If science is not your subject, this is the right teacher. He explains everything in baby steps. He puts it all together and he makes it interesting. Easy test. Easy going. Good wise crack here and there. If you got him, stick with him.

If you fail this class it's because you simply aren't trying at all. He makes what can be a boring subject interesting with his dry wit. Plus there are no surprises. The tests and quizzes are not too difficult if you study at least moderately. He reviews for each exam, says what type of questions will be there, and sticks to that. A good choice.

Lecture Class: Four Quizzes, One Midterm, One Final. For Lab class: One Midterm, One Final. Assignments: Two Short Essays. Buy only the lab book and Dr. Kendall will assign extra credit of one point for each "Self Test" completed. Warning - Dr. Kendall has a bad habit of incorrectly grading exams so please double check your answers.

This Prof. teaches with humor and patience. You can easily get an "A" like I did by studying his notes and participating with easy lab experiments. All you need is the lab book to do your assignments/homework. You must type two essays based on Biology/Environment. His exams are true/false and multiple choice. Best Biology Professor!!!

I hadn't taken biology in many years, and prof kendall taught it to us with great clarity. I absolutely loved his style of teaching. He is a very patient man and he loves what he teaches. Highly recommend him.

The best biology professor there is! He gives 4 quizzes(drops the lowest one), 2 midterms(lab and lecture), 2 finals(lab and lecture), 12 easy lab assignments and one 2 page written report. He also gives a lot of extra credit which will pull your grade up easily. The tests are easy with maybe a few tough questions. Overall must take professor.

He is very old but he is a good Prof. The best so far that I have had. Very easy going and very lay back.

Have to take Dr. Kendall for bio class. His tests are hard and tricky, but based only on his lecture. If you put enough effort and time you can get an A. He makes bio interesting.

Overall she makes Anatomy and Physiology interesting. He is a really good professor, but his exams are hard and tricky but only on his class lecture. You have to make sure you study all of his notes and make sense of it. Must take!

This is really a wonderful prof. That being said, this is NOT a class to take if you want an "easy A". Take another prof. BUT if you want to actually learn everything and be truly challenged, this is the BEST prof. My study habits have changed because of him and now I am prepared for anything. I received a hard earned A and know everything!

If you want an easy A then its not for you. He teaches a lot and you have to study hard to get A. There is no extra credit at all. In every quiz he gives 2 questions from reading assignment and 2 short answers. others are mc, true false. Midterm and lab written test will have 4 to 5 short answers. I like his teaching style. Overall very nice prof.

He is a very informative professor. If you are a hard worker take him. DON NOT TAKE HIM IN A SIX WEEK COURSE! He will load you with information and then give you a 20 question quiz. 2 from reading which he tells u before quiz and 2 short answer which are such curveballs it's unbelievable. One of the best professors at BMCC. Exams are based on his lectures. You can read the textbook as a supplement if needed. The book is only really used for a couple of questions on a particular topic he picks. He is very clear in his lectures and will often repeat and exphasize what you need to know and understand. His exams are easy when you STUDY!

Prof. Kendall is a really great professor. He gives out highly organized notes, he explains his lectures clearly and assists his students by posting lab practical exams on blackboard. Also, his quizzes are slightly difficult. Whoever is taking him should focus more on his notes than the book. But, overall, he's excellent. just study hard.

I had prof Kendall as my LAB professor only. I just want to point that out because I can't speak for his lecture classes. But as a lab professor he is excellent! His quizzes can be very difficult BUT he gives you all the materials you need to study and a LIST that goes with it. Exam questions are all based on those, your are good.

One of the best anatomy professors in the school. He is crystal clear and understand lie during his lectures. Study his notes and read book on his assignments. LECTURE ONLY! I just wrapped up a 6 week semester of SCB 203 with Professor Kendall. WOW! toughest semester of my life, personally I liked Kendall. But this class is not for the lazy. His teaching style is straight lecture and notes, he explains everything clearly. Study his notes more then the textbook. My only issue was his exams are TRICKY!!

Had him for lab only. He gives out worksheets at the beginning of almost every class. This is ur test material as well as ur notes. His teaching method worked for me. straight foward and organized. teaches u what u need to know on ur level. second time taking anatomy and he made a difference in my experience this time around.

Best anatomy professor. Crystal clear to understand what he is teaching. Study his notes and read assignments you will do well in class. Exams are extremely tough and tricky. Do not take him if you hope for an easy class. he makes you work for the grade. No extra questions. His notes are amazing.

Want A?First read his notes very carefully and listen to his lec, always be ready to add those extra info that he usually gives during his lec. Whatever is in bracket "do memorize it" like Adrenalin (epinephrine). Functions, locations and examples very important. I am a full time student and I work, if I can get A then so can you. :)

Took for lecture and lab. Follow HIS NOTES, they are KEY to passing. Quizes were easy, but tricky at times so I recommend reading TB for better understanding. Grading was based ONLY on quizes and exams. I missed lecture 4-5x, did poorly on a few quizes, but great in lab. Overall, got a B+. He is a fair grader and an encyclopedia, ask him anything.

Professor Kendall is a very knowledgeable professor. He knows what he's talking about, and can clearly explain anything you don't understand. You can tell he loves what he teaches, and makes the lectures enjoyable to sit through. His quizzes and tests are fair, as long as you're willing to study. I highly recommend him. Wish I had him for A & P 1.

I had to drop his class because I took it in the short (6weeks) session. I could not catch up the two exams a week, I needed an A. Well, all 203 classes has the same amout of exams. So I re-took his class in the (12wks session). As long as you study what he did in the class, you'll ge good grade. In addition, his English is clear. He's American.

Cool dude! Very organised, very knowledgeable, well groomed professor. Study his prepared papers and you will be fine. I love that he repeats himself over and over, that way it sticks. Study and understand his presentations and you will do well.

There is no HW aside from bringing simple presentations that he provides on BB. Exams are multiple choice w/2 written, not difficult but read his questions carefully. There is a lot of note taking. Focus on the note and presentations and you are golden! You could read the textbook but if you are focused in class you won't need it much.

I was pretty nervous taking A&P as I havent been in college for over 6 years. Yes this class is intense and it is a lot of material but Professor Kendalls lectures are clear and he gives you lots of examples to remember the material. He truly is a fantastic professor. You wont regret taking him.

Memorize his notes and do well on tests and you'll get an A! Took his class for 6 wk course and it was literally 2-3 quizzes and lab tests a week but it was doable. Used the textbook for a few things but his notes are very clear. Great professor, funny and knowledgeable.

I've completed both 203 and 204 and thankfully, both lecture professors have been amazing. Kendall truly is a gem. Everything you need is in his lectures and the stuff he posts on Blackboard. As long as you read and study his notes, record/listen to his lectures? You'll be fine.

He is one of the best professors I ever have. Is fascinating to be in his class you will have the opportunity to learn and have a good understanding of A&P. If you really love what you are doing, you will enjoy his class so much. As long as you put your effort, you will be more than fine.
