The only downside to him would be the way he formats exams. There are 15 long answer questions but you only have to answer 10 so you get to pick. However, the questions are long and complicated so lots of memorization. All the content is from PowerPoints in class so textbook is unnecessary. Other than hard exams he's great!

Brady is a wonderful man. He treats all his students with respect, teaches valuable lessons in his class, and makes clear his expectations. As far as I'm aware he's still fairly green as a prof and seems to be doing all he can to be better semester after semester. Take his class.

Honestly loved this course. I really liked that there was a synchronous portion followed by an asynchronous "podcast" that I could do on my own time that night. The fact that there was no exams made it a much better experience. Plus, he's just a really cool dude. There's more about the course than I can fit in this review, so I'll leave this here.

Brady is very accommodating and makes it very clear that it's ok to make mistakes as we are all still learning. All assignments were gone over in detail with rubrics provided and extra resources to further help us out. Brady is a great professor, speaks clearly and tells you exactly what he wants if you read his rubrics carefully. He is passionate about the subject matter and gives great feedback on assignments. Highly recommend him. Assignments were mostly hands-on with some writing, no tests in his B2B class just assignments which was great.

Only thing I did not like was the learning journals where due at midnight the night you learnt the content. Found myself staying up extra late to finish these. I feel they could have been due either by midnight the next night, within 3 days or even before the start of next class as they often weren't marked for weeks anyways.

Brady is overall a great prof! I think that he tries his best to make his lectures engaging, although he mostly just uses his slides. This doesn't mean you can skip class, though. His examples for the class items are awesome! His exam structures (at least for this class) are all long answer, but they are all slides-based. He does respond to emails!

Brady is very outgoing, approachable and extremely fair when it comes to grading. Some students feel that his exams were difficult or hard to understand. However, I disagree. As long as you study and review the main concepts a bit, it'll be no problem getting a good grade. He is very open minded when it comes to negotiating marks as well!

For Brady's first semester of being a professor I think he did an excellent job in managing an online classroom. He offered lectures both synchronous (over zoom) and asynchronous (in the form of a podcast) which I thought was a good way to go about an online class. Make sure you are well practiced for the disco and sales calls and you will do well.

Lectures have a lot of class discussion and have examples that are help by being present in the class. Prof also has multiple guest speakers that help us get a deeper understanding of material. Prof understands student stress and struggles and makes an effort to limit that. Sometimes goes through slides too fast and exam formats are challenging

Pacing was excellent: you had enough time to take in all the clearly presented information and then apply it in simple activities. Tests were fair: if you knew the material you could do well. Finally, support was more than forthcoming: he had accommodating office hours and gave pertinent feedback.

Brady is clearly passionate about teaching and is invested in ensuring his students do well, he uses a lot of real-world exams throughout his lectures which help make his lectures very easy to understand and study. He is a new professor so his courses have a couple of kinks to work out when it comes to assignments and the flow of the classes.

Tests are usually from the class lecture slides, tests are easy to score if you read through the class slides. The only odd thing i disliked about the class is the book report where you have to read a whole book and write a report on it.

Brady Simpson is an absolute gem of a professor! His lectures are incredibly engaging and interesting and was able to spark interest in marketing. As a newly graduated student, Brady understands what we are going through and was very caring and understanding of students.

In b2b sales Brady was clear from day one he's hear for students to learn something from his class which I really appreciated. The "textbook" was a novel that was interesting, applicable, and engaging to me, in contrast to a boring business textbook. Content of the course is not too overly complicated but the way tests are designed can seem difficult but actually are pretty manageable. The assignments in moodle have some aspects that make them purposely confusing such as the rubrics not really providing much outline to what the assignment wants from you.

Brady did a really great job in his communication efforts towards the class. If something needed clarifying he would get right onto it and send an email giving specific details for the subject matter. Overall, I would recommend him to people that are taking a marketing class.

Brad is an excellent professor; he keeps the entire class engaged with interesting topics, and it shows that he enjoys and is passionate about his work. One problem I have is the late policy, which states that if you are even one minute late, 25% of your mark will be deducted, which I believe is quite harsh.

The study guides for his exams are a MASSIVE W. His exams aren't something you can study the night before and pass. The exams are short answers so you absolutely NEED to know what you're talking about.

Professor Brady was the only teacher that made me consistently want to go to class. The only lecture of his I missed was due to being stuck in a different city. He makes class engaging, fun, and he is incredibly personable. His grading is way more than fair and he sets you up for success in both his class, and other classes. 10/10 recommend

While this was Brady's first asynchronous class, he still made it very engaging with his lectures. They also weren't pre recorded to be used every semester but unique to his class. He sets clear expectations with his class and it is easy to follow. He has great communication and accessibility. He also pushes for items you can use outside of school.

I enjoyed having Professor Brady for MKTG 2020, he was very easy to listen to and he made the class very engaging. He was not afraid to provide help and was available for help outside of class. He really does make the class a fun environment to be in. Ultimately he and this course made me add a minor in Marketing to my degree.
