He claimed he used the "Flipped classroom" method, he didn't really teach. I took him in-class but EVERYTHING was online. You only go into class for tests or if you want to do work in there, he's there to help. He prefers you don't get ahead but it's easy to do. Some lessons were videos, power point, and textbook. Nice guy, not a fan of his lessons

Awesome dude. Easy going, and always present. Doesnt lecture at all. You will mainly work on the computer, but he is always willing to help. Understanding when it comes to attendance as long as your work is done. Plenty of time given for assignments. Awesome experience. I would take him again.

I had failed this class with a different professor. With McClintock, I received a B. He said attendance is mandatory, but it was never factored into our final grade. Does not lecture at all but is there for help. He has My Math Lab set up better than any other math teacher with more tools to help. I barely showed up and made it through!

Only take this class if you're good in math and ready to teach yourself. This was an in-person class but everything is online so it was a waste of time to even show up. He never lectures, he just sits up front. He is willing to help with whatever problems you have, but I felt so out of place. It was very hard for me to pass based on how I learn.

Maybe have something other than 10 question quizzes that do nothing for your grade? This was the worst online class I've ever taken. This class gave nothing to the people that learn in other ways than reading a book and cramming. The midterm and finals aren't even on the material sent out for us to review and they're worth half your grade.

I took this as a summer class, 8 weeks, and there were no lectures at all. He sat and did his work while we did all ours on the computers. Everything is on mymathlab, which is a pain to work with sometimes. This is a self taught class so I don't recommend it for anyone that may struggle with math. He will help if needed but no one ever asks.

Final and Mid - Term are worth 60% of your grade. If you do not have a lot of time to read and study, you will fail this course. The assignments that are provided do not benefit the students and do not help prepare for the exam. Exam Review given is terrible and is extremely vague. If you're looking for a science credit, Opt out of this professor.

The instructions are to read a chapter weekly (Textbooks are great for answers, but nobody can just absorb 30 pages of info). Don't take this unless you want to rely solely on quizlet

I never read, worked from the labs, and figured it out. If you do all of the assignments, make sure you get 100% on all of your labs you literally can't get less than a B. It's statistically impossible. Bruce was a great teacher. Although some said he didn't teach, it's more like he's an "I'm not going to hold your hand for you" teacher.

This professor thinks his students are Niel deGrasse Tyson with the hypothetical astronomy questions you are given. This course was 100% (multiple chapter) quizzes and one extra credit assignment. There is not much room for error with this course as it is difficult quizzes every other week with one attempt and proctored midterm and final.

To start, his grading system is very off. I was had to go calculate the grade myself because i had taken a few quizzes and done some modules and i looked at my grade it didn't add up correctly. He does not offer extra credit and says, "it would not be ethical to give extra credit to individual students." He requires you to write 3 essays.

Seems like a nice enough guy, but doesn't lecture. What's the point of me taking your class if you're not going to lecture? It's just mandatory sitting at a computer twice a week working on the coursework. If I wanted to learn from a textbook/computer program I would have taken this course as a fully online so I could do that at home without pants.
