Very good teacher. If you're not the best at math, then beware he grades by 4 tests and 6 quizes. He doesn't grade hmwk so make sure to do well on tests. He also gives good notes during class so don't miss it!

Easy C+/B at worst, could easily achieve an A if you do the homework and go to class. Follow directions, do homework in class while listening to him, and you'll get an A. If you do all of your homework you'll do ok. Copy every example he writes on the board including verbal ones. His quizzes are right from the homework, if you do them. His test are hard, but you can always ask him for help at the end of his class. He respects everyone.

pretty easy class, if you have some sense and are willing to actually figure the problems out yourself. The professor responds extremely quickly to questions posted on the discussion board, and his grading is fair in my opinion. I thought I earned a B for the class, I ended up with an A instead.

hes really cool he bumped my grade up when i was like a point away. make sure you dont wait though, i took the online class and time goes by fast. only 2 tests and the other ones you basically get a's on all the time.

The professor answered questions very well and very timely. This was my first online class, and if you are not a motivated independent learner, I recommend sticking to lecture based classes. Most online classes are challenging, but online math was the most difficult. His tests were fair. Had to do lots of homework, to really learn the material.

two tests on campus, midterm and final, they were hard unless you did all the homework. Other quizzes online to help cusion grade. Make sure you don't fall behind on homework, since you have to basically read the book and teach yourself. I really liked the online class, it was hard, but it taught me how to teach myself, a skill i am sure i need

He is a wonderful professor and a huge help. Explains things very clearly and gives extra credit. His tests are difficult so you must study, but know that he will be there to answer any questions. Do homework and study for tests and all will be well.

How on earth can anyone call Mr. Macon a BAD teacher....he is the BEST teacher ever. Totally makes sure each student understands the concepts taught. Is very helpful as well as fair. He treats his students with respect and makes math, well, fun. All you have to do is study for the tests, and you'll be fine. Does not collect homework.

Take this teacher! I failed college Algebra several times. I'm terrible at Math. As a last a final attempt I took College Math instead. Best move I ever made. He has a clear easy to understand teaching style. He's a nice guy so you never feel uncomfortable asking questions. Tests are hard but if you study even a little you'll be okay.

This class is hard not matter who you take, but Macon makes it bearable. Extremely clear in explaining concepts, and is always availible in his office. His tests are killer, but he gives partial credit ( and gives it generously). He raised my 78 to a B becuase I came to class everyday and participated.

I have never taken a professor that is so clear on teaching! he explains everything! I am taking Calc. II but if I get stuck on a pre-algebra concept, his patience, and understanding is just out of this world. He really loves what he does and you can tell and he is very good at it to. A very cool teacher. I wasn't even interested in math untill I took this class. I learned a great deal and even had fun. The quizes help you learn and prepare for the exams (which arn't easy, but if you study you'll do well). I've recomended him to everyone I know who still needs to take math.

Good teacher, especially if you're the kind of person who learns best given a million examples about the same thing. If you're like me you'll be bored with the repitition, stop listening, and then miss something important. Don't take him if you pick up on things quickly. He's great otherwise, very helpful and fun.

Took college algebra online class.Very difficult class for those who need student teacher interaction.If you take this class be prepared to teach yourself the subject matter.Text book not very helpful and mymath lab a litle tricky to navigate until you get the hang of it.Up side...you get to retake the assignments as many times as you need.

The good: tk home tsts are 20% of your grade, teaches with detailed steps, always around to help you with concerns, replaces lowest test grade with final grade (he says he doesn't ;). The bad: Tk home tst portion is time consuming, which makes taking 3 other classes difficult. w a good study group to work on the tk home tests, u should be fine.

I took this class online and got an A. Professor Macon is an excellent teacher. He cares for his students and it shows. He answers very quick to emails. Quizzes are online open book. Midterm and final are proctored but he allows a sheet cheat.Test are like homework, not hard if you o over the homework.

Professor Macon is very cool. He's extremely helpful and really cares if his students retain the material. His video tutorials for the graphing calculator are priceless. I would recommend his class to anyone who is intimidated by math.

I took College Algebra online. Brian encourages open discussion on the message board and answers any question you have as best he can. However, taking math online is just plain tough. Nothing beats having the professor in a classroom where you can see other examples. Class was hard having just the book, which was difficult to understand.

I took this class online, and I loved the layout of everything. Mr Macon is super helpful with all questions. The class a little challenging, but there are so many tools and resources within the website that you can totally figure out the problems. I would definitely recommend taking this class.

Mr. Macon's class is the greatest. All you have to do is work through the homework assignments, and quizzes are based on the homework assignments. I took his online course, although the 10 week course is really crammed, I didn't find it hard to get my assignments done on time. I highly recommend him as a teacher for math.

his class was very challenging I have to say, its engineering your only preparing for the worst. You have a total of 4 test and 4 homework assignments and a common final. Taking his class online. He responds to you pretty quickly. Always keeps you up to date with everything. Do all the homework, there is a quiz for each chapter & can take twice. You need to be willing to teach yourself, like any other online course, but he is always available to answer questions. Good class for GenEduc.

Took College Algebra before and I was totally lost. I took it Online w/ Mr. Macon and recieved an A. A good teacher to take for Algebra, responds to questions promptly, and you are allowed one cheat sheet to use for the final ON campus. A lot of work but if you practice all the HW it's the same questions on the test. Highly recommend him!!

BEST online Algebra class ever!! I would DEFINATELY recommend. All of the expectations are perfectly clear from the beginning. I didn't use the book much. The most challenging part of the class if figuring out how to use the graphing calculator. Would take this professor again!! :)

Prof. Macon is awesome. He's very down to earth and will answer any questions you have. I took this online and passed with a 97%. His lessons are very detailed and his videos help alot! Hardly used the book though, so you might want to save your money and don't purchase it.

Macon is an absolutely great professor. His lectures were clear, his attitude was always positive (and on the quirky side). He constantly asks if the class has any questions and goes over anything anybody has a problem with, so clearly he wants to make sure that everybody learns the material. HW is optional but I would recommend you choose it.

Took this class on line and it was a great experience. WebCT math is awesome. You can do each problem until you get it right, but you do need to understand how to get the answer or you won't be able to do them on the test. Prof Macon is extremely helpful and responsive. Not an easy class at all, but do the work that's required and you'll be fine.

Great on-line class. Anyone can get an A if you work for it. It is time consuming, so if you think it's just an easy A, don't take it. BUT if you give it a few hours a week and understand the problems, you'll get a A on the quizes and an "A" in the class.

I'm an A/B student; My only problem was that the first week of class the site was down, the extension he gave everyone coincided with my major surgery, so it didn't help me as it was during my recovery time and I couldn't get more of one. Overall though he seemed like a nice guy, and I was able to at least pull off a C with having missed a test/hw.

Professor Macon is awesome. He's really nice and he lets the students control the class. He trys to be funny, but he just looks cute trying.lol.Great professor! I would recommend him. If you have any conflicts, he's one of the only professors I know who would be willing to work something out with you.

Excellent online class, but not an easy A. To get an A you need 765/850pts. 25 quizzes worth 250, 5 chap quizzes worth 250, Final exam 150pts and 2 projects 200pts. I recommend him, but a lot of work about 2 quizzes due per week and projects are not easy, even the math tutors at valencia were confused by it.

Has a different outlook on teaching, however he is very passionate and excited about math. Good teacher, take him.

Took his online class and got an A, and I never thought that I was good in math. He has recorded lectures that make everything clear. You can do the homework unlimited times. At the end of each chapter there's a test. Then take the final at home. Probably the best online algebra course there is.

Took his algebra class online. By far, the easiest online math class ever! It consists of 6 chapters of homework, 6 quizzes, and 1 final. Everything is done through coursecompass and everything is online. Professor Macon is extremely nice and very good about responding to emails! He drops the lowest homework grades. I got an A in the class.

Took him for College Algebra online Spring 2009. Homework was online but you get multiple tries on quizzes. Have to take final in testing center. Online lecture videos very helpful. Highly recommend.

I must say entering his class thought from ratings he would be an easy A well I as mistaken. He is an excellent Professor and tries to make the material clear. Unfortunately it is college, you must do the work so get the books to complete the course successfully. His test are confusing and aren't presented in the same manner as the lectures.

If you do poorly in mathematics take him online for College Algebra. Due dates are final but he lets you know a week before classes all the due dates. Online Narrated Lectures are so helpful. I do not do well typically with online classes but with this course its easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. He actually cares that his online students are learning too.

Mr. Macon is an AMAZING teacher!!! I had lots of fun in his class, very comfortable and relaxed. I used to bake all the time for my 4th period class. I might actually take another math class as an elective because he is such a great teacher.

Mr. Macon is the 3rd algebra teacher that I've taken. Everything was taken online homework & exams. Great option. He gives plenty of time to complete the work.The syllabus & schedule is straight forward. Emails are answered in a timely manner. I went from failig with 2 other teachers to passing it online. So I can not complain. No extra credit.

Took on line. Syllabus straight foward. 26 assingments, drops lowest 5. 6 test and cumuliative final all on line. Gave option to retake any test with lowest grade prior to final. Not sure if offered each semester. Answers all questions & emails lightning fast!! Has online section that he explains with live examples. Take him, you wont regreat it.

He is a great professor! He is very understanding and easy to talk to about concerns about the class or work. It is mostly online, but it is very easy. Tests are pretty easy too. I would deffinitely recommend him. Taking him again next semester!

Professor Macon is a wonderful teacher. He is understanding of where the class is struggling and never wants any of his students to fail. He gives many opportunities to keep your grades up. Such as giving us 250 pts of homework (basically= 2 test grades and drops 5 lowest grades). He also drops lowest test. He's amazing! Highly recommend him.

Awesome teacher. Statistics is not an easy course at all. The way that Professor Macon took time to make sure we all understood the content was very helpful. He allowed us to make up some of our lowest tests and dropped the lowest 5 hw assignments. He always wants his students to succeed! Highly recommend him. I passed the class with a B!

College Algebra. Wonderful teacher! Goes out of his way to help if needed and always available to answer questions! I am horrible at math and I received a "B". Drops lowest test score and 5 lowest homeworks! Don't really need book, but you will need "my math lab" for the homework.

I am currently taking this pre calc with him and its not as easy as i had hoped. the reason i took him was because i listened to the results on this website. if you are not good at math then i do not reccomend him at all. you have to teach yourself the entire time and he skips around. if your good at math then take him. if not DONT!!

He has videos for each chapter lesson and they really help! In each lesson, he provides websites that has extra explanations and provides practice problems too. If you expect actual tests to be an exact copy of practice tests and HW, then don't take him. He really wants students to learn, wants them to stretch outside of their comfort zone, and doesn't just spoon feed you. He is ALWAYS available for students and wants to you succeed. Take him if u really want to learn about math and how to apply it!

Best math teacher I've ever had up to this point in my learning career. Professor Macon is very knowledgeable and patient in his teachings, and is willing to help any student understand the material. Keeping up with the homework is an absolute must, and ultimately the work and effort put in my each student determines their grade.

I took Macon for College Algebra, Stats, and Precalc Algebra. He is a great professor who is obsessed with math and always willing to help. He makes the class interesting and doable.

Do yourself a favor and take this professor. He is very fair and offers a lot of help. He is an awesome guy all around. There is no better prof for math. I took him as a transient student because he was so highly recommended. I am not even a Valencia student. Well worth the headache of having to transfer the credit back to Seminole State.

Professor Macon is the best. Calculus 2 is a very difficult course. Professor Macon was always available to help no matter what the question was. His tests are extremely fair and he gives partial credit on all problems. He also gives classwork grades to help cushion your final grade. I would recommend him to absolutely anybody.

I am not good at math, and I took this course with him and passed with a B with minimal effort. If you need this statistics class for your degree and want a reasonably easy teacher, take this professor. He is always available for questions and his tests are reasonable as well.

Best Math professor I've had so far. Made Calculus 2 super interesting. Being an overall poor student in mathematics, he inspired me to put in a lot of hard work and get my highest grade in a math course yet (Calc 2 of all courses!). Take him if you can, highly recommended.

I had him for a hybrid course. He is such a nice guy and I wish I took it in class instead of hybrid. He has chapter videos which are a lot more helpful than the MyMathLab videos. I would definitely take him again! He is always there for you when you need help.

Took online Mac. Mostly self taught. As long as you can follow the math the homework and tests are ok. All done through Pearson website except the final which is taken online in the testing center. Lets you bring in notes to help. Great teacher and very nice person.

Overall a great professor. Had a great time in class and worked hard. His style of teaching is very helpful and inspiring. Glad I had him as my Stats professor because I believe that made it the best possible experience. He is very patient and always there to help.

I've always been horrible at math but I managed to get a low B from this class. Is not an easy class if your bad at math. Took him onlinegreat experience! Everything that is expected of you (homework, discussion posts, tests) is explained right away and grading is very structured. He's organized and has a calendar with all due dates, which helps with staying on task and submitting on time. Material can be self-taught, but his lecture videos are great as reference.

I wanted to write this post two weeks before passing the class so it would not be so biased. Macon has taught me things that i could not comprehend a couple months before this class and made it easy. He is a great professor to take if you would like to learn, and get a great grade while actually grasping a clear understanding of the information.

I took hybrid and I got a B, not because of him but because the course was hybrid. Mr Macon always showed effort and was ready to help all the time. I would go to his office and annoy him with dumb questions all the time. The project, the quizes and homework are easy A's the 3 tests on the other hand are very hard. He is very nice and funny.

This is the best professor I have had so far in college. He really loves teaching his subject and wants you to learn. Class time is always enjoyable and extremely helpful to learning. His tests are always based off the homework and he is a fair grader so if you do the suggested problems it won't be a problem. He is very responsive to emails.

This was an online class and Professor Macon still made sure we understood the material and gave us every opportunity to make-up our mistakes such as test corrections to get half credit back. You can redo the homework questions until you get them right too, so you can always get a 100. He's a great professor!

Best online class I have ever had. Get to redo homework problems until you get 100%, take chapter quizzes at home, midterm and final in testing center. It's college, have to do some work, but prof is very available and truly cares about his students. Definitely take him!!!

Took online. Material is tough, not necessarily the class. Everything is in mymathlab. Allows you to retake homework until 100%. Allows you to correct some test and quiz errors for partial credit. On top of book and mymathlab tutorials, professor does youtube videos explaining the material. responds to email quickly. very accommodating. good prof.

Professor Macon was great! He was always super helpful, and really cared about his students. I took a hybrid stats course with him. It took work to keep my A, but it was not impossible. If you care about your grade, and you try, you will succeed. I would take him again in a heartbeat! Great class. )

This man is incredible. An honest to god wonderful human being. I was going through some really hard times during this semester, but he encouraged me to stay in the course and I managed to make it. He makes the material easy to grasp & I promise the fungeon isn't too bad. ;)

I've had to take a whole lot of math at Valencia, a total of 7 classes and all my professors have been great in one way or another but he tops the bunch. Taking him for my Calc 2 class and he's just great. Very clear instructions, cares about what he does and tests make sense. Allows a single index card for notes on tests which helps those blanks

Nice prof, math is not my subject but he is willing to answer all my questions and help in and out of class, even when I email him for help :) the class is set up pretty simple, he really is a nice professor who is more than willing to help and answer questions, btw the textbook is online (as of rn) I just wished he offered extra credit!

He was just an amazing professor. I took his hybrid course (thinking I was going to regret it), but I have never had a better professor for a math course. The homework is not bad at all and he helped a lot when things were unclear. The project was super simple since he had videos to help you out. 10/10 would recommend

College Algebra online: 2 homework assignments on MyMathLab a week which you could do until you get a 100%. 4 tests which had to be taken on campus but each had a review that was very helpful and there was no midterm or final. He has plenty of resources for an online class. Easy A but I'm good at math. HW's add up to equal 1 test. Great professor!

He is an excellent professor, the class is VERY HARD trust me, but if you really study for the tests and you do your homework you will pas. There is 4 test plus the final (100 points each test) and activities/Homework(100 points), 600 points in total. He also let you use notecards for each test.

Calc 2 is A difficult course, however the professor is one of the best and makes it enjoyable. His exams are tough but he always makes sure that you are ready for them

Professor was very polite and caring. I took this course online, and he always responded to my emails in a timely manner. His online lecture videos are very helpful. There are 2 assignments due every week, and 4 practice quizzes and exams. Exams have to be taken at a testing center, but they're almost exactly like the practice quiz.

Easy Class. The material may be a bit difficult if math isn't your thing, but he his policies make getting an A easy. Homework can be retaken until you get 100. Same with reviews. Test must be taken at testing center but were always easier than the reviews. No text book needed, but need access code.

Hands down one of the best calculus teachers around. He lets you use notecards in the exams and always makes sure your are ready for them. Tale him if you want to excel

I took his College Algebra class online. His online lectures explain the subject very easily. He gives 4 exams, which have to be taken at the testing center, but he gives you a test review which you can retake over and over. The tests are sometimes easier than the reviews. He allows you to bring an index card with notes for the tests.

Replies to emails/messages promptly, does what he can to help you understand the material. 4 chapter exams, with a review exam for each, which you can take as many times as you want by the due date. You can also redo homework questions until you get the score you want. If I had to take another math class, I would definitely go with this prof.

Really fun and easy class, pretty much an easy A if you just do the homework. On the tests, you are allowed to use a graphing calculator, which pretty much gives you the answer to the question. Tests are so easy that you don't even have to study. Took the College Algebra class.

Possibly one of the most chillest, informative, and kind math professor out there. He makes math enjoyable and simple to understand. Really down to earth guy and he's funny too.

I am a none traditional student. I hadn't been in an educational setting in 15 years, professor Macon made my transition very easy. Great communicator, willing to help. If you do the none mandatory homework you will pass. I enjoyed his teaching style no pressure. Great Professor, I highly recommend having him as an instructor.

Failed calc 2 my first time taking it, and wasn't confident I could pass the second time around due to the difficult material presented. Professor Macon simplified calc 2 to the best of his abilities and actually cared about his student's questions and ability to grasp the subject. Mandatory HW made sure my lazy butt practiced and did well.

He is an amazing teacher. He helps you when needed. He guides you through everything. He gives 5 test and all multiple choice. He is great at feedback and responds quickly.

His lectures are really helpful, has weekly discussions to boost grade, unlt tries on hw so you are almost guaranteed 100% there, chapter reviews are almost IDENTICAL to tests so you can really guarantee an A if you try. Tests usually go mult choice and you can use desmos! I recommend everyone and their grandma take algebra with this instructor.

Im not the best at math but this teacher is so caring and really wants you to pass. Just put the work in and youll do fine! Hes very straight forward cant recommend enough!

Math is definitely not my strong suit but he was GREAT at explaining. The work is not easy, you do have to study and do the homework, not an easy A but you will learn the material. Had him online and he made his own videos, and actually made them entertaining. Do yourself a favor and take him, he's awesome.

Really good professor! Organized. Even gave us a chance to retake one test; which helped ALOT. I'm not good at math at all, but he was great. Learned so much.

Mr. Macon makes me wish I could take a class with him next semester but it sadly doesn't fit into my schedule. He has managed to make a math class super fun and friendly. I have never been so happy to go back to his classroom in the mornings. If you can take any class with him be grateful cause nowhere else would you find someone like him

Professor Macon is the BEST! Took his College Algebra course. He explains the material really well & is willing to answer questions if you don't understand the concept. He gives out reviews before each test and the test format is very similar to the review. Doesn't offer extra credit but there are 3 projects that help your grade. TAKE HIM!!

I took this professor my first year of college. I am absolutely terrible at math and I passed. Professor Macon is extremely interactive with his students and really makes sure you don't fail. I couldn't have asked for a better understanding and caring professor. If you aren't good at math, I recommend taking this guy, it's worth it.

As someone who's not very good at math, I was really concerned about taking an algebra class online. He has lectures for each section that are very clear & concise. I never had much of an issue with learning the material which was relatively shocking for me. 2 sections of homework are due a week with 3 chapter tests and no final. Totally worth it.

I don't really enjoy Statistics, but Macon definitely made that class much more enjoyable. He is very good at explaining difficult concepts, and he cares very much about his students. Don't be afraid to reach out to him with questions. There were 4 tests and a final and some HW each week. I highly recommend this professor.

Seriously amazing lectures that helped tremendously, and the professor was so engaged with the students it made the class awesome. I really enjoyed learning algebra with his structure and there was unlimited attempts on HW and quizzes, tests were almost identical to quizzes so you could practice a few times then ace the test easy. Def recommend!!!

Dr. Macon was nice to have. For a college algebra course, I thought the class was pretty easy with just a few new concepts. The course is very organized and straight forward. Offered the chance to retake an exam at the end of the semester to keep the better grade. Would definitely recommend Dr. Macon!

This is easily the best math prof. I've ever taken! I received the highest grade I've ever gotten in Math. Dr. Macon truly cares about his students and especially cares about their mental health. Discussion posts are more like mental "check-ins.". The little jokes in his lectures videos are hilarious. Help with HW (or anything) is easily attainable

I would have NEVER taking Calculus online, thanks Covid. I actually am glad I took him; his lecture videos are very thorough, being able to watch them multiple times and take notes was so helpful. The course material is challenging, but he scheduled zoom sessions to answer questions, he responded to emails super fast. Take him, you won't regret it.

College Algebra itself is not so hard as long as you pay attention to Dr. Macon's lectures. He treats everyone fairly and has clear instructions for homework which only comprises of MathLab homework, real-world discussions, and around 4 Unit tests. He offers one retake per semester which is very generous of him. Fantastic professor!

Dr. Macon is an extraordinary math professor! Do your homework, practice your practice test in advance, it is built to help you master your skills, thus you can pass all of your tests, do them in advance as your homework and you will get your A+. If any struggle, email you professor, see his lecture videos or use Valencia tutoring, He is great!

Did the online class and he doesn't teach too much, he gives you more notes to take in which he post on canvas. A lot of homework is given by him. The class is overall easy, but can be time consuming.

Brian Macon is an excellent professor and a great choice for MAC 1105C. There isn't too much homework and his lecture videos do a great job of explaining concepts. You can also earn extra credit on a few discussion posts. The textbook is available in MML so you do not need to purchase it. The class isn't too hard as long as you apply yourself.

I wish I could take all Cal 1,2,3 with him. He is very kind, dedicated, and smart. His video lectures go far than I expected. Though it's online, but I engaged in discussion and inspired with practical projects. You have to purchase math lab Web Assigns, which is beneficial for all 3 classes. Tests requires Honor Lock, but there are easy.

The class itself was hard but Professor Macon made it easy to understand with his videos. About 2-4 assignments per week and there was no final test, just a test for each chapter. He was easy to talk to and regularly update the announcements and zoom times if you needed extra help.

Solid College Algebra professor, pay attention and you get an A.

Dr. Macon became one of my favorite math professors. He had a strong desire to see you succeed. He was more than happy to help with any concern to broaden a conception. I believe your grade will reflect your engagement. Like every class, you get what you put in.

He's a fair and responsive Professor. You really do need to be prepared to study and do homework. You cannot skip this class and get by unless you're a math wiz. He's very fair with grades and answers email. Just don't think you can skate through this class without putting in time and effort. Even a math hater like me CAN pass this class!

I took Professor Macon for Calc 1 and Calc 2, and he's really just a great guy overall, loved to talk about math and had a clear and consistent way of teaching the material. The material in the course is certainly difficult. But Professor Macon is in my eyes, more than qualified enough to take anyone through the course with little to no turbulence

Very active teaching style, engages the class to help you understand and retain information. No extra credit given. Does let you use a notecard (back+front) for exams, and 1 page (front) for final. Exams are worth 75% homework 25%. Uses Cengage for homework and e-text. Professor Macon comes recommended by a trusted professor and a peer.

He's such a great professor because he is very interactive and provides great feedback. The only downside is that the homework might feel overwhelming at times or some questions would not be explained in the lecture so you have to count on outside sources. Other than that it's an easy class if you put forth the effort and please work ahead!

he states clearly in his syllabus that he is more than willing to work with a student as long as they communicate in a timely manner. I had an issue happen, spoke to him, and he was more than willing to work with me. don't wait until finals week to suddenly reach out and ask for extra credit, this is college, not high school

Reasonable and organized/straightforward. We had 2 math assignments every week, 6 chapter tests. Occasionally he would have a discussion post to relate everyday life to math and engage with the other students. Great teacher and sometimes allowed test corrections if there was a mistake with symbols or rounding, etc. Gave videos to help with work.

His class is easy if you study his course work. He only assigns 2 homework assignments a week and sometimes a discussion post at the beginning at the new module. There is only 4 test and if you know what you doing, you'll get a wonderful grade. And if you are terrible at math, um idk, ask him for help.

Basically it completely mymathlab, and discussion about just random things at the begining of the chapter. make sure u watch lectures. i am not a math person so it was hard for me but he is pretty good teacher. PLEASE take notes on lectures. there is a textbook but you are not told to get it and you don't need it cause lectures. u should take him.!

So there isn't many assignments, two assignments a week and a test every 3 weeks (about 6 in total). your grade is very dependent on your tests grades, but the homework's help a bit. He's a great professor and responds quickly, the material is honestly really easy (i have a hard time with math) and I found it easier than intermediate algebra.

He is very passionate about his love for math, made the class a breeze.
