Prof. Craft is a nice man who cares about his students. He welcomes you to his office for help with papers and assignments. He assigns lots of reading. He doesn't lecture all class and really likes students to discuss a lot about the readings.

Professor Craft is very smart and makes amazing connections in class among our various readings. He expects that you read a lot. You also will do a lot of writing. He expects you to work hard but offers extra credit also.

He gives a lot of feedback on your papers. You have to read for class. Class discussion is important. I didn't know how to write until I took his class. He is a good teacher & makes you think about what you write.

Prof. Craft goes really deep in lectures and discussions but he helps you understand the material. He expects that you discuss the readings in class and will call on you. He gives positive remarks on papers which is good. It's not all what you did wrong. He tells you what you did right and what he liked about your writing. He answers email fast.

He is a good teacher. You write a lot of papers but that is usual for eng 101. He is also very lenient. I accidentally turned in the wrong paper and when he finally graded it he let me turn in the correct paper, no penalty.

He explains very clearly what he expects you to do and sends lots of emails about assignments and posts stuff on the Moodle site in case you missed class. There are a lot of papers to write in his class and he likes you to discuss the material in class. He doesn't lecture a lot but you need to take good notes. He writes it all on the board.

Dr. Craft is really good. He is kind of animated in class and walks around a lot when he talks. He challenges you to analyze really deep in the book but he helps you understand it if you don't at first get it. He's nice & if you see him in his office he will help you alot with papers. He gives tons of feedback, like on nearly every line you write.

He grades harder as the semester goes on. He told us he was doing that but he gives you extra credit work to make up for any bad grades you get. He gives lots of comments on your papers and some are real picky. You better proofread your essay before you turn it in.

10% of your grade is attendance and participating. If u speak up in class discussion and don't miss class u can help out your grade. He grades papers pretty hard but gives extra credit and participation points help u out too. He gives lots of opportunity for u to bring up your grade. He answers email like ninja fast even late at night.

Professor Craft is picky on papers. You better have your commas in the right places and the little details count. He is easy going in class and gives extra credit to help you out cause it's hard to get an A on the papers.

Prof C tells you what he's going to grade you on. He writes examples on the board and you need to take notes. He takes roll every class so don't miss. He takes a grade on attendance and participating. Not a hard grader but you better write your essay like he shows you. Really nice though.

Mr. C really helped me write better. He is the nicest professor I had and not as hard as other people said on here. I went to his office and he showed me what was wrong with my essay and how to fix it. He posts things on Moodle also that help you understand what to do on the assignments. The class was fun and he makes the readings interesting.

Take Professor Craft. If you show up to class and pay attention you will make a good grade. Take good notes because the final is open notes. He gives extra credit to help you out. All my friends that took him liked him even if we didn't make the same grades.

Prof Craft really wants you do suceed in his class. He gives chances for extra credit. I got sick and fell behind and he let me turn in my assignment late for full credit. He really cares about his students. He also sends lots of email reminds which is really helpful.

He is the best professor I've had at Southeastern. I want to change my major to English now. He expects a lot, but he's reasonable about deadlines and tries to space the work out so you can do it. He really cares and wants you to learn the material. If you want to take him you need to register on the first day because his classes fill up fast.

Prof Craft gives incredible feedback. He is not easy but if you rewrite your essay using his feedback and advise your grade will definitely improve. He emails before class telling you what will happen and what to bring. He is very nice to students. I enjoyed his class more than any other course this year.

I passed proficiency only because of Prof. Craft! I rewrote my essays like he said to do it and I passed! There are a lot of papers in English 102, but he gives you a lot of comments on your papers that will help you pass the course. He is not an easy grader but if you try hard and work for it you will get a good grade. He gives extra credit also.

Professor Craft grades essays really hard but he has a lot of easy assignments during the semester that help out your grade. Those easy assignments help you organize and write the essays. English 102 is all about writing and I'm glad I took him because he taught me how to write so much better than I did before. He's very nice to students.

Professor Craft always made me feel like I belonged in college. He would answer all my questions and always made me feel like my question was important even when I knew it was a stupid one. Professor Craft is an awesome professor. We have 'pop quizzes' which he tells you about in advance. The first was super hard but the others were easy. The midterm was a group podcast, final was an individual presentation of your choosing (presentation, podcast, etc). 10/10 recommend

You do a lot of writing but it is in different formats so it doesn't seem like you are writing all the time. He has a class Twitter feed that you answer questions on and do podcasts and other fun things. Take him!

This class has reading assignments for each day but they are not long. Prof. Craft explains the readings very well in class. You need to be ready to participate as he will ask questions. You write some reflections and do a final project. The class is not hard if you do the reading and keep on top of the assignments. Prof. Craft is a nice man.

I took Dr. Craft for American Lit. He's a good professor. His assignments are not hard but you have to do the readings. There's no final in the course, just a final project that he lets you come up with from anything you like in American literature. He requires participation but lectures on the authors and readings also so that you understand it.

This professor was among the best English teachers I've ever had. The grading isn't too tough, but he tells you everything you need to know. Only issue I have ever had with him is the time he takes to grade everything, but honestly I can understand.

Mr C is an incredible professor and this is a good class. The final is a project. No exams in the course, just written reflections, discussion posts, Twitter assignments, and the project that you design. He does grade on participation and discussion. You'll learn a lot from him.

Great professor. Nice to students. Tells you what you need to know. 232 is not a hard course but you do have to read for just about every class. The readings are not heavy and he discusses them in great detail in class. There is a project at the end instead of an exam.

In a word, Dr. Craft is INCREDIBLE. Take him. He is the most interesting and dynamic professor I've had. His class is not easy but he takes you through the assignments piece by piece until you understand what to do. Picking your own essay topics is challenging at first but gives you the opportunity to dig into something you love.

I got my final grade today and it was an A. I've never liked English and I've never been any good at writing essays. Dr. Craft changed that. I went from a C on my first essay to an A on my last one. I took this as a totally online class. He answered emails quickly. He posted videos that explained the assignment and his expectations. He also posts examples of everything so you can follow the examples (like the annotated bibliography and the formal outline and examples of essays). 100% online classes are hard but Dr. Craft made this one easier.

Professor Craft's honors class on Southern culture was not easy but in the end was the most rewarding one I've ever taken. He made it fun and low stress even though we had a ton of reading. He is incredibly nice and helpful with essay topics and gave lots of feedback that really improved my writing. If you want to really learn something, take him!

I think they're worth about 150-200 points each.He grades very easily, if he does deduct points he will write why he took the points on your paper.

Professor craft is an amazing person with outstanding teacher. His class are super fun specially literary analysis classes. He gives a lot of extra credit with pattern based answer choices on his quizzes. He might be tough grader in MLA format but if you listen to his suggestions in essay review classes, you can easily score good grade.

Class is divided into 3 sections throughout the semester: Literary Analysis, Cross-Comparative Analysis, and Film Analysis. Each section has one essay along with easy assignments (quizzes, outlines, bibliographies, etc.) He also gives several extra credit opportunities. He is an amazing teacher but requires effort & participation. VERY organized

Dr. Craft's classes are amazing. He's the best professor on campus. I took this course (New Orleans & Media) because I had him before. I learned an entirely new way to think and see the world in this class. This was the MOST AWESOME course I've ever had. If he teaches this honors course again take it! No tests, only projects. Be prepared to write a lot of forums. There are three major essays he allowed us to pick our topic. He grades fairly easy I never got anything lower than a 89. He is really lenient about deadlines. He says you can take more time on them.

There are five major essays: Literary Analysis, Cross-Comparative Analysis, Film Analysis, Mid-term, and Final Exam. As long as you participate in class and pay a lot of attention to the instructions and lectures you will be fine. Dr. Craft is very entertaining and funny. He cares about the well-being of his students. Loved him!

Dr. Craft really cares about his students. This course demands a lot of reading (novel, play, short stories, and A LOT of articles) and film watching (7 of them!). Even though the reading load is huge the course is fun. He lets you choose your essay topics & you have to do a final project on them. He grades HARD on the essays but easy on projects.

Dr. Craft's American literature class has to be one of my favorite classes so far. This class is built around the idea of the appreciation for literature, we don't read novels, just genuinely interesting short stories from 20th century writers. Though attendance is mandatory, coming to class to listen to what Dr. Craft has to say is not a burden.

Dr. Craft is in my opinion the best English Literature professors taken, if you are considering American Litrature, I highly recommend Dr. Craft. He is funny, and is not a heavy assigner. You have 1 forum a week and they are relatively easy. You shouldn't have a hard time in his class.

He has very few assignments, and while you need to read the short stories, they all have free audiobooks on YouTube, making it even easier. His essays' due dates are normally extended as well!

DR. CRAFT IS THE BEST PROFESSOR AT SOUTHEASTERN. HE REALLY CARES ABOUT STUDENTS AND WILL WORK WITH YOU ON DEADLINES AND ASSIGNMENTS. HE GRADES HARD ON LONGER ESSAYS BUT GIVES ENOUGH SMALLER ASSIGNMENTS TO BOOST YOUR GRADE. HE IS FUNNY IN CLASS.

Took Dr. Craft for Professional and Tech Writing. He was really good. Assignments were done in a week except for some bigger ones that he gave 2-3 weeks to do. Class only meets one time per week and other class period is online workshop. He gives very specific directions that if you follow them will get you a good grade. He reviews work in class.

Dr. Craft is awesome. He makes this course very real world and we prepare documents that we can use later in our careers. Take him if you can. Highly recommend.

He was my favorite professor I had this semester! He was so understanding and brought fun little things to class ocasionally. He also doesn't give any essays and is literally the best!

I loved this class. He is definitely a loud and proud type of guy. His lectures were amazing, and you can tell he loves what he does. He knows the subject he's teaching, and knows it well. Attendance and participation count towards a grade at the end of the semester. Gives detailed feedback on essays. Responds quickly to emails.

Dr. Craft is AMAZING!!!!! Take him. He even sometimes brings baby goats and baby pigs from his farm to class! He really connects the dots for you in class and you end up understanding the subject when you leave even if you arrived confused.

If you can take Dr. Craft for anything then take him. This course wasn't hard but it did have weekly assignments and some longer ones. He was flexible on most deadlines. I feel that I learned a lot about business writing and formatting digital documents. Course meets only one day a week and the other day is a workshop for your assignment.

Dr. Craft was a really good teacher. I feel that I learned a lot about technical writing in this course. The assignments are not hard but take some time but you have a workshop day each week to work on them and only meet one time each week in the classroom. He goes over the assignments in class and makes it clear what you need to do to get an A.

I 100000% recommend Dr. Craft to anyone! He is so funny and his lectures keep the whole class engaged. He is very clear on what he expects from assignments and also a lenient grader. Def take Him!

Dr. Craft is very organized and makes his assignments easy to complete if you attend class. He goes through every assignment and what is expected and shows examples. We also had workshop time to finish assignments. He's probably the best professor I've had in 4 years at Southeastern. Take him for anything he teaches. You won't regret it.

Nice guy. Loud lecturer. His assignments were straight forward small readings as homework before every class at beginning of semester for easy quiz grade then rest of semester was chill film analysis. He does give attendance grade but isn't super strict as long as you participate and show up most of the time.

Dr. Craft is an excellent teacher. He grades hard on essays (only 2 but gives really good feedback) and easy on smaller assignments. Makes sure students understand instructions and what to do to get a good grade. Very organized class. He absolutely loves what he does and that comes through in class. Highly recommend him.
