Professor Waltman is a great teacher! I looked forward going to his class; he takes his time to make sure his students understand. He gets involved with his students and that is what makes him a great teacher. I highly recommend him.

he is fair if you want easy this is a so so. You have to want to learn for this class but he is fair and stern at the same time. Amusing and funny teacher you will definetly have fun in his class, its light and airy.

I took his class online and I quiet sad that he doesn't teach 101 but I highly recommend this teacher to you all!

Prof. Waltman is great! I took his Eng 100 class online. This is a very easy class. He lays everything out for you. 4 Essays and required weekly postings. Follow Syllabus and you will have no problem. Easy A for sure. He is very friendly,fast grader and quick to respond to emails.

I loved this class! I was retaking ENG 101 because my last professor was a nightmare! She made me feel insecure about my work and I hated going to class. Waltman is nothing short of amazing! He is clear on his instructions, is more than willing to help students out, and most importantly he makes the students feel comfortable about their work. :)

Pretty easy course. You write postings every week. Post comments on other people's postings. There are five essay you have to write and one research paper. He takes a while getting back to you on a question. Other than that he's OK.

Great professor for an online course, syllabus is clear. Gives feedback on writing assignments and is very encouraging. Perfect class for those who work well on their own. I wouldn't say it's easy but if you're one of those people who just "get it", this is the class for you.

If you are unable to work on your own, and are lazy, none of the online classes are for you! Mr. Waltman is a wonderful professor, and I am taking him again on ENG 231 because I enjoyed and learned much in this class.

I took this class online there is lots of reading and writing essays. One essay per story and you post. If you read the stories, post and reply to your classmates you have an easy A. I enjoyed taking this class.

This class was easy, alot of reading and writing but thats what an english class is. Grading was fair and i got feed back on my reports if i got any grade lover than an A. I would recommend this teacher for anyone taking english 101.

This professor was extremely helpful, and he genuinely WANTS you to pass. He helped he out a great deal, and I'm glad I took his class. Its easy enough if you do the required essays and study for exams.

I took his class online which I do not regret at all! 5 essays and a weekly discussion post where you summarize readings. It's a great and easy class if you do your work and work well alone. He also gives great feedback and responds to emails quickly.

Hes great he gives feedback on all the esays you do. Not much is required rom them just respond to 1 of 3 ten min topics. Respond to classmates discussions each wekk and you should be great. A month left into the semester i Have an A currently and I dont see It dropping any time soon.

This teacher was great. If I didn't understand things or his comments on what I need to improve on he responded back very quickly! I hated writing and English but after taking his course I realized I am better that I had thought. Overall a great experience interacting with fellow students and teacher. Took English 101 during the summer online with Mr. Waltman. Great professor and extremely smart. Has a rare talent of being so gifted in his field of work and at the same time being able to instruct beginners to perfection. I loved this class. It was an easy A. I took this class as a hybrid and it was crazy easy. Waltman is a great professor but it takes him awhile to get back to you which is a downer. Other than that, he's a great teacher, I highly recommend him!

I took Professor Waltman's Eng 101 class online. He is a very helpful professor. He tells you what he wants and will answer right away when you ask a question. There were weekly discussions about readings from a book, 3 essays and a research paper. Fairly easy class.

Took this class as a Hybrid Course and I honestly enjoyed it quite a bit. Professor Waltman in class was very friendly and clear with his lectures. The actual assignments he assigned through online and the book were generally easy, just sometimes time consuming. I'd definitely recommend him to other students.

Took his Bybrid Class. Best Teacher ever! His class is easy you pretty much at least have to try and attempt his work. The person who receives anything lower than a B does not take school seriously. Just show up, do his assignments. Show up for review for mid term and final and receive your A.

Awesome professor. I took his class as a hybrid. Although he does make students read a lot, he helps with anything along the way. He is very clear about things. Definitely passed his class easily. As long as you do not get lazy along the way, you will pass and enjoy the class.

Awesome teacher! Has passion and assignments are easy. Does not accept late work at all, but the essays are really easy and he does review for the test. There is a weekly reading and disccusion. This class is basically composed of small weekly post and discussion, 4 essays and 1 8-page essay. Every essay is given an ample amount of time before due date and he always gives helpful feedback. Easy class, I will definitely take him again if I could.

Professor Waltmans online canvas class was great and he is by far the best professor Ive ever had! He is extremely caring and gives thoughtful feedback. There are 5 essays: three 2-3 page essays, one four page, and one 8-page research paper (he let me pick my own topic). There is also a weekly required reading/peer comment assignment due. EASY!

This was the easiest English class i've ever taken. I took the online 8 week course. 3 easy essays from prompts in the book. I recommend using the online tutoring to polish papers before sending it to him. The only grades are from essays so you must do well on each essay to get an A. One 8 page research paper on any topic you choose. EASY A!!!!

Easiest English class of my life. Remember to do discussion posts on time and you will get full credit for those. Papers easy. 10 page research paper that I did in 4 hours, honestly, it was poorly written I am not sure how I got an A. (For all textbooks) buy and take pics of the pages and return it for a refund. For an online class, he was very interactive and gave good feedback on all the essays. Easy enough to take as a shortened summer semester class

I took an online Eng 101 class. weekly summaries due, three essays & one research paper. easy class, you will read but not anything extreme short stories and essays. He gives great feedback and responds quickly

Took English 100 for an online class and I thought I wouldn't do well because I've always been bad at English, but did super well in this class! As long as you read and participate each week and turn in everything on time (since no late work is accept literally ever) you will do just fine.

LOVED taking his online class. He gets back to you in a timely manner and his feedback towards the assignments are extremely helpful. I did 3 essays from a topic in the textbook and 1 research essay, topic of choice. Then there was a discussion every week. I would take his class over and over if I needed it!

Great Professor! Gives good feedback and clear grading criteria. Gives study guide that has the exact same questions as the Exam.

Class is super easy so this is a easy A class but he never replies to any of my emails. Don't expect any helpful feed backs about your paper. Basically just do the work, turn in work on time and you'll pass.

Didn't like that this was a Sum '19, 8 week class and we still had to do discussions for every week.

Professor Waltman has been great. He gives great feedback on essays, but just to be safe submitting essays to the writing center doesn't hurt. There are 4 essays total, very easy topics. There are weekly discussions based on the book, you can't pass the class without the book. Deadlines are important, if you do the work, you pass the class.

Not too heavy when it comes to writing. There were only three small papers and the final research paper at the end of the semester. Discussion boards were included, one every week. Aside from that, he gives good feedback on how to perfect your papers and hardly ever comments any cons when you turn it in. Great professor and is quite funny.

Professor Waltman's class was the first English class I took and actually liked. Show up to class cause he gives notes. There are 5 essays throughout the semester and assignments every week that are not hard. He is very clear and thorough. Stay on top of your work and do not procrastinate. Give effort and respect and he will show the same.

Hands down my favorite professor of all time. I would def take another course offered by him if I needed to. He's encouraging and actually cares about his students. All around an enjoyable professor, I can't say enough good things about him.

Took Professor Bradley Waltmans English 100 class, and hes been an amazing professor to have. Definitely an easy A if you do the work. Every week theres a discussion after reading from the textbook. The discussions are graded all together so make sure to do all of them. 5 essays total, last one is a research paper. Would recommend!

This class was easier than expected, a book is needed for reading and weekly discussions. I took a summer 4 week course, we had a discussion due each week and 3 essays one of them was a research paper. no final no midterm. would definitely recommend.

I took professor Waltman for ENG98 and ENG101 online. For ENG101 there was a discussion question due every week minus weeks 13-15 and a far as papers, there were four regular essays, one eight page research paper, and then a two page Reflection of the course paper due at the end. It was a very easy class and feedback was received on every paper.

Professor is really nice. Work is easy, there is like 12 discussions in total and you have to read the book and answer three questions for the discussion and answer two other classmates post. There is 5 essays in total and no final exam but a final cited essay. Just do the work and its an easy A!

Lots of reading, weekly discussion posts (one original 175 -250 words, two asides 60 - 90 words), 4 essays (3 - 6 full pages MLA), one cited essay (8 pages plus 1 MLA), and a final (two-page course eval). Professor Waltman responds to questions via email fairly quickly, he does not provide a lot of feedback, unless you ask for it.

As everyone else stated his class is pretty easy if you put the work in to finish the essays and class discussions on time. Make sure you put effort into your work and use quality scholarly sources to get a decent grade and you'll pass. Textbook was required too.

This course was well laid out and upfront. He is very detailed in his feedback for papers. Just do the work and keep up with it and the class is a breeze.

Prof Waltman was a good teacher, but his work was a bit unorganized, some assignments wouldn't open up and there were a lot of issues. His emails didn't work and when I told him, he said I may have a problem with my computer, so.. idk. he doesn't give feedback or will let you know if you got something wrong. its only a heavy course if you work.

The reading assignments were not too heavy. Weekly discussion boards on the reading assignments were easy enough. The essays and papers got increasingly more challenging and time consuming, it was an excellent introduction to college-level English with works-cited. I appreciated the weekly feedback, Professor came across as genuine and encouraging.

Only 5 essay and the last one is 8 pages. The rest of the homework are discussions boards which you need to read from the book you'll get.

5 papers due for this class, all of which you are given topics to choose from. He gives you ample time to complete assignments and papers. Discussions were due every week with readings from the textbook. He gave really good feedback and instructions were very clear for each paper. I 100% recommend his class to everyone!

his readings are very interesting and educating, they really make you think, a lot of the discussion work is your opinion and how you feel, 3 essays all very easy and fun to do. Discussion boards every week. I am a full time student, worker, and I have a second part time job. still easiest class I took, GREAT teacher responds as soon as he can.

This class was straight forward and fairly easy. Weekly readings and discussion posts. Material was good and interesting. 5 main essays throughout the semester ranging from 4, 5, 6 and 8 pages long double spaced and MLA style. Professor Waltman is a fantastic professor! I took his 4-week long ENG102 class and he gave a fair amount of work, along with the perfect amount of time to complete his assignments. I had a question about an essay and he responded within an hour and gave me clear instruction back. I would HIGHLY recommend taking his class!

I am taking English 101 online after 10 years of leaving high school. I got an A on my first paper. Book is used. He gave good feedback. must participate in weekly discussions by reading a chapter, answering provided questions, and responding to two people on the discussion board. Four papers are written. You choose a topic from his choices.

Enjoyed his class so much I took eng101 and eng102 with him! Everything is straightforward and is based off your writing material. Very much recommended.

Took this class Fall 2023. Professor Waltman was great! My only downfall in this class was the discussion posts/readings only because some of them were boring and he did not accept anyyy late work but he does warn you the first day of class. Other than that, he always gave great feedback and was extremely helpful in helping me improve my writing.

ENG100 with this professor is manageable with consistent effort. Weekly discussions, 5 essays (up to 8 pages), and a helpful textbook. unstuck study was useful for essay prep. Recommended if you don't mind regular writing assignments.

this was the easiest eng 101 class that i ever took. i hate english and i got a A+. 1 discussion board a week, 4 essays, and 1 final exam at the end of the semester. the pace of the course is very well put together. professor was cool and grading was fair and transparent. signed up for his 102 class because of how good it was! 10/10 would recommend

Had him for English 102 as a summer course, he was very thorough and straight to the point with his assignments. He graded fast, and it seemed like as long as you did the work you passed.
