He's a great teacher! Very enthusiastic and fun. One of my favorite teachers here.
Great teacher... highly recommended.
He's really nice and easy. It's a lot like High School seminary. Cool guy though
He's very nice and helpful and really cares if you understand what your learning or not. His class is easy. You do the reading assignments and about three papers that are really easy and a few tests. IT's a good class.
Really knows what he's talking about. And teaches so that students understand it.
Knows his subject well. Little too fond of powerpoints, but encourages discussion.
You have more papars than average religion teachers and questions due every other week, but still not too much work. He knows his stuff. Just make sure you don't take him in the mornin. I fell asleep in his class every day. Not too exciting, but a nice guy and will answer all questions.
Cool teacher, funny, helpful, sincere, i liked him a lot. Just make sure you read every assignmnent
Brother Kinghorn is a funny and intelligent man, he's always willing to learn if you present new information and presents the information in a great way. Amazing teacher, i totally suggest him
I loved this class! The discussions were always helpful and inspiring. There were quite a few papers due, but if you did them with the right attitude, they were really quite fascinating to write. This class helped me to think and ponder things that I had never before considered. Great teacher... highly recommended. :D
I loved his class. He was an amazing teacher who took the time necessary to make sure that everyone understood the scriptures. I enjoyed his class a lot, and I would definitly recommend this class.
Bro Kinghorn is funny! He is knowledgeable and great!
Brother Kinghorn is a great guy, very smart and his class is very easy if you read and write insight papers well. For Rel 324 we did a project instead of a midterm and a final. We had to put 15 hrs into anything that had to do with the D&C of our choice so it was fun to do.
He was a really good teacher, really good at answering questions on the Book of Mormon, both deep and not so deep. And he really doesnt mind saying that he doesnt know the answer. Great humble guy!
I really learned a lot in his class. He is a really good teacher. If you are sick, he will help you out. He cares about his students.
Good.
My favorite religion teacher of all time. He is very kind and fair. He can make you laugh your face off, but he can be serious when he needs to be. He is very knowledgeable and, overall, a great teacher.
My favorite Religion teacher hands down! He was really fun to get to know, and he knew so much about the BOM. Take him if you can! Nice arms too
He really helped teach the book of mormon and he was funny. great teacher overall
He is such a nice guy! He was really fun and really taught you what each religion was about. Before I didnt know the differences between some of the religions and it was great learning from him.
He is very intelligent and knows the material well. He has lots of experience and he makes class fun.
Bro. Kinghorn really knows his stuff and answers questions like a champ. He has a great sense of humor and is very helpful. The class was SO easy. There is a 20-hour project, but you get to do anything you want as long as it relates to D&C or church history. NO tests. Reading, ungraded journals, attendance points. AND he's nice to look at. :)
His projects are pointless. They don't accomplish his goal, which is allow the student to learn in the way they learn best. Most students don't know how they learn best, so the pick a project that is easy. I think he needs to reign the projects more and give classroom discussion more liberty. He hates to end class without touching his powerpoint.
AWESOME! Probably the best religion professor I've had so far!
He is an awesome teacher! As long as you come to class he is def an easy A.
Great teacher- funny and ALWAYS prepared for any questions, always backs it up. Lot's of reading (half of BOM)-3 questions for each assigned reading. I short presentation and a paper. If you miss 6 absences you flunk. (department rule) Take him!
Love Brother Kinghorn's style of teaching. It is very class lead, but he always puts in his testimony and his knowledge. He is always so incredible prepared with everything you could think of. I can't wait to take another class from him!
Bro Kinghorn teaches a really good class. He knows his info, and really pushes you to learn it too. Just like a lot of classes, you get what you put into it.
Awesome class! Awesome teacher! I learned so much from him! He makes it fairly easy but super fun so you WANT to come to class. He cares about his students. Seriously, TAKE HIS CLASS!
He is a good teacher. He knows the information well. The class isn't too demanding. Need to learn alot of vocabulary though. He is helpful and cares about his students. He brings humor into the class and there is never a stupid question. He has extreme respect for everyone and all ideas and views. Great man. Take class if you want to learn.
Ha ha Bro. Kinghorn is kind of full of himself (also self righteous at moments), but overall is a really good guy. I took the class because you don't have daily quizes like all the other BOM classes. I usually just listen and do homework for my other classes. I guess I would recomend this class since its required to take religon classes.
I enjoyed Bro Kinghorns class. He assigns you a section to read each day. On I-learn you have to enter if you wrote in your journal for the class, read the section assigned, and come up with 3 questions about each section. Fairly easy class and he is ready for any question and has tons of resources and answers. Good class!
Great teacher! I found his world religion class very interesting. His tests are not that hard, mostly out of the book. Occasional group projects. Pretty laid back. Just read the chapter summary glossary terms and you'll get A's on all the quizzes.
Excellent teacher! The work load is a fair amount for the credits. I would defiantly recommend him as a professor. He is a wonderful teacher with a good sense of humor that makes the class enjoyable!
Brother kinghorn is awesome. i flunked his class my freshman year cuz i was a bum and didn't come to class. I'm back from my mission now and remembered loving him as an individual so i'm taking it again. Very interesting class. Great teacher. It's fun to go to class. Take Bro. Kinghorn.
Bro. Kinghorn is a great Religion teacher. I learned so much from his class. His class is pretty easy, but you will learn so much from it.
I took two classes from him, and wish I could have taken more! One of the best teachers I have ever had, he even wrote me a recommendation for grad school!
He is an AWESOME teacher!! I would definitely take him again!
I loved his class! Good discussion, he knows his stuff. Take a religion class from him if you can!
Knows the scriptures. Very good at grabbing attention and staying on task. Didn't use the Manual as much as I would have liked. Also required you to bring the Bible but we used it twice the whole semester. Those are definitely minor gripes. Very interesting and will work with you.
He's a really, really nice guy. He makes a lot of jokes that aren't that funny, but he's a good teacher. I really enjoyed his class.
Best professor ever! I love coming to class and I wish I had it more than just tuesday and thursday. He is a great teacher and has a good sense of humor. I hope to have him again next year for FDREL 122.
This man by far is the best Religion teacher I have ever had. Don't hesitate to take any classes from Bro. Kighorn.
I loved Bro. Kinghorn. He really knows what he is talking about. By the end of the class you feel like you know Joseph Smith like he was your best friend growing up. Most of the grading is based on the honor system. Loved his class.
AMAZING teacher. Willing to get into the doctrine but also humorous and really cares about the students. I would definitely recommend taking classes from him.
Bro. Kinghorn definitely knows what he is talking about. He loves to answer your questions. At the beginning of each class for about 15-20 minutes he just sits down and has a big Q&A with the students about anything confusing from the scripture readings. His main focus is building your testimony. TAKE HIS CLASS
He's gotta be one of the best. Keeps on topic, knows the doctrine, knows how and why to teach it, and he tries to keep it funny. I don't know what more you could ask for.
I took World Religions from him. Great teacher! I enjoyed every class! The workload is definitely reasonable and fun.
Brother Kinghorn truly loves what he is teaching. The work load isn't bad at all. He gives five question quiz's every class day but they are extremely easy. I enjoyed his lectures. Sometimes they could be a bit boring other wise awesome class.
I really learned a lot from his class! He is so nice. The assignments were very enriching and I plan to take from him again!
Amazing teacher! really personable knows everyones names and trys to get to know you! easy class and you learn a lot! our class was small and it felt like a little family! In class you have a 5 question quiz about the days reading(really easy), a group presentation, and a paper!
Bro. Kinghorn is one of the best teachers I have ever had! He really gets you thinking about the gospel and tries to get to know you on a personal basis. The class is not hard, just do the assigned scripture reading and the quiz is not hard! A great class taught by a teacher who has the spirit! He has humor, but at the right time!! You won't regret
AWESOME!! Nuff said.
Bro. Kinghorn is the best religion teacher at BYUI! I loved his class and he makes it easy to get a great grade and learn a ton about the scriptures! Seriously amazing teacher! I'm taking D&C from him this spring and I am stoked!
Such a nice guy! Is very helpful. I had him for a China class and we learned so much! Would definitely take him again! You can't go wrong.
I had him for a China class. He is an amazing teacher very kind and outgoing. His class has a prep assignment before every class but its really easy. Loved this class it would be hard not to get an A.
Awesome class! you will learn so much about major religions of the world. Mr. Kinghorn is very respectful and is very knowlegeable with questions. Projects are hands on and you will work with ohers in class. Hard class but worth it!
PROS: Ask's engaging questions, applies the scriptures to real life, his assignments help you understand the BOM better, approachable, funny, and invites the spirit questions. CONS:If you stay on top of assignments they aren't that bad but if your taking a heavy load you may want to choose another professor who assigns less HW.
Awesome teacher, I highly recommend him. His class isn't too hard, but you learn a lot from him!
For a religion class he has way to much work. A quiz every day. Easy if served a mission or have read D&C prior to class. Teaches his views and not doctrine much of the time. You have a group project with no class time to work on it. 2 papers to write the final is a 3 page paper and a "literacy" paper. Just busy work that have little meaning.
Such a nice guy! He doesn't go into a lot of depth with his teaching and since it is Book of Mormon there is a lot of reading. Just showing up to class gets you the grade you need if you do your reading. I enjoy his personality. He seems to care without being overbearing He is personable and great about working with students.
A nice enough professor, you really get the impression that he cares about you and your life. He invites the Spirit to class and encourages open discussion which provide ample opportunity to share testimony. Overall I had a good experience with him. One counterpoint though is that he does assign a lot of homework.
He is a very intelligent man. I loved being in his classes. The workload is fair for a religion class. As long as you read the scriptures and come to class you'll be fine.
TOO MUCH HOMEWORK. Great teacher and loved the discussions, but he requires way too much for a simple Book of Mormon class. Wish i'd known about the HW load or i would have chosen a different class. i fell behind in all of my classes trying to keep up with everything. The out-of-class project killed me due to lack of out of class time.
He is so awesome and carries the spirit. Very caring and really tries to get to know you as an individual. TAKE HIM!
He was so helpful. Class guidelines were clear. It is easy to get a good grade as long as you do the work! I wish I could take all my religion classes from Brother Kinghorn.
Brother Kinghorn is a great teacher, sometimes he can be unclear, but is willing to help. There is a lot of reading, and you take a quiz at the beginning of each class over the reading. There is a group project, that can be really difficult. And there is an ongoing project that you have to do. He is rather helpful when you need it.
Bro. Kinghorn isn't a bad teahcer. He is good in the classroom. There was a TON of work compared to the 2 credits earned. We had to create and interactive study guide on a chapter in the book of mormon and present it in class. We also had to do a Literacy Worksheet. Mine ended up being 16 pages. Not worth the credits.
Awesome class and Kinghorn is an awesome teacher. The stuff is really interesting and easy, but there is A LOT of homework for two credits, but he is pretty lax with grading. So as long as you put the work in you'll get a good grade, it's also a really interesting class and never boring so that's a bonus. And he's kind of hot in an old man way :)
I loved Bro. Kinghorn! He is a great teacher, a fun person, and always smiley about everything. I enjoyed how he taught the class and how he treats his students. All of his tests are exactly what we talk about in class, so if you pay attention, take good notes, and study the quizzes, you'll pass with flying colors. Great class and great teacher!
Bro Kinghorn is awesome!! He's a lot of fun and brings a great spirit to class. Sometimes the expectations for his assignments aren't laid out clearly and you're left wondering what he's looking for. Talk to him! He will help you understand what's expected. I always look for Brother Kinghorn when I'm taking Religion Credits. He's the best!!
Brother Kinghorn is so nice and such a great teacher! His class is really easy, I would recommend him! He has great insight and I loved his class. He has a great sense of humor and he loves teaching!
He is a fantastic teacher and I would enjoy his classes and even take him again if it weren't for the WORK LOAD. He gives large assignments for the class that are just a bunch of busy work.
Bro Kinghorn is a great teacher. He is hilarious and makes the class enjoyable. There is group work that does require more effort than some other religious courses, but he is awesome and an easy grader. Attendance is important & is noted by taking a reading quiz at start of class. Quizzes are simple though. I would definitely take him again!
Not really any tests. Quizes every day on the reading, so read the block and student manual. Has some papers to do, but really easy. LOVE his class, he is funny and will answer any question you have on doctrine and on the reading. Grading is really easy, the quizes are hilarious and VERY easy!
SO MUCH HOMEWORK. More homework in this class than all other classes combined.
Bro Kinghorn is an amazing man. He grades assignments really easy, it's the projects and group projects that give the grade. Even those are pretty easy too, as long as you have a group willing to put forth effort. He likes to see effort in assignments
I loved my teaching of the Book of Mormon class! Brother Kinghorn is a great teacher.
Brother Kinghorn is super rad. All you have to do is read the daily assignment and then the nightly scripture reading. Super inspirational, and has lots of missionary insight as he is a Stake President. I would definitely take another class from him!!
Brother Kinghorn knows his stuff and his lectures are fun to be a part of. The only thing that may be an issue is that sometimes he docks you points on assignments for "missing things" that you didn't even know were requirements. So, his grading criteria isn't very clear. Other than that, he's a great teacher and I would take him again.
We had reading which we just read the lesson before the next class. Brother Kinghorn is funny and spiritual. I would recommend him for sure.
Brother Kinghorn is amazing! He's hilarious and really knows his stuff. Lectures are fun and spiritual at the same time and are always interesting. He's really knowledgeable and friendly and really cares about his students. Homework for this class is easy, too. 10/10 would recommend.
Brother Kinghorn is so funny, and he knows so much about the religions of the world. Because of his experience and the things I learned, I have a new respect for other religions. The group projects are a pain. There's a lot of work at the end of the semester (project, test, and paper) and the only connection to our religion is the opening prayer.
All he requires is a few easy assignments and participation and you get an easy A. Very funny and very awesome teacher! If you call the Book of Mormon a textbook, then ya you will need it!
He is an awesome teacher that gives plenty of insight on the gospel. Not only that but his class is really easy. You just gotta check off you did the reading and attend class. There are a few projects in it but he'll give you plenty of time and none of them are very hard. Just like two that may take a couple hours.
Fantastic teacher, I loved the mission prep class. He really cares about the students and everyone seems to enjoy being there.
Kinghorn's funny, but only mildly engaging. Mission prep was very informative and we answered any questions students had. I don't think he's the best, but he's pretty good. Read scriptures/write in journal every day, the pts add up. Also there's scripture mastery/group assignments to do, but this class isn't hard. I definitely felt the spirit.
I had Bro Kinghorn for World Religions, and I really enjoyed it. He teaches with such respect for other religions but it really doesn't sound like he's lecturing. He was super chill, the kind of guy I'd want to be friends with outside of school. There was a lot of reading, but I'd definitely take another class from him.
This course was really doable compared to other religion courses I've taken. The readings aren't terribly long and the other homework assignments are thought-provoking. Brother Kinghorn is very inspirational and has a great spirit about him. I always gained a lot from his lessons!
I loved Brother Kinghorn's mission prep class. He is hilarious and full of wisdom. He cares about the students and loves to answer questions. There was no hard assignments. You just have to read a talk or something out of PMG before class and be honest about if you did. Show up and you'll pass.
I took mission prep from Brother Kinghorn and he is amazing! He teaches a religion class like it should be taught. He's super down to earth and easy to talk to. It's an easy A. There are no tests or quizzes. All you have to do is prepare to be inspired and you will be!
Easy A, Pushover. Super nice man! He helped me out multiple times and he always accepts lats work.
He really a great religion teacher. He cares about students and wants us to teach each other. There are a few out of class assignments, but I don't spend more than an hour or two a week on homework. Honestly, he has one of the easiest BOM classes to get an A in. Show up, put in a little work, and you will have an A. Reading is on your honor.
I had Kinghorn for my mission prep class and loved it. Every second. He always kept it light and focused on the betterment of the students. I felt genuinely happy every time I went into the class. He made time and room for the spirit while keeping the class on the level of the students. He was fabulous. Highly recommend.
Best Religion Class Ever! I had the best time in this class. The assignments are small enough that you can really get something out of it and apply it, and Brother Kinghorn loves class discussion so every class the Spirit is super strong! He is willing to work around any issues that come up and helps every student succeed. I have no complaints!
I adore Brother Kinghorn! He is such a nice guy. He takes time to really get to know the students before class. I was accepted into the nursing program but felt like I couldn't be excited because of certain circumstances, but he and the class made me feel so much better about it and it meant a lot to me! He knows Doctrine and Covenants really well
Brother Kinghorn is an amazing teacher! He knows a lot about what he teaches and all the readings (Scriptures & Preach My Gospel) really help you get prepared for missionary work. There were a few assignments but they helped me to learn more about Christ and get in better patterns of scripture reading & taking notes in my journal. Hes the best!
Bro Kinghorn is my favorite teacher! I took his mission prep class and he has inspired me to serve a mission. He is very caring and funny. The spirit is always present when he teaches. He challenges us to read the Book of Mormon each day and memorize a few scriptures, but he never asks us to do anything difficult. I'm taking another class from him.
Brother Kinghorn is an amazing professor. He is kind and caring and I would take him again in a heartbeat.
Brother Kinghorn truly brought the spirit into the classroom. He made me more excited to serve a mission. He teaches everything you need to know about missionary work. He also answers any questions or concerns you may have.
Brother Kinghorn was a decent teacher and I have really no complaints about him. It was a 9am class so I was typically tired. I feel like he could have been a bit more energetic since I often found myself dozing off. There is reading due every class but you just take a quiz online that says that you did it or not. There are 5 easy projects due
Amazing and knows what he is teaching. I plan to take him again for future religion classes.
Brother Kinghorn is more than willing to listen and answer questions or concerns students may have. For projects or assignments he is pretty open to interpretation, and if you got a grade you don't think you deserve you can talk to him about it. What you put into this class, you will take out. DO the readings and participate
Brother Kinghorn is the best. I loved his class. If you get a chance, take a class from him! He cares about his students.
One of my favorite religion professors. You learn so much and only have 2 assignments a week. There are 4 unit quizzes, but they are pretty simple. Bro Kinghorn definitely knows a lot about the gospel and cares for each of his students. There is one "big" assignment where you have to write a 2 page paper and present in class. But it is pretty easy!
As a religion course, there is a lot of reading and class is a lecture. There were quite a few papers, but they were short and were not too difficult. Brother Kinghorn is such a nice person and is so understanding. He gets to know each student and has great knowledge. It was really a good class.
Brother Kinghorn is so in touch with the spirit and knows how to lead a class discussion well. There are readings and talks you complete beforehand along with a completion quiz and then class is all discussion based. Kinghorn makes an effort to connect with each of his students individually and I would definitely recommend him!
Brother Kinghorn is a very kind person. I took his mission prep class and it was very interesting and helpful. Attendance is required and there are a couple assignments throughout the semester. His lectures follow preach my gospel and he is very good at answering questions.
Only fell asleep in this class once all semester, a record for me. Because normally I fall asleep once a week in any class.
I didn't really enjoy this class. Lectures were just a powerpoint of quotes and our feedback. For every class, we had to turn in a paper but I got 100% on each one even if they weren't great. He was kind and seemed to care but I didn't get anything out of his class.
he is a great teacher and he puts a lot of time into his classes. He is very kind and will answer any questions you have. we do have to write a small paper (300 characters) after each of he classes (kinda sucks) but he is a fair grader and it becomes second nature to just write the papers. he has one two page paper about a general authority talk.
TAKE BROTHER KINGHORN! It's almost impossible to not get an A but besides that, he is an amazing teacher and is super funny!! I always, always, always felt the spirit and I actually looked forward to going to his class. He is VERY understanding and you will just regret not taking him. DO it!! :)
Great teacher. He knows a lot about different religions and it was a very interesting and eye-opening class. Chapters from the book are long. Short quizzes every class after finishing a chapter. A couple of group projects that were all pretty easy. One big project over the semester that was really interesting to see what each person chose.
Take Brother Kinghorn, his class is fun and interactive. He works hard to make it meaningful and he loves the topics he teaches about. It's easy to get an A as long as you come to class and do the homework. He tries to be friends with his students and he's someone you want to be friends with! Fantastic teacher.
Brother Kinghorn is your typical dad, cracks quite a few jokes, and is really lighthearted. I thought taking a religion course over zoom would make it difficult to feel the spirit but not with this class. He keeps everything reverent and understands your individual needs. You'll get more out of it if you participate.
Brian Kinghorn is an exceptional religion teacher. He is knowledgeable and organized. Expectations for the class are clear. He is very personable. Makes everyone in the class feel important. Gives great insight and historical context.
I love Brother Kinghorn's humor. For the textbook use, I would say he doesn't use a textbook just the reading is General Conference talks and depending on the days you take the class there are papers due that consist of essays like 150, 300 or 500 word essays.
I didn't pay attention in class but still passed. I regret not paying attention now, because he was actually really funny and truly cared about his students. His class is really easy and the end of semester papers were a little stressful, but he didn't grade too harshly. You also have to write little paragraphs twice a week, but it's not that hard.
I have a lot of religion teachers now. He is my least favorite one. I don't find him very intriguing. He acts as he cares, but not enough to the point where it is impactful. He has been doing this a long time, and you can tell it's his job. All of his lectures are PowerPoint-based. I am just not impressed or inspired very often. Just kinda bland...
Brother Kinghorn is a wonderful and caring teacher. I always felt the spirit in his lectures. The work in this class consists of short writings and the eventual essay. I found this class very easy and inspiring.
Brother Kinghorn was a great teacher. His assignments were fairly easy. The in class discussions were always so interesting and he has a lot of great information. He is super nice and willing to help.
Take World Religions from Brother Kinghorn. Period.
Fantastic professor. Highly recommend him. This is the second class of his I've taken. He's very willing to work with you.
Brother Kinghorn has been one of my favorite Professors at BYUI. I have taken his classes twice and I am planning to take his Mission Prep class in the fall because of how great of a professor he is. The work isn't hard, and he gives you a lot of time throughout the semester that prepares you for the projects and papers. Highly would recommend him.
He was a really fun professor. I learned a lot about the Book of Mormon. The prep reading is due before class, so make sure to complete the quiz before class because there is no late work accepted. There were a few assignments throughout the semester and a final essay, but they were all pretty easy. I would take another class from him.
Brother Kinghorn is the BEST! I would take any class that he teaches. If you do the readings from Preach my gospel, the Missionary Handbook, General Conference Talks, and Scriptures you will be great! I find that participating makes all the difference in how much you learn and the Spirit you feel. His class is why I am going to serve a mission!!
I had him for mission prep and it was okay. I can't say that any of the lessons prepared me for a mission, which was frustrating. It just seemed like lessons in Sunday school at church. But there wasn't a lot of outside work.
10/10 recommend! This is the easiest class I've ever taken and class is so enjoyable.
I really enjoyed this class. It has a lot of reading so be aware of that, but it's not too bad. He does a really good job at going over the information and is not a harsh grader. There are a few big projects, but it's really easy to get full credit for them. Really fun class environment.
Brother Kinghorn is such a nice guy! The class itself consists of weekly reading and quizzes at the beginning of class based on those readings. You also have group presentations, a 5-page paper, and a final project that is about 15-20 hours based on a religion you learned.
I loved Brother Kinghorn! He was such an amazing teacher and I would definitely take him again for future classes!
Professor Kinghorn is the best! His class is a breeze, and you'll actually enjoy going. Use unstuckstudy, the textbook, and class participation to ace this course. Highly recommend!
Brother Kinghorn is a great professor. He wants you to succeed and you can definitely tell. After each class there is a 150–300-word prompt to answer, they're easy. Other than that, there is a total of three 750-word essays and four tests. If you pay attention, you'll do great. My favorite religion class so far!
I really enjoyed his teaching style. He's well versed in the doctrine and I learned a lot more than I thought I would. Clear expectations and very manageable assignments make his class really enjoyable. Would absolutely take from him again.
This class was amazing! Brother Kinghorn is awesome. I learned so much! There were a lot of group projects, so beware if you don't like those.
BROTHER KINGHORN IS AMAZING! He is super knowledgeable about the restoration and I learned a TON in his class. The grade is mostly based on attendance and papers. There's a 300 essay and a 150 word paper every week, 5 tests and 2 church history projects during the semester and plenty of extra credit opportunities.
He is one of the best professors I've had. He cares for each student individually, and yes, there are some assignments, but they were easy and I'd honestly say that it was my favorite class this semester because of Brother Kinghorn. He definitely has a great sense of humor and I felt the spirit alot -even though it was a 7:45AM class. 🤍
The homework is pretty reasonable, and the lectures are very useful and relatable. Involved with his students and gets to know everyone.
Best religon teacher ever, He explains things in such a good way and never fails to invite the spirit. He's super personable and you can tell that he cares for you. I don't have enough good to say about him
Brother Kinghorn cares about teaching. He is very friendly and initiates discussions in almost every class. He's happy to answer any questions you may have. You're graded by attendance, some discussions, a paper, and a few "choose your adventure" kind of assignments. He enjoys getting to know all his students. Truly a great teacher!
Brother Kinghorn is my favorite religion professor I've had so far! He's very knowledgable about the gospel, and teaches in a really open-minded, student-focused way. I loved coming to class and hearing what he had to say about the BoM, and I actually still look back on notes I took from this class. If you want a great professor, take him!
