Great professor. Keeps things as clear and simple as possible. He also jokes here and there. Not my favorite class I have to admit. I felt odd and uncomfortable in that class. Also, I received an A for both BUS 101 & 102, but the material doesn't stick. I can't remember a thing I've learned in that class. Perhaps, his grading is TOO easy for me.

This teacher doesn't necessary teach, so much as just talks and then expects you to learn the rest from the book. To tell you the truth I didn't really learn anything in this class, I basically had to teach my own self. Doesn't properly explain things. But an easy class so take it if you want an easy A and no actual learning to do.

I took BUS-111 Intro to Business for the SP 2016 Semester. I recommend taking this class with Mr. Gilligan because he's an excellent teacher. When he assigns homework he gives you enough time to complete it & if you have questions he will answer them. Points are given for attendance, there's extra credit available to do, and you enjoy the class.

There is HW and EC for every CH. if you don't pass this class it's honestly because you don't want to. Participation is required. He is available outside of class for extra help. Tests were never a surprise, he always prepared us with the material that was going to be on them. Funny, easy going.

Also, if you do not pass this class with a B or higher, it is because you didn't even try. He gives you the tools to pass, all you have to do is go to class and do the homework. #Respect

Gilligan is a good instructor that gives good lectures for the students to understand what business is about. The class overall is easy if you understand the stuff that he teaches as well as the tests given in a measure of time. You can't fail the class unless you yourself don't feel like doing the work or failing the tests if you don't study.

"Keep in mind" there are some students who take other classes as well. Ergo not an "easy A" "Keep in mind" some only take one class therefore making this class a tad easier to concentrate on for certain students. Get ready to study open note quizzes BUT learn the material. It will become difficult is you are JUST "getting by".

The feedback on the projects are great use for the next project.
