nice guy. Pretty funny.
My favourite professor at Ryerson this year, and the only class I genuinely enjoyed this year! One of the nicest and most genuine professors at Ryerson, Ryerson is lucky to have such a professor. Out of all the professors I've encountered in all my courses, Professor Poulos is the best. -A
A very good Professor, and person, who goes the extra mile to ensure that his students understand all the concepts they need to learn. If you pay attention, and put in the work, Professor Poulo gives you everything you need to do well in the course. The quizzes are also an easy mark booster. -Ay
Prof. Poulos is hilarious. He really brings material that can be dry and boring up a level. I always looked forward to his lectures. He goes off on "tangerines" a lot but the stories are really good and he made business interesting. This class has random group assignments that are tedious but not difficult. Highly recommend.
Probably my favourite professor this semester. It's rare to keep everyone's attention while still speaking for most of the class, but Brad always does. Very good at using anecdotes to make broader points. Group projects were usually simple. Exam Q's are usually repeats of those projects. Someone mentioned lots of HW, but I didn't find that.
Professor Poulos was probably one of my favourite professors. His lectures were very engaging and he teaches the material very well while also being able to relate it to real-life examples (which personally helped me and a lot of my classmates). He made the class fun and has a good sense of humor. I would definitely recommend taking his class!!
Great prof. Not that much work. Super engaging and fun classes. Interesting group work too. 100% recommend this prof and would definitely take him again
It was a pleasure being in this course, and I really enjoyed it. Prof P is one of the nicest and most genuine professors at ryerson, and is one of the best professors at Ryerson.
Dr. Poulos is an amazing professor, and I highly recommend anyone to take his ENT classes. Best professor at Ryerson hands-down. He is caring, funny, helpful, intelligent and laid back. If you want a class where you will learn and have fun doing it, go with Dr. Polous
One of the best so far at Ryerson. Definitely cares. He's tough but fair. Funny (goes off on "tangerines"). A bit slow grading.
Brad has been the worst teacher I have ever had. I can speak for myself and a few other members in the class when I say I have never had a more unorganized teacher. All his assignments/ rubrics were written years ago and don't correlate with what he says he wants you to do in class. Many more points (thx word limit) but overall, 0/10 experience.
Brad is a great prof! He was always accessible via email, responded fast, and was super helpful. He's very thorough with assignments and provides you with everything you need to get a good mark. He's a tough but fair marker. If you put the work in, do as the assignments say, and ask questions if you're unsure, you will do well in this course.
Brad is not the best prof for ENT526, try going for the other profs. He's a bit of a hard marker and provides rubrics that don't match up with what he wants from you. The last assignment had very vague instructions, no rubric, and was worth 20% of your mark. Overall, his instructions were unclear and he doesn't know what he wants
Prof. Poulos is the second prof I've had on a Chang (online) course. I found him to be very cordial and responsive. His marking is ok. I thought he was fair. The book is expensive but you need it.
I found him to be very approachable, and knowledgeable about the material. He's a bit slow marker, but was fair.
Brad was one of the worst professors I've personally had in Entrepreneurship. He does not refer back to his own rubrics when he grades, nor provides clear instructions on what he expects for each assignment - then blames the class for poor marks (which reflect his teachings and lack of instruction). Marks subjectively, is very egotistical
He is tough, but he makes you better. Brad has a huge amount of experience in business, and he wants to help students by using real-world examples. One of the best profs in the program, if not the best.
Not sure what class the other raters were in but I thought Brad was an amazing teacher. He truly cares about his students. He grades a bit harshly, but fair. Go to class. Pay attention. Put in some effort and contribute to your group, and you will do well in this class. Brad is also hilarious at times. Beware the "tangerines" (Tangents) he goes on!
Get ready to work! He can be intense sometimes too. But he cares. You might hate him in January when you start but you will love him by July. He made me a "better" me! He can be tough on slackers too. Make sure you get a good group or it will be a long two semesters.
Very nice guy! Knows his stuff. Pretty funny and really seems to care. He says he's a tough marker but the only thing we got back so far he was generous with my mark anyway (80%). So far he seems great.
Honestly one of the worse professors. Does not actually teach anything for ENT 100 (no lecture or tutorial) and it's all do it on your own. Very little guidance and only given few resources (like 2 links) and the rest is on your own. Then grades you harshly for not doing it they way he expected despite literally no lectures or any form of guidance
I took this to work on my musical career. There are no classes or lectures, and everything we do is based on our own plans and desires. So far I've had 3 zoom calls with prof Poulos. He's been very helpful, and made great suggestions on how I can approach my career. He is a musician himselves, and is one of the nicest profs I've met so far at TMU.
Prof Poulos is my favorite prof so far at TMU. His lectures are awesome. Those we have that is because this class only has a few. He really cares about his students and tries to make us be a better "us". Highly recommend. Incredible person!
I took another class with Prof. Poulos last fall. This is my 2nd class with him. He's very approachable and pretty funny too. He sprinkles his lectures with lots of real life examples and shares interesting stories. I would definitely recommend him as a prof for enterpreneurship classes. Watch out! He goes on tangents but calls them "tangerines".
Professor Poulos is probably my favourite prof TMU has to offer. Not only is he funny, but he is also extremely kind and caring toward his students and genuinely wants them to succeed. I 100% recommend him as a professor.
I think he knows what he's talking about and has ample experience in the entrepreneurship industry to back the information he talks about.
No grades yet other than a small group assignment but so far he's turning out to be one of the best profs in whole Enterpreneurship major.
Coolest dude at TMU so far bar none!
Nice guy. Good lectures. A bit long winded.
This class with Brad and Charlene has been truly transformative. Initially, I was wary of them. They seemed stern and unyielding. By the end it was obvious that they cared. They're preparing us for the real world which, as they often said, come "without accommodations or rubrics." This class has been the highlight of my undergraduate experience.
Had him for BSM 200 (which wasn't an option on this rating for some reason). He's super chill and quite funny. I believe this was his first year teaching BSM 200 but he did a good job. He's a quick and prompt email responder and quite flexible. Cool dude
This is a strange course without a lot of lectures, which is good, but there's not a lot of structure. IT's mostly a big group project where you work on a plan for a business. Brad is awesome. He's funny and helpful. He wants you to do well. If you're not good at self-motivation, think twice about this course.
Professor Bradley is probably one of if not the best lecturers you will have in TMU. He engages with his material and it shows he cares for you as a student. His assessments are relatively straightforward if you attend his classes. He grades pretty generously and it's not difficult to obtain a good grade in his class Highly recommend this professor
I've had egotistical professors who think highly of themselves because of their job. Professor Bradley is a humble, caring well-respected individual. He has lots of experience and wisdom beyond the classroom. I took a summer course with him for an open elective to get by but after speaking with him I enrolled in another course he teaches. Hes great
- knows his material - kind - quick response time - engaging - is easy to talk to - is understanding - a good mentor - a good person Highly recommend taking this professor if you want to learn interesting concepts whilst boosting your gpa
Prof Poulos is a tough but caring instructor. His lectures are informative, and he uses real-world examples to drive the lessons home. The workload is heavy, but if you put in the effort, you'll come out a better entrepreneur. Unstuckstudy and class attendance are key to success.
Brad is a hoot! His lectures are really great. He goes on "tangerines" a lot! (-:, But he has great stories. He makes fun of himself and has a great classroom environment. One of my top 3 profs in four years at TMU.
Students are forced to purchase the online “textbook” for $80 USD. Little to no instruction given for assignments and if you ask questions, you're treated like an idiot. Prof yelled at a student in-class. The main solo project is a drop shipping competition and if you don't sell enough products, you get a bad grade 👍
Brad's entrepreneurial course was amazing. He's a great coach. I'm not sure what class some of these other posters were in. I had him for BsM200 which was a lecture styled course as well and I loved his approach. He uses a TA for all grading.
