There is 1 quiz, 1 midterm, a 4-5 page essay, and a final. All tests are open notes. If you get a bad score on the quiz or midterm then better do good on your essay and final. You have to be in class to take down your notes becuz he won't post them online, so don't miss class. His handwriting is horrible and you can't read his feedback on ur tests.

Professor Atta is absolutely amazing. He will make you laugh at times about the topics that are discussed due to his hilariousness. All you have to do is an online quiz, a midterm and final for which he allows you to use notes, and a 4-5 page paper. Make sure to take pics of the notes, if you miss any, because he does talk fast. Highly recommend!

He is a good lecturer, but there is a lot of reading to do for this class. But if you attend the class, he constantly reviews what is essential.

There are a few homework assignments that are graded at the end of the course, I'd recommend to do them to the best of your ability because it will help you understand the lectures. Although attendance is not mandatory I'd suggest you attend class everyday becuase he will move on. Also, take good notes becuase it will help you during tests.

PHIL1600 seemed intimidating at first, but it was very easy with how he teaches. You can tell he cares a lot about the class. Lots of funny and interesting stories related to the lecture. The assignments are straightforward and relatively easy. Would love to take another of his classes! I recommend really participating in the lectures :)
