Very easy to understand. She is willing to help you in any way she can. If you do not understand something she will explain again, if she needs to she will figure out another way to explain it. She makes even word problems a breeze.

Great professor. Very easy to understand, and very helpful. Very enthusiastic and motivated, and never seemed to be in a sour mood. Only the Calculus itself is a little tough, and without such a great teacher it could be quite frustrating.

Ms. Bellovich is a great teacher. She makes understanding algebra easy even though her class is not easy. For each homework assignment she works an unassigned problem from each section. She is willing to go over homework and work the problems you do not understand. People who are willing to work

I took this class online, so that means alot of busy work to replace lecture time. The subject is difficult, but she responds to all questions promptly and thoroughly. She is very involved and organized.

Professor Bellovich is very sweet. Her class was difficult; she does nothing to make it easier, and gives no extra-credit. However, I breezed through College Algebra, and believe it's due to the fact that I really had to work hard to make it through Intermediate Algebra. Just do what you're supposed to do and you'll be fine.

You knew what was expected. Tests were the ONLY thing that were hard, just because there are 30 or so questions and it's worth 200pts... not much room for error. But your homework and stuff make up for it. I reccomend her, she's extremely helpful and tries to help you do your best.

She was so helpful and explained all of the concepts very well. I took an intermediate algebra class of hers and it really prepared me for college algebra! I wish I'd taken her for coll. algebra too! One of the best.

I think Mrs. Bellovich is a fantastic teacher. I took her online stats. She is incredibly fast with returning emails and answering questions on the discussion board. She also encourages you to stop by her office if you need help. Take advantage of the study guides and practice tests. I highly recommend her stats class!

Mrs. Bellovich was the best math teacher I have ever had. She explains everything in detail and is very patient answering any questions the class had. She doesn't assign homework for a grade, but it is very beneficial to do the homework. She is a very nice woman.

I hate math, but not so much after taking her class. Her quizes and a few of the test questions are directly out of the homework. She was always eager to help me understand the subject. Comprehensive final is VERY easy if you did all the homework during the semester (avg. 3-5 hrs/wk.) Requires a graphing calc, but willing to help us learn to use it

Brena is tough, but you will actually LEARN Business Calculus if you take her. She has many office hours available and is very patient when a student is seeking extra help. GREAT teacher, helpful, and always in a pleasant mood. She is always willing to help the student understand. Test reviews are awsome! Take Brena if you want to succeed.

Mrs. Bellovich was a great instructor. I learned a lot in this class. Expect to spend a LOT of time on homework assignments. It is possible to have a 100% on HW because it is on mymathlab. Tests are average in difficulty. Make sure you study for quizzes(she tells you when one is coming up). Make sure you attend class regularly.

Brena is a very good teacher. Must study for this class and do all assignments (not that many). No extra credit. She will give you all the help you need, you just have to ask. Very nice person I recommend her. Tests are a little on the tough side so make sure you study, if you do you should be able to make an A in the class.

I took Business Calc 1. She is one of the best teachers at TCC! Take her class if you get the chance. She's very upbeat and wants you to learn.

She is a pretty cool teacher! Tests are mostly multiple choice and easy as long as you pay attention in class. Homework on course compass but she is really good about replying to questions quickly. Overall recommended

I took this class online. She is very very helpful if you ask. She is very quick to respond and will make time to visit with you in person. The tests are kind of hard, just study well for it. There was a lot of work to do but I would have done horrible if it was not required.

I took elementary statistics online. She far exceeds any online class experiences I have had. It's a busy class with some busy work, but you get a very responsive teacher in return. Study guides are given for the tests, and she's great about providing more information if you are struggling with a particular area. Highly recommended instructor!

I would take another one of her classes. She speaks quickly, but she will gladly go back and repeat anything if help is needed. Lowest test, and quiz grade is dropped, as well as lowest 5 homework grades.

Took her for elementary statistics online. Easy class but a terrible subject in my opinion. She's VERY good with communication. I made a B in the class but I never studied so it was more than I expected! Drops the 5 lowest homework grades, Tests are proctored and on campus, and she has all due dates mapped out in the beginning.

SO nice & really wants to help. She responds to e-mails quickly. Replaces lowest test grade with final if it's higher. HW is easy since you can do it until you get it right. I got a 100% HW average. The tests are only about 25-30 ?'s long, but you need to study. Does a few easy projects that help raise your grade. TAKE HER!

Took her online stats class, and she is tough. Probably a much better teacher in person, but average online. Lots of homework. Cold and insensitive to students' extracurricular issues (like death in my immediate family). Not recommended if you have a life outside of her class.

Took her Elementary Statistics class online. She used MyStatLab for homework assignments. There were several additional projects for the class, but they were all related to the material in the homework. Tests were proctored, and worth 50% of the grade.

I had Mrs. Bellovich for Trig, and she was extremely halpful and nice. She really knows her stuff. Math isn't my favorite, but she made it bearable. I recommend her!

First mistake I made was taking this class online. Everything through math lab. Hw took forever and the projects were tough. The test were also extremely hard.. But I reached out to her and started coming up to campus and she helped me so much.. She is an amazing teacher. I wish that I could have taken her in class, bc she taught me so much. I ended up only with a c in the class but that was bc I didn't reach out soon enough and took it online.

I cannot speak highly enough of this professor. It had been well over a decade since my last math class - while I met the prerequisite, my skills were definitely rusty. Not only did she teach calculus, but the algebra necessary to understand it. Yes, HW is online, but you can work it until you get 100, leaving quizzes & tests in class. SO helpful.

I took her blended class. I definitely recommend her! She's always available for extra help. She takes off the lowest quizzes, homework and test score so you should have no problem passing if you try! Has study guides & vocab for the tests that are very helpful. Take her!!

This was literally the hardest class I've ever taken... I wouldn't have passed on my own. Mrs. Bellovich really cares for the students and wants them to do good. She is very forgiving when she's grading, so the class is doable. If you have to take trig, take it with her, if not don't take trig.

This was an online class and if I had to do it all over again I would have taken her traditional class. She is extremely attentive and communicates her instructions and expectations incredibly well.. However, it's not the easiest course material and I would have benefited more from being in a class.

Professor Bellovich is an amazing instructor. I took this class online which was a huge mistake. She offered to meet and help anytime we had issues. She made this clear in all of her emails. She wants everyone to succeed. My only advice is if you have any math struggles at all this class should be taken in a classroom setting.

This teacher is available any time you need her. She will work with you on any problems you're having trouble with until you get them. Tests are passable if you are willing to study for them and the homework is due twice every week.

Took her for Statistics online. She responds very quickly and clearly to emails. She was flexible with late assignments 1 point a day after due date. There was quite a bit of reading and homework involved but nothing overwhelming. Having a decent calculator helped a lot in her class as well.

I took her for Calc II and she used MyMathLab. Which makes me not want to recommend her, but she is a very good, not great, teacher and knows her stuff. Tests aren't too bad. Homework problems take a while and there's usually about 20 of them, what makes it worse is having to work with MyMathLab... I wish profs would stick to problems n the book

It had been 6 years since I took Calc I and I was nervous going into Calc II. Prof Bellovich always took the time to explain every part of each problem, even the basic algebra/trig. If you attend most of the lectures, actually DO the homework yourself (she uses mymathlab), and study the test reviews you will get an A

Took Bus Calc during summer. The class itself was difficult, but she always explained things in detail. If you show up to class, do the homework, and use the study guides that she gives you you should do pretty well. She was always available at her office before and after class and was willing to meet students to help them.

Prof. Bellovich teaches hard classes and makes the subjects workable (not easy. She is the best math prof I've had so far.

Brena was very interactive with me and fellow students. She made the class easy to understand and I ended up rocking the material. She's happy to answer questions and help out any way she can. I only wish I'd attended more because I missed out on quizzes I couldn't make up. But if you show up, do your homework ASAP, and ask questions, you're good.

I took this class in 8 weeks so it was intense. I made sure to complete all of the homework with 100's. There is 4 projects not difficult I tended to do them along with the homework made them easier. Read the material and do the homework ask questions.

This professor is my favorite!! She makes math easy to understand. The text book is online and you do homework every week. She does not do surprises, she will tell you ahead of time when and what a quiz is on. Homework can be taken over until you reach 100%.

This is just one of those classes you have to put in the work to pass. She's quick to reply and very helpful when you have questions. She also makes it clear what her expectations are from the start of the class. Her weekly emails are also very helpful reminders. Don't take the online course if you aren't willing to work for your grade.

I took the online class. Prof. Bellovich actually encouraged you to contact her with questions. Replies to emails quickly as well. However, this class was challenging for me. I worked really hard for my B. I met with my tutor at least once or twice a week every week of this semester to help me understand this class. Homework platform was Pearson.

If you plan to take more math classes in the future, you want Mrs. Bellovich. She's incredibly patient when you ask for help during office hours. Also, she's not one to just mark a question wrong; she'll highlight the step where you messed up and lets you use graded exams as a study tool. Easily the best math professor I've had so far.

I LOVE Mrs. Bellovich! Maybe math isn't so bad after all. I HATE math and she made me so comfortable in what I'm doing. She gives unlimited attempts at your homework so as long as you do your work on time you will end with a 100 on all homework assignments. If you do miss the dead line she gives 50% credit. I was completely prepared for all tests.

She had the perfect amount of work spread across a reasonable time span, her syllabus and calendar were comprehensible, the course work and text book were well thought-out, and you can tell she cares. I don't like math, it is one subject that I seem to always struggle with. I took the 8 week statistics course over the summer and it was easier than I thought it would be. Lots of homework and a fast paced class, but if you do your homework and take the practices quizzes you should do well on the tests. I would recommend her to other students.

She is a really nice person and a solid professor. Knows her stuff and is very organized. The downside to that is there isn't a lot of room for error or laziness, especially when it comes to her tests and homework. Her lecture videos online were about an hour long each in addition to our two in-person class meetings and homework assignments weekly.

Take her! She has been my favorite professor so far! She really knows what she is talking about and is super chill. You get to use all your notes for the tests. There are homework assignments every week but you have unlimited attempts. So as long as you turn it in on time it is an EASY A! I have enjoyed this class so much!

Completely aware that a lot of people avoid math like the plague for a variety of reasons but she genuinely wants to make you feel comfortable and confident with the material. Here lectures are very long and detailed, but that is good if you listen because she will explain every detail in the lecture. She was always willing to answer any question and re-explain. Lots of long homework and projects, but you could get online help. And tests were not hard if you paid attention in class.
